The goal of this paper is to propose the use of machine learning platforms in education to train learners to recognize data biases. Learners can cultivate the ability to recognize when learners deal with AI data and systems when they want to prevent damage caused by data bias. Specifically, this paper presents a method of data bias education using MachineLearningforKids, focusing on the case of AI baseball referee. Learners take the steps of selecting a specific topic, reviewing prior research, inputting biased/unbiased data on a machine learning platform, composing test data, comparing the results of machine learning, and present implications. Learners can learn that AI data bias should be minimized and the impact of data collection and selection on society. This learning method has the significance of promoting the ease of problem-based self-directed learning, the possibility of combining with coding education, and the combination of humanities and social topics with artificial intelligence literacy.

The purpose of this study is examining the status of Education Welfare Priority Support Project and providing constructive strategies for future direction. In order to collect data, we have used on-line survey, in-depth interview personnels in charge of 17 school districts and open forum with municipal board members of education along with related literature review. As results, since 2003, the effectiveness of the Education Welfare Priority Support Project has been proved and the areas have been expanded. Furthermore, institutional stability has been confirmed along with the supports of enforcement ordinance of the Elementary and Secondary Education Acts and Ministry of Education Ordinances. However, since the management authority of the project has transferred to 17 provincial offices of education, it shows the tendency of that the overall programs were not fully activated and gradually stagnated. According to these issues, we proposed various implemental policy suggestions though the revision of Article 28 of elementary and secondary education-related law.

The purposes of this study are to find the difference in information literacy among the elderly home care service users and to identify the impact of information literacy on service quality and satisfaction among service users. To achieve the goals, this study used 466 responses from the elderly home care service recipients in Jeollabukdo providence, and conducted t-tests, ANOVA and a series of regression analyses. The results showed that there were significant differences in information literacy by gender, household type, residence area, education level and subjective health status among service users. The study also found that service users information literacy had a significant impact on service quality and satisfaction, and it confirms the importance of customized service. This study suggests that information literacy inequality exists among the elderly home care service users, therefore, the way to improve information delivery strategy should be developed for the information-poor elderly.

According to the Statistics Korea in 2016, 56.9% of companies do not fairly pay compensation for employee invention, despite the increasing proportion of the inventions in corporations. One reason is that the objective calculation method for employee and patent's contribution and the clear standard of fair compensation have not been established. Therefore, this study proposes a new calculation method using DCF (Discounted cash flow) and AHP (Analytical hiearchy process) methodology to calculate the fair amount of employee invention compensation, and verified it through real case examples. As a result, 2.3 times higher amount of compensation was calculated than the previous approach. This study is meaningful that it provided objective compensation criteria that could more protect the inventor in the situation which the clear criteria for the calculation of fair compensation are not established. This methodology is expected to be applicable for SMEs as employee invention compensation.

As transaction and investment using technology are vitalized, the need for objective standards for the technology is increasing. Current technology value evaluation system is limited lacking reliability and objectivity. Besides the traditional evaluation methodology which are market approach, income approach and cost approach other diverse evaluation methodology such as real option method and royalty calculation method are being studied; however currently there are no dominant evaluation methodology in the market. Same value evaluation system cannot be applied between similar technologies because value of technology is relatively decided based on the target. Approaching through collective intelligence and crowd sourcing, in meaning of majority participant's decision can make objective and better result than handful of experts, suggest alternative to problems of such matter above. By grafting the four types of crowd sourcing model which are Wisdom, Voting, Funding and Creation, this paper will discuss the ways to enhance the objectivity of technology evaluation through direct evaluation utilizing expert group and the public's indirect evaluation.

Financial instruments are economic and intangible assets that bring financial company tremendous economic returns when it is a success. Also, It is necessary to protect this because it is a product of effort made by a lot of human resources and materials. However, legal and institutional devices for financial instruments are insufficient currently and 'copying practices' are rampant throughout the industry in korea. This ultimately inhibits the utility and welfare of consumers, but also adversely affects the competitiveness of the financial industry. In order to finance innovation that new financial products and services have appeared, it is necessary to grant the appropriate rights, such as intellectual property rights of financial instruments. And, there is a need for measures to protect it. Thus, this study proposed new way protecting the financial instruments through Intellectual property right. It is the introduction of similar protection system to financial instruments, such as mechanisms that protect database producers in copyright law.

The purpose of this study is to develop a personality education program for university students based on animation. The selection of the animation media to be used in the character education program to cultivate the eight core value virtues, eg, efficacy, honesty, responsibility, respect, consideration, communication and cooperation, Based on the eight elements of self - identity of college students, such as job, religion, politics, philosophical lifestyle, friendship, heterosexuality, gender roles and leisure activities. The process of developing personality education program model and activity based on animation of this college student is as follows. The necessity of developing personality education program for college students, Setting basic direction of character education program based on animation, Selection of animation media, Development of personality education program model based on animation, Development of personality education program activity based on animation of self identification, And finalization of personality education program based on final animation. In this study, a total of 16 characters were developed according to the sub - factors of self - identity in the personality education program of university students based on animation.

The Korean wine market is growing year by year recently especially in Off-trade market. It shows not just a part of the very few consumer-driven trend. The purchases of wine is always not so easy because the risk factors and failure points occur when buying wines. Most of wine consumers feel difficulties when buying wines at phase of previous step, buying step and after buying step. Wine consumers can be divided into the wine experts, wine lovers, novices, outsiders. To guide an wine buying with less failures to each representative of wine consumer characteristics and needs, user persona and scenario for the reduced failure were derived.

This study explores role of self-efficiency in the career activities of marriage immigrant women. It is expected that self-efficiency would contribute to marriage immigrant women helping them to overcome the difficulties of their lives spontaneously and keep on their careers. For this, it was conducted that in-depth interview with seven marriage immigrant women. Conclusion was classified into two parts as following. The conclusion is from whether marriage immigrant woman has self-efficiency in her career purpose and career barrier. First, in the conclusion of career purpose, higher self-efficiency leads to constant career fulfillment and positive self image and lower self efficiency gives rise to absence of neighboring subgoal and discontinuity or lagging of personal career. Second, in the conclusion of career barrier, higher self-efficiency person would consider career barrier as an object to get over. On the contrary, lower self-efficiency person could not find the proper strategies to deal with career barrier and conform to the barrier and give up the career.

The purpose of the study is to draw competencies of faculty members at graduate school faculty to implements the NCS-based curriculum. A set of competency was deductively derived from a total of three professors and consultants with more than ten-year experiences and has been involved in developing the college curriculum. The political endeavors of the Korean government toward the competency-based education have been implemented as a movement to the NCS-based curriculum. The requirements for the reorganization of curriculum and education system as well as cooperation among faculty, industry, region and development part of NCS were suggested for the activation of NCS based education and the operation of NCS. However, one of the most critical factors in introducing and implementing the NCS-based curriculum is the role of faculty members. Therefore, it is an urgent issue to equip the faculties with required competencies. Result showed that the competencies required professors at graduate school for the NCS-based curriculum implementation were classified into four areas: marco-level curriculum development; micro-level course design; knowledge across areas; and attitude across areas.
