In this paper, we propose a implementation plan of the human resource pool recruitment system using private (permitted) blockchain. The term Human Resource has become commonly used and has come to recognize human resources as resources. Despite these changes, the use of human resource pools has been sluggish. Once entered, information is often not updated on a regular basis and does not provide sharing, searching, carrier management and anti-counterfeiting. In this research, in order to provide a human resource pool recruitment system that utilizes private (permitted) blockchain, we first used the blockchain network to enable sharing and searching of human resource pools, and to use keywords. Used to get results that meet certain conditions. Second, we added an institutional verification process to ensure the integrity of the input data and prepared preventive measures in the non-technical part by utilizing the structural characteristics of the blockchain to prevent counterfeiting and alteration. Third, we designed and implemented a Dapp (Decentralized application) that includes a Web UI so that each of the three groups can control the blockchain and the predefined processes and business logic.

The purpose of this study is to find the suitable suit design of mid-aged men by examining visual effects in Physical and Psychological side aspects. I used convenience sampling by considering sex and age distribution. These methods were used to analyze data that were frequency analysis, variate analysis, centesimal scale, primary factor analysis, three primary variate analysis, duality variate analysis, equation variate analysis and Cronbach's multiplex range verification 1. Image perception of men's suit was analyzed with arrangement, numbers of button, pattern and the shape of one's body and was divided into charming, youthfulness, modernism. affection and manly. 2. 1) There are partly resemblance difference in physical visual effect by the shape of body and suit design. 2) There are partly resemblance differences in psychological visual effect by one's shape and suit design. In conclusion arrangement, number of button and Pattern are very important to give an effect on whole visual effect man's suit. Also, these were felt differently in each types of body Therefore it is confirmed that the type of body is important fluent to make people perceive.

In this paper, an unmanned delivery service using drone was proposed and verified the feasibility. The multicopter has GPS for autopilot and a camera for remote control by human operator. The gripper for manipulation of delivery object was designed and evaluated. The multicopter flies to a given position automatically based on GPS, and approaches to the prepared delivery desk by remote control of human operator using the received image from the multicopter. GPS sensor verification and experimental PID tuning were performed to ensure the flight stability. The flight tests were carried out to verify the feasibility of delivery service.

음성 기반의 대화 처리는 음성인식 오류, 음성언어이해 오류, 대화 처리 오류 등 많은 오류를 수반하며 진행된다. 이러한 오류들로 인해 시스템이 인지하는 사용자의 의도는 최초의 사용자 의도와는 그 차이가 벌어지게 된다. 사람과 사람사이의 대화에서도 역시 이러한 의도의 차이는 발생하게 되며, 사람은 이러한 의도의 차이를 확인대화를 통해서 좁혀가게 된다. 본 연구는 이러한 사람과 사람사이의 확인대화를 음성대화시스템에 적용하는 방법론에 대해 논한다. 확인대화의 신뢰도와 오류수정율을 높이기 위하여 오류감지 단계를 3단계로 나누고 그 3단계의 오류 정보를 이용하여, 확인대화전문가 시스템을 통한 다단계 오류수정 방법을 보인다.

The study aimed to define the paths through which director's servant leadership, childcare center teacher's organizational committment and organizational cynicism affected teacher's organizational citizenship behavior and determined their effects. The subjects for this study were 545 teachers of the childcare centers located in Daegu and Kyoungbuk district. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS 19.0 and AMOS 8.0. The results showed 1) The director's servant leadership, teacher's organizational committment and organizational cynicism influenced directly on organizational citizenship behavior. 2) The director's servant leadership influenced directly on teacher's organizational committment and organizational cynicism. 3) The director's servant leadership influenced indirectly on organizational citizenship behavior by teacher's organizational committment and organizational cynicism.

화자확인은 기본적으로 각 입력 음성에 대해 하나의 임계치를 기준으로 수락과 거부의 두 가지 결정을 내리나, 본 논문은 네 자리의 비밀번호를 음성으로 입력하였을 때 각 숫자음성에 대한 지역적인 결정을 두 개의 임계치를 이용하여 수락, 거부, 결정유보의 세 가지로 구분하고, 비밀번호 전체에 대한 판단 규칙을 제안하였다. 지역적 결정에 필요한 화자에 대한 신뢰척도의 측정치는 확률신경망을 통해 구하였다. 다섯 명의 화자를 대상으로 수행한 실험에서 하나의 임계치를 이용한 기존의 방식은 5.3%의 오류를 나타냈고, 본 논문에서 제안한 방식은 2.1%의 오류를 보였다.

이 논문에서는 한국의 수능 시험에 대응하는 일본 센터 시험의 세계사B 문제를 해결하는 시스템을 만들고 그 성능을 평가했다. 이 시스템은 문제의 각 보기의 신뢰도를 검증하여 어떤 보기가 참인지를 결정한다. 보기 검증을 위해 지식 베이스 기반, 정보 검색 기반, 시간적 제약 기반 검증을 사용하였다. 성능 평과 결과 6개년도 시험 중 5개 시험에서 통계적으로 의미 있는 결과를 얻었다. 이 시스템은 영어를 대상으로 하나, 한국어에도 존재하는 리소스를 사용했기 때문에 한국어에서도 같은 방법론을 적용할 수 있을 것으로 본다. 후속 연구로는 보기의 의미적 분석과 개체명 이외의 정보에 대한 검색이 필요하다.

Recently, the scope of the smart factory has been expanded, and process research to minimize the part that requires manpower in many processes is increasing. In the case of detecting defects in the appearance of small products, precise verification using a vision system is required. Reliability and speed of inspection are inefficient for human inspection. In this paper, we propose an algorithm for inspecting product appearance defects using a machine vision system. In the case of the remote control targeted in this paper, the appearance is different for each product. Due to the characteristics of the remote control product, the data obtained using two cameras is compared with the master data after denoising and stitching steps are completed. When the algorithm presented in this paper is used, it is possible to detect defects in a shorter time and more accurately compared to the existing human inspection.

메신저 사용의 증가와 함께 관련 범죄와 사고가 증가하고 있어 메시지 사용자 검증의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 그래프 기반의 인스턴트 메세지 분석 모델을 제안하여 채팅 사용자를 검증하고자 한다. 사용자 검증은 주어진 두 개의 텍스트의 작성자가 같은지 여부를 판단하는 문제다. 제안 모델에서는 사용자의 이전 대화를 토대로 n-gram 전이 그래프를 구축하고, 작성자를 알 수 없는 메세지를 이용해 전이 그래프를 순회한 랜덤워크의 특성을 추출한다. 사용자의 과거 채팅 습관과 미지의 텍스트에 나타난 특징 사이의 관계를 분석한 모델은 10,000개의 채팅 대화에서 86%의 정확도, 정밀도, 재현율로 사용자를 검증할 수 있었다. 전통적인 통계 기반 모델들이 명시적 feature를 정의하고, 방대한 데이터를 이용해 통계 수치로 접근하는데 반해, 제안 모델은 그래프 기반의 문제로 치환함으로써 제한된 데이터 분량에도 안정적인 성능을 내는 자동화된 분석 기법을 제안했다.

한국어 사실 확인 과제는 학습 자료의 부재로 인해 연구에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 논문은 수작업으로 구성된 학습 자료를 토대로 자연어 생성 모델을 이용하여 한국어 사실 확인 자료를 구축하는 방법을 제안한다. 본 연구는 임의의 근거를 기반으로 하는 주장을 생성하는 방법 (E2C)과 임의의 주장을 기반으로 근거를 생성하는 방법 (C2E)을 모두 실험해보았다. 이때 기존 학습 자료에 위 두 학습 자료를 각각 추가하여 학습한 사실 확인 분류기가 기존의 학습 자료나 영문 사실 확인 자료 FEVER를 국문으로 기계 번역한 학습 자료를 토대로 구성된 분류기보다 평가 자료에 대해 높은 성능을 기록하였다. 또한, C2E 방법의 경우 수작업으로 구성된 자료 없이 기존의 자연어 추론 과제 자료와 HyperCLOVA Few Shot 예제만으로도 높은 성능을 기록하여, 비지도 학습 방식으로 사실 확인 자료를 구축할 수 있는 가능성 역시 확인하였다.
