교육정보화에 따라 교수 학습 과정에서 정보통신기술이 통합적으로 사용되기 위한 교사교육의 개혁에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있으나, 여전히 교원양성기관에서는 교사가 수업과정에 정보통신기술을 적절하게 통합하여 사용할 수 있도록 준비시키지 못하고 있음이 지적되고 있다. 이와 같은 인식을 바탕으로 본 연구는 예비교사의 ICT(Information Communication and Technology) 활용 교육에 대한 능력 수준을 조사 분석하여 학교 현장에 나가서도 7차 교육 과정에 따라 ICT 활용 교수-학습을 전개할 수 있도록 기초 자료를 제공하기 위한 것이다. 본 연구는 공주대학교 사범대학에 재학중인 예비교사(대학 4학년)를 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며 수집된 자료는 SPSS(Statistical Package for the Social Science) 12.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다.

The world has witnessed a phenomenal growth in information and communication technologies (ICT). The development of new broadband communication services convergence of telecommunication with computers and recent developments in the field of communication protocol have fostered challenges as well as offerings in the wide-ranging use of ICT to support the creation of dynamic and interactive teaching and learning environment. By emergence of ICT, most of education and training institutions are struggling to integrate ICT and education and training systems. It is so important to apply proper delivery systems for utilization of the computerized teaching and learning contents in the classrooms. It will be a preliminary activity for building open and flexible distance teaching and learning systems in developing countries. In this paper, we would like to suggest and recommend the proper delivery systems for utilization of the computerized teaching and learning contents in the classrooms for education sector reform in developing countries.

이 연구는 초등교육 현장에서 정보통신기술이 활용되는 현황을 살펴보고, 그 활용을 활성화 하기 위한 과제들을 분석하였다. 정보통신기술 활용 현황에 대해서는 2000년 2월에 실시했던 설문조사의 결과를 기초로 하여 컴퓨터교육의 주무를 담당하는 교사의 정보통신기술 관련 학습 경험, 학교의 정보통신기술 활용 환경과 방법, 수업에서의 정보통신기술 활용 방법, 정보통신기술 활용을 저해하는 요인 등에 대해 알아보았다. 또한 정보통신기술 활용 활성화를 위한 과제에 대해서는 물적 자원, 인적 자원, 교육과정, 행 재정적 지원 등에 초점을 두고 각각의 정보화 추진 실태와 문제들을 살펴보았다. 최근 몇 년 동안 학교의 정보통신기술 활용 환경은 상당히 개선되었다. 그러나 아직도 정보통신기술의 활용 빈도가 낮고 활용 능력을 갖춘 교사가 부족하며, 매우 제한된 방법으로 그 기술을 활용하고 있는 것이 현실이다. 따라서 정보통신기술을 활발히 활용하도록 하기 위한 과제들을 파악하고 해결하려는 보다 체계적인 노력이 이루어져야 한다.

본 논문에서는 2015 개정교육과정에 기반한 초등학교 국어, 사회, 도덕, 수학, 과학 교과서 총 44종의 교과서를 대상으로 SW·AI 요소와 CT 요소의 반영 정도를 조사·분석하였다. 분석결과, ICT 요소인 자료수집, 자료분석, 자료표현 활동이 대부분이었으며, SW·AI 내용요소중 알고리즘, 프로그래밍 요소는 반영되지 않았고, CT 요소중 추상화, 자동화, 일반화 요소도 없었다. 그러므로 초등 교과에서 SW·AI 융합교육이 효과적으로 이루어지기 위해 ICT 활용 활동을 SW·AI 활용 활동으로 확대하고, 현장 교사를 대상으로 SW·AI 융합교육의 이해와 SW·AI를 활용한 교수학습방법 개선에 대한 연수가 필요하다. 그리고 내실 있는 SW·AI 교육을 위해 정보교과 신설 및 별도 시수 확보가 필요하다.

Knowledge sharing is safe to say that we have already embarked on knowledge-based global economy where knowledge is a decisive factor in global competition for corporations. So in the age of knowledge-based management, it is how we use knowledge that decides success or failure for corporations and the competitiveness of their countries at large as well. We did this research with the help of those who were working in ICT industry including manufacturing, tourism, and others. In this research, we looked into how project participants, organizational characteristic, and relational characteristic affect knowledge sharing and utilization, and what are the factors that have positive effects on corporate success. And all the factors presented in the research are found to have positive effects on the knowledge sharing and utilization. The factors appeared to have positive effects starting with project at first and then on corporate success at large.

The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze each government's ICT SME support policies to cope with changes in the ICT ecosystem paradigm. In particular, the core policies and policy trends of the Moon's government are presented through keyword network analysis and cognitive map analysis. As a result, core technologies such as ICT(Information Communication Technology), AI(Artificial Intelligence), Big Data, and 5G, which have high values of betweenness centrality and closeness centrality, are major keywords with high propagation power. The cognitive map analysis shows that the opportunity factors for the 4th industrial revolution are being activated through the ICT infrastructure circulation process, the domestic market circulation process, and the global market circulation process. This study is meaningful in terms of cognitive map analysis and utilization based on scientific analysis.

현행 국가교육과정에서는 학습자들에게 길러야 할 핵심 역량으로 '정보활용능력'을 명시하였다. ICT를 활용한 비대면 수업이 일상화된 된 상황에서 이 능력은 전통적인 교육에서 글을 읽고 쓸 수 있는 능력만큼이나 기초적이고 필수적이 되었다. 그러므로 이 연구는 학습자의 기초 능력과 사회변화에 필요한 자질 함양을 목적으로 하는 초등사회과교육 과정에서 ICT 활용 학습의 특징을 검토하고, 이를 디지털 리터러시의 관점에서 분석하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대부분의 학습단원에 ICT 활용 학습이 배치되었으나, 주를 이룬 것은 '검색하기'와 '영상시청하기' 활동이었다. 둘째, 디지털 리터러시의 관점에서 접근하면 가장 초보적인 수준에 해당하는 '접근' 활동이 주를 이루었다. 셋째, 상위의 단계인 '이해'와 '창작'에 해당하는 활동은 매우 드물었다. 이는 그동안의 ICT 교육에 대한 성찰 과제를 남겼다. 단지 ICT 사용의 빈도수를 늘이는 데 집중하기보다는 디지털 리터러시 함양에 목적을 둔 학습으로 질적인 개선이 필요하다. ICT 학습의 유형에 따라 학생들에게 필요한 '정보활용능력'은 다르게 계발되기 때문이다. 넷째, 디지털 자료 활용에 대한 책임감과 윤리의 문제를 디지털 리터러시의 능력으로 포함시켰던 유네스코의 제안을 적극 수용하여, 이를 학습의 내용과 활동으로 중요하게 다룰 필요가 있다.

현재까지의 컴퓨터교육은 주로 초 중등 학생의 정보소양 함양에 치중해 왔다. 이에 반해, 학교교육에서 핵심적 변수가 교원임에도 불구하고 교원의 정보통신기술함양 교육에는 소홀한 경향이 짙다. 또한 교원 양성대학에서 예비 교사들의 정보통신기술 활용 능력을 신장시키려는 노력도 상대적으로 미약했던 것이 현실이다. 이와 같은 인식을 바탕으로, 본 연구에서는 국내 교원양성대학의 교육과정 현황 분석을 통해 문제점을 진단하고, 초 중등 컴퓨터교육에서 ICT 활용 교육의 위치를 탐색하였다. 또한, 국가수준에서 교원에게 요구되는 ICT, 교사 업무 영역별 예비교사에게 필요한 lCT 활용 능력 및 교원양성대학 컴퓨터교육의 방향을 토대로 교육 목표 및 교육 내용을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to provide the basic information related to electronic picture books and implications for the development of high-quality in-home child care service programs by examining the perceptions and actual conditions of electronic picture books. A survey was conducted with 216 in-home childcare workers from the one Healthy Family Support Center who participated in the workshop on electronic picture books and 161 students from the Department of Early Childhood Education at two Universities as a comparison group. The findings are as follows. First, there was no difference between the two groups in recognition of ICT competencies and satisfaction with electronic picture books. Second, both groups viewed electronic picture books are effective in preparing for the information age and very positive in providing electronic picture books. Third, the valuation of electronic picture books in both groups was higher than that of paper picture books. Fourth, there was no significant difference between the two groups in valuing e-picture books by ICT competence. The results of this study provide implications for the development of systematic educational programs to enhance the job performance of in-home child providers, which will be expanded in the future, by examining ICT competencies, e-picture book actual utilization, and recognition between the in-home childcare providers and ECE students.

정보통신기술(ICT) 혁신과 함께 모빌리티(Mobility) 서비스가 빠르게 발전하고 있다. 최근 사용자의 수요에 맞는 온디맨드(On-demand)형 모빌리티 플랫폼 시장이 성장세에 있으며, 스마트폰을 활용하여 사용자들이 보다 편리하게 서비스를 호출하고 실시간으로 연결 상황을 확인하며 이용할 수 있는 환경이 제공되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 카카오 택시, UT 택시 등과 같은 차량호출 모빌리티 서비스를 중심으로 이에 대한 사용자의 인식과 경험 현황을 조사하고, 차량호출서비스의 지속사용의도에 대한 영향요인을 환경적/도구적 혜택과 드라이버/플랫폼에 대한 신뢰에 초점을 두고 분석하였다. 특히, 본 연구는 혁신성과 ICT 활용정도에 따라서 이들 영향력 관계가 달라질 수 있는지 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 인지된 혜택(환경적 혜택, 편리성 및 경제성의 도구적 혜택)과 드라이버에 대한 신뢰가 플랫폼에 대한 신뢰를 높이는데 유의한 영향을 미쳤고, 플랫폼에 대한 신뢰가 높으면 차량호출서비스의 지속사용의도가 증가하는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 개인의 혁신성 정도에 따라 인지된 환경적 혜택과 경제성 혜택이 플랫폼 신뢰도에 미치는 영향력이 다르게 나타났고, ICT 활용정도에 따라서 편리성 및 경제성 혜택의 플랫폼 신뢰도에 대한 영향력이 다르게 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 참조하여, 모빌리티 서비스 제공자들은 차량호출서비스에 대한 사용자들의 인식과 신뢰도의 현주소를 파악하고 개인의 특성에 맞는 서비스 홍보 전략을 구사할 수 있을 것이다.
