In this paper, the development level of information security technology for internet of things(Iot), big data and clo ud services is analyzed, and the detail policy is proposed to be leader in area of patents and ICT standard. The conc ept of ICT convergence is defined frist, market and current state of technology for three convergence services is the n analyzed, and finally main function and security target for each technology are presented. The evaluation criteria a nd IPR are analyzed to diagnose the level of patent and standard for the technology. From the results, even though the domestic competence is inferior compared to other advanced country, the efficient policy should be presented by using our capability for the big data and cloud. Furthermore, the technology development for the IoT and cloud is ne eded in advance considering the market-technology influence effects. In addition to, M2M security framework in IoT, data security in big data and reliable networking in cloud should be developed in advance.

Use of technology through utilization of ICT (Information Communication Technology) in field study area is rapidly increasing. Thus, when applying ICT to experiential education, apart from experiential education contents in simple form, the demand for new high quality contents is increasing considering change in education paradigm focusing on creativity. As a result, high quality interactive experiential education content for developing self-directed future talents is required. As a result of this, the development of ARD-based ICT experiential education content system that enhances learning effect of students by integrating ARD-based (Augmented Reality Display) ICT and experiential education to promote existence and immersion is being tested. This paper aims to improve efficacy and achieve vitalization through case analysis of AR-based ICT experiential education content. As a result of case analysis, the composition of content for improving education content included 1) constant securing and strengthening of experiential education content, 2) necessity for development of participating education content by diverse age groups, 3) development of differentiated ICT experiential education content, and 4) securing professional manpower and development of content in connection with education process. Therefore, with the efficacy of ARD-based ICT experiential education content, this study can first, enhance bond between students, second, enable self-directed learning, third, increase practical understanding in contents that were difficult to control by textbook contents, and fourth, increase interest and immersion in learning. Therefore, the contents on new converging technology that can maximize the development of constant content and cooperation between ICT technology and pedagogy for educating creativity and autonomy of ICT experiential education content.

4차 산업혁명의 도래와 더불어 ICT 기계, ICT 금융, ICT 의료, ICT 나노 등과 같이 기술분야별 영역의 장벽이 허물어지고, 학제간 연구(Interdisplinary Research)가 일상화됨에 따라 무형자산의 가치평가시에도 융합기술의 가치평가 모형에 대한 니즈가 증대되고 있다. 특히, 기술의 매매, 현물출자, 기술금융(투자유치, 담보 보증), 인수 합병, 청산 소송 등 다양한 용도로 사용되고 있는 기술가치평가 모형은 융합기술의 입력변수 결정에 대한 체계적인 로직을 제공하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 일반적으로 실제 거래사례가 존재할 경우, 국제가치평가기준(IVS)에 의하면 시장접근법이 우선적으로 적용될 수 있다고 권고된다. 그러나 융합기술의 이전거래를 비롯한 평가 활용사례를 수집하기도 어렵고 그렇다할 평가모델이 존재하지 않는 것이 사실이다. 융합기술에 대한 기술 및 시장의 사업화 환경을 고려하는 경우 소득접근법 기반의 평가기법이 유용하게 활용될 수 있는데, 기술수명, 매출액추정, 할인율, 산업기술요소 등의 핵심변수 결정에 관한 정형화된 로직이 존재하지 않으므로 본 고에서 융합기술 사례에 대해 실용적으로 활용가능한 변수추정 로직을 제시하고자 한다. 기술수명의 경우, 복수 개의 국제특허분류(IPC)별 피인용특허수에 따라 가중 적용하여 수명 추정을 위한 기준값을 정하며, 사업화소요기간 및 비용의 경우 평가대상 융합기술이 속하는 업종별 메타데이터값을 가중평균하여 현금흐름 추정기간을 최종 도출할 수 있다. 소득접근법에서의 매출추정, 할인율, 산업기술요소 변수 추정 이외에도 로열티공제법 적용을 위한 로열티율 결정에 있어서, 융합기술이 응용가능한 산업(업종)별 매출액 기반으로 가중 적용하여 각 변수값을 산출할 수 있다. 본 연구에서 개발된 융합기술 가치평가 모형은 향후 기술의 융복합화 특성을 반영하여 적정 가치를 산출하는 평가 가이드라인을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Currently, our country has promoted sustainable growth in agriculture field by expanding the growth engine which is going to creat new value through agrifood industry & ICT convergence, the deployment of computerization in rural areas and the efficiency increase of agricultural administration system. Since the level of domestic agriculture-ICT convergence technology focusing on production areas is at early stage, it is necessary to deploy the successful models through the systematic development of technology and standardization including production, distribution and consumption phase. In addition, because the management and control systems of large glass greenhouse are mostly foreign products with no standardization and related small domestic companies, there is a limit to agri-food & ICT convergence activation led by the agri-food private sector. Also, it is vital to increase productivity & efficiency and improve quality throughout the entire agricultural process including production, distribution and consumption by the fusion of information technology, automatic control technology and unique ICT on existing agricultural technology, Therefore, in this paper we propose the agricultural-ICT convergence technology fields in which our country can lead technology and the standardization plans through analyzing the development, policy and standardization trends on agricultural-ICT convergence technology.

본 논문은 Krafton의 PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS 게임에서 플레이어 분류를 목표로 하며, 포즈 추정기술을 사용하여 일반 플레이어와 봇을 구분한다. 이는 게임에서 직접 수집한 비디오 데이터를 기반으로 하며, 다음과 같은 두 가지 접근 방식을 제안한다. 첫 번째 방법은 동작 시퀀스 분석을 통해, 사용자의 특정동작 패턴을 식별하고 로지스틱 회귀 모델을 활용해 사용자 유형을 분류한다. 두 번째 방법은 YOLO-pose 모델을 사용하여 비디오 데이터에서 키포인트를 추출하고, 이를 LSTM 모델에 적용하여 프레임별로 사용자의 유형을 분류한다. 이러한 이중 접근 방식은 게임의 공정성과 사용자 경험을 향상시키는 새로운 도구를 제공하며, 보다 안전한 게임 환경에 기여할 수 있다. 이 연구는 게임 산업뿐만 아니라 보안 및 모니터링 분야에서도 동작 분석에 대한 혁신적인 접근 방식으로 활용될 잠재력을 가지고 있다.

최근 ICT 기술 및 생태 환경은 매우 빠르게 변화하고 있으며, 이러한 변화 속에서 가장 주목받고 있는 변화는 초연결 사회를 지향하면서 IoT를 활용한 서비스가 다양한 산업 분야에서 매우 빠르게 변화하고 있는 것이다. 그러나, IoT 환경에서 주고받는 데이터 및 정보가 신뢰받지 못한다면 IoT 서비스는 IoT 서비스 확산에 주요 걸림돌이 되어, ICT 융합 산업의 생태계 조성과 성장 및 신 산업 발굴에 커다란 장애물로 나타나게 될 가능성이 많을 것으로 예상된다. 이러한 위험성으로 인하여, ICT 서비스 산업의 신뢰 기반 인프라 조성은 IoT 기반의 다양한 공유 경제 서비스 실현 및 에너지, 교통, 의료 등 타 산업과의 ICT 융합 실현을 위한 필수 선행 조건으로 대두되고 있고, 이를 뒷받침하는 인프라 기술인 TII(Trusted Information Infrastructure) 기술 개발의 중요성이 증대되고 있다. 본고에서는 ICT 트러스트 정보 인프라(TII) 기술에 대한 국내외 기술 동향과 더불어, ETRI에서 개발하고 있는 TII 기술 및 이를 이용한 응용 서비스 사례, 그리고 표준화 동향 등에 대해 살펴본다.

This Study conducts a survey of ICT SMEs participating in 'ICT Government Sponsored Loan Project' for researching general demands on Government sponsored loans and studies successful company case by inspecting background of R&D, performances, impacts, prospects, episodes, etc. Actually, survey results show that ICT SMEs demand more of Government sponsored loans and that stable financing is a core factor and the most difficult task for successful R&D. In conclusion, these results implicate that Government has to create new policies for competitive ICT SMEs to recover financial stability through developing and commercializing technologies.

본 논문은 이미지 인식, 지도 기반 검색, 그리고 키워드 검색을 활용한 문화유산 검색 어플리케이션의 개발과 성능 분석에 대한 연구를 다룬다. 우리는 이러한 다양한 기술과 기능을 결합하여 사용자에게 맞춤형 문화유산 정보를 제공하는 어플리케이션을 설계하고 구현하였다. 더불어, 어플리케이션의 성능을 평가하고 향상시키기 위한 실험과 분석을 수행하였다. 연구 결과, 이미지 인식 및 지도 기반 검색을 활용한 어플리케이션은 문화유산 관련 정보를 빠르고 정확하게 제공함으로써 사용자의 경험을 향상시킬 수 있음을 확인하였다. 이러한 연구는 문화유산 검색 어플리케이션의 개발과 성능 향상을 위한 중요한 기여를 제공할 것으로 기대된다.

국내에서는 수량산출정보의 전자적인 교환, 납품 등의 활용을 위한 자료구조 및 파일포맷 등을 규격화 하여 디지털 수량산출정보 교환표준을 개발하였다. 국외에서는 IFC 국제표준을 통해 BIM 발주시 데이터 납품 포맷으로 IFC를 활용하고 있으며 건축분야를 중심으로 공사비 정보의 표준 개발이 이루어 지고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 디지털 수량산출정보 교환표준의 Type 및 Element와 IFC 국제표준의 공사비 정보 Entity를 비교분석하여 국내 토목분야 실정에 부합하는 공사비 분야 정보모델 표준개발의 기반자료로 활용하고자 한다.
