This Study conducts a survey of ICT SMEs participating in 'ICT Government Sponsored Loan Project' for researching general demands on Government sponsored loans and studies successful company case by inspecting background of R&D, performances, impacts, prospects, episodes, etc. Actually, survey results show that ICT SMEs demand more of Government sponsored loans and that stable financing is a core factor and the most difficult task for successful R&D. In conclusion, these results implicate that Government has to create new policies for competitive ICT SMEs to recover financial stability through developing and commercializing technologies.

The purpose of this study was to explore a support model for domestic ICT companies to advance into overseas markets suitable for the post-corona era along with the rapidly changing global economic situation. As a result of the analysis, first, by analyzing the internationalization cases of domestic ICT companies through the realization theory, in the COVID-19 situation, domestic ICT companies organically respond to crisis situations through ad hoc responses, use of international networks, use of external organizations, and resource-based practices. Through qualitative analysis, we were able to confirm that we are growing overseas while achieving our goals. In addition, strategies for domestic ICT companies to grow through internationalization were derived. Ultimately, it was interpreted as a part that required advancement of government policy according to the government's overseas expansion support system.

본 연구는 기존에 운영 중인 항만건설통합정보시스템의 활용성과 시스템 운영관리의 효율성을 높이기 위해 시스템을 통합화하였다. 도로와 항만 건설사업관리는 대상목적물만 다르고 기본적인 업무프로세스는 유사하다. 따라서 통합 개발기간을 단축하고 안정적으로 통합화하기 위해 항만건설통합정보시스템을 기존에 운영하고 있는 도로건설사업관리시스템으로 통합하는 방식으로 추진하였다. 도로건설사업관리시스템은 항만건설통합정보시스템보다 시스템 사용이 쉽고 편리하며 건설사업관리 업무프로세스 지원 및 관리기능이 안정적으로 설계되었다. 본 연구는 시스템 통합화 과정에서 겪었던 애로사항과 이를 해결하기 위한 방안을 제시하였다. 타 시스템을 통합화할 경우에 본 연구 결과를 활용한다면 반복적인 시행착오를 미연에 예방할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

국토해양부는 지방국토관리청의 도로공사와 관련하여 발생하는 공사비 정보의 교환 및 공유를 목적으로 작업분류체계 기반의 공사비 관리 항목을 추가하여 전자설계도서 작성 납품 지침을 개정하였다. 이를 반영하고 문제점 개선 및 활성화를 위하여 5개 지방국토관리청에서 관리중인 10개 도로건설공사를 시범적용 사업으로 지정하여 발생하는 공사비 정보를 디지털 수량산출정보로 관리하고 있다. 시범사업을 진행하면서 건설공사에 발생하는 설계변경 업무를 전자화하여 관리하는 기능을 개발하고 추가 적용하였다. 이를 통해 건설사에서 생성한 설계변경 정보를 건설사와 발주처가 동일한 형태로 공사비 정보를 공유 및 관리 가능하도록 하였다.

MFC를 사용하여 기본 GUI를 제작하고 X축과 Y축, Z축에 모터를 장착하여 X축과 Y축으로 이동해 원하는 곳에 CCD카메라를 이동시켜 자동으로 영상을 확보 할 수 있도록 제작하며 Z축의 모터를 사용하여 CCD카메라와 광학 조명을 조절해 깨끗한 영상을 획득하여 Probe Pin의 Top과 Side를 검사한다.

본 연구는 비 정형 농산물 중 6년근 수삼의 자동 등급 분류하기 위한 선행연구로, 이를 위해 4방향에서 측정 가능케 하는 수삼 측정기를 제작하였으며, 측정된 수삼영상에서 뼈대와 몸통부분을 인식하기 위한 알고리즘을 고안하여 적용하였다. 적용 결과 6년 근 수삼에서 홍삼으로 만들어 졌을 때 가공 후 영상을 추정가능하다는 것을 보였다.

Due to the emergence of open innovation driven by development of network service technologies and convergence in ICT service industry, It is necessary for ICT service firms to examine their capabilities for open innovation. The purpose of this paper is to empirically examine determinants affecting open innovation in Korean ICT service industry. In order to analyze, this paper uses logistic and multiple regression models based on survey data of Korean ICT service firms. Estimation results show that external network for collaboration is positive on the technological innovation activity regardless of the innovation type. Specifically, user networks are significant in all types of technology innovation, revealing that it is important to innovation activities of the ICT service firms.

최근 일과 삶의 균형을 찾는 '워라밸'에 사람들의 관심을 커지면서 일에만 몰두하는 것보다 개인의 삶의 질을 더 중요하게 생각하게 되었다. 이에 따라 퇴근 후나 주말의 여가 시간에 다양한 취미 활동을 하는 사람들이 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 여가를 즐기고자 하는 사람들에게 다양한 카테고리의 취미 활동을 소개해주는 취미 백과 애플리케이션을 설계 및 개발하였다. 취미 백과 애플리케이션을 이용하면 사람들이 보다 쉽게 새롭고 다양한 취미를 접할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

The potential security threat is increasing as the supply of ICT products to the defense sector increases with the development of information and communication technology. Attempts to neutralize, such as intelligence gathering and destruction, through attacks on the defense power support system and the intelligence system of the weapons system could pose a fatal threat.Therefore, security measures of supply chain shear system that take into account ICT product production and operation stage to maintenance stage are needed in defense field. In the paper, technical and administrative measures for responding to 12 ICT supply chain security threats at each stage of the defense ICT supply chain life cycle were presented.

This study suggests an integrated model composed of factors of industrial environments and technology capacity for corporate diversification decision based on industrial organization theory and resource based perspectives. We examine the proposed model using patents and financial data of 272 applicants for 6 years (2010~2015) in the smart factory ICT convergence technology (application and platform field) sectors. The result of analyzing the fixed effect panel model shows that technological competitiveness has a positive effect on corporate diversification. Also, the additional result of analyzing the two-stage least square fixed effect model indicates that the convergence patent ratio increases technological competitiveness. Based on the results, we provide implications for corporate diversification strategies and government R & D policies for commercialization of corporate convergence technology resources and competencies.
