This study is to understand sure the primary crime prevention has been incidence as a social problem intended for parents through the analysis of the Crime Prevention Design (CPTED) CPTED element of recognize elements that target crime prevention strategy to effectively help students be and an object of the present invention is to provide a policy suggestion haryeoneunde proposed basic data required for orientation. The purposes of this study were to a) examine using status, b) measure the service quality attributes, c) analyze IPA and customer satisfaction, d) develop the LSM(Local Store Marketing) by location of K theme restaurant such as residential type(A), complex type(B) and downtown type(C). The questionnaires were handed out to 346 of 450(usage rate 76.9%). The statistical data analysis was completed using SPSS(ver 12.0) for descriptive analysis, $X^2$, t-test, ANOVA, reliability analysis, factor analysis, multiple linear regression. From an analysis on service quality attributes, most importance of service quality attributes was more highly perceived than performance of those, except for 'attractive exterior', 'variety of kid's menu', 'convenient facilities for kid' and perceived importance and performance were also significantly different by location of branch restaurant. The attributes to be improved were 'convenience of restaurant's parking lot', 'food tast', 'speedy service' and 'service competency' as branch A(residential type) restaurant, 'convenience of the restaurant location' as branch B(complex type) restaurant and 'convenience of the restaurant location' and 'speedy service' as branch C(downtown type) through IPA analysis. The Overall customer satisfaction was 3.74 and service quality factors had significant effect on overall customer satisfaction. Location of restaurant, which gives a great effect on its operation and marketing, has a important correlation with success or failure of restaurant business enterprises. Therefore, marketing strategy by restaurant location should be developed.

This study aims to estimate the perception of mothers of infant and toddler on the child-rearing environment and compare the recognition of parents who live in APT and multi-family housing. This study investigates the mothers in order to survey the level of importance and satisfaction on the neighborhood environment factors for child-rearing. The result of questionnaire is analyzed by Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). According to the result of IPA by housing types, it was found that the improvement of pedestrian environment, separation of pedestrian and vehicle, natural environment and playground is required particularly in the multi-family housing area. the mothers need soundproofing of house and management of unwanted facilities in neighborhood in common. In the apartment, improvement of child-care facilities and children's library is required. The results of IPA on the mothers of infant and toddler may be important foundation for future strategies for child-rearing environment improvement.

This study is intended to search for action strategy making it possible to compare and overcome a gap between the awareness of importance and the present performance of human rights in the Disabled Residential Facilities. To this end, an empirical study was made on how high the level of awareness of human rights in the Disabled Residential Facilities and the level of performance was and whether there was gap between the awareness of importance and the present performance for 114 directors in Gyeonggi, Gyeongbuk and Jeonnam province. The results of study are as follows. First, it was shown that they shared the perception that human rights in residential care home were important. Second, it was shown that there was a statistically significant difference in the gap analysis between the level of performance and importance of human rights area in residential care home. Third, the results of analysis using IPA matrix were presented in order to establish an action strategy making it possible to overcome a gap between importance and performance. On the basis of these results, practical implications and further research topics were presented.

Recently, highway service becomes a very important service in highways. Highway service is considered as a positive interaction method between highway service companies and customers. From this perspective, this study was to investigate the relationships between influencing factors of highway service and user satisfaction. And, this research was to examine the differences between importance and performance of highway service factors using IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis). The result of this study has categorised the 22 highway service attributes into seven highway service selection factors: food, culture, kindness and health, products, large space, employee and Phone, facility. Using IPA, this study has compared the importance and performance of highway service selection factors, as perceived highway service customers. The empirical findings suggest that strategic framework using IPA gives guidelines that improve effectiveness of highway service.

Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA) holds the assumption that the degree of physical fulfilment of quality attributes and the satisfaction of that attribute is linear. Therefore, IPA can be applied to the traditional one-dimensional attributes, not to other quality elements such as attractive or must-be attributes. To overcome this problem, several articles introduced methods that integrate IPA into the concept of two-dimensional quality. However, these articles are rather conceptual focusing on the differentiation of quality attributes depend on quality elements in IPA. To provide empirical evidence of the dependent relationship between attribute importance and satisfaction in IPA, this study introduces a weighted importance approach and provides validation method using Bacon's priority model, a regression model. For this, the current research investigates 23 quality attributes of TV set for the results of Kano's model, which are adopted from Kim et al., and conducted a survey of 118 university students for the results of the importance/satisfaction and improvement priority. The result of the proposed approach shows better result than those using the conventional way, based on R-square of the regression model.

Interest in the commercialization of research results is increasing according to the recent social atmosphere. In the field of construction, new technologies are also being actively commercialized. Pre-analysis of products is an important procedure for future market entry. This study aims to conduct a product-based importance-performance analysis as one of the preliminary analysis methods for the commercialization of technologies developed in the field of construction and to explore their applicability. This study conducts a survey on those involved by setting the categories of product quality, convenience, and usability for the commercialization of previously developed pipeline inspection product. Based on this, we would like to present an analysis that calculates importance and performance of the product and helps to set the development direction through interrelationship analysis.

Purpose: This study attempted to understand patients' and nurses' perspectives on the priority of rehabilitation nursing services using Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). Methods: This study used descriptive research design. Data were collected from 121 patients and 144 nurses using self-reported questionnaires. Statistical analysis included an independent t-test, analysis of variance (ANOVA), and IPA conducted using SPSS/WIN 21.0 version. Results: There were no statistical differences between the patients' and nurses' mean scores on perceptions of the importance (t=-0.83, p=.409) and performance (t=-0.32, p=.751) of rehabilitation nursing services. The IPA matrix showed a difference between patients and nurses in terms of their perceived priority of nursing services. Regarding the perception of patients, "helping a patient to continue to practice bedside physiotherapy and occupational therapy", "providing information on the proper care agency and community resources", and "providing education for the prevention of complications" fell in the "concetrate here" area (2nd quadrant). Conclusion: The results showed that the priorities of patients and nurses did not match in terms of some of the rehabilitation nursing services. Thus, rehabilitation nursing services need to be provided based on the patients' needs. Allocation of resources for the service items that fell in the "concentrate here" area of the IPA need be reconsidered for the quality in nursing care.

This study conducted an analysis using IPA metrics targeting college students to get strategic implications for marketing in the recently fast-growing mobile shopping market. The IPA analysis result about the selection of mobile shopping malls is as follows. First, out of the 21 features, 'reliability of the offered products(6.09)' had the highest level of importance and 'convenience of payment(5.29)' had the highest level of performance. Second, in the area of 'Doing great, Keep it up' 11 features were included such as 'convenience of payment' and 'reliability of the offered products'. Third, the feature that needed to be corrected in the area of 'Focus here' was 'shortening the waiting time for exchange, refund or warranty service'. Fourth, low priority areas in terms of importance and performance, there were 3 features including 'push/notification helps purchases'. Fifth, to the area of 'overdone' 4 features belonged such as 'variety in the type of products'.

Daycare center is an important space for children's mental, physical and social development. Each space of daycare center should be designed and constructed considering interests of end-users such as children and teachers. However, insufficient related guidelines and standardized design and construction of daycare center to moderate potential risks of each space. This arises from the difference in perception of each space between end-users (head and sub teachers) and construction experts (designers and contractors). Therefore, research framework was developed for analyzing the factors of perception differences of each space in daycare center between these groups applied traditional and modified Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). By comparing risk perception between end-users and experts in two methods, it can be support as construction guide for daycare center in the future and will help minimize conflicts in construction among stakeholders. Moreover, it was found that traditional IPA is comfortable to catch prior project perception of participants, and revised IPA is considered to judge outputs by identifying participant's importance based on the satisfaction of the project performance. Therefore, if IPAs are applied according to the characteristics of the circumstances, it is possible to analyze the perception difference between end-users and construction experts based on the context before and after the construction of the daycare center.
