Objective : I refered to oriental medical records to study on the use Ohaeng-acupuncture through compared ${\ll}$Classic on Difficulty${\gg}$ with . Methods : The original text about ${\ll}$Classic on Difficulty${\gg}$ was used ${\ll}$Nan Jing Ben YI${\gg}$, annotations were excerpted and record that were necessary for this study. The structural formula was composed together to compare ${\ll}$Classic on Difficulty${\gg}$ with . Results : ${\ll}$Classic on Difficulty${\gg}$ deals with fundamental medical theories and gives differentiation of syndromes of some diseases in the form of questions and answers. ${\ll}$The Sixty nineth Difficulty, Classic on Difficulty${\gg}$ 'Xu Ze Bu Qi Mu(虛者補其母), Shi Ze Xie Qi Zi (實者瀉其子)' that united ${\ll}$Ling Shu(靈樞) - Jing Mai(經脈篇)${\gg}$ 'Sheng Ze Xie Zhi(盛則瀉之) Xu Ze Bu Zhi(虛則補之)' with Ohaeng-xiangsheng theory is the base of the 'Bu Xie (補瀉)'. ${\ll}$The seventy fifth Difficulty, Classic on Difficulty${\gg}$ 'Xie Nan Huo (瀉南方火) Bu Bei Shui (補北方火)' that based Ohaeng-xiangke theory and the 'Qu Xue(取穴)' takes the form of the 'Bu Mu Xie Zi (補母瀉子)' in standard of internal organs which are etiologic al cause named 'Shi(實)'.

Objective : Herb-drug interactions have become an important issue because of the consumption of herbal remedies has increased in the world. Yangguksanhaw-tang (Liang ge san huo-tang) and Taeumjowi-tang (Tai yin tiao wei-tang) are typical herbal formulas on Sasang constitution medicine (four-constitution medicine). This study was aimed at evaluating the effects of Yangguksanhaw-tang and Taeumjowi-tang on drug metabolizing enzymes, cytochrome P450 (CYP450) isozymes. Methods : Vivid$^{(R)}$ CYP450 Screening Kits were used to measure of CYP3A4, CYP2C19, CYP2D6 and CYP2E1 activities. This method is based on the use of fluorescent CYP450 substrates that are efficiently metabolized by specific CYP450 isozymes to yield a product with altered fluorescent properties. The percent inhibitions of CYP450s by herbal formulas were calculated. Results : Yangguksanhaw-tang inhibited CYP2C19 and CYP2E1 activities higher than that other CYP450 isozymes. The $IC_{50}$ values of CYP2C19 and CYP2E1 were 159.83 ${\mu}g/mL$ and 261.40 ${\mu}g/mL$, respectively. The CYP2E1 activity was inhibited ($IC_{50}=215.17{\mu}g/mL$) higher than that other CYP450 isozymes by Taeumjowi-tang. Conclusions : These results suggest that Yangguksanhaw-tang may inhibit the metabolism of co-administered drugs whose primary route of metabolism is via CYP2C19 or CYP2E1. Taeumjowi-tang could inhibit the metabolism of co-administered drugs, which are substrates for CYP2E1. Therefore, co-administration of the herbal formulas and other conventional drugs should be undertaken with care.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to ascertain the awareness or incidence of SHP and postnatal care. Methods: We analyzed the results of Questionnaires for 104 women who have experienced childbirth within the last 10 years and examined June 2007 to December 2007. We divided to three groups according to age and investigated. Results: 1. Awareness of SHP and postnatal care. Responses about "How informed are you about the syndrome known in Korea as SHP?", Person's ration who know is 72.11%. Responses about "Are you aware of current traditional postnatal practices in Korea?", Person's ration who know is 80.77%. "Do you think that postnatal care as practised is Korea is necessary?", Person's ration who know is 84.62%. "Do you think that in general postnatal care is necessary?", Person's ration who know is 93.27%. "Do you believe, if you are unable to practice postnatal care, you will subsequently develop health problems?", Person's ration who know is 91.35%. 2. Relevant comments of postnatal care. Responses about lifestyle after childbirth are Prevent bodily hard work 35.37%, Prevent cold stimulus 27.21 %, Hold body warmly 17.69%, Psychologically comfortably 7.48%, Eat good food 7.48% Etc 10.88%. Foods after childbirth are Avoid cold foods 22.38%, Avoid hard foods 17.48%, avoid hot foods 16.78%, avoid salty foods 10.49%, avoid excitative foods 8.39%. Medication after childbirth are Oriental medicine and restorative medicine 21.24%, iron was 15.04%, pumpkin 15.04%, vitamin 9.73%, calcium and snakehead each 7.96%. 3. Postnatal care practices Correlation postnatal care practices with present health condition are 19 items of 31 items. Conculsion: We hope these results could be helpful to diagnosis and treatment of SHP.

Hydraulic pumps are used to control the landing wheels of aircrafts, and their proper operation is vital to plane safety It is well hewn that adhesive wear failure is a major cause of pump failure. A dual nitrogen plasma immersion ion implantation process calling for the implantation of nitrogen at two different energies and doses has been developed to enhance the surface properties of the disks in the pumps. The procedures meet the strict temperature requirement of <200$^{\circ}C$, and after the treatment, the working lifetime of the pumps increases by more than a factor of two. This experimental protocol has been adopted by the hydraulic pump factory as a standard manufacturing procedure.

This study was done to research "Ke Sou Lun" of ${\ll}$Yi Guan${\gg}$ of Zhao Xian Ke. The results obtained as follows. 1) He suggested the treatment of chronic cough to strengthen 'Pitu' and 'Shenshui'. 2) He treated chronic cough patient without 'Qingjin' and 'Qinghuo' therapy that use cold herb. 3) We can strengthen 'Yang', after strengthen 'Zhenyin' in case of the chronic cough that contained 'Huo'.

The space and ground based infrared spectra of red supergiants are modeled and arranged in order of their evolutionary status with their theoretical model Parameters. Because of their large amplitude pulsation, the observational data taken at different phases show wide discrepancies. The chemical compositions of the dust shells around red supergiants are affected by the nuclearreactions and dredge-up processes of the cental stars. Those processes aresensitiTelr dependent on the initial ma:ss, the initial chemical coMposition,and the evolutionarr status. Miras, infrared carbon stars, and OHAR starshaTe a close link in their evolution iii many aspects, i.e. the chemicalcomposition, the optical depths and the mass loss rates. The evolutionarytracks for the three classes of red super91iants on infrared Huo-color diagamhave been constructed.

Background: This systemic analysis was conducted to to evaluate the application value of positron emission tomography/computed tomography (PET/CT) in early diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods: Clinical studies evaluating the application value of PET/CT for patients underwent PET/CT imaging. The histological diagnosis served as the standard of truth. Results: Four clinical studies which including 1330 patients with pulmonary spaceoccupying lesions were considered eligible for inclusion. Systemic analysis suggested that, in all 1330 patients, pooled sensitivity was 98.7% (1313.2/1330) and specificity was 58.2%(276.85/476). Conclusion: This systemic analysis suggests that integrated PET/CT imaging provides high sensitivity, and reasonably high specificity, and could be applied for early diagnosis of lung cancer.

In children, the poor intelligence and failing of study from it raise problems in mentality, character and society. The poor intelligence and failing of study are closely connected with brain, Xin(心), Shen(神), Jing(精), Qi(氣). In this paper, studying causes of the poor intelligence and failing of study, through documents, I can obstain such conclusions. 1. Xin(心) takes charge of brain and manages life, mind and mentality. 2. Shen(神) controls mind and Jing(精) is the origin of life. So Shen and Jing must be built up for increase of memory and study. 3. For increase of intelligence and study, Qi(氣) must go round smoothly. 4. Causes of the poor intelligence and failing of study are the lack of blood, damage of Shen(腎), huo(火), phlegm etc.

The aim of this paper is to illustrate which factors influence the martensite grain fineness made by subsequently surface carburizing of extruded component. The effects of surface decarburizing by annealing, residual stress, initial microstructure and crystal oriental made by forward extrusion were taken into account. The available evidence suggests that the residual stress inside crystal or the crystal orientation is the main factor that results coarse martensite while cold extruded component was treated by carburizing.

This paper presents a study of four finite element techniques that can be used to model slabon-beam highway bridges. The feasibility and correctness of each modeling technique are examined by applying them to a prestressed concrete I-beam bridge and a prestressed concrete box-beam bridge. Other issues related to bridge modeling such as torsional constant, support conditions, and quality control check are studied in detail and discussed in the paper. It is found that, under truck loading, the bending stress distribution in a beam section depends on the modeling technique being utilized. It is observed that the behavior of the bridge superstructure can be better represented when accounting for composite behavior between the supporting beams and slab.
