미래전의 대표적인 개념이 NCW(Network Centric Warfare, 네트워크중심전)이다. NCW는 네트워크로 연결되어 전장의 상황을 실시간으로 수집하여 관리하고 지휘통제를 하는 것이 핵심이다. 이러한 특성이 가장 필요한 경우가 해군이다. 해군의 작전은 광범위한 지역에서 개별적 또는 공동으로 작전을 펼친다. 이러한 과정 중에 각 함정 간의 정보의 공유는 기본으로 이루어져야 한다. 더욱이 미 해군의 경우 전 세계를 작전지역으로 보고 있기 때문에 NCW 의 대표적인 예라고 할 수 있다. 한국군 C4I체계는 각 군의 전술과 무기체계의 차이로 분리되어 상이하게 개발, 운영되어서 각 체계 간의 상호운용성이 확보되지 않는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서논문에서는 발달된 미 해군의 C4I체계를 분석하여 한국군 C4I체계의 문제점을 분석하고 향후 발전방향을 제시하고자 한다.

To evaluate the potential of radioiodine labelled hypericin as a malignant glioma imaging agent, U-251 MG, U-373 MG, C6 glioma and fibroblast were treated with a I-123 labelled hypericin derivative and C6 glioma transplanted nude mouse were injected with a I-124 labelled hypericin derivative for a micro PET imaging. 2- Iodohypericin was prepared as a reference compound. In this paper, we describe the syntheses of 2- iodohypericin and 2-[$^{123}I/^{124}I$]iodohypericin and the results of a corresponding biological evaluation. In all glioma cell lines, 2-[$^{123}I$]iodohypericin uptake was increased in a time dependant manner and an accumulation of 2-[$^{124}I$]iodohypericin was observed in C6 glioma bearing nude mouse. These results suggest that radioiodine labelled hypericin can visualize a PKC overexpressed malignant glioma.

In this paper, by using fixed point theorems in cones, the existence of positive solutions is considered for nonlinear m-point boundary value problem for the following second-order dynamic equations on time scales $$u^{{\Delta}{\nabla}}(t)+a(t)f(t,u(t))=0,\;t{\in}(0,T),\;{\beta}u(0)-{\gamma}u^{\Delta}(0)=0,\;u(T)={\sum_{i=1}^{m-2}}\;a_iu({\xi}_i),\;m{\geq}3$$, where $a(t){\in}C_{ld}((0,T),\;[0,+{\infty}))$, $f{\in}C([0,T]{\times}[0,+{\infty}),\;(-{\infty},+{\infty}))$, the nonlinear term f is allowed to change sign. We obtain several existence theorems of positive solutions for the above boundary value problems. In particular, our criteria generalize and improve some known results [15] and the obtained conditions are different from related literature [14]. As an application, an example to demonstrate our results is given.

In this parper, we considered the uniqueness of positive time-solution to equation ${\Box}_g$u(t,$\chi$) - $c_n$u(t,$\chi$) + $c_n$u(t,$\chi$)$^[\frac{n+3}{n-3}]$ = 0, where $c_n$ = $\frac{n-1}{4n}$ and ${\Box}_g$ is the d'Alembertian for a Lorentzian warped manifold M = {a,$\infty$] $\times_f$ N.

A parallel flats fraction for the $3^n$ factorial experiment is defined as the union of flats, ${t$\mid$At=C_i(mod 3)}, i=1,2,\cdot,f$, in EG(n,3) and is symbolically written as At=C where A is of rank r. The A matrix partitions the effects into u+1 alias sets where $u=(3^{n-r}-1)/2$. For each alias set the f flats produce an alias component permutation matrix (ACPM) with elements from $S_3$. In this paper, a detection vector of the ACPM was constructed for each combination of k or fewer two-factor interactions. Also the relationship between the detection vectors has been shown.
