Objectives : The purpose of this study is to investigate the practice patterns of traditional Korean medicine (TKM) doctors and the acceptance of payment model in order to develop a new TKM health insurance payment model linked with TKM clinical practice guidelines (CPGs). Methods : Lumbar herniated intervertebral disc (HIVD) and idiopathic facial palsy (IFP) were selected as a test diseases to develop a new TKM payment model. The level of benefit coverage in the National Health Insurance (NHI) was designed. The survey asked 228 TKM doctors about their practice patterns in HIVD and IFP patients and acceptance of new payment model. Results : Mean of medical cost for treatment of HIVD was 441,000 KW, mean of treatment period ranged from 4.9 to 17.5 weeks, and mean of number of treatment ranged from 14.6 to 50.4 HIVD patients. In the case of IFP, mean of medical cost for treatment of IFP was 468,000 KW, mean of treatment period was at least 4.2 and up to 15.9 weeks and mean of number of treatment ranged from 14.2 to 52 IFP patients. Conclusions : Current study suggests that mixed payment model of per-visit and episode-based model seem to be proper. The model 1 bundles both items which were covered and not covered by NHI in a rational way. The model 2 is based on the development and application of critical pathway. Lastly, model 3 suggests bundling of items covered by current NHI. Acceptance of TKM doctors is expected to be highest in the model 3.

Insertion-of-factors-property, which was introduced by Bell, has a role in the study of various sorts of zero-divisors in noncommutative rings. We in this note consider this property in the case that factors are restricted to maximal ideals. A ring is called IMIP when it satisfies such property. It is shown that the Dorroh extension of A by K is an IMIP ring if and only if A is an IFP ring without identity, where A is a nil algebra over a field K. The structure of an IMIP ring is studied in relation to various kinds of rings which have roles in noncommutative ring theory.

본 논문에서는 계기비행절차 설계 프로그램 개발 과정을 개괄적으로 살펴보고자 한다. 제품의 시장 경쟁력 강화를 위하여 외산 제품에 대하여 조사하고 분석하였다. 개발 요구조건 도출을 위하여 계기비행절차 설계 기준에 대하여 살펴보고, 소프트웨어 프로그램 개발 및 시험평가 과정에 대하여 설명하였다.

The paper presents the results of the project GISMO, which aimed on generating and interactively visualising a 3D urban landscape model of the city of Stuttgart, Germany. With respect to the desired flexibility to support walkthrough and flyover applications, a combined approach using continuous level of detail, the impostor technique and a method for generalizing 3D building models was used to speed up the visualization. To reduce the costs of the project, the data collection tools and the visualization environment was built solely with open-source software.

Decision making is a function of many variables, but among these, human burden (soft-ware) and machine burden (hard-ware) are critical. Decision Maker is rather concerned with the soft-ware and just wants to have machine calculate the quantitative arithmetic involved in the decision-making study, because he is responsible for that decision whether or not he knows details about the techniques used by his staffs. From the point of these considerations, computer-assisted war game model has its significance in military decision making. The major outcome of this model is time-phased FEBA movement. FEBA is moved mainly by the ratio of the Index of Combat Effectiveness (ICE). To calculate ICE, Ground Forces are concerning the Index of Firepower (IFP) of individual weapons and in the case of Air Force, sorties are allocated into each sector, and added to the Ground Force IFP. With the ratio of total ICE, FEBA is moved according to the War Game Tables and process is repeated after consideration of casualties. This model is used by IBM-370/135 in MND computer room and also tested by IBM-3741/3717 established at ROKA HQ.

Jat and Choudhari defined a near-ring R with left bipotent or right bipotent condition in 1979. Also, we can dene a near-ring R as subcommutative if aR = Ra for all a in R. From these above two concepts it is natural to investigate the near-ring R with the properties aR = $Ra^2$ (resp. $a^2R$ = Ra) for each a in R. We will say that such is a near-ring with (1,2)-potent condition (resp. a near-ring with (2,1)-potent condition). Thus, we can extend a general concept of a near-ring R with (m,n)-potent condition, that is, $a^mR\;=\;Ra^n$ for each a in R, where m, n are positive integers. We will derive properties of near-ring with (1,n) and (n,1)-potent conditions where n is a positive integer, any homomorphic image of (m,n)-potent near-ring is also (m,n)-potent, and we will obtain some characterization of regular near-rings with (m,n)-potent conditions.
