국내산 녹차나무꽃의 향기성분을 기체 크로마토그래피 및 질량분석법으로 분석하였다. 시료 중 56종의 화합물이 분리확인되었으며, hydrocarbon류 22종, alcohol류 14종, aldehyde류 6종, ester류 5종, 기타 9종이었다. Heneicosyl formate와 ${\alpha}$-phenyl ethyl alcohol, acetophenone 등이 많이 포함되어 있었고, sesquiterpene 성분인 germacrene D도 확인되었다.

Ankle arthrodesis is a common and standard treatment for patients with end-stage ankle arthritis. The surgical goals of ankle arthrodesis are to obtain bony union between the tibia and talus with adequate alignment, and provide a pain-free plantigrade foot for weightbearing activities. To achieve successful fusion, the surgeon should closely examine the patient's factors before surgery, particularly the following: adjacent arthritis and deformity, infection, avascular necrosis of talus, Charcot arthropathy, and rheumatoid arthritis. Recently, ankle arthroplasty has been reported to provide satisfactory clinical results. On the other hand, long-term follow-up results are still lacking, and considering the various complications of arthroplasty, ankle arthrodesis is still the primary surgical treatment for advanced arthritis of the ankle joint.

We are often faced with the task of having to estimate the hydrogen and helium ionizing luminosities of massive stars in the study of H II regions and the warm ionized medium (WIM). Using the results of the most complete compilation of stellar parameters (the effective temperature, stellar radius and surface gravity) and the latest Kurucz stellar atmosphere models, we calculate the ionizing photon luminosities in the $H^0\;and\;He^0$ continua from O3 to B5 stars. We compared the theoretical Lyman-continuum luminosity with the observationally inferred luminosity of the H II region around ${\alpha}$ Vir, and found that the theoretical value is higher than the observed value in contrast to the eariler result.

도로조명의 적절한 보수를 위하여, 조명 수준을 정확하게 파악하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 2분할 수광방식을 고안하여, 차량을 이용한 조도측정시스템을 개발하였다. 이 시스템은 넓지 않은 면적을 차지하고 도로의 흐름을 차단하지 않고 신속하고 신뢰성 높은 데이터를 자동으로 측정 저장할 수 있다. 따라서 도로조명 측정에서 많은 비용과 시간을 절약할 수 있다.

This paper proposes a new sinusoidal rectifier which improves input factor and input current waveform without complicated switching modulation such as pulse width or a complicated feed back control. The proposed rectifier consists of a pair of capacitors connected in series, a full bridge diode rectifier, a pair of inductors, and a pair of switching devices connected in series. While the configuration of the sinusoidal rectifier is simple in itself, it effectively reduces the reactive power and harmonics involved(IEC555-2 SC77A90 Class C) in input line current. The excellent properties of the new sinusoidal rectifier are verified by theoretical analysis and experimental results.

$Zn_{2}SiO_{4}$:Mn green phosphors doped with Mg for PDP were synthesized by solid state reaction method. $Zn_{2}SiO_{4}$:Mn, Mg phosphors with increasing Mg concentration were changed from Rhombohedral to Orthorhombic structure. Photoluminescence intensity of $Zn_{2}SiO_{4}$:Mn phosphors doped with Mg 0.5 mol was definitely higher than that of Mg non-doped sample. The enhanced luminescence with doping Mg in the $Zn_{2}SiO_{4}$:Mn phosphors was interpreted by the increase of energy transfer from host to Mn ions with substitution Mg for Zn in the $Zn_{2}SiO_{4}$:Mn host.

All the personal information controllers or processors collecting, processing and storing personal information through the entry into force of the EU GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) are required to provide the basic principle of privacy by design at all stages of developing products or services throughout the organization, And to ensure that the basic rights of the subject of personal information are protected and that internal control techniques are provided to prevent any abuse or leakage. We will review the regulations and countermeasures required by the GDPR for video information with serious privacy problems, and propose a solution.

We have developed a measurement system with which harmful radio noise can be detected. It was designed to cover 1GHz band width centered at l.5GHz and 22.2GHz ($H_2O$ line).The system consists of pyramid horn antennas, receivers, equatorial tracking system, spectrum analyzer, and PC for the control of the servo and data taking. As a test of the system, the site of Taeduk Radio Astronomy Observatory (TRAO) was investigated to see if there is any harmful radio interference. It is found that in 22GHz band there is no significant radio noise, but there are identified and unidentified artificial radio signals in 1-2GHz range. However a simple calculation of radiation power shows that it is week enough not to affect the observations in TRAO.

A number of recent observations have established that many globular clusters have double or multiple stellar populations. In particular, recent Calcium and Stromgren b & photometry shows a split in the RGB of some of these globular clusters, including M22, NGC 1851, and NGC 288. However, the origin of this split in the RGB is still controversial. In order to confirm the real difference in Calcium abundance between the two RGBs, we have performed low resolution spectroscopy for RGB stars in these globular clusters. The spectral data were obtained from WFCCD/duPont 2.5m telescope in Las Campanas Observatory. We found a significant bimodality of both Calcium and CN abundances in M22 and NGC 1851. NGC 288, however, shows a clear bimodality only in CN abundance.

해상에서 위험성평가는 해양사고예방의 관점에서 안전한 항만수로를 설계하는데 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 본 연구는 IALA에서 권고하는 정량적인 충돌확률분석방법인 IWRAP(IALA Waterway Risk Assessment)에 기초를 두고 목포항 진입수로의 충돌위험성을 분석하였다. 과거 AIS 및 레이더의 기록 데이터를 IWRAP 평가도구에 적용함으로써 선박의 조우상태별 충돌위험 확률을 계산하였다. 항로의 구간별로 위험도를 제공함으로써, VTS에서 섹터 관제의 관점에서 항로구간별로 해상교통의 특징과 개선책을 세우는데 기여할 것으로 사료된다.
