Modeling of AutoML using Colored Petri Net

  • Developing a machine learning model and putting it into production goes through a number of steps. Automated Machine Learning(AutoML) appeared to increase productivity and efficiency by automating inefficient tasks that occur while repeating this process whenever machine learning is applied. The high degree of automation of AutoML models allows non-experts to use machine learning models and techniques without the need to become machine learning experts. Automating the process of applying machine learning end-to-end with AutoML models has the added benefit of creating simpler solutions, generating these solutions faster, and often generating models that outperform hand-designed models. In this paper, the AutoML data is collected and AutoML's Color Petri net model is created and analyzed based on it.

One-stop Platform for Verification of ICT-based environmental monitoring sensor data (ICT 기반 환경모니터링 센서 데이터 검증을 위한 원스탑 플랫폼)

  • Existing environmental measuring devices mainly focus on electromagnetic wave and eco-friendly product certification and durability test, and sensor reliability verification and verification of measurement data are conducted mainly through sensor performance evaluation through type approval and registration, acceptance test, initial calibration, and periodic test. This platform has established an ICT-based environmental monitoring sensor reliability verification system that supports not only performance evaluation for each target sensor, but also a verification system for sensor data reliability. A sensor board to collect sensor data for environmental information was produced, and a sensor and data reliability evaluation and verification service system was standardized. In addition, to evaluate and verify the reliability of sensor data based on ICT, a sensor data platform monitoring prototype using LoRa communication was produced, and the test was conducted in smart cities. To analyze the data received through the system, an optimization algorithm was developed using machine learning. Through this, a sensor big data analysis system is established for reliability verification, and the foundation for an integrated evaluation and verification system is provide.

Study of Moderating Effect of Incentives on the Relationship between Digital Literacy and Informal Learning of Office Workers: A Chinese Case (사무직 직원의 디지털 리터러시와 무형식 학습의 관계에서 인센티브의 조절효과에 대한 연구: 중국의 사례를 중심으로)

  • This study discusses whether digital literacy of Chinese white-collar workers influences informal learning and investigates the moderating effect of incentives on the relationship between digital literacy and informal learning. The aim of the research is twofold. First, it attempts to determine whether digital literacy of white-collar employees has a positive correlation with informal learning. The study further examines whether incentives from companies-material and non-material-have a moderating effect on the relationship between digital literacy of white-collar employees and informal learning. The ability to handle ICT devices and to utilize information both indicate positive correlations with knowledge acquisition through job performance, cultivation of self-development ability, and learning. Signficantly, the material and non-material incentives had a moderating effect only on the relationship between the ability to utilize information and knowledge acquisition through job performance, which was not revealed in other relationships. Overall, the findings may have practical implications of analysis to hire and train workers in Chinese companies and to design compensation schemes for corporate incentives.

Active Learning Environment for the Heritage of Korean Modern Architecture: a Blended-Space Approach

  • This research proposes the composition logic of an Active Learning Environment (ALE), to enable discovery by learning through experience, whilst increasing knowledge about modern architectural heritage. Linking information to the historical heritage using Information and Communication Technology (ICT) helps to overcome the limits of previous learning methods, by providing rich learning resources on site. Existing field trips of cultural heritages are created to impart limited experience content from web resources, or receive content at a specific place through humanities Geographic Information System (GIS). Therefore, on the basis of the blended space theory, an augmented space experience method for overcoming these shortages was composed. An ALE space framework is proposed to enable discovery through learning in an expanded space. The operation of ALE space is needed to create full coordination, such as a Content Management System (CMS). It involves a relation network to provide knowledge to the rule engine of the CMS. The application is represented with the Deoksugung Palace Seokjojeon hall example, by describing a user experience scenario.

  • This paper discusses designing an interdisciplinary learning environment to promote learning of the liberal arts for advanced music students in order to expand the boundaries of their education experience beyond the technical mastery of their musical instruments. The paper discusses the utilization of salient features of information, communications, and technology and the use of instructional theory to promote the understanding of how individual pieces of music can be connected to knowledge of the context in which they were created to support the understanding of the relationship between experience in the world and musical composition.

Kinect Sensor- based LMA Motion Recognition Model Development

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest that the movement expression activity of intellectually disabled people is effective in the learning process of LMA motion recognition based on Kinect sensor. We performed an ICT motion recognition games for intellectually disabled based on movement learning of LMA. The characteristics of the movement through Laban's LMA include the change of time in which movement occurs through the human body that recognizes space and the tension or relaxation of emotion expression. The design and implementation of the motion recognition model will be described, and the possibility of using the proposed motion recognition model is verified through a simple experiment. As a result of the experiment, 24 movement expression activities conducted through 10 learning sessions of 5 participants showed a concordance rate of 53.4% or more of the total average. Learning motion games that appear in response to changes in motion had a good effect on positive learning emotions.   • In this study, we analyze how the difficulties of e-learning firms' management affect to the maturity of the practical use of e-learning research & development (R&D) policies. And we explore the method that can enhance the effectiveness of policy. In the pursuit of this purpose, we use the 2012 South Korea e-learning industry survey data. Using variables of recognition of policy, experience of policy, and intention to use of policy, we find the maturity model of six stages. And we analyze the impact of the difficulties of operation, technology development, marketing to the maturity model. As a result, the more e-learning firms have problems of fund management and technology commercialization, they are located the higher maturity of the use of policy. Based on the results of these studies, we discuss the implication for how can enhance the effectiveness of policies.

  • As the importance of the 4th industrial revolution and ICT technology increased, it became a software centered society. Existing software training was limited to the composition of the learning environment, and a lot of costs were incurred early. In order to solve these problems, a learning method using a web compiler was developed. The web compiler supports various software languages and shows compilation results to the user via the web. However, Web compilers that support artificial intelligence technology are missing. In this paper, we designed and implemented a tensor flow based web compiler, Google's artificial intelligence library. We implemented a system for learning artificial intelligence by building a meteorJS based web server, implementing tensor flow and tensor flow serving, Python Jupyter on a nodeJS based server. It is expected that it can be utilized as a tool for learning artificial intelligence in software centered society.

  • The activation of the latest ICT(Information and Communication Technology)education has been putting more importance on the education of the application SW(software). By the way, the geometric progression of knowledge and the fast development of computer technology have continuously created new SW. Accordingly, the previous traditional SW learning paradigm runs into various problems. This study starts from the recognition of such problems. In this study, the SW adaptability is defined as the ability that learners can efficiently find and apply the suitable functions of SW to those problems in the problematic circumstances as well as promote retention and metastasis. With these premises, this paper makes an inquiry into the teaching-learning method. Besides, This paper explores the SW usability and the principles of UI(User Interface) design and deduces the SW learning strategy. Furthermore, it probes problems of the SW teaching-learning of the demonstration practice method and proposes the inquiring master for SW adaptability teaching-learning model.
