The DMB standards allow to transmit IP data on IP Tunneling. It is able to DMB data localcasting services using technologies as assigning IP address, encapsulating IP packets, guiding IP data service and, exchanging IP packet at the local area. As the result of that, we can have good experiences as rich and localized multimedia on the DMB networks.

This document describes the technologies related to internet protocol (IP)-based media production systems. As high-capacity, high-quality data transmission increases, broadcast production platforms are shifting to IP. The IP-based production system uses the network by sharing resources and is easy to control centrally. It also facilitates software-based cloud production. A cloud IP-based media production platform can work regardless of dedicated hardware and can easily collaborate. Associations and industrial groups have created common standards related to production, and manufacturers are developing solutions with their technologies based on their product competitiveness. This study investigates the open standard technologies used for IP-based media production and technology trends in the ProAV industry and describes the production in the cloud environment and cloud AI-based production technology trends.

본 논문에서는 Wowza Media Server를 이용하여 IP Camera 영상을 스마트폰에 리스트리밍(Re-Streaming) 서비스하는 것을 연구하였다. 기존에 웹에 포함되어 있는 멀티미디어 파일은 서버로부터 다운로드받아 해당 파일을 실행시켰는데 이는 하드웨어 자원 문제와 다운로드 시간문제, 저장 공간을 필요로 하는 단점이 있었다. 이에 비해 스트리밍 서비스는 서버에서 실시간으로 전송되어 바로 재생이 가능하며 별도의 저장 공간을 필요로 하지 않기 때문에 스마트폰과 같은 제한적인 플랫폼에서 사용되기 적절한 서비스이다. IP Camera 영상을 스마트폰으로 스트리밍 하기위해서는 IP Camera의 영상을 Wowza Media Server로 실시간 스트리밍 한 뒤, Wowza Media Server가 이 영상을 다시 스트리밍서비스하는 리스트리밍(Re-Streaming)기법을 이용한다. 또한 VLC Player를 사용하여 IP Camera의 영상을 각기 다른 스마트폰 환경에 최적화된 영상으로 변환하여 스트리밍 서비스하였다. 이러한 IP Camera영상 스트리밍 서비스는 관공서, 공사장, 가게 등의 상황을 스마트폰으로 실시간 확인하고자 하는 수요를 만족시키기 위해 어플리케이션으로 개발되어 제공될 예정이다.

This study was carried out to reveal optimum conditions for in vitro propagation of 3 Korean native azalea species, Rhododendron mucronulatum, R. yedonese var. poukhanense, and R. shlippenbachii, which are useful for landscape proposes. Seeds and meristems from three azalea species were cultured on 1/2MS, Hyponex, and Anderson media containing growth of regulators benzyladenine(BA) and 2-isopentenyadenosine(2ip). The results were as follows. 1. In the culture of R. schlippenbachii and R. mucronulatum seeds, in vitro seedlings germinated and grew well on he 1/2MS and Anderson media, while R. yedoense var. poukhanense on Hyponex media containing 6.0mg/$\ell$ 2ip. 2. When the meristems of R. mucronulatum were cultured on Andeson media containing 9.0mg/$\ell$ 2ip, the survival rate of meristems was 23.0% in 6 weeks after culture, and the survival rate of R. schlippenbachii was 46.0% o nthe same media containing 12.0mg/$\ell$ 2ip. The survial rate of R. yedoense var. poukhanense was 92.0% onHyponex media containing 0.5mg/$\ell$ BA and 9.0mg/$\ell$ 2ip. When the meristems of R. mucronulatum and R. yedoense var. poukhanense were cultured on Hyponex media containing 12.0mg/$\ell$ 2ip, they showed the most excellent growth. R. schlippenbachii grew well on Anderson media containing 9.0mg/$\ell$ 2ip. When in vitro shoots of R. yedoense var. poukhanense were subcultured to solid medium, they grew well in shoot growth on Hyponex media containing 6.0mg/$\ell$ 2ip.

본 연구는 디지털 미디어 콘텐츠 산업에서 기업의 지적재산권(IP) 포트폴리오가 벤처캐피털(VC) 조달 성공에 미치는 영향을 분석한다. 스타트업체와 VC 펀딩 정보를 제공하는 Crunchbase에 등록된 685개 국내 디지털미디어 콘텐츠 기업들을 대상으로 분석한 결과, IP 포트폴리오가 우수한 기업일수록 VC 펀딩에 더 유리하다는 점을 발견하였으며, 이는 특히 신생 기업에게서 더 강하게 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 아직 평판과 실적이 충분하게 형성되지 않은 기업일수록 IP 포트폴리오를 더 철저하게 관리하는 것이 중요하다는 시사점을 준다.

기존의 IP 망을 이용하여 음성 데이터 서비스를 제공하는 VoIP는 최근 많은 관심을 받고 있다. VoIP 서비스는 다양한 보안 취약성을 포함한다. VoIP 서비스의 주요 공격 유형으로는 도 감청, DoS 공격, 스팸, 서비스 오용 공격 등을 들 수 있다. 이 중에서 도 감청으로 인한 기밀 정보의 유출은 매우 중요한 문제로 다루어지고 있다. VoIP 미디어 정보에 대한 도 감청 방지를 위해 SRTP나 ZRTP와 같은 암호화 기법이 주로 사용되고 있다. 일반적으로 VoIP 서비스는 단일 사설망 내에서의 운용과 서로 다른 사설망간의 운용으로 구분할 수 있는데, SRTP나 ZRTP는 단일 사설망 내에서의 통신 시에는 VoIP 미디어 정보를 암호화 한다. 그러나 두 가지 방법 모두 서로 다른 사설망간의 통신 시에는 암호화를 수행하지 못하는 문제를 가지고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 기존의 SRTP 프로토콜의 일부를 수정하여 서로 다른 사설망간의 통신 시에도 VoIP 미디어 정보에 대한 암호화를 수행할 수 있는 암호화 기법을 제안한다.

본 연구에서는 다양하게 정의되고 있는 IP-TV 정의 및 매체 특성을 살펴보고, 이를 통해 IP-TV의 개념을 분명히 하였다. 또한 IP-TV 서비스를 위해 필요한 플랫폼, 네트워크, 콘텐츠 및 IP-TV 성패에 영향을 주는 여러 요소들을 디지털케이블 TV와 비교 분석하였고, 분석 결과 디지털케이블 TV와 IP-TV는 물리적 측면이나 서비스 제공 콘텐츠 측면에서 거의 동일함을 알 수 있었다.

In this paper we describe SLA metrics and software architecture for newly upcoming IP TV service. Firstly we show the general description for IP TV. This consists of brief description of IP TV, the general figure of configuration and elements of IP TV network and communication protocol stack of IP TV data transmission for deriving communication quality parameter. And we propose SLA metrics depending on quality measurement point. According to the measurement point the measurable SLA metrics are different. The total view of the IP TV SLA measurement and management architecture is shown. When the quality measurement point is the routers that consist of internet node, the IP media NMS is the quality collection system. And when the quality measurement point is the IP TV STB(Set-Top Box), the IP media collector and Quality Collection Server are the quality collection system. And we show the software block diagram of IP TV SLA processing system and the other related network management systems.

본 논문에서는 VoIP(Voice over Internet Protocol) 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 필요한 핵심 프로토콜들 중하나인 MEGACO(MEdia GAteway Control)/H.248을 기반으로 하는 VoIP 서비스 제공 구조를 제시한다. MEGACO/H.248은 최근 IETF와 ITU-T의 공동노력으로 표준화 작업이 진행되어 온 미디어 게이트웨이 제어 프로토콜로서, VoIP 관련 개발업체 및 통신사업자들의 관심이 집중되고 있는 프로토콜이다. MEGACO/H.248은 차세대 통신망의 핵심 구성요소인 소프트스위치가 다양한 미디어게이트웨이를 제어할 때 사용되며, 이를 통해 PSTN과 같은 회선교환 망과 연동되는 경우에도 VoIP 서비스를 원활하게 지원할 수 있다.
