The purpose of this study is to develop an index to measure regional creativity factors from previous research, as well as to empirically analyze the relationship between regional creativity and regional growth. We conduct panel analysis on the balanced panel data of regional creativity in fifteen Korean cities and provinces during 2008-2012. The result of hypothesis testing are as follows: First, amongst factors of regional creativity, sub-factors such as creative personnel and intangible asset (of the basic asset factor), creative enterprise (of the economic agent factor), and convergence and creative industries (of the core industry factor) showed significant influential relationships with GRDP (Gross Regional Domestic Product) as positive. Concerning the systemization factor, all sub-factors showed no significant relationship with GRDP. Second, amongst the factors, creative personnel (of the basic asset factor), start-up and entrepreneurship (of the systemization factor), creative enterprise (of the economic agent factor), the regional space factor, and convergence industry (of the core industry factor) showed significant positive relationships with employment rate. However, tangible and intangible creative asset (of the basic asset factor), convergence management and administration (of the systemization factor), Large/middle/small enterprises and central government/municipalities (of the economic agent factor), and creative industry (of the core industry factor) showed no significant relationship with employment rate. The results of this study will provide insight into the current situation for regional creativity, and review the process and short and long term performance. In addition, it will be a basic means to lead the central government's policy of strengthening local autonomy and decentralization.

The aim of this study was to verify the theoretical relationship between sports ability beliefs, achievement goal orientation, exercise flow, and athletic performance in college golf athletes. The results of the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) 18.0 and Analysis of MOment Structures (AMOS) 18.0 performed on the data collected from 211 participants are as follows. First, hypothesis testing showed that college golf athletes with incremental beliefs set task-oriented goals (C.R.=3.780, p<.001). Second, the task-oriented goals (C.R.=4,082, p<.001) and ego-oriented goals (C.R.=3.819, p<.001) in achievement goal orientation raised the level of flow during golf. Third, in achieving goal orientation, only task orientation led to a higher perceived level of golf performance (C.R.=3.020, p<.01). Fourth, a higher level of flow led to higher levels of golf performance (C.R.=4.642, p<.001). Other sub-factors were not statistically significant in the current study. These results could be applied in the field of sports as they show what results can be achieved depending on the athlete's belief in their sports ability.

Objectives : Shift work disorder occurs when you have difficulties adjusting to a work schedule that takes place during a time which most people sleep. Some people may have diverse psychosomatic symptoms, such as sleep problems, depression, anxiety, and headaches even after the shift work schedule ends. The aims of this study are to compare difference of psychosomatic symptoms between rotating shift and daytime working nurse groups. Methods : Volunteer nurses working in a general hospital were recruited in a general hospital. We collected sociodemographic data. We used questionnaires for headache type, headache frequency, and VAS(Visual Analog Scale) for headache intensity, BDI(Beck depression Inventory) and GSAQ(Global Sleep Assessment Questionnaire). We used Mann-Whitney test and Chi-square test for hypothesis testing. Results : Data collected from 84 women nurses. Rotating shift(N=37) working nurses showed younger, more unmarried, and shorter work periods than daytime working nurses (N=47). Also rotating shift group showed more problems of headache, insomnia, excessive daytime sleepiness, depression and anxiety than daytime group. The above results were statistically significant. Conclusions : The rotating shift work women nurses produced more headache, insomnia, excessive daytime sleepiness, depression, and anxiety than daytime working ones.
Objectives We investigated the particle mass size distribution and chemical properties of air pollution particulate matter (PM) in the urban area and its capacity to induce cytotoxicity in human bronchial epithelial (BEAS-2B) cells. Methods To characterize the mass size distributions and chemical concentrations associated with urban PM, PM samples were collected by a 10-stage Micro-Orifice Uniform Deposit Impactor close to nearby traffic in an urban area from December 2007 to December 2009. PM samples for in vitro cytotoxicity testing were collected by a mini-volume air sampler with $PM_{10}$ and $PM_{2.5}$ inlets. Results The PM size distributions were bi-modal, peaking at 0.18 to 0.32 and 1.8 to $3.2{\mu}m$. The mass concentrations of the metals in fine particles (0.1 to $1.8{\mu}m$) accounted for 45.6 to 80.4% of the mass concentrations of metals in $PM_{10}$. The mass proportions of fine particles of the pollutants related to traffic emission, lead (80.4%), cadmium (69.0%), and chromium (63.8%) were higher than those of other metals. Iron was the dominant transition metal in the particles, accounting for 64.3% of the $PM_{10}$ mass in all the samples. We observed PM concentration-dependent cytotoxic effects on BEAS-2B cells. Conclusions We found that exposure to $PM_{2.5}$ and $PM_{10}$ from a nearby traffic area induced significant increases in protein expression of inflammatory cytokines (IL-6 and IL-8). The cell death rate and release of cytokines in response to the $PM_{2.5}$ treatment were higher than those with $PM_{10}$. The combined results support the hypothesis that ultrafine particles from vehicular sources can induce inflammatory responses related to environmental respiratory injury.

This study analyzed the determinants of the turnover intention of emotion workers and recent social issues. In particular, this study examined whether the factors that determine the turnover intention affect the quality of service. The job characteristics of emotion workers were set up as an independent variable, and the job environment, organizational culture, such as emotional labor and how it affects the workers' behavior were investigated. How the independent variables influence the turnover of workers was investigated to mediate the emotional job satisfaction. The subjects were primarily targeted by the emotions of the workers engaged in large service accommodation, Kangwon. Among the environmental factors, the job characteristics and job duties are diverse factors and internal and external factors that can affect the compensation turnover intentions. Organizational culture as a factor was the human resources culture, open culture systems, and the hierarchical cultural factors affecting turnover intention. Among the emotional labor practices that also affects the surface of conduct, sincere acts influence the turnover intention. In addition, a one hypothesis testing job satisfaction was mediated by several factors with an impact, such as job diversity. Future empirical research should examined whether temporary full-time is an independent variable factor that can achieve a more fruitful conclusion.
Purpose - The current analysis has been done in order to verify the difference between consumer attitudes on the distributor's PB products in terms of practical shopping value and attitudes about the product according to its perceived quality. Research design, data, and methodology - The target respondents of this study were those who have bought PB products at large-scale discount stores within the past six months. We asked homemakers, office workers, and students who live in Seoul or Daejon to respond to a questionnaire by filling out self-evaluations, and collected the completed questionnaires. To test the hypothesis, a t-test was carried out by group for 25 percent of the high and low rankings, including a quarter of the total respondents, to verify attitudes toward products and brands, purchase satisfaction, and re-purchase intention according to the practical shopping value and recognized quality of PB products. A variance analysis was conducted to see if there were differences among groups in terms of practical shopping value and perceived quality. Scheffe's back testing was used to identify differences between groups. Results - The result of the investigation of consumer attitudes according to practical shopping value is as follows. First, it was verified that consumer attitudes about PB products increase as practical shopping value increases. Second, there was no significant. Third, it was verified that repurchase intentions for PB products get higher as the practical shopping value of the consumer increases. The following is the result of the investigation of consumer attitudes according to the perceived quality of PB products. First, it was verified that the product attitude improves as the perceived quality of PB products increases. Second, the research confirmed that the brand attitude improves as the perceived quality of PB products increases. Third, consumer satisfaction is higher when the perceived quality of PB products is high. Fourth, this study verified that repurchase intentions for PB products are higher as the perceived quality of the product increases. Finally, the results of identifying differences between groups for perceived quality and shopping value are as follows. It was identified that there were differences in shopping value according to the characteristics of the groups. However, perceived quality does not change according to the characteristics of groups. Conclusions - These results have practical implications for the marketing strategy of PB products in order to satisfy consumer demands and provide a differentiated service by the distributor. In addition, it is suggested that a communication strategy may be necessary to increase brand loyalty and ensure the continual growth and value creation of PB products as symbolic products for distributors.

The purpose of this paper is to study the effects of the competitiveness of intermediate goods and enterprise's core competency on customer value and enterprise performance. And it is surely meaningful to investigate the intermediate product competitiveness with the variable of interest to recent corporate values and corporate customers with business performance by exploring their relationships. This research focuses on the intermediate goods competitive dimension and the company's core competency, and then several models are proposed. The research model is based on the existing core competencies of the conceptual model, which consists of intermediate goods competitive, core competencies, product innovation, product reliability, customer value and corporate performance. The automobile company in China and Korea are focused in this paper; empirical analysis method is applied to examine the relationships in these areas. The concept of core competencies in the existing competitive enterprises in product and process is defined as the relative advantage. Eight hypotheses are introduced for statistical hypothesis testing. Employees and typical intermediate products in automotive companies in China and Korea are investigated.
This study was aimed to analyze factors affecting intention on clinical application by task autonomy of dental hygienists, expected effect and obstructive factor on clinical application of assessment, dental hygiene diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation (ADPIE). Meanwhile, it proved mediating effects of "attitude toward ADPIE" when it came to "intention on clinical application". The data was collected from 237 dental personnel in capital region from March 28, 2014 to May 2, 2014. To analyze the suitability of a theoretical model and hypothesis testing, SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 18.0 program were used. The theoretical model was accepted as it resulted in ${\chi}^2=421.67$ while showing goodness of fit index=0.858, comparative fit index=0.915, Tucker-Lewis index=0.896, root mean square residual=0.039, and root mean square error of approximation=0.099. The result showed "task autonomy of dental hygienists (${\beta}=0.398$, p<0.05)" and "expected effect on ADPIE (${\beta}=0.363$, p<0.01)" had a positive effect on "attitude toward ADPIE". Also, "attitude toward ADPIE" had a positive effect on "intention on clinical application". In addition, "task autonomy of dental hygienists" and "expected effect on ADPIE" had an indirect influence on "intention on clinical application" via such intermediary as "attitude toward ADPIE". According to the above results, the task autonomy of dental hygienists, expected effect on ADPIE, and attitude toward ADPIE were confirmed to be significant factors when it came to the intention on its clinical application. Therefore in order to settle ADPIE in the clinical practice, improvement of task autonomy for dental hygienists as well as their expectation and attitude on ADPIE must be promoted.
This study empirical analysed how student's major satisfaction affected job-seeking stress. It also analysed the mean differences of major satisfaction and job-seeking stress between two groups(IPP experienced, non-experienced groups). 200 data were collected from the field survey questionnaires administered to a quota sample of university students who had IPP experience or non-experience. For hypothesis testing, the IBM SPSS Statistics 24.0 was used. As a result of empirical research analysis, first, it was found that major satisfaction had a negative effect on job-seeking stress. Among major satisfaction sub categories, subject satisfaction had negative effects on cognitive and physical stress, and relationship satisfaction also had negative effects on cognitive and physical stress. On the other hand, general satisfaction had a negative effect only on emotional stress. Second, there was a significant difference between major satisfaction and job-seeking stress. Major satisfaction of IPP experience group was high, and the job-seeking stress was low. Third, in the group of students who practiced IPP, subject satisfaction had a negative effect on emotional and physical stress, whereas subject satisfaction in the group of students who did not practice IPP had no significant effect on job-seekingt stress. In the case of relationship satisfaction, only non-practice groups had a negative effect on cognitive stress and physical stress. In the case of general satisfaction, only the IPP group showed negative effects on emotional stress. The results of this study supported the preceding studies that major satisfaction had an effect on job-seeking stress, and the study was meaningful in that it confirmed that there were differences between the IPP experienced, non-experienced groups. Based on this results, academic and practical implications were suggested.
This study tried to know the effect of selection attributes for chicken specialty stores on customer satisfaction and loyalty. IPA analysis on relation between the attributes and the satisfaction showed that most quality-related product attributes such as 'the taste and quality of chicken', 'proper portion', and 'fresh ingredients' had high levels of perceived importance and satisfaction. It indicates that the stores need to keep the current good quality. On the other hand, customers showed lower levels of satisfaction in 'reasonable prices', 'quick delivery'(certainty factors), and 'kindness of employees', so that those attributes need improving. The hypothesis testing showed that supplementary product factors such as 'side dishes offered with chicken', 'use of neat and convenient wrapping package', and 'coupon offers' among the customer selection attributes had a significant impact on customer satisfaction and loyalty. Therefore, the owners of chicken specialty stores need to choose a reasonable price to make customers satisfied and shorten delivery time directly related to quality. Also, they need to differentiate their services by continuous employee training and education and provide additional services in order to enhance customer satisfaction for their repurchase.
