The purpose of this study is to propose an ICT-oriented teacher curriculum in order to improve early childhood teacher's competency using ICT instructional media. To this end, a survey was conducted to investigate the importance and current level of early childhood teacher's competency. After identifying the necessity of ICT instructional media competency, the contents of an ICT-oriented teacher curriculum were designed. A survey of teacher competency among 207 teachers showed the highest educational need for ICT instructional media competency. In addition, ICT-based teacher curriculum was classified into ICT literacy education and ICT utilization education based on the analysis results of sub-indexes on ICT instructional media competency. Each part was hierarchized into three levels of awareness, application, and spread according to the teacher's competency level and the educational contents were suggested based on the goals set for each level. In this study, it consisted of ICT literacy education, including understanding educational policy related to ICT utilization, understanding the goals and assessment of the ICT curriculum and ICT utilization education, including the use of teaching and learning methods, application of digital technology, ICT learning environment building and management for developing teacher professionalism related to ICT instructional media.

Software education will be implemented in elementary schools in Korea since 2019. Although 17 hours of software education is provided, it is necessary for preliminary teachers to have basic ICT skills in training software education. Therefore, it is necessary to objectively compare the basic ICT literacy of preliminary teachers in Korea. This study examines the ICT of preliminary teachers based on the OECD PISA 2015 questionnaires. The contents of the survey compares and analyzes ICT availability and usability items of students. Comparisons are made with students from OECD countries. ICT usability at school was the highest at 2.56, followed by ICT availability at school at 2.4. The third was high at 2.38 for using school works outside the school. Availability outside the school was low at 2.33, and the lowest at school was very low at 1.79. It is necessary for the preliminary teachers to have the ICT ability for the students who will be the protagonists of the future society and the ICT education which can be utilized in each subject in addition to the ICT education in the curriculum of the education college in order to raise the ability.

It is more than 10 years since ICT training learning was introduced to educational curriculum, and it is now time for overall consideration about the result of the education. The most important difficulties that the teachers have are that there are big differences in the level of learning ability. The characteristics of ICT curriculum are its tool and stepwise progress. The main problem of a curriculum with such characteristics is with underachivers. To distinguish ICT underachivers, the present study was developed a distinction tool for investigation: The objects were the students in the 6th grade of the 4 elementary schools in Gyeonggi-do, and inquires were made to find out characteristics. Inquires were also made to the elementary school teachers in Goyang-city to find out the actual instructional situation. A teaching-learning system will be suggested to prevent the occurring of ICT underachivers by analyzing their characteristics. The system consists of a distinction examination module, a teaching-learning module and a feedback module, which are web-based, as well as an off-line actual class module. The purpose of the system is to prevent underachivers in ICT classes, so that the students' ability to utilize computer will be improved to a higher level.

학습자에게 학습의 자율성 및 유연한 학습활동 제공, 자기 주도적 학습환경 제공, 창의력 및 문제해결력 향상, 다양한 교수학습 활동 촉진, 교육의 장 확대를 위하여 범국가적인 차원에서 ICT교육을 실시하고 있다. ICT소양 교육에는 교사들에 대한 연수기회가 많고 멀티미디어 콘텐츠가 많이 개발되어 효과를 보고 있지만 ICT활용 교육은 다양한 멀티미디어 콘텐츠의 부족으로 교사들이 부담감을 가지고 있다. 이와 같은 문제점을 인식하여 ICT활용 교육에 바로 투입할 수 있는 2분 이내의 짧은 동영상 콘텐츠를 개발하고 이를 공개 CGI를 활용하여 VOD로 구현하였다. 아울러 10분 내외의 다큐멘터리 형식의 VOD로 방송학습이 이루어지도록 했으며, 동영상 콘텐츠 개발에 필요한 사전 지식 및 방송학습에 대한 올바른 인식을 갖게 하고자 텍스트 연수 자료도 함께 탑재하여 교실 수업 개선에 이바지하고자 하였다.

정보 통신 기술과 인터넷의 발전으로 정보통신기술교육은 기 중요성을 더해가고 있으며, 정보통신기술 운영 지침에 의하여 2001년부터 시작하여 2003년에는 초등학교 6학년까지 모든 학생에게 정보통신기술 교육을 하도록 하고 있으나, 교육을 직접 담당하고 있는 교사들의 호응 없이는 그 효과를 기대할 수 없다. 이에 본 논문에서는 충청북도 교사들의 정의통신기술 운영지침 내용의 인지 정도는 어떠한지, 재량활동 시간을 이용한 정보통신기술 소양교육의 운영 실태는 어떠한지 설문을 통하여 그 실태를 파악하여 문제점을 제시하고, 해결방안을 마련할 토대를 마련하고자 한다.

본 연구 개발은 초등학교 예비 교사에게 국어과 ICT 교수 학습에 대한 이해와 과정안 개발 및 수업에서의 활용 능력을 길러주고, 아울러 향후 ICT를 활용한 국어과 교육을 교육과정에 반영할 경우 제기될 수 있는 문제점을 짚어보고 개선 방안을 모색하는 데 그 목적을 두었다. 연구 개발의 내용은 국어과 ICT 활용 교육 관련 문헌 및 자료 탐색, 자료 및 수업 운영 실태 분석, 국어과 국어과 6학년 1, 2학기 180차시에 대한 학습 내용 및 목표 분석과 국어과 6학년 1, 2학기 180차시에 대한 ICT 교수 학습 과정안 개발, ICT 교수 학습과정안 개발 결과물의 수정 검토 및 서버 탑재, ICT 교수 학습 과정 개발 과정의 교육과정 적용 방안 모색이다. 본 연구 개발을 위하여 2003년 2학기 강좌인 '국어과 교재 연구(2학점)'와 통합하여 교수 학습 과정안 개발을 추진하였다. 본 강좌에서는 과정안 개발에 필요한 모형 안내, 과정안 작성 방법 지도, ICT 활용 수업의 분석, 과정안 개발에 필요한 컴퓨터 소양 교육이 이루어졌으며 과정안의 개발은 학기 과제로 추진하였다. 본 연구 개발 과제의 수행을 통하여 최종적으로 국어과 6학년 ICT 교수 학습 과정안 180차시와 연구 보고서 1종을 산출하였다. 본 연구 개발의 성과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예비 교사에게 국어과 ICT 교수 학습 모형 및 과정안에 대한 이해를 높이고 교수 학습 과정안의 작성 능력을 길러주었다. 둘째, 연구 보고서에 제시된 국어과 ICT 자료 개발 및 활용 실태, 예비 교사의 ICT 교수 학습 과정안 개발을 위한 강의 계획과 개발을 위한 실제 지도 과정은 향후 관련 강의나 연구를 설계하고 교육과정을 마련하는 데 도움을 줄 수 있다. 셋째, 예비 교사들이 개발한 자료는 현장 교사들이 국어과 수업을 운용하는 데 활용할 수 있다. 본 연구 개발 결과 드러난 문제점과 보다 나은 연구와 강의를 지향하기 위한 개선 방안을 제시하여 보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예비 교사의 특성과 개발 내용에 비추어 볼 때 ICT 교수 학습 과정안 개발 기간이 짧았다. 따라서 강의 시수를 늘리는 방안, 관련 강좌를 추가로 개설하는 방안, 기존 강좌를 통합하여 운영하는 방안을 고려해 보아야 한다. 둘째, 예비 교사의 수준을 고려할 때 여러 가지 '부가 자료'를 포함하는 ICT 교수 학습 과정안을 1인 1차시씩 개발하도록 하는 것은 학생들에게 상당한 부담을 안겨 주었다. 대안으로는 개발 관련 강자를 1년 단위로 계획하여 운용하는 방법, 학생 4-5명 당 1차시씩 개발하도록 하는 방법, ICT 교수 학습 과정안 자체만 개발하고 학습지, 교사연구자료, 자율학습 자료 등은 생략하는 방법 등이 있다. 셋째, 학생들의 컴퓨터 소양 기능이 부족한 상태에서 ICT 교수 학습 과정안 개발을 과제로 부과할 경우 좋은 결과물을 기대할 수 없다. 따라서 현재 교육대학의 교육 과정 편성 체제를 감안하면 컴퓨터 강좌와 교과 교육 강좌를 통합 강좌 형태로 운영하는 방법을 고려해 볼 만하다. 넷째, 교수 학습 모형의 경직성과 실제 교수 학습 변인을 고려한 활용이나 변형에 대한 탐구가 여전히 부족했다는 점이다. 앞으로는 이를 몇 가지의 모형 틀 속으로 자꾸 끓어 내려고 하는 것보다는 기존의 모형을 다양하게 변형할 수 있도록 그 틀을 열어줄 필요가 있다.

Since 2001, we have taught computer in elementary school to become the advanced country of IT in the 21C. However, people criticized that ICT education which is consisted mainly of the computer skills is not appropriate for information literacy education. In 2005, "ICT Education Guide Rev." is published. Thereafter, information literacy education has systematic frame. The experts emphasize the importance of performance assessment. Computer education can become the problem solving education if the performance assessment carried out. However, it is not successful without the good rubrics for performance assessment In this paper, we developed the rubrics for performance assessment for "presentation document writing".

현대사회가 고도의 정보화 사회로 변화하면서 인터넷을 통해 빠르고, 쉽게 커뮤니케이션을 하거나 정보를 검색, 교환하게 되었다. 이런 시대에 발맞추어 교육내용, 교육방법 등의 변화가 요구되면서 효율적인 수업이나 학급경영의 일환으로 정보통신기술을 활용하는 부분이 늘어나게 되었다. 그러나 지금 실행되고 있는 교사의 ICT활용 능력 평가도구는 활용 능력보다는 기술 소양능력을 평가하여 인센티브를 부여하는데 중점을 두고 있어 교사들의 ICT활용능력을 평가할 수 있는 도구가 필요하다. 따라서 교사의 교육활동과 직무활동 전반에 ICT를 어떻게 활용할 수 있는지를 제시해주고 부담을 주지 않으며 언제든지 자신의 능력을 측정할 수 있는 ICT활용능력 자기평가 도구를 제시하고자 한다.

지식정보화 사회에 발맞춰 학교현장에서도 초 중등학교 정보통신기술교육 운영지침 개정안의 내용을 바탕으로 정보통신기술 교육을 강화하여 소양 교육과 교과 활용교육 간의 연계를 통하여 효과적으로 교육 목표를 달성할 수 있도록 노력하고 있다. 하지만 체육교과 부문의 ICT활용에 관한 연구는 다른 교과에 비해 다소 부족한 편이라 할 수 있다. 이에 발전적인 ICT 활용 체육수업을 위해 2007 개정 교육과정에 따른 초등교사의 ICT 활용 체육수업에 대한 실태분석 및 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다.

초등학교에서 재량활동인 컴퓨터 교재의 내용은 ICT 소양교육을 중점으로 기능 교육(한글, 파워포인트, 윈도우, 통신 등)에 대한 내용이 대부분을 차지하고 있다. 특히 초등학생들은 이미 생활에서 쉽게 접하는 정보화 시스템에 익숙하여 컴퓨터를 다루는 기능은 교재의 수준을 상당히 갖추고 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 현재 초등학교에서 사용하고 있는 초등컴퓨터 재량활동 교재의 내용에 변화가 필요함을 나타내기 위하여, 부산광역시교육청의 초등컴퓨터 재량활동 교재인 '즐거운 컴퓨터'의 내용과 부산광역시 4, 5, 6학년 초등학생들의 ICT 활용기능을 비교 분석하였다. 그 결과를 통하여 초등학생의 ICT 기술능력이 컴퓨터 교재의 내용을 앞서고 있음을 보이고 향후 교재내용의 변화가 있어야함을 보인다
