무기체계에서의 소프트웨어에 대한 비중이 커짐에 따라, 소프트웨어 ILS(Integrated Logistics Support)에 대한 관심이 커지고 있다. 그러나 기존 무기체계에서 ILS 개발은 하드웨어 중심으로 적용하고 있어 소프트웨어에 그대로 적용하기 힘든 실정이다. 본 논문은 소프트웨어 ILS의 실무 적용 어려움이 무엇인지 원인을 파악하고 문제점을 분석하기 위해 국내/외 규정 및 사례들을 통해 현 실태를 파악하였다. 또한, 소프트웨어의 유지보수 특성을 고려하여 소프트웨어와 하드웨어 ILS의 차이점을 검토하고, 소프트웨어 ILS 요소개발 범위 설정을 통해 국내에 적용이 가능한 소프트웨어 ILS 개발방안을 제안하였다. 이는 소프트웨어 ILS 개발을 위한 구체적인 실무 적용방안을 수립하는 데 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

본 논문에서는 Rural Postman Problem(RPP) 해법을 위한 Iterative Local Search(ILS) 알고리즘을 제안한다. ILS 알고리즘은 초기해를 여러 번 생성하여 탐색 시작점을 달리하는 방법으로, 초기해의 설정 방법에 따라 알고리즘의 성능이 크게 좌우되는 Local Search(LS) 알고리즘의 단점을 보완할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 LS 알고리즘과 ILS 알고리즘을 18개의 RPP 문제에 적용하고 그 성능을 분석한다. 실험 결과에서는 ILS 알고리즘이 각각 다른 탐색 시작점에서 해 공간을 탐색함으로서 LS에 비해 좋은 해를 찾을 수 있음을 알 수 있었다.

This study reviews the concept of Integrated Logistic Support(ILS), ILS standards, ILS elements, and the processes of developing ILS elements and Logistics Support Analysis(LSA). It also examines the potentials of applying ILS development process to building CALS systems in commercial sectors in order to accomplish business process innovation and achieve life-cycle cost savings in product and equipment management. In order to utilize the ILS approach for commercial industries, we need customizing the process of Logistics Support Analysis defined in MIL-STD-1388-lA. The success of ILS implementation depends on the determination of the range of ILS elements in relation with the application environment, and the appropriate development of those elements. During the development process, in order to analyze and design logistics flow processes and supporting activities, we suggest the object-oriented logistics process modeling approach with basic concepts and constructs embedded in objects. Several diagrams including Class Diagram, Class-Instance Diagram, and Integrated Instance Diagram, are provided. Simple Steps to follow are suggested for the analysis and design of inter-organizational logistics flow and support processes. The outcomes of the study are expected to contribute to stimulating the utilization of ILS concepts and development process during building commercial CALS systems.

To develop the most effect maintenance system of urban MAGLEV train which is being developed based on system engineering, logistics belong to special system engineering were applied to maintenance system and Integrated Logistic Supports (ILS) were employed to tailor every step of MAGLEV project. Since ILS had not been applied to domestic train project, the followings were studied to validate ILS: 1) case studies on maintenance procedures at home and abroad, 2) overview of standardized process of ILS, 3) Comparison and analysis of relationship between RAMS and ILS, 4) Application of ILS to MAGLEV maintenance system and other domestic train system.

Ionic liquids(ILs) have been the most investigated chemicals among green solvents including water, glycerol, supercritical carbon dioxdie($scCO_2$). ILs are attracting organic as well as inorganic chemicals because most ionic liquids' vapor pressures are very low so that ILs are liquids phase at ambient conditions. ILs are composed of various anions and cations, thus chemists can design functionalized solvents and/or catalysts that can be used in specific synthetic reactions by means of combinations of different ions. Many scientists believe ILs being green materials because of its low vapor pressure as well as the flexibility in controlling the chemical and physical properties. In this review the author describes recent development of ILs focused on imidazolium and pyridinium ILs which are being most investigated presently. In order to apply this materials in industrial level, the toxicity matter must be resolved first. In this regard, the author describes recent research trend regarding environmental effects by ILs as well as some meaningful results as well.

Logistics is by no means a new subject area. The concept of logistics goes way become more complex as technology advances, and logistics requirements have increased accordingly. In 1964, when ILS philosophy formally came into being, ILS was defined in general terms and did not describe what actions an ILS program should accomplish. ILS philosophy have been developed from 1964 through 1980. In 1982, United States Department of Defense formulated a new concept, CALS. CALS is the strategy that the US defense development to management the transition to integration and automated interchange in defense system engineering, manufacturing, and logistic support. Its goal is to use the inherent features of digitized data to revolutionize the function of data -gathering, data storage and data - transfer techologies associared with the development of defense systems. The Result will be systems that are cheaper, more reliable, and easier to maintain. To define CALS's character, the purpose of this papers compare two concepts - CALS and ILS. The elements of CALS consist of standads and EDI. The elements of ILS include LCC(Life Cycle Cost), LSA(Logistics Support Analysis), LSAR(Logistics Support Analysis Rcord), Aquisition Cycle.

연구 이용 수정 재배포를 허용하는 오프소스 소프트웨어(OSS)는 경쟁이 아닌 협력과 공유를 통해 발전해 나가는 도서관 정신과 유사하다. OSS는 사서들의 창의적 아이디어와 표준 업무프로세스를 기반으로 저비용 기술혁신을 실현할 수 있는 대안으로 평가되고 있으나, 지속적 발전을 위해서는 경험과 지식을 공유하는 성숙한 커뮤니티 정신이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 커뮤니티 중심의 OSS ILS 사례인 KOHA와 Next_L을 심층 분석하고 이를 기반으로 국내 OSS ILS의 실현 방안을 제안하였다. 우리나라의 경우 관종별 도서관 컨소시엄을 중심으로 중소규모 도서관을 위한 OSS ILS 개발을 추진해 나가는 것이 바람직해 보인다. 그러나 아직 생소한 OSS ILS 필요성에 대한 현장의 공감대 형성, 커뮤니티 활성화를 위한 기운의 성숙이 전제되어야 할 것이다.

현재의 국내 군수 환경은 운용단계에 있는 무기체계에 대해 PBL 개념의 적용이 확대되고 있는 추세이다. 본 연구에서는 전수명주기에 걸쳐 PBL 적용 프로세스와 ILS 요소 개발을 모델링 해 봄으로써 PBL 적용 프로세스의 개선안을 도출하려고 한다. 특히 개발초기 단계부터 PBL 적용 프로세스를 모델링 해 봄으로써 개선을 도모하였다. 또한, ILS 개발 시점부터 PBL 개념이 반영되도록 ILS 요소 개발과의 상관관계를 설정함으로써 운용단계에 있는 체계가 아닌 개발단계부터 ILS 개발절차에 PBL을 고려하는 개선방안을 제공한다. 기존에 국내에서 적용 중인 PBL 개념이 ILS의 보급체계와의 연계성에만 국한된 개념이라면 이를 확장해서 개발체계 전체의 가용도, 신뢰도, 군수지원 비용 등을 고려한 개선된 PBL 적용이 가능하다.

현재 대부분의 공항에서 운용중인 계기착륙시스템 (ILS; instrument landing system)은 시스템 특성상 단일경로로 운영되어, 다수의 항공기를 수용하기에는 한계가 있다. 이러한 한계점을 해결하기 위해 GNSS를 이용한 위성항법시스템인 GBAS가 개발되었다. GBAS는 ILS 보다 위치 정확도도 높고 단일경로가 아닌 다수의 경로를 이용하여 착륙이 가능하기 때문에, 다양한 착륙절차를 수행할 수 있다. 이에, 본 논문에서는 환경적인 요건과 공역 제한 때문에 ILS 설치가 불가피한 태안비행장에 가상 ILS 절차를 수립한 후 cessna skyhawk 172를 이용하여 가상 ILS 절차와 curved approach 절차를 비교하는 비행시험을 하여 curved approach에 대한 장점을 확인 하였다.

본 논문에서는 다수의 구성품으로 구성된 시스템에 대해 Hidden Failure를 고려하여 최적의 계획 정비 스케줄링 문제에 대해 연구하였다. 계획 정비 스케줄링의 목적은 장기 운용 유지비용 최소화이다. 시스템 측면에서는 다수의 구성품을 그룹화하여 검사함으로써 시스템이 정지함으로 인해 발생할 수 있는 비용을 최소화 할 수 있다. 또한 각 구성품 별로 적절한 검사 주기를 선정하여 고장을 조기에 확인함으로써 고장 발생으로 인한 비용을 최소화 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 계산의 복잡성을 줄이기 위해 기존 연구에서 사용한 "Base interval approach"를 적용하였으며 추가적으로 다수 구성품의 동시 검사를 통한 검사비용 절감 효과를 고려하였다. 검사비용은 소요되는 시설, 장비 및 인력 비용으로 구성된다고 가정하였으며 유사한 구성품을 동시에 검사함으로써 검사비용이 절감되는 경우에 대한 분석을 실시하였다. 본 논문에서는 검사비용 절감 효과를 비교하기 위해 기존 연구에서 활용한 사례를 대상으로 분석을 실시하였고 이에 따른 비용 절감 효과를 시뮬레이션을 통해 비교하여 제시한다.
