One of the problem areas in designing a barge is its resistance and corese stability when it is towed by a tugboat. In this paper, as a part of design of a incinerating vessel, the results of some experimental studies on the effect of various kinds of anti-yawing skegs to the course keeping stability and on the additional resistance caused by them were summarized.

질병의 집단발생(Disease clusters)은 역학적인 면과 의학정보제공이라는 면에서 산업의학에 관한 중요한 자료를 제공하여 왔다. 현재 알려져 있는 질병과 유해물질 폭로간의 관련성은 이러한 집단발생을 통하여 시작된 경우가 많다. 이와 같이 새로운 원인결과 관계를 밝히는 데에 작업장의 집단발생조사(workplace cluster investigation)가 많은 장점이 있는데도 불구하고 이를 위한 방법들은 잘 소개되어있지 않다. 이 글에서는 이러한 집단발생을 조사하는 표준화된 방법론을 소개하고자 하였다.

Etilefrine hydrochloride was microencapsulated with ethylcellulose by phase separation method to develop a sustained release dosage form. The results of dissolution test carried out with various microcapsules showed that the drug release was decreased with increasing the particle size of microcapsules at a constant core to wall ratio, and with decreasing the core to wall ratio. Also ethylcellulose 50 cps and fast stirring rate (900 rpm) was better in decreasing the drug release than ethylcellulose 22 cps and slow stirring rate (300 rpm), respectively.

Currently the problem of how to effectively integrate between six sigma and quality control circle is a matter of concern in the korea's manufacturing companies. In this paper we try to find the reasonable organizational alternatives and problem solving procedure by related literature surveying and empirical study. And we ascertain whether it is significant by conducting a survey on 51 six sigma consultants and black belts.

A hybrid warranty policy for a repairable item is considered. Assuming that minimal repairs ar e performed for failures during warranty period, present worth of warranty cost is derived from a supplier's viewpoint. An optimal preventive periodic replacement policy for the case is also derived from a user's viewpoint Numerical examples are presented in order to explain the results.

Observing that $vX{\times}vY$ is a Wallman realcompactification of $X{\times}Y$ if $v(X{\times}vY)=vX{\times}vY$, we show that $v(X{\times}Y)=vX{\times}vY$ if and only if $X{\times}Y$ is z-embedded in $vX{\times}vY$ and $vX{\times}vY$ is a Wallman compactification of $X{\times}Y$.

본 논문은 11kW급 양방향 탑재형 충전기를 위한 CLLLC 공진 컨버터 설계에 대하여 발표한다. CLLLC 공진 컨버터의 공진 탱크 설계하였으며, 고효율화를 위하여 SiC-MOSFET을 사용하고, 배터리 전압에 따라 링크전압 가변 알고리즘과 동기정류기를 적용하였다. 그 결과를 바탕으로 프로토타입을 제작하여 실험한 결과를 발표한다.
