  • 유압 펌프 또는 모터, 특히 레이디얼피스톤형 모터, 용 분배기는 동적인 평형상태를 유지하기 위해 양면이 완전히 똑같이 가공된 회전부재와 이 부재의 양면에 동적평형을 보조할 수 있도록 표면에 가공된 형상이 동일한 2개의 고정부재와 이 2개의 고정부재의 간격유지를 위하여 회전부재주위에 사각의 단면적을 갖는 원형링으로 이루어져 있다. 회전부재는 기본적으로 밸브부를 가지고 있으며 평형상태를 보조하기위해 밸브부의 외주에 정압베어링을 설치할 수도 있다. 2개의 고정 부재중 1개는 몇 개의 단이 있는 부재인데 이는 압력상승에 의한 볼트의 인장을 보상하기 위해 밸브케이싱과 축방향의 이동이 가능하도록 하기 위한 방법이다.

Improvement of the Low-Speed Friction Characteristics of a Hydraulic Piston Pump by PVD-Coating of TiN

  • The hydraulic pump of an Electro-hydrostatic Actuator should be able to quickly feed large volume of oil into hydraulic cylinder in order to reduce the response time. On the other hand, it should be also able to precisely dispense small amount of oil through low-speed operation so that the steady state position control error of the actuator can be accurately compensated. Within the scope of axial piston type hydraulic pumps, this paper is focused on the investigation how the surface treatment of their cylinder barrel with TiN plasma coating can contribute to the reduction of the friction and wear rate of valve plate in the low-speed range with mixed lubrication. The results showed that the friction torque of the valve plate mated with a TiN coated cylinder barrel could be reduced to 22% of that with an uncoated original one when load pressure was 300 bar and rotational speed 100 rpm. It means that the torque efficiency of the test pump was expected to increase more than 1.3% under the same working condition. At the same time, the wear rate of the valve plate could be reduced to $40\sim50%$.

  • Using a density functional theory calculation including van der Waals (vdW) corrections, we report that $H_2$ adsorption in a cubic-crystalline microporous metal-organic framework (MOF-5) leads to volume shrinkage, which is in contrast to the intuition that gas adsorption in a confined system (e.g., pores in a material) increases the internal pressure and then leads to volumetric expansion. This extraordinary phenomenon is closely related to the vdW interactions between MOF and $H_2$ along with the $H_2$-$H_2$ interaction, rather than the Madelung-type electrostatic interaction. At low temperatures, $H_2$ molecules adsorbed in the MOF-5 form highly symmetrical interlinked nanocages that change from a cube-like shape to a sphere-like shape with $H_2$ loading, helping to exert centrosymmetric forces and hydrostatic (volumetric) stresses from the collection of dispersive interactions. The generated internal negative stress is sufficient to overcome the stiffness of the MOF-5 which is a soft material with a low bulk modulus (15.54 GPa).

  • To prepare a durable softening water repellent, quaternized octadecyl methacrylate-2-diethyl-aminoethyl methacrylate as a mother resin and quaternized 1, 3-dioctadecyl-2, 7-dioxy-6, 8-di(2-hydroxyethyl)-1, 3, 6, 8-tetraazacyclodecane which increase the softening effect and the hydrostatic pressure blended with waxes and their emulsifier in various proportions to give water repellent PADWC. As the results of the measurement of water repellency, washable, tear strength and crease recovery to polyestercotton(P/C) blended fabrics treated with PADWC only or addition of textile finishing resin, the physical properties were increased. There was no significant lowering effect in water repellency when PADWC was treated the antistatic agent by the one-bath method, and the effect of water repellency by the adding the catalyst was studied. PADWC was confirmed as durable water repellent with the results of making little difference of water repellency as ${\pm}5$ point after and before washing.

기둥(Post)과 핵(Core)의 이종재료 조합에 의한 치아의 유한요소해석 (A Finite Element Analysis of Incisors with Different Material Combinations of a Post and a Core)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of rigidity of post core systems on stress distribution by the finite element stress analysis method. Three-dimensional finite element models simulating an endodontically treated maxillary central incisor restored with a zirconia crown were prepared. Each model contained cortical bone, trabecular bone, periodontal ligament, 4mm apical root canal filling, and post-and-core. A 50N static occlusal load was applied to the palatal surface of the crown with a $60^{\circ}$ angle to the long axis of the tooth. And three parallel type post (zirconia, glass fiber and stainless steel) and two core (Paracore and Tetric ceram) materials were evaluated, respectively. The differences in stress transfer characteristics of the models were analyzed. von Mises stresses were chosen for presentation of results and maximum displacement and hydrostatic pressure were also calculated. For the Result of the research, the model applied glass fiber to post material has lowest von Mises stress and it is suitable for material of post core systems.

  • According to the variation of hydrostatic pressure on the central axis of deformable material, the V-shaped central bursting defect may be created in extrusion or drawing processes. The process factors which affect the generation of defects are semi-angle of die, reduction ratio of cross-sectional area, friction factor, material properties and so on. The combination of these factors can determine the possibility of defect creation and the shape of various round holes which have been created inside already. By the rigid plastic finite element method, this paper describes the observations of change in shape of round holes with process conditions such as semi-angle of die, reduction ratio of cross-sectional area and friction factor at the non-steady state of axisymmetrical extrusion process when the round hole is already existed inside the original billet. Also, the effects of process factors are investigated to prevent the possible defects.

  • 2차원 표층밀도분류의 특성을 동역학적으로 구명하기 위해 수치해석을 할 경우고려해야 할 가장 중요한 문제는 성층상태에서 난류수송의 평가와 자유수표면의 처리이다. 본 연구에서는 2차원 표층밀도분류에 대한 내부흐름의 연직방향구조를 동역학적으로 구명하기 위해서 비정수압 근사 및 대수응력모형(ASM) 을 사용하여 SIMPLE로 알려진 수치모형을 적용하였다. $\kappa-\varepsilon$모형의 결점인 난류의 이방성을 고려한 대수응력 모형(ASM)을 사용한 2차원 표층밀도분류 수치모형은 밀도계층에 포획감쇠 및 자유수면에서 난류구조를 보다 정확하게 규명할 수 있었다. 대수응력모형(ASM)에 의한 유동장의 계산결과는 $\kappa-\varepsilon$ 모형에 의한 결과와 비교하여 상당히 개선되였으며, 수리실험 결과와 잘 일치하여 모형의 적용성이 검증되었다.

인체에서 체위변화와 말초맥파도달시간의 관계 (Relationship Between Body Position and Peripheral Pulse Arrival Time In Man)

  • 동맥계에서 맥파의 전달속도는 혈관의 긴장도에 따라 결정된다. 동맥혈관의 긴장도는 혈압에 의존적이며 순간적인 혈압의 증가에 따른 혈관긴장도의 변화는 순환기계의 질병을 야기할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 말초맥파를 이용한 동맥 긴장도 평가 방법의 유용성을 밝히기 위하여 말초맥파 도달시간을 체위에 따라 측정하고, 체위 변화에 따른 정수압 변화와 말초맥파도달시간의 관계를 관찰하였다. 말초맥파도달시간의 측정은 심전도의 QRS파 피크로부터 말초에서 나타나는 광전용적맥파의 최대기울기점까지 시간을 측정하였다. 생체 신호를 아날로그-디지털 변환하여 PC에서 매번 심장주기마다 맥파도달시간을 분석하였으며 결과는 스플라인 보간법을 사용하여 그래프로 결과를 제시하였다. 소프트웨어는 C++을 사용하여 windows 환경에서 운용하였다. 앙아위에서 말초맥파도달시간은 233.38$\pm$1.84 ms이었으며 서있는 자세에서는 226.77$\pm$2.16 ms로 유의하게 감소하였다. 앙아위의 자세에서 손을 수직으로 들어올림에 따라 말초맥파도달시간은 각도에 비례하여 증가하는 특성을 보였다. 이러한 실험결과는 말초맥파도달시간이 동맥계의 일시적인 압력 변화에 매우 민감하게 반응하는 것을 제시하였으며, 고혈압 및 동맥경화가 있는 환자에서 예후를 판단하는 방법으로 유용하게 사용될 것이라 사료된다.

Time-domain hybrid method for simulating large amplitude motions of ships advancing in waves

  • Typical results obtained by a newly developed, nonlinear time domain hybrid method for simulating large amplitude motions of ships advancing with constant forward speed in waves are presented. The method is hybrid in the way of combining a time-domain transient Green function method and a Rankine source method. The present approach employs a simple double integration algorithm with respect to time to simulate the free-surface boundary condition. During the simulation, the diffraction and radiation forces are computed by pressure integration over the mean wetted surface, whereas the incident wave and hydrostatic restoring forces/moments are calculated on the instantaneously wetted surface of the hull. Typical numerical results of application of the method to the seakeeping performance of a standard containership, namely the ITTC S175, are herein presented. Comparisons have been made between the results from the present method, the frequency domain 3D panel method (NEWDRIFT) of NTUA-SDL and available experimental data and good agreement has been observed for all studied cases between the results of the present method and comparable other data.

인도행렬에 의한 축대칭 원통형 쉘의 해석 (An Analysis of Axisymmetric Cylindrical Shell by the Leading Matrix Method)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 축대칭 하중을 받는 원통형 펄의 엄밀해를 구하는데 있어서, 간략하면서도 엄밀한 해를 구하는 방법을 제시하고자 하는데 있다. 이는 임의 형상의 구조해석을 위한 강력한 도구이긴 하지만 여전히 근사해석인 유한요소법에 대체될 수 있을 것이다. 이를 위해 본 논문은 반복법의 일종인 인도행렬법을 이용한 절점역계의 분배방식을 사용하였다. 원통형 쉘의 분배와 전달인자는 한성지반상의 보에 대한 미분방정식으로부터 구해진 것이다. 이러한 방법을 축대칭 집중하중과 정수압을 받는 원통형 쉘에 각각 적용해 보았고, 그 결과는 BEF 이론해와 비교할 때 만족할 만 하였다.
