The introduction, construction, and operation of the safety and health management system of specialized construction companies have a problem incurred in the cost of introducing and operating the safety system. In addition, it is difficult to establish a virtuous cycle system to build a safety system, obtain a certification, and settle in a harsh environment that does not have technical personnel in construction safety. The purpose of this paper is to investigate and review the literature related to the safety and health management system of the construction industry and to analyze various research trends such as the actual situation. Through this, it is to find ways to improve the safety and health management system level of specialized construction companies that want to build and obtain the safety and health management system of the construction industry and specialized construction companies that are carrying out the post-assessment and extension examination after obtaining the certification.

Society is operating with software and a new digital era through the Internet of Things started. A variety of fields are being in conjunction with each other based on computing. As problems in real life become more complicated and communication based on various knowledge and problem solving skills are emphasized, these changes are reflected in the curriculum. These changes started from overseas in advance then Korea includes SW education in elementary and secondary education through curriculum revision of 2015. On the other hand, SW education for university students just started after the curriculum revision of elementary and secondary education. The new SW education highlights and develops Computational Thinking beyond programming and it will be a key for the future. Therefore, this study analyzed trends of Computational Thinking and examples of CT courses in Universities. Suggestions and ideas for instructional model to develop Computational Thinking were discussed.

The augmented reality toy-game is a kind of new game genre that can be seen within the concept of augmented reality games, and it is a term to refer to the content or hardware that plays the game using the toy of the real world. This study aims to analyze the elements for the model of toy-game development based on the augmented reality. This study analyzed three characteristics of toy game which are different from other games based on existing related research. and have selected important factors to consider when developing augmented reality toy-game. A questionnaire was conducted to determine the suitability of the development elements derived, and the analysis and verification of the factors derived using an exploratory analysis method. As a result, it showed a reasonable outcome of the selection of variables, with the exception of some of the questions, and the classification results of the multi-dimensional scaling methods were also classified as reasonable in the clustering analyses.

South Korea decided to use the public safety long term evolution (PS-LTE) method to build a wireless communications network for national disaster. The move will allow all disaster management agencies, including police, firefighters and the military to use multimedia information, including videos, in addition to voice to carry out rescue operations from 2017. The Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning said Thursday that it adopted PS-LTE as the technology method for national disaster management system following a national policy coordination meeting last month. PS-LTE is a method integrating group communication, direction communication between terminals and independent base station function with existing LTE technology. Until now, disaster management agencies used technology that only allowed voice communication. However, transmission of multimedia information is possible using PS-LTE.

It has been expanded the bandwidth of data usages due to the rapid developments of information technology and infra hardware and then it was proposed to new paradigm of Big Data era. It has a trend to increase a Big Data technology and its performance gradually, thus enterprises have realized the importance of Data and the movement to take advantage of Big Data becomes active. This study has been performed to verify the importance through select the factors in order to active adoption of Big Data technology and utilization when enterprises use Big Data. It was selected that Big Data characteristic factors are the natures of predictability, manageability, affordability, competitiveness, creativity, responsiveness and supportability on the study. It is verified and showed that manageability were influenced to introduce Big Data in order, at the result of survey and statistics for enterprise practitioners who have big data experience.

With the development of Information Communication Technology (ICT), diverse work policies, such as, telework, telecommuting, flexible work had been conceptualized and implemented to encourage efficient business practices and worker satisfaction. These work policies are the forerunners of newly emerging concept of "Smart Work." However, as smart work is a new concept, no single agreeable definition can be found. In this study, the relevant literatures published in past 15 years are reviewed systematically in order to derive a conceptual framework for "Smart Work," from related research, such as telecommuting, flexible time, telework, etc. Related variables are grouped into five clusters: Task, Technology, People, Organization Structure and Managerial Levers, forming a policy and research framework. Further research are suggested after the discussion of implications.

The role of the turnouts installed on the points of railway branches and intersections is to safely switch the directions of trains. In case of abnormal forces applied to the turnouts due to extreme operating conditions, it is difficult in the current system to conduct accurate diagnosis and measuring. Moreover, the existing measurement devices for turnout switching power are mostly based on foreign technologies, which provide only limited information on the switching power; this information is insufficient for effective monitoring and maintenance. In this paper, through an analysis of the characteristics of the switching and locking function, the problems in turnout power measurements of current electrical point machines in Korea are examined. And based on the results, a new sensor-based method for measuring switching power is proposed.

Nowadays, the use of smart phones and various electronic devices is increasing, the Internet and SNS are activated, and we live in the flood of information. The amount of information has grown exponentially, making it difficult to look at a lot of information, and more and more people want to see only key keywords in a document, and the importance of research to extract topics that are the core of information is increasing. In addition, it is also an important issue to extract the topic and compare it with the past to infer the current trend. Topic modeling techniques can be used to extract topics from a large volume of documents, and these extracted topics can be used in various fields such as trend prediction and data analysis. In this paper, we inquire the topic of the three-year papers of 2016, 2017, and 2018 in the field of computing using the LDA algorithm, one of Probabilistic Topic Model Techniques, in order to analyze the rapidly changing trends and keep pace with the times. Then we analyze trends and flows of research.

This study aims to localize the national policies of SMART education for regional educational development in Jeollanamdo province. To achieve the goal, this study analyzed the current status of ICT use in education in the province through a survey, interviews, and the existing relevant policies in national and international levels. The suggested policies were validated by experts from the field of education. As a result, 20 tasks in educational policies of 4 domains were suggested for the Jeollanamdo SMART education. Among them, the development of SMART educational models, building a professional development of teachers for successful implementation, and the development of online performance support system were prioritized for successful educational innovation for Jeollanamdo.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the determinants of the SNS usage time depending on SNS motive of the youth workers. Although previous studies revealed that there are many motivations for SNS usage, it is not known which factors determine usage time of each SNS motive. In this study, we constructed the unbalanced panel data of the Korean Education & Employment Panel data. Among three different SNS motives such as information exchange, social networking, and fun pursuit, gender, physical health, extraversion, and conscientiousness affected the usage of SNS when the motivation was information exchange. When it was personal connection, the size of organization, education, physical health, subjective happiness, job satisfaction, neuroticism, and agreeableness did. When it was fun & interest, foreign company, status of children, subjective happiness, and job satisfaction did. Based on the findings, we discussed theoretical and practical implications.
