This paper analyzes the independent financial advisory business that is not yet active in Korea and proposes a plan to activate the independent financial advisory business using fintech technology. A bill was enacted in 2017 for the domestic independent financial advisory business, but it has not been activated much until now for various reasons. Although existing studies have proposed solutions in various ways, there is no clear solution yet. This paper proposes a new method of revitalizing the independent financial advisory business through fintech technology using the trust system that has recently attracted attention. Digital securities fintech technology using blockchain distributed ledger technology presents new possibilities in the real estate and music copyright markets, and related fintech venture companies continue to emerge in Korea. By combining these digital securities fintech technologies and the business process of ETF, a method was derived so that independent financial advisors can have their own financial products. The proposed model is more decentralized than the existing financial product sales structure, and presents the possibility of a protocol economy through a structure close to a private blockchain while complying with the existing financial order. This paper is meaningful in that it presented new solutions to completely different markets from information convergence perspectives on two completely different markets, and we hope that more business solutions will emerge through knowledge management activities that converge various perspectives in the future.

A High-degree Cubature Kalman Filter (CKF) is proposed to deal with the Strapdown Inertial Navigation System (SDINS) alignment problem. In-flight Alignment (IFA) is an effective method to compensate for attitude errors of the navigation system. While providing precise attitude error compensation, however, the external source aided alignment often creates a nonlinear filtering problem caused by a large misalignment angle. Introduced recently, Cubature Kalman Filter is a suitable technique for various nonlinear problems. In this paper, a higher degree CKF is applied to this accuracy-is-everything SDINS IFA problem. The simulation results show that the proposed technique outperformed a traditional nonlinear filter in terms of precision and alignment time.

The purpose of the production of monoclonal antibodies aganist the Canine distemper virus(CDV) were perfect diagnosis and a new approach to treat canine distemper because the diagnosis and treatment of canine distemper were difficult. Canine distemper virus(CDV) was purified using saturated ammonium sulfate, and injected into hind footpads of BALB/c mouse. 12-15 days later, popliteal lymph node(PN) cells were harvested and fused with SP2/O myeloma cells. Characteristics of monoclonal antibodies were analysed. 1. 9 hybridomas produce the specific antibody against CDV. 2. 6 monoclonal antibodies are against intranuclear and cytoplasmic component of CDV, and 3 monoclonal antibodies are against cytoplasmic inclusions. 3. All monoclonal antibodies did not react with other 5 different viruses (CAV-I, CAV-II, CCV, CPV and CPIV) and react with another CDV-FXNO strain. 4. 3 monoclonal antibodies have neutralizing activity against CDV. 5. Antigenic difference was observed between CDV by IFA.

본 논문에서는 GSM/DCS/USPCS/WCDMA대역에서 사용할 수 있는 IFA 형태의 내장형 안테나를 설계하고 이를 제작하였다. 이 안테나는 제한된 공간에서 기본 IFA에 전류 흐름의 상쇄작용을 고려하여 4중 대역을 형성 시켰으며, GSM대역에서 Maximum Gain -1.11dBi ~ 1.29dBi, DCS/USPCS/WCDMA대역에서 -1.15dBi~3.12dBi의 결과를 얻었다. 방사패턴 또한 전방향성에 가까운 특성을 가지고 있으며 전체적으로 효율은 약 3.35% ~ 33.23% 향상됨을 확인할 수 있다.

These experiments were carried out ot detect autoantiboies to zona pellucida in sera from infertile women using indirect ELISA and IFA and to investigate their effect on in vitro fertilization of mouse ova. In inidirect ELISA test, 12 of 116(10.3%) serum samples form infertile women gave positive reaction whereas all of 16 samples from fertile women and men were negative. Furthermore, in indirect IFA test, 17 of 116 (14.7%) serum samples from infertile women gave positive fluorescence whereas all of control sera were negative fluorescence. The fertilization rates(15.9%) of mouse eggs treated with positive sera were significantly lower than those(51.9%＋71.2%) autoantibodies to zonapellucida are responsible for infertility in unexplained infertile women, presumably by perventing sperm attachment and penetration.

To investigate the development of a subunit vaccine against theileriosis in cattle, the DNA fragments encoding piroplasm surface protein (p33) of Theileria sergenti of a Korean isolate were expressed in baculoviruses. The expressed p33 was characterized by indirect fluorescent antibody (IFA) and western blotting analysis. The expression of p33 was mainly detected on the surface of infected Sf21 cells by IFA. The immunoblotting analysis revealed the presence of a same molecular weight protein band of p33. The antigenicity of expressed polypeptide was further examined through the inoculation of a guinea pig. The sera of guinea pigs immunized with p33 expressed cell Iysate showed similar fluorescent antibody patterns and reacted with the same molecular weight protein of T. sergenti in immunoblotting analysis, thus indicating that this protein can be a promising candidate for a subunit vaccine in the future.

본 논문에서는 GSM/DCS/USPCS/WCDMA대역에서 사용할 수 있는 IFA 형태의 내장형 안테나를 설계하고 이를 제작하였다. 이 안테나는 제한된 공간에서 기본 IFA에 전류 흐름의 상쇄작용을 고려하여 4중 대역을 형성 시켰으며, GSM대역에서 Maximum Gain 2.23dBi~2.89dBi, DCS/USPCS/WCDMA대역에서 -3.24dBi~0.74dBi의 결과를 얻었다. 방사패턴 또한 전방향성에 가까운 특성을 가지고 있으며 전체적인 평균효율은 약 15% 향상됨을 확인할 수 있다.
