사이버대학생이 인식하는 모바일러닝 만족도의 영향요인에 대한 중요도-실행도 차이 분석 (Importance-Performance Analysis of Influential Factors on Students' Mobile Learning Satisfaction)

  • 다양한 모바일 기기의 보급이 확산됨에 따라, 모바일 기기를 활용한 모바일러닝의 확산이 빠르게 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 사이버대학생을 대상으로 모바일러닝 만족도에 영향을 미치는 하위요인에 대하여 학습자들이 인식하는 중요도와 실행도의 차이를 살펴보고, 이들 간의 격차를 줄일 수 있는 실천전략을 모색하고자 하였다. 선행연구를 바탕으로 모바일러닝 학습자 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 시스템, 콘텐츠, 서비스, 사용, 성과의 다섯 요인을 선정하고, 모바일러닝 학습자 213명을 대상으로 학습자들이 인식하는 중요도와 실행도의 차이를 조사하였다. t-test 결과 모든 요인과 항목에서 중요도에 비해 실행도가 낮은 것으로 나타났으며, IPA(중요도-실행도 분석) 결과 시스템 요인이 가장 시급하게 개선되어야 할 요인으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 모바일러닝 학습자 만족도 향상을 위해서 보다 용이하고 안정적인 시스템 확보가 시급함을 시사한다.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the cases of Asan-si and Hongseong-gun in Chungcheongnam-do to derive the direction of development of the school meal support center and improvement of the school meal policy in connection with local food. We conducted a survey on the importance and performance of school meal support policy and local food supply policy for nutritionists in two areas. In addition, we identified the issues to be improved intensively and the issues to be continuously managed over the medium to long term, and suggested directions for improvement using IPA. As a result of the importance-performance analysis of school meal support policy and local food supply policy, both Asan-si and Hongseong-gun. focused on improving the price and quality of local food.

중요도-수행도 분석을 이용한 대학 기숙사 급식소의 서비스 품질 속성에 대한 고객 인식분석 (Customer Perception Levels towards Service Quality Attributes of University Residence Hall Foodservice by Importance-Performance Analysis)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze university students' perception of service quality attributes in residence hall foodservice. Questionnaires were hand delivered to 1,210 university students residing in a residence hall. A total of 1,011 was usable, resulting in an 83.6% response rate. The survey was conducted between October, 1998 and May, 1999. A statistical data analysis was completed using the SAS/Win 6.12 for Descriptive Analysis, $X^2$-test, t-test, ANOVA, Spearman Correlation, and Common factor Analysis, and Importance- Performance Analysis(IPA) was completed. Significant negative correlations between importance and performance were found with 'abundance of foods'(p < 0.001), 'discontent handling'(p < 0.001), and 'availability of new menus'(p < 0.01). factors including food, menu, sanitation, atmosphere, facilities, employee's attitude, and convenience were rearranged and a new dimension was created with the service. Employee's attitude and service factors received the highest scores in customer perception of importance and performance. Food, menu, and convenience factors were included in Quadrant A. female students had significantly higher importance mean scores than males, while males had significantly higher Performance mean scores. 수정된 IPA 기법을 적용한 오디오북 서비스품질에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Service Quality of Audiobook Using Revised IPA)

  • Purpose The purpose of this study is to examine the review of previous studies based on audiobooks, 1) using the IPA method, we examine the quality of audiobooks that listeners perceive as important and the quality of preferred audiobooks, 2) improvement directions for activating audio content and audiobook platform, to seek ways to establish strategic plans for the audiobook market. Design/methodology/approach This study conducted and experiment using three factors(usability, information and interaction) used in web service quality(WebQual). Usability consists of the availability of time, such as the use of audiobooks for hobbies and the ease of search. Information consists of the trends of the times, topics of converation and the latest trends. Interaction consists of the proportion and depth of celebrities. After that, grid analysis was performed using the traditional IPA method and the revised IPA method. It was judged that identifying and analyzing the preference for service provision and new content was more valuable than the Performance used in the existing method. Findings According to the results of the empirical analysis, it was found that the conversation material corresponding to informativity did not affect the audiobook during the online quality analysis. It is believed that improvements can be found through content production related to entertainment, webtoons, and general common sense that can increase listeners' interest. In addition, it was found that the advertising effect of celebrities corresponding to interactivity did not affect the results of this study, which should increase the concentration and immersion of listeners by increasing the technology for audiobooks.

서울·경기지역 외식·조리전공 대학생의 중요 대학서비스에 대한 만족도(IPA) 분석 (The Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) on the University Services of Students Who Majored in Catering Cooling in Seoul and Gyeonggi Provinces)

  • The purpose of this study is to measure the priority items according to attributes and analyze the differences between the importance and satisfaction rates through the IPA for the university service. The results in the study are as follow: First, from the result of the factorial analysis, 5 factors are included First, the possibilities for development of universities, universities' physical environment, Universities' administrative (employee) services, majors' educational services, and majors' laboratory environment. Second, as the total average value for important attributes of the universities is 3.50 and the average value of satisfaction is 2.91, there were significant differences (p<0.001). Third, in the analytical result of IPA, the 1st quadrant includes faster developments than other universities, departments' characterization, etc. The 2nd quadrant includes the convenience to issue all kinds of certificates, kindness of administrative staffs, etc. The 3rd quadrant includes convenience of the procedure to improve unsatisfactory services, development efforts to benchmark advanced universities, etc. Finally, the 4th quadrant includes heavy investments in education and environment, efforts to reflect students' demands, and needs, etc. Even though the importance of research subjects related to university services for these attributes is high, they are not fully satisfied, and there are plenty of dissatisfied students. Therefore, urgent supplementations to increase students' satisfaction rates are important. Form the results of the study, it has been found that urgent efforts to improve satisfaction rates of university students who major in catering cooking in the university services are essential and special plans to build competitive systems which can provide high-quality services are also necessary.

An IPA-based Study on the Sextic Industry's Potential for Continued Development from Producers' Viewpoint

  • Purpose - This study is one of a series of studies on the successful Sextic industry, which was conceived because of the urgency of transforming agriculture to cope with global market-opening pressures as well as to solve domestic difficulties facing Korean rural areas. Research design, data, and methodology - This study involved constructing a questionnaire based on evaluation standards proposed by prior research. Further, this study intended to lay the groundwork for the development of the Sextic industry through the use of IPA. It also sought to explore the possibility of developing scales capable of performing causality analysis. We conducted 149 effective questionnaires, and applied the paired t-test and IPA for the analysis. Results - The results of the analysis indicated that the degrees of producers' perceptions regarding the importance and performance with respect to five variables of the performance indicators were different. Conclusion - It was suggested that the implementing subjects of the Sextic industry should prevent possible problems relating to several factors by building close cooperative relationships with the interested parties of each industry.

Food and Nutrition Students' Evaluation for Home Meal Replacement Quality Using Importance-Performance Analysis

  • Purpose - This study attempts to identify the attributes of home meal replacements (HMR) from the perspective of consumers as well as suggest some directions for HMR. Research Design, Data, and Methodology - For the research, food and nutrition professors were interviewed and surveys were completed using the revised Delphi method to identify attributes of HMR. Subsequently, a total of 140 food and nutrition students already aware of HMR were asked to rate the attributes in terms of importance and satisfaction. In addition, Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) was conducted. Results - According to the analysis results, a total of seven key factors were deduced from the attributes ratings and the Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) criteria, which is used to verify the appropriateness of the selection of the variables. Conclusion - The findings could be helpful in the future as reference data for HMR producers and distributors to assist in the diagnosis of the status of HMR. Additionally, the data may point to some areas that need greater attention in terms of production as well as marketing.

간호사와 간호대학생의 좋은 수업에 대한 인식 (Nurses and Nursing Students' Recognition of Good Instruction)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify and assess from nursing students and nurses in the clinical field what constitute good instruction, through the review of nursing students' opinions and clinical field demands. Methods: The study design was used Creswell's exploratory sequential design by collecting and analyzing qualitative data obtained from interviews and then analysis of quantitative data. The participations were 79 seniors in nursing schools and 85 nurses with less than three years of clinical experience. The data were collected through individual interviews and analyzed based on Elo and Kyngas's content analysis method. The quantitative data were collected using the questionnaire developed based on qualitative results and analyzed by SPSS 23.0 program and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Results: The results showed that IPA extracted seven items with high importance but low satisfaction: "nursing fads and trends," "teacher-learner communication and reflection," "materials used in clinical settings such as monitoring results and test results," "special presentations by experienced practitioners," "instruction assures learners' comprehension," "accurate and detailed evaluation standards" and "feedback on homework and exam." Conclusion: The factors comprising good instruction were verified, and the necessity for additional efforts to improve high importance and low performance factors was noted. Therefore, this study can serve as a guide for nursing education facilities and educators in developing of a thorough education system with excellent instruction designed to achieve an ideal nursing education.

ASP 서비스의 전략개발방법론에 관한 연구: 기업 네트워크화 사례 (A Study on Methodology for Strategy Development of ASP Service: A Case Study of Small Company Informatization)

  • Following the idea of "what you measure is what you get," this paper discusses the necessity to improve the plan and management of Application Service Provider (ASP) service based on performance evaluation. The Balanced Scorecard (BSC) has been used as a tool for suggesting the measures that can evaluate performance of a company by considering both financial and non-financial perspectives. The current BSC does not provide techniques to formally define, verify, implement and analyze the performance measures of ASP. Therefore, we developed a methodology for strategy development of ASP service by analyzing the BSC performance measures. This methodology provides a strategy for improving ASP service. The methodology proposed in this paper provide executives with core parts for achieving vision as well as the corresponding interpretation model for developing strategy. The methodology consists of the following two phases: BSC and Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) phase. The methodology is illustrated through a case study in each phase. The case study shows practical deployment of our methodology.

대학 스키 수업 환경의 선택속성 중요도-만족도 분석 (Importance-Performance Analysis of Selection Attributes of University Ski Lecture Environment)

  • 이 연구는 대학 스키수업 수업환경의 선택속성에 대한 중요도와 만족도 간의 차이를 비교 분석하여, 수요자 중심의 수업환경을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 서울, 충청, 경북지역에 소재하고 있는 대학에서 편의표집(convenient sampling)방법에 의해 300명을 조상대상으로 선정하였으며, 회수되지 않은 설문지 및 불성실하게 응답된 자료를 제외하여 최종적으로 221명을 표본으로 추출하였다. 자료 수집을 위한 측정도구는 설문지로 해당 분야의 전문가 검토와 요인분석에 의해 타당도를 검증받았으며, 신뢰도는 Cronbach's alpha값 .747~.891 로 나타났다. 이상의 과정을 거쳐 윈도우 SPSS 21.0 버전 통계프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계분석, 대응표본 t검정, IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis)분석을 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학 스키수업 참가 학생의 스키수업 환경 선택속성 중요도와 만족도 간에는 유의한 차이가 있다. 둘째, 제I사분면은 식사요인과 정보제공 요인이 포함되었다. 제II사분면은 교 강사요인, 강습프로그램, 정보제공, 숙소요인이 포함되었다. III사분면은 숙소요인, 식사요인, 입지요건이 포함되었다. IV사분면은 정보제공 요인이 해당되었다.
