이 연구는 사회적 문제로 부각되고 있는 초등학교 범죄예방을 위해 학부모를 대상으로 범죄예방설계(CPTED)요소 인식에 대한 분석을 통해 CPTED의 전략적 요소들이 학생들의 대상 범죄를 효과적으로 예방하는데 도움이 될 수 있는지 이해하고 정책적 제언과 방향 제시에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하려는데 그 목적이 있다. 그러한 연구목적의 달성을 위해 이 연구에서는 핵심적인 틀(Framework)로써 중요도-실행도 분석(IPA: Importance-Performance Analysis)을 선택하였다. 연구의 대상자는 1차 조사 집단은 2010년 경주시 초등학교 학부모 203명과 2차 조사 집단은 2014년 동 지역 초등학교 학부모 297명을 유목적 표집(Purposeful Sampling)으로 선정하였다. 이 연구에서 사용한 설문지는 Martilla & James(1977)가 제시하였던 "중요도-실행도 분석(Important-Performance Analysis: IPA)" 기법을 적용하여 초등학생 학부모들을 대상으로 학생의 범죄예방을 위한 CPTED 전략요소에 대한 인식을 분석하였다. 중요도의 신뢰도(Cronbach's ${\alpha}$)는 1차 집단 0.886, 0.920, 0.895와 2차 집단 0.880, 0.906, 0.878 이었으며, 실행도의 신뢰도는 1차 집단 0.880, 0.917, 0.878과 2차 집단 0.735, 0.840, 0.830이었다. 자료의 분석은 빈도 분석, 신뢰도 분석, 기술통계 분석 및 대응표본 t-Test를 실시하였다. IPA 실행격자를 통해 분석한 바, 초등학교 학부모들의 CPTED 전략요소에 대한 중요도는 전반적으로 매우 높았지만 그 성취도는 구성요소에 따라 편차가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과, 초등학교 건물 내 외부에서 학생을 대상으로 한 범죄의 불안감을 해소할 수 있는 범죄예방 설계(CPTED)의 중요한 전략요소는 1차 집단의 기계적 감시, 조직적 감시, 그리고 영역성 강화이며 2차 집단의 조사에서 기계적 조직적 요인으로 나타났으며, 경비인력 확충과 정문에 범죄예방 중요요소들 높은 중요도 비해 실행도가 낮아서 시급히 투자가 요청되고 있다고 하겠다. 이 연구의 분석결과는 학생들의 범죄예방을 위해 범죄예방 설계(CPTED) 전략요소를 규명하고 향후 초등학교에서 CPTED의 구성요소를 효과적으로 적용하는 정책적 방향 제시에 기초자료를 활용될 수 있기를 기대한다.

The purposes of this study were to a) examine using status, b) measure the service quality attributes, c) analyze IPA and customer satisfaction, d) develop the LSM(Local Store Marketing) by location of K theme restaurant such as residential type(A), complex type(B) and downtown type(C). The questionnaires were handed out to 346 of 450(usage rate 76.9%). The statistical data analysis was completed using SPSS(ver 12.0) for descriptive analysis, $X^2$, t-test, ANOVA, reliability analysis, factor analysis, multiple linear regression. From an analysis on service quality attributes, most importance of service quality attributes was more highly perceived than performance of those, except for 'attractive exterior', 'variety of kid's menu', 'convenient facilities for kid' and perceived importance and performance were also significantly different by location of branch restaurant. The attributes to be improved were 'convenience of restaurant's parking lot', 'food tast', 'speedy service' and 'service competency' as branch A(residential type) restaurant, 'convenience of the restaurant location' as branch B(complex type) restaurant and 'convenience of the restaurant location' and 'speedy service' as branch C(downtown type) through IPA analysis. The Overall customer satisfaction was 3.74 and service quality factors had significant effect on overall customer satisfaction. Location of restaurant, which gives a great effect on its operation and marketing, has a important correlation with success or failure of restaurant business enterprises. Therefore, marketing strategy by restaurant location should be developed.

This study aims to estimate the perception of mothers of infant and toddler on the child-rearing environment and compare the recognition of parents who live in APT and multi-family housing. This study investigates the mothers in order to survey the level of importance and satisfaction on the neighborhood environment factors for child-rearing. The result of questionnaire is analyzed by Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). According to the result of IPA by housing types, it was found that the improvement of pedestrian environment, separation of pedestrian and vehicle, natural environment and playground is required particularly in the multi-family housing area. the mothers need soundproofing of house and management of unwanted facilities in neighborhood in common. In the apartment, improvement of child-care facilities and children's library is required. The results of IPA on the mothers of infant and toddler may be important foundation for future strategies for child-rearing environment improvement.

본 연구는 장애인거주시설 인권의 중요도 인식과 현재 실행도와의 차이를 비교하여 이러한 차이를 극복할 수 있는 실천전략을 탐색하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 경기, 경북, 전남지역 시설장 114명을 대상으로 장애인거주시설 인권의 인식 수준과 실행수준은 어느 정도인지, 중요도 인식과 현재 실행도 간의 차이가 존재하는지에 대한 경험적 연구를 수행하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 거주시설 인권이 중요하다는 인식을 공유하고 있다는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 거주시설 인권영역의 중요도와 실행도 수준의 차이분석에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 중요도와 실행도의 차이를 극복할 수 있는 실천전략을 수립하고자 IPA matrix 분석결과를 제시하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 실천적 함의와 향후 과제를 제시하였다.

본 연구는 고속도로 휴게소 이용의 만족과 중요도 요인을 분석하고 고속도로 휴게소에서 이용자 만족에 영향을 주는 요인을 찾아내고자 중부고속도로 음성(하남방향, 통영방향) 휴게소 및 영동고속도로 여주(강릉방향)휴게소의 이용객을 대상으로 실증분석 하였다. 분석결과 22개의 고속도로 휴게소 환경단서에 대한 요인분석에서 '휴게소의 음식', '휴게소 문화', '친절 및 위생', '상품', '넓은 공간', '종업원 및 공중전화', '규모 및 시설' 등 7개 요인이 도출되었으며, 7개의 고속도로 휴게소 평가요인 중에서 '휴게소 문화', '친절 및 위생', '종업원 및 공중전화' 요인이 전반적인 방문객 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과는 다양한 만족도 요인 중에서 이들 3가지 요인이 상대적으로 전반적인 휴게소 만족도에 더 큰 영향을 미친다는 것을 시사해주고 있다.

Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA) holds the assumption that the degree of physical fulfilment of quality attributes and the satisfaction of that attribute is linear. Therefore, IPA can be applied to the traditional one-dimensional attributes, not to other quality elements such as attractive or must-be attributes. To overcome this problem, several articles introduced methods that integrate IPA into the concept of two-dimensional quality. However, these articles are rather conceptual focusing on the differentiation of quality attributes depend on quality elements in IPA. To provide empirical evidence of the dependent relationship between attribute importance and satisfaction in IPA, this study introduces a weighted importance approach and provides validation method using Bacon's priority model, a regression model. For this, the current research investigates 23 quality attributes of TV set for the results of Kano's model, which are adopted from Kim et al., and conducted a survey of 118 university students for the results of the importance/satisfaction and improvement priority. The result of the proposed approach shows better result than those using the conventional way, based on R-square of the regression model.

Interest in the commercialization of research results is increasing according to the recent social atmosphere. In the field of construction, new technologies are also being actively commercialized. Pre-analysis of products is an important procedure for future market entry. This study aims to conduct a product-based importance-performance analysis as one of the preliminary analysis methods for the commercialization of technologies developed in the field of construction and to explore their applicability. This study conducts a survey on those involved by setting the categories of product quality, convenience, and usability for the commercialization of previously developed pipeline inspection product. Based on this, we would like to present an analysis that calculates importance and performance of the product and helps to set the development direction through interrelationship analysis.

Purpose: This study attempted to understand patients' and nurses' perspectives on the priority of rehabilitation nursing services using Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). Methods: This study used descriptive research design. Data were collected from 121 patients and 144 nurses using self-reported questionnaires. Statistical analysis included an independent t-test, analysis of variance (ANOVA), and IPA conducted using SPSS/WIN 21.0 version. Results: There were no statistical differences between the patients' and nurses' mean scores on perceptions of the importance (t=-0.83, p=.409) and performance (t=-0.32, p=.751) of rehabilitation nursing services. The IPA matrix showed a difference between patients and nurses in terms of their perceived priority of nursing services. Regarding the perception of patients, "helping a patient to continue to practice bedside physiotherapy and occupational therapy", "providing information on the proper care agency and community resources", and "providing education for the prevention of complications" fell in the "concetrate here" area (2nd quadrant). Conclusion: The results showed that the priorities of patients and nurses did not match in terms of some of the rehabilitation nursing services. Thus, rehabilitation nursing services need to be provided based on the patients' needs. Allocation of resources for the service items that fell in the "concentrate here" area of the IPA need be reconsidered for the quality in nursing care.

본 연구는 최근 급성장하고 있는 모바일 쇼핑시장에서 향후 전략적 마케팅시사점을 얻고자 대학생들을 대상으로 IPA매트릭스를 활용하여 분석하였다. 모바일 쇼핑몰 선택속성에 대한 IPA분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 21개 속성 중 '제공되는 제품의 신뢰성(6.09)'이 중요도가 가장 높게 나타났으며, '대금결제의 편리성(5.29)'이 수행도가 가장 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 유지 강화가 필요한 영역(Doing great, Keep it up)에는 '대금결제의 편리성', '제공되는 제품의 신뢰성' 등 11개 속성 등이 포함되었다. 셋째, 불만족 영역(Focus here)으로서 시정노력이 필요한 속성으로는 '교환이나 반품처리 및 A/S 등을 위한 대기시간 단축'이 해당되었다. 넷째, 중요도와 수행도 모두 낮은 영역(Low Priority)에는 '푸시/알림이 구매에 도움' 등 3개 속성이 해당되었다. 다섯째, 과잉노력지양 영역(Overdone)에는 '제품종류가 다양' 등 4개 속성이 해당되었다.

어린이집은 아이들의 심신 및 사회성 발달 등이 이루어지는 중요한 공간이다. 따라서 어린이집 각 공간은 사용자인 아이뿐 아니라 교사의 특성을 고려하여 맞춤형 설계 및 시공이 이루어져야 한다. 그러나 불충분한 관련 법규 및 획일화된 설계 시공 과정은 어린이집 각 공간의 특성을 살리지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이는 최종사용자(원장, 교사) 및 건설 전문가(설계 및 시공자) 사이의 각 공간별 중요도-성과도 인식차이에서 발생한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 각 공간 및 집단 간 인식차이 요인 분석을 위한 프레임워크를 개발하고 전통 및 수정 IPA를 통해 어린이집 건설 시 우선 고려되어야 할 요인들을 도출하였다. 이를 토대로 두 집단의 인식을 비교하고, 분석방법에 다른 결과를 비교함으로, 향후 어린이집 발주 시 활용 가능하며 시공 및 운영 과정에서 각자의 공간에 대한 인식을 파악하여 갈등 발생 최소화에 도움이 될 것이다. 또한, 각 IPA 방법에 따라 전통 IPA가 사전의 인식을 보는데 수월하다면, 수정 IPA는 성과물의 만족도를 기준으로 중요도를 파악함으로 결과물에 대한 판단이 가능할 것으로 여겨진다. 따라서 IPA의 특성에 따라서 결과를 비교한다면, 어린이집 건설 전후 상황에 따른 사용자와 건설 전문가 집단의 인식차이 분석이 가능할 것이다.
