The world is in the process of a structural change related to ICT convergence knowledge industries. ICT is leading to the creation of new products and services, and is making our lives more convenient, safer, and more efficient. In advanced countries, many studies have been conducted with the goal of developing new business models converged with ICT, and this is also the case in the food industry. Korea possesses world-leading ICT, and if this ICT is applied to the food industry, a world-class new business model can be developed. The u-Food System, which is in the process of development in Korea, is a next-generation food system that can allow food providers, consumers, and distributors to access various types of information about food products, including traceability, distribution, safety, quality, and freshness, and manage this information. It is a future food system that converges ICT, biotechnology and sensing technology with food. Based on the u-Food System, this paper will introduce the status of current smart quality distribution technologies that converge ICT (such as sensor tag, sensor network, LBS, GIS, and CDMA) with food technologies (such as traceability, quality, distribution management) to manage the safety and quality of fresh food in the distribution process.

본 논문에서는 최근 국내외적으로 많은 이슈가 되고 있는 사물인터넷, 빅데이터, 클라우드 융합 서비스들에 대한 정보보호 기술 개발 현황을 분석하고 특허 및 표준화 분야에서 우리나라가 선도적인 위치를 차지하기 위한 세부 전략을 제시한다. 이를 위하여, ICT 융합의 개념을 살펴보고 주요 융합 기술이 제공하는 서비스와 시장 현황을 진단하며, 기술별로 주요 기능과 보안대상을 제시한다. 그리고 국외대비 국내 기술 및 표준화 수준을 진단하기 위한 평가기준을 설정하고 이에 대한 평가 결과와 지적재산권의 보유 현황을 분석한다. 모든 분야에서 아직은 국외 선진국의 수준에 크게 미치지 못하나 빅데이터 및 클라우드 분야에서의 국내 역량을 활용한 선도 전략의 마련과 시장기술적 파급효과가 높은 사물인터넷과 클라우드 서비스에 대한 우선적인 기술 개발이 요구된다. 그리고 사물인터넷 분야에서의 M2M 보안 프레임워크, 빅데이터에서의 데이터 보안 기술 및 클라우드에서의 보안관리 및 신뢰 클라우드 연동 보안 기술 개발 및 표준화 추진이 우선적으로 요구된다.

The phenomenon of increasing aging population is one of the crucial social and economic issues in these day. In this paper, drawn from the industrial application cases and relevant literatures, we present the typology of ICT convergent applications targeted for silver generation, referred as silver ICT. Subsequently, the contributional value of ICT as the enabling technology is estimated. We firstly conduct keyword search to collect currently used silver ICT applications. Secondly, drawn from the social welfare literature, we organize distinctive needs of the silver generations. Then, on the basis of task technology fit framework, typology of ICT enabled silver applications is organized through the fit of ICT in the sense of fulfilling those silver needs. Finally, using the industry input-output table figures, potential ICT contributions for silver ICT are estimated. The proposed silver ICT typology and ICT contributions provides useful insights for further research in the area of ICT convergence and silver market research.

본 고는 조기취업형 계약학과의 협약 산업체와 학생들 간의 정보 소통 및 포트폴리오 운영을 위한 자체 정보를 제공하는 웹 애플리케이션을 개발한 프로젝트를 소개한다. 해당 웹 애플리케이션은 대학과 기업이 협약을 통해 현장 실무 역량을 갖춘 인재를 양성하는 조기취업형 계약학과 관계자를 위해 제작하였으며 운영학과 및 교수 소개, 산업체 정보 및 산업체별 학생 정보와 웹 사용자의 의견 및 공지 사항을 제시할 수 있는 자유게시판, 다양한 형식의 자료를 업로드 가능한 자료실 콘텐츠로 구성되어 있다. 개발된 웹 애플리케이션은 학생과 협약기업과 같은 관계자들의 소통 장이 될 것으로 기대한다.

국내에서는 수량산출정보의 전자적인 교환, 납품 등의 활용을 위한 자료구조 및 파일포맷 등을 규격화 하여 디지털 수량산출정보 교환표준을 개발하였다. 국외에서는 IFC 국제표준을 통해 BIM 발주시 데이터 납품 포맷으로 IFC를 활용하고 있으며 건축분야를 중심으로 공사비 정보의 표준 개발이 이루어 지고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 디지털 수량산출정보 교환표준의 Type 및 Element와 IFC 국제표준의 공사비 정보 Entity를 비교분석하여 국내 토목분야 실정에 부합하는 공사비 분야 정보모델 표준개발의 기반자료로 활용하고자 한다.

최근 건설분야에 화두가 되고 있는 건축정보모델링(BIM, Building Information Modeling)은 건설산업의 패러다임 전환을 통한 새로운 성장동력의 미래로 부각되고 있으며, 건축분야는 서울시, 용인시, LH공사 등 BIM을 활용한 공공 발주사례가 확산되는 추세다. 토목분야는 건축보다 기간이 길고 비용이 크며 이해당사자가 너무 다양해서 발생하는 정보의 양이 방대할 뿐만 아니라 활용분야를 다양화하지 못하고 이를 뒷받침해주는 제도나 지침의 부재 등으로 인해 건축분야보다 BIM도입이 늦어지고 있다. 이에 토목분야에서 활용할 수 있는 3차원 형상정보와 관련된 정보모델표준, 지침, 가이드를 개발하기 위해 BIM 적용시 가장 효과가 크고 도입의지가 강한 엔지니어링사의 BIM에 대한 인지도 분석을 통해 토목분야 BIM 도입을 위한 기초자료로 활용하고자 한다.

Purpose With the advent of the 4th Industrial Revolution era, ICT convergence industry is leading the wave of new change. These changes in the industrial field are recognizing convergence as a strategic cooperation tool of management for creating new value. In order to achieve the research purpose, conceptual understanding of ICT convergence is summarized by focusing on concepts, features, types and cases. In addition, this study established the theoretical rationale for the determinants of ICT convergence performance, and examined previous researches related to ICT convergence. Design/methodology/approach The empirical research method is based on a survey of 510 companies including managers and mid-level practitioners who understand the contents of the relevant field, 305 data were used for analysis. We conducted exploratory factor analysis to verify the grouping of these questionnaire items and conducted confirmatory factor analysis to analyze the validity and reliability of the measurement model. Through the statistical analysis, we analyzed the structural relationship of ICT firms' competencies for convergence performance. Findings Linkage of ICT strategies established by corporations is an important factor for enhancing resource capacity and convergence ability. It is important to ensure that product innovation, consumer-oriented strategies, and ICT strategies for the implementation of business strategies are closely linked. In addition, in the convergence environment, companies should make efforts to develop convergence ability and improve organizational performance through utilization of ICT resources. From the CEO's perspective, it is necessary to understand the knowledge, technology and resources arising from the convergence environment, and to integrate with the resources possessed by the enterprise to induce the organization's performance.

본 연구는 기존에 운영 중인 항만건설통합정보시스템의 활용성과 시스템 운영관리의 효율성을 높이기 위해 시스템을 통합화하였다. 도로와 항만 건설사업관리는 대상목적물만 다르고 기본적인 업무프로세스는 유사하다. 따라서 통합 개발기간을 단축하고 안정적으로 통합화하기 위해 항만건설통합정보시스템을 기존에 운영하고 있는 도로건설사업관리시스템으로 통합하는 방식으로 추진하였다. 도로건설사업관리시스템은 항만건설통합정보시스템보다 시스템 사용이 쉽고 편리하며 건설사업관리 업무프로세스 지원 및 관리기능이 안정적으로 설계되었다. 본 연구는 시스템 통합화 과정에서 겪었던 애로사항과 이를 해결하기 위한 방안을 제시하였다. 타 시스템을 통합화할 경우에 본 연구 결과를 활용한다면 반복적인 시행착오를 미연에 예방할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

본 연구는 산업조직이론과 자원기반관점을 통합하여 사업 다각화에 대한 산업환경요인과 기술역량의 결정요인들로 구성한 통합모형을 설계하고, 제안한 모형을 스마트공장 ICT융합기술(애플리케이션 및 플랫폼 분야) 특허 출원기업 272개사의 6개년(2010년~2015년) 특허 및 재무데이터를 이용하여 실증적으로 분석하였다. 고정효과 패널모형을 분석한 결과, 기업의 사업다각화 의사결정에 영향을 미치는 요인들 가운데 기술경쟁력은 사업 다각화 수준을 높이는 긍정적 효과가 검증되었다. 추가적으로 2단계 최소자승 고정모형을 분석한 결과, 출원특허수 보다 융합특허비중이 기술경쟁력을 증대시키는 유의미한 긍정적 효과가 있음을 검증하였다. 본 연구 결과에 근거하여 기업의 ICT융합기술자원 및 역량을 바탕으로 한 사업 다각화 전략기획방향과 정부 R&D 정책과 관련하여 융합기술자원의 사업화 지원방안에 대한 시사점을 제공하고자 한다.

In this study, we conducted technology monitoring to search for the current technology level and new technologies targeting the core technologies selected as "convergence technologies based on advanced ICT". This technology group, selected by the National Research Foundation(NRF) as one of the future-emerging technologies in 2018, consists of 'next-generation millimeter wave wireless communication technology', 'data-centric computing technology', and 'immersive media interface' that can be seen as important technologies in the fourth industrial revolution. It is possible to provide strategic research direction to the R&D-related stakeholders of countries or enterprises by providing information on newly emerged technologies through quantitative analysis based on patent data on these technologies. Therefore, in this study, we proposed a new technology for the convergence technologies based on advaned ICT group through patent data based on the newly emerged IPC code, and also suggested that it can suggest a strategic direction in planning R&D on related technologies.
