The purpose of this study puts stress on effects of job satisfaction and organizational commitment depending on the type of organizational culture of ICT enterprises. This study utilized the 6th Human Capital Corporate Panel(HCCP) data from Korea Research Institute for Vocational Education & Training to analyze the effects of organizational culture in ICT enterprises on the job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The Samples are managers, supervisor, and employees in ICT industries who replied thorough the 6th HCCP. Answers from 875 people, except inappropriate answers, were used to test a hypothesis. In order to do that, reliability analysis and correlation analysis and regression analysis, utilizing the SPSS 24.0 & Amos 18.0, were used to analyze the effects of organizational culture on the job satisfaction and organizational commitment in ICT enterprises. With the purpose of this study, organizational cultures in ICT enterprises have different effects on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The group culture, development culture, rational culture and hierarchy culture have a positive effects on job satisfaction. And the group culture, development culture and rational culture have a positive effects on organizational commitment. Whereas, hierarchy culture have no effects on organizational commitment. Also, job satisfaction have a positive effects on organizational commitment. Among four cultures of ICT enterprises, the importance of group culture should be stressed. According to the result of empirical analysis, group culture has the most positive impact on job satisfaction, contrary to the expectation that development culture might be the one. So far, the group culture, which emphasizes organizational flexibility, integration, trust, teamwork, high participation, royalty and morale, have positive impact on the organizational employees the most.

손가락 운동은 뇌에 가장 큰 영향을 미친다고 알려져 있으며, 손의 기능은 운동과 감각의 복합 기능을 가지고 있기 때문에 식사하기, 옷 입기 등 일상생활을 하는데 있어 반드시 필요하다. 본 연구는 만성 뇌졸중 환자를 대상으로 손가락 재활치료를 위해 환자의 손동작 인식을 위한 'Real Sense'와 게임 개발 엔진인 'Unity3D'를 연동하여 게임을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 제안하는 게임은 활동성을 부가함으로써 손가락 재활이라는 특정 목적을 달성하는 기능성 게임이며, 주어진 과제를 단계별로 나누어 진행하도록 하여 난이도를 설정하였다. 우리는 환자들의 게임 참여도를 높이기 위해 딱딱한 화면이 아닌 친숙한 게임형식으로 구성하여 환자들이 지루함 없이 자발적으로 재활치료를 할 수 있도록 도움을 주며, 환자들은 우리의 게임을 이용하며 손가락을 균형 있게 사용함으로써 뇌 활동을 향상시킬 수 있다. 기존의 재활치료는 환자가 직접 병원을 가야하는 불편함과 가격이 비싼 재활 치료 기계를 사야하는 반면에 본 연구에서는 비교적 저렴하고 가벼운 'Real Sense'를 이용하여 시간과 공간에 얽매이지 않고 재활치료를 할 수 있도록 하였다.

The purpose of this study is to understand the characteristics of O2O service which is emerging recently and to look for ways to take advantage of it. Recently, the emergence of various O2O services that utilize ICT technology of smartphone has attracted a lot of consumers. The study analyzed the characteristics of the O2O service and evaluated whether user satisfaction changes according to use safety. This study carried out a structured questionnaire, by collecting the material for the 421 general public in the country. Hypothesis tests showed that 4 characteristic of O2O services have positive impact on user satisfaction and regression analysis showed accuracy of information and pleasure have significant impact on user satisfaction. After cleaning up of these findings and discussing the theoretical and practical implications, this study provides direction for future research.

This study investigates whether the use of smartphone and Facebook in the classroom induces students' active participation in their reading activities and what are the points to be considered when ICT-based English reading class is designed. Students in an English course, Practical English listening and reading, did their reading activities using their own smartphones and posted the results of the activities on Facebook. Smartphone was used primarily for web-browsing and Facebook as LMS. The pre-questionnaire was conducted to be referred to for designing activity tasks. The post-questionnaire and the interview with 10 students were conducted to identify how students perceive their class. The research results showed that the use of ICT induced students' active participation in their learning. As for the points to be considered, narrowing down the range of class activities, slowing down the pace of the class, explaining enough the goals and the steps of the activities, considering adopting campus LMS, and preparing solutions for cyberloafing were suggested.

With the development of ICT technology, the broadcasting and communication networks of Korea have been bigger, faster and more reliable and Korea has become one of the leading countries in the ICT industry. Through the international ICT indices, we can see different economies' ICT industry competitiveness at a glance and high ranking in such indices can make national brand image improve. However almost all the existing international ICT indices mainly focused on the telecommunication industry, not on the broadcasting industry. This study thus aims to develop a new index focusing on broadcasting and communication networks. This new index is composed of 3 sectors such as access, usage and environment with different weight respectively and using objective indicators. This study also aims to contribute to improve Korea's national brand image by developing new systematic and effective broadcasting and communication index.

The purpose of this paper is to implement a smart touch image output system based on ICT. The image output system here uses a pen-touch type screen coordinate recognition type to minimize the error because there is a difference in the resolution of the motion pattern between the image screen and the actual image using the image sensing reaction sensor. To do so, we built a smart image output system that can output image data by using ICT based technology and can be operated remotely without a PC, laptop, monitor, keyboard and mouse by using wireless method and smart touch function instead of the existing wired method. The result of this study is that the image can be output only if there is a wall, and the pen can be operated on the output image without the screen.

The purpose of this study is to present the application of Information and Communication Technology(ICT) during the 4th Industrial Revolution for the efficient implementation of government emergency preparedness policies. Brainstorming by experts categorized the government's emergency preparedness policies into 4 types and 12 detailed tasks. Classification results were used by AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) to analyze relative importance and priorities. The AHP survey found that strengthening crisis management responsiveness was the most important detailed task. Artificial Intelligence(AI), Internet of Things(IoT), Unmanned Autonomy System, Virtual Reality(VR), and Augmented Reality(AR) were presented as major information and communication technology(ICT) for the efficient execution of detailed tasks.

국내 건설행정 투명화 및 경쟁력 향상 목적으로 개발된 건설사업정보시스템에 정부와 운영주체는 다양한 기능개선 방안과 관련 연구를 수행하며 시스템 성능을 개선시켜왔다. 그러나 기 추진된 성능향상 방안이 공공업무 처리에 중점 되어 대국민 사용자를 위한 콘텐츠 및 기능 등의 서비스가 미흡한 상황이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 건설사업정보 건설인허가시스템의 도로점용장소별 허가현황 기능을 중심으로 빅 데이터를 이용한 허가현황 정보 제공 방안을 제안하였다. 제안한 기능개선 방안은 기 구축된 비정형 데이터를 빅 데이터 기반으로 재분석하여 구글 맵에 가시화함으로써 공공업무 데이터 처리 뿐만 아니라 대국민 서비스를 위한 콘텐츠 제공이 가능하도록 하였다. 뿐만 아니라 그동안 축적된 15TB이상의 건설관련 데이터의 재활용 가능성을 시사함으로써 시스템 활용성 증대 및 개편 방향에 도움이 될 것으로 판단된다.

Recently, the world faces a global environmental crisis by the increase of energy consumption and global warming. Since the crisis directly affects political, economic, social, and environmental areas, many countries prepare Green ICT policy to overcome it. However, although Green IT policy provides many benefits by solving environmental pollution and increasing energy efficiency, Korean government did not prepare measures by the policy. The purpose of this study is to suggest priorities of political goals for maximizing the efficiency after introducing Green ICT policy in Korea. Major variables are drawn for the analysis, and they are eco-friendliness, technology evolution, economic efficiency, energy efficiency, and stable supply of energy. The variables are suggested based on 'Low Carbon, Green Growth Act', then the survey was conducted to policy expert using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) and ANP(Analytic Network Process) for prioritizing variables. As a result of the AHP, it is derived in the order of eco-friendliness, technology evolution, economic efficiency, energy efficiency, and stable supply of energy. The ANP result shows in the order of technology evolution, energy efficiency, economic efficiency, eco-friendliness, and stable supply of energy. The research is conducted to analyze the priorities of goals for Green IT policy, and the analysis results are possible to use as a practical guideline for establishing associated policies in the future.

The purpose of this paper is to develop and to introduce the rubrics for performance assessment, which can measure elementary school upper graders' ability to use ICT, With a goal of improving their ability to use ICT, the students, who are in the fourth, fifth, six grades, received instructions on the basic skills and knowledge for using the computer during the extracurricular-activity session or the self-directed session after regular classes. In the study, the rubrics were developed on the basis of the 7th national curriculum, and defined respectively assessment criteria and attainment targets for the upper graders. The assessment criteria were set after the researcher determined the most basic and important skills and knowledge that the upper graders should have, and then compared them with the attainment criteria in the national curriculum. Accordingly, the application of the rubrics developed for this study is expected to lessen the burden of elementary school teachers when they implement performance assessment in their classrooms. Finally, using the rubrics, the study assessed elementary school students' ability to use the computer, and showed somewhat limiting but satisfactory results.
