GT, MRP, JIT의 혼합 생산 시스템 구축 (A Design of Hybrid Production System using GT, MRP & JIT)

  • Many production management systems for increasing productivity, minimizing inventory, keeping due dates and maximizing use of resources have been proposed, and GT, MRP and JIT are frequently used among these systems. The three systems have merits and demerits through comparing with each other. Because each system has mutual dependence, a hybrid production system Is necessary for using their merits maximally. In this study, a hybrid production system is designed by combining GT, MRP and JIT, which is suitable in the domestic production system and it is presented as followings. -. Basic research works for G7, MRP and JIT. -. Comparison and analysis are carried out for each system.- . The hybrid production system is designed. -. The hybrid production system is developed.

  • 실제 생산환경에서는 MRP JIT 그리고 OPT 생산시스템을 상호 보완적으로 사용할 필요가 있으므로 3가지 생산시스템의 역할을 분석하고, 이를 기초로 동적생산체계에 적합한 Hybrid생산시스템을 설계하는 것은 충분한 의의를 갖는다고 할 수 있다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 개별시스템이 가지는 제조방식의 유용성과 한계성을 분석하고 생산시스템을 전략적 차원. 전술적 차원 그리고 운영적 차원으로 구분하여 Hybrid화를 시도하였다. 그리고 Hybrid시스템의 유용성을 증명하기 위하여 MRP, JIT 그리고 OPT시스템의 개념이 포함된 Hybrid시스템에 대한 Simulation을 실시하였으며, 그 결과 독립적인 개별시스템 보다 Hybrid시스템이 더욱 효과적임을 입증하였다.

  • This paper presents a supply chain framework with the ODM (Original Design Manufacturing)-OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) hybrid production of textile industry in FTA (Free Trade Agreements) environments between Korea and other countries. The proposed supply chain framework with ODM-OEM hybrid production is a unique supply chain that has both domestic production with non-tariff advantages in FTA environment and oversea production with low labor costs. To investigate the validity of the proposed supply chain, we first construct its strategic profit model and supply chain planning and then show that each member of supply chain network-yarn manufacturer, fabric manufacturer, and apparel manufacturer-can maximize their own profits without conflicts among the members. The efficiency of the ODM-OEM hybrid production system is analytically verified in comparison with the general OEM and ODM production model using profit models. Comprehensive numerical examples are provided to illustrate the advantages of the proposed system.

  • There have been some studies about hybrid production system, which integrate push system and pull system. Most of them are based on the simple production system considering one product line. Though there are many studies about hybrid production system, it\`s not practical to implement them for real factory, because most of them did not consider various factors about real factory. On this study we designed hybrid production system considering some factor - one is automatic kanban generation, the other is dispatching rule for Multi-tasking worker, and the last one is the priority of kanban. At last, We give simulation results fur a real company, which produce various cameras in Korea.

슈퍼커패시터 양산화를 위한 하이브리드 복합금형 개발 (Development of Hybrid Composite Die for the Production of the Supercapacitor)

  • In this study, a high-speed procedure to be used in composite molding technology is developed for the production of a hybrid supercapacitor in a progressive and revolutionary current in a production system, as are the related operating conditions. Mold parts with solid modeling, the ease of programming of future mold product designs, tolerance management, and pre-explode tests by the building of a progressive die design system using Cimatron_E10 Die Design Software for the strip layout are done. The capacity of the super-hybrid composite mold design will save time and money through its verification of the manufacture of molds. We plan to apply this to future related products for production cost savings of more than 30% achieved by considering the components of the production costs, labor, and material costs of production as compared to conventional production methods.

시뮬레이션을 활용한 Hybrid 생산 Model의 연구 (A Development of Hybrid Production System Modeling using Simulation)

  • To meet the needs of customer, manufacturing companies are diversifying product making methods. In order to adapt to changes, companies are trying to find a new manufacturing system. In this research, MTS (Make to Stock) and MTO (Make to Order) production methods are simulated using ARENA and the results are compared and analyzed to find a better system. As a result, by combining the advantages of MTS and MTO system, a hybrid production system is developed. The hybrid model is analyzed to verify that it is better than the existing two models, which is MTS and MTO model. The statistic results of output analyzer show that a new system helped to increase production rate and decrease work in process inventory. The hybrid model proved that it contains the merits of MTO production method and MTS production method.

  • This paper presents the system dynamics methodology for modeling and control the production/inventory system. Under system dynamics point of view, we can apply some production/inventory policies as if we use the control laws for dynamics systems, then the behavior of system is analyzed and evaluated to improve the performance of production/inventory system. We also utilize the hybrid modeling method for the dynamic of production system with the combination of Matlab/Simulink and Matlab/Sateflow. Finally, the numerical simulation results are carried out in Matlab/Simulink environment and compare with the results from other works. It is shown that our approach can obtain some good performances (such as operational cost, stability of inventory, customer service level).

서보모터를 이용한 유압 하이브리드식 사출성형기의 공정시간 및 절전효과에 관한 연구 (A Study on Cycle Time and Power Saving Effect of a Hydraulic Hybrid Injection Molding Machine using a Servo Motor)

  • The cycle time and power saving effect of a hydraulic hybrid injection molding machine using a servo motor are considered in this paper. In order to verify control characteristics, such as pressure and speed, experiments were performed with the hydraulic hybrid injection molding machine, clamping force of 110 ton. The power consumption and production cycle time of a conventional hydraulic injection molding machine were measured to compare its performances with the hydraulic hybrid injection molding machine. An injection molding machine with a clamping force of 1300 ton was used as the conventional machine, the hybrid machine was implemented by replacing its induction motors with servo motors. In the remodeled hybrid machine, experiments were performed to investigate how the displacement of the mold clamping pump affects the power consumption and production cycle time. The results showed that the production cycle time of the hybrid injection molding is similar to a conventional hydraulic injection molding machine but with a significant energy saving of about 40%.

태양광을 이용한 하이브리드 다개층 식물 생산 시스템 (Hybrid Multi-layer Plant Production Systems using a Sunlight)

  • The paper deals with the development of the multi-layer plant production systems using a sunlight and LED. Nowadays most of plant production systems have been developed by plant factory using only LED. In case of plant factory using LED, however, the light quantity is not sufficient for various kinds of medicinal plants. In this paper, authors have tried to apply the both the luminous sources using a natural sunlight and an appropriate LED. During the daytime, a natural sunlight was applied using the Heliostat, while in the nighttime, LED was used. The proposed mixed plant production system was constructed under the various environmental conditions such as $CO_2$ distribution, temperature and humidity. Through the hybrid plant prodution systems, the growth of Ginseng plants were recorded and demonstrated by CCD camera and monitoring program.
