Objectives: This study aimed to assess the improvement of teachers' sanitation performance and food distribution environment at Centers for children's food service management after a sanitation education program. Methods: The subjects were 119 teachers working at child care centers registered in the Daejeon Center for Children's Foodservice Management in Dongu and Jung-gu, Daejeon. The sanitation education was provided three times from March to August in 2014, and the survey questionnaires were distributed before and after the education. The sanitation status of food service environment of the centers was examined by ATP(adenosine-5'-triphosphate) bioluminescence. Results: After the sanitation education, the teachers showed higher levels of sanitation knowledge. Also, sanitation performance and recognition level of the importance of it significantly improved after the education program. The mean variation scores of importance and performance after the education were 0.14 and 0.23. According to the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) results of 26 sanitation attributes about the food service environment, the selection attributes with relatively low performance and importance were mostly distributed in the children's and distributer's personal hygiene management area. However, all attributes except using a personal water bottle and cup were moved to high performance and importance level. Also, the ATP examination results showed that the sanitation status of the food service environment was improved after the education program. Conclusions: The sanitation education program was effective in improving the recognition of the importance of sanitation and its performance with regard to food service management.

최근 공공도서관에서 복합문화공간화가 이루어지고 있는 시점에서, 본 연구는 공공도서관 복합문화공간 이용요인에 관한 이용자의 중요도-만족도 인식을 분석하였다. 분석결과를 기반으로 도서관 이용자의 복합문화공간 이용 차원에 대한 이해를 넓히고, 어떤 요소에 더 중점을 두고 개선해야 하는지에 대한 방향성을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다: 첫째, 현재 41개의 도서관 복합문화공간요인 중 5개 항목에서만 중요도에 비해 만족도가 높게 나타나 특정 부문이 아닌 우선적인 개선 부분을 중점으로 균형 있는 발전을 도모할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 도서관 복합문화공간의 이용자들은 혼자(42%) 또는 가족(18.2%)과 함께 주로 이용하며 주말 오전과 오후를 포함한 이용자 수(35%)보다 평일 오후에 이용하는 사람(50.5%)이 더 많다는 점 등의 방문 특성을 고려하여 다양한 프로그램과 서비스들을 제공할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 공간과 관련한 5개의 이용요인 중 '컴퓨터/장비 사용의 구비성'을 제외한 나머지 항목이 중요도와 만족도가 모두 높게 나타나는 1사분면 또는 중요도에 비해 높은 만족도를 나타내는 4사분면에 위치하고 있다. 이는 도서관이 복합문화공간으로서 기본적으로 지향하는 공간의 다양화 및 복합화를 충분히 수행하고 있음을 보여주는 결과이다. 넷째, IPA분석을 적용한 도서관 복합문화공간 이용요인에 관한 중요도-만족도 차이 분석 결과를 바탕으로 향후 도서관 복합문화공간을 개선할 필요가 있다.

본 연구는 방한 관광객을 대상으로 항공사 선택속성에 대한 중요도 및 성취도를 분석해 보고자 하였다. 이에 방한 일본인과 중국인을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 대응표본 T-test를 실시하였으며 유의한 차이가 있는 속성과 각 선택 속성들 간의 순위를 살펴보았다. 또한 요인분석을 통하여 운송 서비스, 부대 서비스, 기내 서비스, 기본 서비스의 4가지 요인을 도출하였으며, IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis)기법을 이용하여 집중 영역, 유지 영역, 저순위 영역, 과잉노력 지양 영역의 항목들을 도출하였다. 항공사 선택속성에 대한 IP분석 결과 가장 노력하고 집중해야 할 I사분면, 집중영역은 의사소통의 편리함, 기내 승무원 친절도, 선호좌석 배정 등으로 나타났다. II사분면 유지영역은 중요도와 성취도가 모두 높은 영역으로 항공편 스케줄, 정확한 수하물 처리, 상용고객 우대제도, 탑승 라운지, 제휴서비스, 항공사 이미지, 기내방송 등으로 나타났다. III사분면 저순위 영역은 중요도와 성취도 모두 낮은 영역으로 노선 다양성, 승무원 유니폼, 항공 요금, 기내식 맛과 질 등으로 나타났다. IV사분면 과잉노력 지양 영역으로 중요도는 낮으나 성취도가 높은 영역으로 이에 해당하는 속성은 신속한 탑승수속, 좌석의 편안함, 항공기 기종과 연식으로 나타났다.

Construction delays occur frequently in outrigger framework of tall buildings due to the unexpected conditions and lack of experience. However, delay factors of the outrigger framework has not been managed efficiently. Therefore, the systematic management is needed by perceiving possible delay factors before constructing management system. In this study, the major delay factors of outrigger framework are conducted to derive by using the Importance Performance Analysis(IPA). It is expected that the results of this study are utilized for planning of systematic scheduling in outrigger framework of tall building.

This study is aimed to identify the LHI policies in the research process that reflect the diversity of job positions and workplace using a statistical method such as IPA. To collect the sample data questionnaire survey was carried out in 400 staffs in LH including researchers to investigate dissemination of research results and improve factor regard with research. The dissemination of research results is positioned as a important key factor for the determination of research institute policy. From this reason, satisfaction survey was performed for defining the procedure of research system and the dissemination of research findings. The answers give stimulate participation for investigational activity and share some perceptions with research vision a dominant position. Futhermore, select the research theme which is a important association with pending issues at the planning phase is to reinforce the availability of research findings. Lastly, promote research findings intensively is cause availability of research results to increase also.

본 연구는 Fuzzy AHP와 IPA 분석을 이용하여 인천광역시 지역물류계획의 주요정책 가중치를 도출하고 현재수준을 포트폴리화 하여 향후 정책방향의 패러다임을 제시하는 것을 연구의 목적으로 하였다. 전문가와의 Indepth-Interview를 통해 가중치와 현재수준에 대해 가능한 객관적으로 도출할 수 있도록 노력하였다. IPA 분석결과 국제물류거점 조기확충, 광역간선도로망구축, 인천지역교육기관의 전문화 및 특성화는 현상유지 및 지속적인 강화할 필요가 있으며, 지역물류유통단지조성사업, 항만배후수송망 개선, 인천항 항만배후단지 활성화,등은 개선보다는 현재의 수준을 유지할 필요가 있다, 인천시물류정보DB활성화, 화물차전용차로, 전용출입로 도입, 종합물류지원센터 설립 등 은 점진적인 투자나 개선이 필요하다. 물류 R&D사업발굴 및 역량강화, 항공물류전문기업 도입과 네트워크구축사업은 중점적인 예산투입과 관심등 개선이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 인천시 물류정책이 기반시설이나 항만물류에 전통적으로 중점을 두고 있으며, 앞으로 글로벌 물류거점도시가 되기 위해서는 현재정책을 유지하면서 항공물류전문기업 도입과 물류정보화사업에도 관심을 가져야 할 것이다.

본 연구의 목적은 교육부 유치원 안전교육 7대 표준안에 대해 유아교사가 인식하는 중요도와 실행도의 차이를 비교, 분석하고 유아교육현장에서 바람직한 안전교육을 위해 우선적으로 지원할 항목과 장기적 개선이 요구되는 항목을 살펴보는데 있다. 이를 위해 유치원 교사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 유치원 안전교육 표준안의 중요도와 실행도 차이를 분석하기 위해 평균, 표준편차, 대응표본 t-검정을 실시하였고, 우선적 지원과 장기적 지원 및 개선의 필요성을 분석하기 위해 '중요도와 실행도(Importance-Performance Analysis: IPA) 매트릭스' 분석방법을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 유아교사들이 인식하는 교육부 유치원 안전교육 7대 표준안의 중요도와 실행도는 모든 영역과 항목에서 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 유치원 현장에서 바람직한 안전교육을 위해 우선적으로 지원되어야 할 영역과 항목은 '폭력 및 신변안전' 영역의 2개 항목, '약물 및 사이버 중독' 영역의 1개 항목으로 나타났다. 또한 장기적 개선이 요구되는 영역과 항목은 '응급처치' 영역의 6개 항목, '폭력 및 신변안전' 영역의 1개 항목', '직업안전' 영역의 3개 항목, '약물 및 사이버 중독' 영역의 3개 항목', '재난 안전' 영역의 1개 항목으로 나타났다.

외식의 관심도가 높아지면서 지역경제의 활성화전략으로 외식이벤트를 적극적으로 활용하면서 대부분의 외식이벤트 주체자는 참여고객의 만족에 초점을 두기보다는 대외 홍보와 언론노출이 용이한 일회성 이벤트와 광고에 치중하고 있는 것에 대해서 문제의식과 필요성을 가지고 탐색적인 차원에서 외식이벤트 주최자의 중요 점과 진행후의 성취도, 외식이벤트 참여자가 중요하게 생각하며 참여 후에 느끼는 만족도를 IPA분석 통해 연구하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 참여자와 진행 주최자의 양측 면에서 중요도와 만족도를 심도 있게 논외하고 외식 이벤트를 성공적으로 이끌기 위한 참여자와 주최자간의 차이를 밝히고자 함이며, 외식이벤트 주최자와 참여자간의 연구에서 제시된 자료를 토대로 외식이벤트에 대한 학문적 접근을 시도하고자 함에 있다. 이에 따른 연구방법으로는 서문지 작성으로 조사 시기는 2008년 5월 9일에서 10일까지 이틀에 걸쳐 이루어졌고 총 200매의 설문지가 배포되었으며 회수된 설문지는 176매로 88% 회수율을 보였으며 이중 불성실하거나 누락된 항목이 많은 설문지를 제외하고 분석에 사용된 설문지는 171부(85.5%)가 SPSS프로그램을 통하여 빈도분석(Frequency)과 기술 분석 (Descriptive Statistics), 대응표본 T-test(paired Samples)등을 실시하였고 중요도와 성취도의 IPA 그래프를 작성하기 위하여 IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis) 분석을 이용하였다. 연구의 결과는 외식이벤트 주최자는 새로움, 예약서비스, 가격, 조명, 고객수준이 유지되어야 한다고 나타났고 외식이벤트 참가자는 소스 맛 주최측서비스 수준, 주차 서비스, 예약 서비스, 고객수준은 유지되어야 한다고 나타났으며 불만족을 느끼는 것은 참가자는 '천연 조미료사용', '음식 맛', '세련된 분위기로 나타났으며 배경음악, 공간청결, 환송서비스, 주방장명성, 세련된 분위기로 나타났다. 결과적으로 주최자는 참여고객들이 불만족을 갖는 '천연 조미료사용' '음식 맛', '세련된 분위기를 보강하는데 노력을 하여야하며 보완 수정이 시급한 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 '배경음악', '색다른 음식'은 참가자가 관심을 두지 않는 부분으로 나타났고 서비스과잉은 계산서비스, 환송 서비스로 나타났으므로 이에 따른 수정보완이 필요 시 된다.

The purpose of this study is to develop and present a strategic framework for mobile Internet marketing in the $Web^2$ environment. The $Web^2$ mobile Internet marketing is characterized by services, such as augmented reality and social network services. Considering the changes in the effects and types of advertisements in the mobile Internet, few studies of mobile advertisements have been conducted thus far in the $Web^2$ environment, including the cloud computing environment. Accordingly, this research aims to identify the relationships between importance and satisfaction and to uncover the characteristics of mobile advertisements through smart phones using the IPA (Importance-performance Analysis) methodology in the $Web^2$ environment. To induce the minimum required characteristics of a mobile advertisement in terms of the importance and satisfaction of IPA, Kano's model is applied to this analysis. The study also probes the relationships between the overall satisfaction and factors of each dimension of IPA through a regression analysis. As a result, this study presents four types of $Web^2$ mobile Internet marketing strategies. It was also confirmed that the maintenance reinforcement factors of the IPA dimension affect the degree of overall satisfaction. This study has implications for businesses and researchers preparing $Web^2$ mobile services and marketing.

이 연구의 목적은 조리 실습을 위한 조리실습시설의 전공자의 중요도와 만족도를 평가하는 것이다. 이를 위해 설문은 충청도에 위치한 Y대학교에서 조리를 전공하는 100명의 학생에게 설문지를 배포하였고 총 71부의 유용한 설문지를 본 연구를 위해 사용하였다. 통계적 분석을 위해 SPSS 10.0 Win을 사용하였으며, 중요도-실행도 분석은 조리 교육의 핵심 요소인 실습 시설에 대한 중요도와 만족도를 비교하기 위해 실시하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조리실습시설에 대한 만족도(M=3.42)는 중요도(M=4.09)보다 낮게 나타났다. 둘째, 조리실습시설의 중요도 및 만족도는 사전 교육 무경험자와 유경험자 사이에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 사전 교육 경험이 있는 전공자는 기물의 보유량에 비해 보유 기기 기물의 유용성을 더욱 중요시하였고 빠르게 개선되어야할 요인으로써 사전 교육이 있는 전공자는 조리 실습실 내 환기시설과 급 배수시설을 중요하게 생각하는 것으로 나타났다. 조리 교육에 있어 이 연구의 시사점은 조리 실습실에 대한 전공자의 교육 만족도 향상에 공헌 할 것이다. 그러나 표본추출에 있어 한정성으로 인해 연구의 결과를 일반화시키기 어렵다.
