In this paper we establish the general solution of the following functional equation with mixed type of quadratic and additive mappings f(mx+y)+f(mx-y)+2f(x)=f(x+y)+f(x-y)+2f(mx), where $m{\geq}2$ is a positive integer, and then investigate the generalized Hyers-Ulam stability of this equation in quasi-Banach spaces.

The layer charge densities and interlayer C. E. C(cation exchange capacity) of ten mica-type aluminosilicates from Yong-il Pohang-prefacture were determined by n-alkylammonium method which is based on the mo-nolayer-doubelelayer structural transition of ni-alkylammonium ion in interlayer space of the layered silcates. The upper and lower limits of layer charge and interlyer C, E, C estimated were about 0.25~0.36 eq/(Si, $Al)_4$ O10 and 69~99meq/100g, respectively.

최근 정보통신부에서는 IT839 전략 추진을 통하여 국민소득 2만불 시대를 견인하고자 노력하고 있다. 이러한 IT839 전략을 성공적으로 추진하기 위해서는 모든 분야에 공통적으로 필요로 하는 정보보호 기술의 성공적인 개발이 절대적으로 필요할 것으로 판단된다. 이는 IT839 전략추진시 정보보호 측면의 기술과 개인의 정보를 활용하는 기술이 가장 기초적인 분야를 담당하고 있기 때문이다. 따라서 본 기고문에서는 현재까지 나타나고 있는 IT839 정보보호 요구사항 및 표준화 현황과 전망을 살펴보고자 한다.

In this article, we propose an estimation procedure for the treatment eect for the right censored data. We apply the least square method for deriving the estimation equation and obtain an explicit formula for an estimation. Then we consider some asymptotic properties with derivation of the asymptotic normality for the estimate. Finally we illustrate our procedure with an example and discuss some interesting aspects for the estimation procedure.

연료전지는 수소와 산소의 전기화학적인 반응에 의해 전기를 발생시키는 장치로 열효율이 매우 높으며 배기가스는 대부분 수증기이기 때문에 청정에너지원으로 인정되고 있다. 연료전지를 자동차용 동력원으로 사용하기 위한 기술은 80년대 말부터 개발되기 시작했는데 현재 개발된 차량을 시험운행하면서 기술적, 경제적인 검토를 진행하고 있는 단계이다. 국내의 기술개발 실정은 현재 4kw성능의 시스템이 개발되어 있으며 2000년엔 10kw급, 2002년엔 25kw급 연료전지를 탑재한 하이브리드 승용 시험차 개발사업을 추진하고 있다.
