Nowadays every technology is becoming smarter. Consequently, intensive use of ICT in the whole industries and cities enables a sustainable approach to meet enormous productivity, efficiency, transparency and conservation of natural recourses. Likewise, the role of ICT in terms of controlling, monitoring in the energy industry allows integrating potential renewables, bulk energy conservation and reliable optimized operation in the entire system. In this paper outlines challenging issues in renewable energy integration in Mongolia and proposes potential recommendations and conclusions. The author investigated the main technologies used in energy industry mainly smart grid, challenges and policy aspect in Mongolian energy sector by using the primary and secondary approach with case studies and literature based methodologies. Based on the policy aspect and current implementation of smart grid, the paper tries to address the readiness for the main application and future potential ICT driven applications. Furthermore, it concluded that ICT convergence is demanded to overcome the current vulnerabilities and significant momentum to leave behind by using its potential energy recourses and favorable geographical state. Policymakers may find this study useful, as it answers the question of whether ICT investment can ultimately reduce energy consumption and may aid in future planning. Even tough, in order to develop a smart grid and integrating renewables firstly set an appropriate market structure, ICT will key enabler to make energy system more profitable and sustainable. Regarding the result of this study, ICT deployment contribution is a huge demand for future opportunities energy in Mongolia.

In this paper, we have development of horizontal attitude monitoring system for agricultural robots. A two-axis gyro sensor and a two-axis accelerometer sensor are used to measure the horizontal attitude angle. The roll angle and pitch angle were measured through the fusion of the gyro sensor signal and the acceleration sensor signal for the horizontal attitude monitoring of the robot. This attitude monitoring system includes GPS and Bluetooth communication module for remote monitoring. The roll angle and pitch angle can be measured by the error of less than 1 degree and the linearity and the reproducibility of the output signal are excellent.

정보통신기술분야(ICT)의 발전은 우리의 삶을 더욱더 편리하게 하고 있으며 우리 삶의 다양한 영역에 많은 변화를 일으키고 있다. 특히 장애인의 정보 및 물리적 접근성을 가능케하며 장애인들이 노동시장 진입에서 겪게 되는 불편함을 해소하는 역할을 하며 ICT기반의 원격근무는 전통적인 근무환경과 직무배치에서 벗어나 물리적 접근성을 용이하게 함으로써 장애인을 위한 고용가능성을 향상시킬 수 있다. 이에 본 논문은 ICT의 발전이 장애인의 노동시장과 고용환경에 어떠한 변화를 일으키는지 알아보고 장애인을 위한 국내외 원격근무 사례를 소개하였다. 또한 ICT기반의 근무환경과 직무배치 활성화를 위하여 이 분야의 직무개발과 관련 교육 훈련의 체계화, 실무서 및 지원인프라 등을 포함한 원격근무 지원의 다양화 노력 등 몇 가지 필요한 전략을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 60대 이상 세대와 기초 ICT 리터러시 수준을 50대 이하 세대를 비교 분석하여 노년층을 위한 ICT 리터러시 교육을 위한 내용체계을 제시하기 위해 시행되었다. 오프라인 지필 객관식 문항으로 개발된 조사문항을 분석한 결과를 보면 기초 ICT 리터러시 수준에서 세대별 격차가 드러났으며 이를 해소하기 위해서 컴퓨터 하드웨어 명칭 및 사용법, 운영체제 사용법, 인터넷 검색 및 주소 입력 방법, 저작권 및 정보윤리의 4개 영역을 구분하여 내용체계를 구성해야 한다는 결론을 도출하였다. 또한 노년층을 위한 기초 ICT 리터러시 교육은 컴퓨터 관련 장치 또는 체제에 대한 명칭에 대한 낯섦 해소, 디지털 기능에 대한 활용 빈도나 실생활의 연계성 강화, 노년층의 신체반응 및 인지적 상황을 고려한 반복 학습 등이 고려되어야 한다.

The objective of this study was to develop a Web based learning environment for Home Economics Education(HEE) using ICT (Information & Communication Technology). For the study, the following procedures were performed: 1) the review of literature, 2) development of teaming environment and questionnaires based on Web for HEE using ICT. The Web based learning environment was investigated and designed, and evaluated by the users. The problems indicated through the evaluation were revised and complemented. In addition, 13 sets of Learning questionnaires, which were verified using the same procedure as above, were developed to provide problem solving ability through the Web based learning environment. Learning environment based on the Web entitled "Together with the classroom of HEE" has a main menu, which is composed of rooms for HEE, students, teachers, various topics, recommendation sites, chatting, and e-mail. A room for HEE, in which teaming activity mainly occurs by following the sequences of learning procedures, includes other sub-rooms for the guidance of Loaming, discussion, directories for reference, question and answer, submission of homework, evaluation, and an encyclopedia. Therefore, this study implicates: 1) achievement of teaming environment using the ICT mainly made by students who solve problems closely related to daily life, 2) development of practical learning questionnaires fitted in the present state, 3) preparation for the curriculum. Finally, from this study, I suggested that further studies are needed to develop models for learning, interaction between students and teachers, and the learning materials under the Web based loaming environment.

The purpose of the study is to investigate the influence of demographic factors (age and job status), level of ICT skills possessed by respondents and ICT use on task performances of library personnel. The study employed correlation design. Thirteen public universities were purposely selected while total enumeration was adopted to study 248 library personnel made up of librarians and library officers in public university libraries in South-west, Nigeria. Data was collected by questionnaire. The study established significant positive correlation between age, job status, ICT skills and task performance. Also, Anova test found significant joint influence of age, job status, ICT skills and ICT use on task performances of respondents. The study further indicated that age, job status, ICT skills possessed by respondents and ICT use had relative significant influence on task performances of respondents. It is therefore recommended that, library personnel must leverage their demographics positively to bring about positive disposition to their jobs while all categories of staff must ensure they possessed the requisite ICT skills that will ginger ICT use for effective task performance.

교육인적자원부는 ICT 활용 교육을 주도해 나가는데 가장 중심이 되는 교사의 ICT 활용 능력을 신장시키기 위해 다양한 방안들을 수립하여 추진하고 있다. 그러나 현재 시행되고 있는 교사의 ICT 활용능력 신장에 관한 대부분의 노력들은 ICT를 직무활동에 효과적으로 활용할 수 있는 능력보다는 기술소양 능력에 중점을 두고 있다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 교사의 직무활동을 분석하고, 국내외 교사 ICT 활용능력 평가도구를 비교 분석하여 교사의 ICT활용능력 자기평가 도구를 개발하였다. 또한, 개발된 웹 기반 교사의 ICT 활용능력 자기평가도구를 광주와 전남 지역의 교사를 대상으로 적용하여 성별, 직위별, 지역별, 교육경력별 ICT 활용능력 수준 등을 조사분석하였다.

Industrial Revolution is a concept and a development that has fundamentally changed our society and economy. Industry 4.0 focuses on the end-to-end digitization of all physical assets and integration into digital ecosystems with value chain partners. At present, we find ourselves at the beginning of this fourth stage, which is characterized by so-called "Cyber-Physical Systems". These systems are a consequence of the far-reaching integration of production, sustainability and customer-satisfaction forming the basis of intelligent network systems and processes. If South Korea ran toward global ICT with the advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, North Korea has adhered to a unique Juche science and technology. ICT in South Korea and North Korea seems very difficult to find common interests. However, as seen in the Internet and intranets, information and communication technology can find similarities in many areas than in general science and technology. There are many differences not only in the level of ICT and science and technology but also in the direction. And IT terminology and all technologies are also different. What are we preparing for the unification of North and South Korea? If we look at the science and technology sector at present, there seems to be no systematic preparation by the government. South Korea and North Korea need to be prepared for science and technology cooperation. First, it is necessary to understand the exact situation of North Korea's science and technology. In this study, we will perform research to establish mid and long term plans for revitalization of ICT cooperation between the two Koreas. In this study, we will determine the extent to which the two Koreas utilize ICT based on available ICT capabilities and technologies. To do this, we conducted research to measure and evaluate the ICT development index of North Korea using ICT international index.

최신 ICT 기술은 4차 산업혁명의 핵심으로 향후 각종 산업발전의 교두보 역할을 담당할 것으로 예상되고 있으나 여전히 ICT기술의 격차가 빈부의 격차로 직결되며 그 격차는 더 벌어지고 있다. 개도국에서의 여성 ICT 역량 강화교육은 국가발전을 위한 양질의 인력을 양성할 수 있는 기회가 되고 기술격차를 해소할 수 있는 방안이라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 개도국의 학생들에게 교육을 통해 ICT 기술을 보급하기 위한 준비단계로서, 인도네시아의 UHP 대학의 인프라 및 ICT교육현황을 조사하고자 한다. 이에 근거하여 여대생들에게 적절한 ICT 교육콘텐츠를 개발하고 지속적인 교육을 위해 필요한 정책을 제언하고자 한다. 또한 기존연구인 Life 대학 설문조사 결과와 비교분석하여 교육의 효율성을 제고하는 교수법을 모색하고자 한다.

스마트폰을 위주로 하는 ICT기술이 세계를 선도하고 있다. 2011년 미국의 Apple이 스마트폰 점유율 세계1위의 스마트시대를 열었고, 2013년 한국의 삼성이 세계의 각광을 받고 있지만, 2014년 이후는 중국의 중저가 스마트폰이 기능성과 가격을 경쟁력으로 추격하고 있다. 즉 ICT기술의 Life Cycle은 짧아지고, 투자액은 대규모로 중대되고 있으며, 투자금액의 확대로 인한 기업과 국가경쟁력의 불확실성은 증대하고 있다. 2013년 창조경제를 바탕으로 하는 한국의 ICT경쟁력을 강화할 시점에서 유망 ICT기술과 투자개발을 위한 예측은 매우 중요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 유망ICT기술을 위한 지적재산권(특허), ICT시장 환경을 분석한다. Matrix Module 별 정의를 하고, 미래부상기술 분석방법을 통하여 유망 ICT기술 Matrix의 결과를 적용한다. 본 논문은 급격한 ICT시장 환경 변화에 따른 Research & Development Matrix Module을 연구하여, 국가ICT 유망기술 발굴과 예측에 기여할 것이다.
