A objective of this study is to examine a commercial practices and analyze a trade environment for a successful launch of Indonesian market. In general, Indonesian trade environment is composed of a natural environment, religious peculiarity, history and politic, an economic prospect. In order to understand a commercial practice exactly and then be possible a favorable business achievement, a natural character, a mode of living, custom of a meal and invitation, custom of gift, religious taboo, a human relationship, commercial power, a tendency of product preference should be recognized. The results of the study indicate mostly that even though an excellent brand image, a good Quality and an efficient sales network are a basic factor for making of a successful business. However practically it is more important to understand a business custom and a natural character of Indonesian. Because business is made up of through relation between human being eventually.

An effective design of a public space that properly functions as a resting place in city can be found through the community facility studies. This study, based on the ecological psychology, discusses the mutual relationships between human behaviors and physical and social environment. It is demonstrated that design elements, such as chairs, tables, stairs, a flower bed, a stair-shaped exterior wall, a pond and others play important roles in providing environment for different human behaviors in public space. These environmental design elements also increase a variety of behavior for users.

By progress of technology, it became possible for us to do many kinds of operations in virtual environment. However side effect is called simulator sickness may occur to human body when human come in contact with this new environment. It makes symptoms similar to motion sickness. Many studies about that were started in 1950s and have actively been progressing in other countries, but in Korea recognition about that field is insufficient. Main contribution of this paper would be the base study about phenomena of simulator sickness which may be occurs in simulator or virtual reality environment, factors which induce simulator sickness, and quantifying methods of simulator sickness.

Construction project is necessary element for human life to upgrade the quality and convenience. However, due to its contradictory nature to the environment preservation, environmental pollution and damage, deterioration of natural scenery, noise/vibration, water quality pollution, etc. caused in the process of construction greatly affect the environment. For the building or construction project, its possible impact on environment during construction work and after completion must be predicted at its design phase, which will result in the completion of the architecture convenient for human being with its environmental pollution reduced to minimum level. In this study, the checklist of environmental factors was suggested, which should be taken into account at its design phase in conducting the construction work. Proposed checklist was linked with the developed web-based system for the convenience of users like designer and construction manager, etc. It is expected that the checklist suggested by this study will help the designer and construction manager to continue the steady development from the environmental viewpoint during the design phase.

Purpose: Convergence and social ripple effects caused by the Fourth Industrial Revolution, which encompasses new technologies in various fields, will have a great impact on the beauty industry structure and market economy. This review reviewed the literature on the changes in the employment environment of the Korean beauty industry due to the 4th industrial revolution and the countermeasures of the beauty industry accordingly. Research design, data and methodology: Using the October 2022 PRISMA flowchart, it is a review of changes in the employment environment of the beauty industry, the need for human resource management of beauty workers, and the employment environment to be applied to the beauty industry in the future. Results: Changes in the employment environment in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, the current state of the beauty industry, and reviews on beauty industry workers were collected, and a direction for training beauty industry workers was presented. Conclusions: This study presented the direction of the beauty industry in preparation for changes in the employment environment of the 4th industrial revolution and suggested that research is needed to actively establish human resource management (HRM) to overcome the problem of fostering talent in the beauty industry.

Nowadays human sensibility ergonomics is spotlighted as one of trends which we have pursued for improvement of humanity. Human sensibility ergonomics is a technique making human life more convenient by applying it to many kinds of products and design for environment by measuring and estimating human sensibility more qualitatively and quantitatively. The study of human sensibility can be discovered in oriental philosophy based on human being. Therefore there is an close relationship between human sensibility ergonomics and oriental philosophy. In this study, we research the sensibility factors of diagnostics by Sasang constitutional medicine, Five element properties and biorhythm by human sensibility ergonomics, and will apply the result of this study - the analyses of the difference among reaction time by using ANOVA after measuring the reaction time depending on one's individual temperament and condition- to job design.

The recent national contract (Ecotechnopia 21) supported by the ministry of environment puts much significance on new issues for the assessment of human effects arising from vibration and noise exposed to human. This paper focuses only on hand-arm vibration since it has been a major problem in protecting vibration exposure to human. To set up a systematic way of assessing adverse effects of hand-arm vibration, surveys were made on recent international standards and researches related to hand-arm vibration. The measurement and evaluation methods of hand-arm transmitted vibration, the relationship between vibration exposure and effects on health, and the assessment methods of nerve dysfunctions are addressed in this paper. Those methods are linked into a logical way of assessing effects of hand-arm vibration on human. Finally, the current activities and achievements in this work are briefly summarised.

This study was done to identify awareness of human rights in nursing students, and to evaluate the factors affecting human rights for nursing students. A cross-sectional design was used, with a convenience sample of 440 nursing students from two university in Incheon and Kangwon province. The score for right consciousness was much higher than duty consciousness inherent in human rights. The predicting factor for human rights was mother's rearing attitude in terms of autonomy and this factor explained 7.6% of human rights for nursing students. There was a significant difference on human rights for nursing students according to age and awareness of human rights were related to perceived parents' rearing attitude, self-esteem, psychological home environment.

Effect of solvent extracts and juice supernatants from kimchis on the growth of various human cancer cells was studied, comparing with the actions on the normal cells. Inhibitory effect of kimchi extracts on[3H] thymidine incorporation n cancer cells was also investigated. The methanol extract, hexane extract and methanol soluble fraction (MSF) of 3-week fermented kimchi did not have growth inhibitory effect on Ac2F rat normal liver cells at the concentrations of 0.5~2%. However, marked decrease in the growth of AGS human gastric cancer cells was shown by the treatment of those extacts. The juice from the kimchi samples also suppressed the growth of K-562 human leukemia cells and MG-63 human osteosarcoma cells. Especially, the juice of 3-week fermented kimchi exhibited the strong growth inhibitory effect in MG-63 human osteosarcoma cells. At the photomicrographs, growth inhibition and morphological change of the cells treated with kimchi juice were observed. And the solvent extracts of 3-week fermented kimchi suppressed the growth of cancer morethan the extracts or juices from fresh and 6-week fermented kimchi. When AGS human gastric cancer cels were treated with the extracts of 3-week fermented kimchi, [3H] thymidine incorporation in the cells also decreased. These results showed that kimchi extracts and juices had growth inhibitory effects on human osteosarcoma, leukemia and gastric cancer cells, but had no toxicity to the normal cells. We suggest that kimchi might have anticancer effect in part due to inhibition of the growth and DNA synthesis of cancer cells.
