Design and Implementation of Teaching-Learning Plan using ICT based on XML (XML 기반 ICT 활용 교수-학습 과정안 설계 및 구현)

  • 교육인적자원부의 ${\ulcorner}$${\cdot}$중등학교 정보통신기술 교육 운영지침${\lrcorner}$에 따르면 각 교과 수업 시간에 ICT 활용 교육이 $10\%$이상 반영되도록 적극 권장하고 있다. 이에 따라 각급 학교에서는 전통적인 학습 지도안과 ICT 활용 교수-학습 과정안의 두 가지 형태를 병행하여 사용하고 있으나 작성 도구와 형식이 다양하여 교사들 상호간의 문서 공유와 재사용성이 떨어지며 웹 상에서 정확한 검색이 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 한국교육학술정보원에서 제시하고 있는 ICT 활용 교수-학습 과정안의 모형을 토대로 공통 DTD를 설계하고 데이터베이스와 연동하여 표준화된 XML 문서를 생성함으로써 교사들 상호간의 공유 및 재사용성을 높이고 정확한 검색이 이루어지도록 하였다. 또한 유선 인터넷 서비스와 동시에 무선 인터넷 환경에서도 WML을 이용하여 모바일 서비스가 가능하도록 구현되어 있어 보다 향상된 교수-학습 환경을 제공할 수 있다.

Teaching-Learning Model Using ICT for Enhancing 'Ability to Put Information Literacy into Practice' (정보 활용의 실천력을 향상시키는 ICT 활용 교수-학습 모형)

  • The present instruction using ICT has a problem that it inclines toward instructing the simple technique of information or communication technology. In this paper, to cope with this problem, we propose a new Teaching-Learning model using ICT. The previous teaching-learning models using ICT are investigated and analyzed. Then, the criteria for evaluating the ability to put information literacy into practice are evenly reflected in the proposed model, is evenly reflected. The result of experiment reveals that the proposed model enhances the ability to put information literacy into practice on 5 items of 6 qualitative evaluation criteria.

  • 정보통신기술(ICT : Information and Communication Technology)은 멀티미디어 정보를 교실에 실시간으로 제공함으로써 교실 수업에 매우 다양한 방식으로 응용이 가능하게 되었다. 특히, 국가 주도하고 있는 ICT활용 교육은 교사 중심의 전통적 수업보다 학습자 중심의 수업을 가능하게 할 것으로 기대되고 있다. 이에 따라 교사들은 ICT활용 능력을 갖추고 이를 수업에 적용할 수 있는 지적, 경험적 노력을 필요로 한다. 본 연구는 현장에서 연수를 통하여 이루어지고 있는 ICT활용 교수-학습 과정안 개발을 예비 교원까지 확대하여 이들의 능력을 계발하고 전문성을 제고하고자 하였다. 이를 통하여 교원양성기판의 교육과정에 ICT 활용교육방법의 도입 및 활용을 촉진하고, 교수-학습 방법의 개선 및 교육의 질을 제고하는데 목적이 있다.

  • The purpose of the study was to integrate Information and Communication Technology(ICT) into elementary mathematics instruction and to help prospective elementary school teachers understand such integration through developing lesson plans and implementing them in classrooms. Specifically, pre-service elementary school teachers in two universities participated in the study for a semester. While taking the course of elementary mathematics teaching methods, the teachers analyzed pre-developed lesson plans, developed lesson plans using ICT in mathematics for grades 5 and 6, and implemented them. This paper includes how the teachers conceive integration of ICT to mathematics teaching and what are the implications of such integration.

  • The Ministry of Education gives increasing weight to ICT-in education to produce creative and positive people in response to the demands of the 21st century's Information Age. The use of ICT in teaching-learning process aims largely to facilitate the creative thinking and diverse learning activities of students to help achieve learning objectives. The purpose of this study was to sort out what's available for teaching- learning activities from among Edunet contents for teacher and to assist teachers to have easier access to them, as ICT-in education gains in importance. And it's found that this attempt would serve to make Edunet more accessible even to teachers who are not acquainted with ICT, and learning effectiveness would be greater by integrating well- organized and well-selected ICT-in education into academic education. Furthermore, this would enable teachers to have better computer skills and teach students with more confidence.

  • The improvement of abilities of utilizing information as well as the education of information is coming to the fore as a really significant matter for students living in knowledge and information-oriented society of the 21st century. In this respect, this study aims to develop a teaching and learning model for technical high school students who need mon desire and comprehensive faculty of their learning and to testify its efficiency by relating their abilities of using in with their curriculum. We propose a teaching and learning model, LT&T, which lets the students have academic interests and perform continuously learning activities by helping students themselves to find their achievements of learning and their learning ability. The LT&T teaching and learning model, proposed in this paper, is developed by combining LT and Tournaments, and it enhances individual several intellectual powers, and also activates the academic interests to increase the effects of learning. After we had a class using the LT and the LT&T, we conducted a sample survey of which results show that learning effects of LT&T is better than that of LT by students of more 80%.

  • This study has developed Web-based, Automated Lesson Planner System for teachers to make out and make use of lesson plans using ICT(Information & Communication Technology). First, web-based lesson planner system has been developed to make teachers possible to make and use lesson plans on the web. Second, the database of electronic lesson planner system has been designed and established according to Korean curriculum and form of teaching-loaming lesson plan using ICT. Third, the system embodied making out a lesson plan easily and operating all ICT materials together. Last, the system was applied to the real elementary school fields and the efficiency and improvements were analyzed. This lesson planner system made database of all ICT materials and lesson plans, so that it can manage and control all lesson plans systematically. Also, the lesson plans and ICT materials are connected together, so the database can be a dynamic content storage. The construction of this system established maximization of share, use and storage of teaching-learning lesson plans. It will be popularize in real education fields and made a contribution to the school informatization.

  • 최근 컴퓨터 교육이 일반적인 방향이나 내용은 컴퓨터를 학문적으로 접근하는 '컴퓨터에 관한 교육'보다는 '컴퓨터를 자료로 도구적으로 활용하여 창의력과 문제 해결력을 높여주는 방향'으로 나아가고 있다. 이러한 관점은 실생활에 맞는 교육과정, 학습 수용자 중심의 과정과도 밀접한 관계를 가지고 있다. 특히 제7차 교육과정부터는 전교과에 20%이상 정보통신기술(ICT)을 활용하여 교수-학습하도록 하고 있다. 본 연구는 각종 연구 자료를 기초로 여러 연구 기관의 자료를 활용하여 교육의 내용과 방법, 교육의 형태를 다양화하고 개선해 나가는 교수-학습 방법 유형에 대하여 알아보았다. 그리고 그 유형을 적용한 교수학습 과정안을 수업에 적용 후 설문 조사 및 분석을 하였다.
