  • The agricultural working tractor of this study is equipped with 4 wheel driving system developed in study 1 and 4-type wheel steering system. The wheel steering system has four type of steering methods that are front wheel steering, rear wheel steering, 4 wheel steering with opposite phase, and 4 wheel steering with corresponding phase. This study introduces the hydraulic circuit of the 4-type wheel steering system and the construction of working tractor. Judging from the field test results of the developed working tractor, it is apparent that 4-type wheel steering system has many advantages when driving in a narrow corral.

  • Flow pulsation often causes vibration and noise in piping systems and therefore has been a troublesome concern for fluid system engineers. According to frequency increase in this paper under the influence wave form of velocity in springly flow and viscosity are drop coefficient of viscosity become increase so that impedance and resistance. The transient variations of flow rate are measured by a modified impedance tube method which is realized by virtue of the present analytical technique. At pipe line in order to eliminate vibration, confirm happened intermittently impedance characteristics. We make a test and frequency analysis and have to minimize obstructive component at hydraulic circuit.

  • This study was intended to develop the system which controls header height of combine automatically by means of sensing the difference between the header and the ground surface. A micro-computer was used for the controller. The sensing unit designed for the study was composed of potentiometer, oscillating link, and gage wheel. An electric-hydraulic circuit was driven by microcomputer to control header height of combine. Performance of the control system was tested by computer simulation, stationary operation of header, and traveling on the simulated ground.

  • Hydraulic hose assemblies deliver a fluid power in various oil pressure equipments such as construction machinery, automobile, aircraft, industrial machinery, machine tools, and machinery for ships, or they are used as pipes in oil pressure circuit. However, as the traditional measure for estimating life under the influence of various external factors incurs hardship in terms of time and expenses, it is essential to take accelerated life test by choosing the factor that suits the usage condition of the test object. The objective of the this study is to propose a acceleration model that takes both temperature and pressure without flexing condition into consideration. The life that is calculated by the equation for evaluating life and the test data show similar slopes as a result of comparing and analyzing the equation for evaluating life that is obtained in this research and the test data, which illustrates that they estimate life similarly, and the proposed equation is proved to be an accelerated life equation that presents the test results.

  • Mechanical spring and hydraulic pressure operated mechanisms are applied in most of today's High Voltage Gas Insulated Switchgear(GIS)s. This paper proposes a new type of operation mechanism for GIS circuit breakers rated at 245kV and 40kA. The Motor-Direct-Drive-Mechanism (MDDM) has many advantages compared to conventional operating mechanisms. It has a very simple structure with only one moving part, low mechanical stress and audible noise. It also allows monitoring, operation speed control and self-diagnosis functions.

  • This paper introduces the development of hydraulic cylinder with magnetic sensors detecting absolute and precise position for automation of excavator. The system which is developed can detect absolute position with a little displacement by using algorithm for recognizing datum points, 114 divider algorithm and high precision algorithm improved position precision. We alse evaluate the developed system under the load disturbance and add band pass filter to the previous's signal process circuit for the protecting magnetic sensors's saturation.

  • To reduce the shock in shifting the clutches and the brakes in automatic transmission have to be connected smoothly and disconnected rapidly. It is PCSV(Pressure Control Solenoid Valve) that play this role of automatic transmission. In this paper there were two steps in the analysis of the PCSV. The first step was modeling the elctromagnet by the permeance method. The second step was modeling the hydraulic circuit by the pressure differential equation. In addition to this modeling a experiment was performed and the commercial package program was used in order to justify modeling. The result of modeling coincide with the result of experiment and commercial package program. As a result this modeling is usable in analysis of dynamic characteractic of the PCSV.

  • Agricultural tractors require frequent shifting to improve operation efficiency, and PST (Powershift Transmission) is considered as a suitable transmission. However, due to the inherent characteristics of the PST, shocks arise during shifting, which imparts a negative effect on the operator. Therefore, in order to improve the transmission performance of the tractor PST, researches on various methods including the hydraulic system circuit, the engine input speed control, and the mechanical system of the transmission are steadily being conducted. In this study, in order to reduce the impact of PST on a shift based on SimulationX software, we analyzed the characteristics of the input signal of PCV (Pressure Control Valve) through sensitivity analysis and verified the simulation model through actual vehicle test. Optimization was performed for minimizing the shift shock for some of the parameters of the input signal at constant temperature and RPM conditions.
