사고전류 인가 시 초전도선재의 상전도-초전도 접합부가 통전전류와 ?치저항에 미치는 영향 (Effect on the Transport Current and Quench Resistance of the HTS Wire with Normal-Superconducting Junction During the Fault Current Applying)

  • The second-generation HTS wire its YBCO coated conductor is widely used in the superconducting power apparatus. The YBCO coated conductor uses the normal-superconducting junction to increase the transport capacity of superconducting power apparatus when it is applied. The normal-superconducting junction can be a cause of reducing the stability of the superconducting power apparatus when a fault current is applied. Thus, in this study we have conducted the effect analysing normal-superconducting junction for the fault current using transport current and quench resistance. From the experimental results when a fault current is applied, the effect on the normal-superconducting junction is reduced the larger the amplitude of the fault current and is helpful to maintain the thermal stability of the HTS wire.

인력공급지장의 측면으로 본 신재생에너지 인력양성의 산업기여도 분석 (Analyzing the Industrial Contribution of Human Resource Development Programs in Renewable Energy Sector using Supply-side Input-Output Model)

  • 국가 에너지 안보 확보와 친환경적이고 지속적인 '저탄소 녹색성장'의 기반을 마련한다는 측면에서 신재생에너지 분야의 인력양성은 시급하고도 중요한 당면 과제이다. 본 연구에서는 신재생에너지인력양성이 원활하게 공급되지 않았을 경우 발생할 수 있는 인력공급지장효과를 분석하기 위하여 산업연관분석의 공급유도모형을 유도하고 2006년 신재생에너지 인력양성사업 배출인원을 기준으로 실증분석을 실시하였다. 또한 공급유도형의 감응도 계수와 영향력계수 분석을 통해 신재생에너지 관련 사업과 타 산업 간의 전후방연쇄효과를 비교분석하였다. 연구 수행 결과 신재생에너지 관련 산업의 평균 영향력계수는 1.37, 평균 감응도 계수는 0.96으로 최종 수요적 제조업의 성격을 띠고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 2006년 신재생에너지 인력양성사업에 의해 배출된 336명의 인력이 공급되지 않았을 경우 공급지장비용은 총 230억이며, 8개 신재생에너지원 중 태양열과 연료전지에 인력 공급지장비용이 타 에너지원에 비해 상대적으로 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 산업분류 기준으로는 일반목적용 기계 산업과 전기기계 장치 산업이 신재생 에너지 인력공급 장애에 따른 지장비용이 높은 것으로 분석되었다.

  • Bridges are exposed to very severe environment and experience, as service life increased, elevated traffic load and traffic flow, in addition to natural disasters. In comparing to other road structures, bridges may cause more significant damage, such as human-involved accidents, to the society in the event of collapse. A certain level of service shall be necessarily secured to assure the minimum safety of users. The cost for manage and preserve bridges will increase gradually and more restrictions will be loaded to efficiently distribute the limited resources, such as monetary budget and human resource etc. In order to enhance performance and serviceability of bridges with the limited resource, asset management technique has been applied into the bridge management system, which capitalizes the road infrastructures including bridges and assess them in accordance with the government finance report. In the application of asset management, there must be a tool for assess the performance of bridges and this study introduces the basic information on the definition and role of performance measures for asset management for bridges. This research suggests future development direction of performance measure for asset management for bridges in Korea.

인간동력 항공기 임무 형상 선정 연구 (Study on the Selection of Mission Profiles of Human Powered Aircraft)

  • Human powered aircraft (HPA) is an airplane that uses only human power for its propulsion. The human power as a power resource and an engine produce the available power that is very crucial to the success of the HPA. In the present paper, the human power characteristics for completing the mission profile are discussed focusing on the take-off and climbing performance. The mission profile is designed by using an athlete's power generation. It is believed that present analysis can be helpful for the mission profile design and athletes exercise program development for the HPA competitions.

  • Recently, many safety measures are developing for the prevention of human error, which is main factors of railway accident. For the efficient management of human factors, many expertise on design, conditions, safety culture and staffing are required. But current safety management activities on safety critical works are focused on training, due to the limited resource and information. In order to establish railway human factors management, a systematic review model is required. Based on system engineering and nuclear industry model, a program review model is proposed in this study. The model includes operating experience review, task analysis, staffing and qualification, human reliability analysis, huma-system interface design, procedure development, training program, verification and validation, implementation and monitoring. Results can be applied for the review of safety measures relating to human factors.

  • 문화경관은 인간의 자연자원이용과 그에 대한 자연의 반응이 조화롭게 어우러져 생긴 산물이다. 자연은 인간의 삶을 보장하기 위하여 그 생존에 필요한 자원 뿐만 아니라 생활에 필요한 자원도 공급하고 있다. 인간은 자연이 주는 이러한 혜택을 이용하여 문명화를 진전시켜 왔다. 얼마전까지 인간과 자연 사이의 관계는 조화의 관계를 유지하여 지속가능한 자원이용을 보장받아 왔고, 우리는 문화경관의 존재를 통하여 그 사실을 발견하고 있다. 그러나 급속도로 진행된 경제성장과 그것에 기인한 개발중심의 논리는 지구환경위기, 각종 자원고갈의 위기, 더 나아가 인간의 정신적 빈곤현상까지 몰고 왔다. 이러한 시점에서 인간과 자연 사이의 조화로운 관계의 전형인 문화경관을 대상으로 그 성립배경과 기능을 검토하고, 새로운 패러다임을 토대로 그 가치를 점검하는 것은 건강한 사회와 경제를 실현하기 위한 새로운 전략을 창조하는데 가치있는 정보를 제공할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 한국의 문화경관의 성립배경을 검토하였고, 생태적, 경제적 측면에서 그것의 효용과 가치 그리고 문화전승의 장으로서 그 활용방안을 검토하였다.

  • 시멘틱 웹의 발전은 정보의 규격화, 의미화를 통한 지식을 기본으로 요구하며, 온톨로지는 이러한 지식 표현을 위해 필수적으로 사용되는 도구이다. 온톨로지 상에서 Individual들은 식별체계인 URI(Universal Resource Identifier)를 이용하여 유일하게 지칭될 수 있어야 한다. 그렇지만, 현실에서 식별체계를 사용하는 경우를 발견하기가 힘들며, 특히 논문과 같은 과학기술 문헌은 그 적용 대상에서 제외되어 왔다. 이러한 이유로 인해 과학기술 문헌상의 인력정보를 식별체계 기반으로 구축하고자 하는 시도가 미약한 실정이었다. 이에 본 논문은 과학기술 문헌을 포함한 국가 과학기술 R&D 기반정보 온톨로지 구축에서 중심이 되는 인력정보를 URI 기반으로 구축하는 방법을 기술한다. 공저자 관계, 이메일, 출판 연도, 소속기관 등을 이용하여 동명이인 문제를 해소하고, 각 저자 그룹 별 URI 부여를 위해 국가과학기술인력 종합정보시스템을 활용한 사례를 소개한다. 이러한 과정을 통해 7,175건의 논문들로부터 획득한 인력정보는 연구자 네트워크 분석, 성과 통계 등 다양한 시멘틱 웹 응용 분야들에 기초적으로 활용될 것으로 기대한다.

국내 원자력발전소 인적오류 저감을 위한 Crew Resource Management 교육훈련체계 개발 (Development of a Crew Resource Management Training Program for Reduction of Human Errors in APR-1400 Nuclear Power Plant)

  • The nuclear power industry in the world has recognized the importance of integrating non-technical and team skills training with the technical training given to its control room operators to reduce human errors since the Three Mile Island and Chernobyl accidents. The Nuclear power plant (NPP) industry in Korea has been also making efforts to reduce the human errors which largely have contributed to 120 nuclear reactor trips from the year 2001 to 2006. The Crew Resource Management (CRM) training was one of the efforts to reduce the human errors in the nuclear power industry. The CRM was developed as a response to new insights into the causes of aircraft accidents which followed from the introduction of flight recorders and cockpit voice recorders into modern jet aircraft. The CRM first became widely used in the commercial airline industry, but military aviation, shipboard crews, medical and surgical teams, offshore oil crews, and other high-consequence, high-risk, time-critical industry teams soon followed. This study aims to develop a CRM training program that helps to improve plant performance by reducing the number of reactor trips caused by the operators' errors in Korean NPP. The program is; firstly, based on the work we conducted to develop a human factors training from the applications to the Nuclear Power Plant; secondly, based on a number of guidelines from the current practicable literature; thirdly, focused on team skills, such as leadership, situational awareness, teamwork, and communication, which have been widely known to be critical for improving the operational performance and reducing human errors in Korean NPPs; lastly, similar to the event-based training approach that many researchers have applied in other domains: aircraft, medical operations, railroads, and offshore oilrigs. We conducted an experiment to test effectiveness of the CRM training program in a condition of simulated control room also. We found that the program made the operators' attitudes and behaviors be improved positively from the experimental results. The more implications of the finding were discussed further in detail.

애자일 프로젝트 관리 개념 및 적용방안에 관한 연구 (A study on The Concept and Application of Agile Project Management)

  • Taylor and Ford in the 1910s led to the "scientific management" for the entire industry from the manufacturing spread of TQM Total Quality Management has been structured as a management efficiency, such as 6-Sigma techniques were developed. SW development also introduces the idea, such as CMMI and SPICE-based process management, management practices have evolved. However, in recent years to increase the knowledge of workers in the manufacturing process oriented management approach is under serious challenge. Business performance or productivity will be varied depending all motivation, human relationship, job involvement rather than simply putting a lot of time. Especially in the SW industry which is depending on human resource, Creativity should be limited in traditional management methods. Recently, Google and Apple, Cisco and global advanced companies adopt a human relationship management. Their productivity and creativity in product development has been successful by giving autonomy and motivation, enthusiasm and vision to tile employees. Human relationship management since the mid-1990s, appears as a new paradigm so called Agile process in the field of SW development. Agile processes emphasis on light, flexible and responding to changes immediately in the business environment step away from traditional management approach which is the heavy and complicated process. In this paper, agile project management concepts and practices which is applied to industry will be examined.

HPV Infection and Cervical Abnormalities in HIV Positive Women in Different Regions of Brazil, a Middle-Income Country

  • Human papillomavirus is a virus that is distributed worldwide, and persistent infection with high-risk genotypes (HR-HPV) is considered the most important factor for the development of squamous cell cervical carcinoma (SCC). However, by itself, it is not sufficient, and other factors may contribute to the onset and progression of lesions. For example, infection with other sexually transmitted diseases such as human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) may be a factor. Previous studies have shown the relationship between HPV infection and SCC development among HIV-infected women in many regions of the world, with great emphasis on low- and middle-income countries (LMICs). Brazil is considered a LMIC and has great disparities across different regions. The purpose of this review was to highlight the current knowledge about HPV infection and cervical abnormalities in HIV+ women in Brazil because this country is an ideal setting to evaluate HIV impact on SCC development and serves as model of LMICs and low-resource settings.
