인간 퓨린수용체 $P2X_4$를 발현시킬 때 나타나는 대장균 독성의 원인분석 (Analysis of Toxicity in Escherichia coli from the Expression of Human Purinergic Receptor $P2X_4$)

  • 일반적으로 대장균을 숙주로 이용하여 고등생물 유래 막단백질을 발현시킬 경우 발현된 막단백질은 숙주 세포에 치명적인 독성을 보인다. 우리가 발현을 시도한 15개의 인간 막단백질 중에서 특히 퓨린수용체 $P2X_4$ 발현은 대장균에 강한 독성을 보였다. 이러한 독성의 원인을 알아보기 위해 hydroxylamine을 사용하여 하여 인간 $P2X_4$ 유전자를 돌연변이 시키고 독성이 약해진 돌연변이체를 선별하였다. 돌연변이체 단백질을 면역블랏으로 분석한 결과 야생형에 비해 모두 단백질의 크기가 작았다. 크기가 제법 큰 돌연변이 두 개를 골라 DNA 서열분석을 해보니 130번째, 또는 194번째 Trp 코돈이 종결코돈으로 바뀜으로써 두 번째 막통과 도메인이 사라진 truncated protein이라는 사실을 알았다. 이들 돌연변이체의 세포내 위치를 추적해보니 둘 다 세포막에 삽입되어 있지는 않았다. 이런 결과를 종합해 볼 때 $P2X_4$의 발현이 대장균에 독성을 보이기 위해서는 전체 단백질의 올바른 세포막 삽입이 중요함을 시사한다.

  • Ubiquitous space can be described as a combined space of physical space and digital space. Ubiquitous space possesses new possibilities by combining the two. The concept of ubiquitous home will bring new changes in residential space design. First of all, it makes possible for more convenient and secure home. It has to be developed along with city and town level changes as ubiquitous environment. Secondly, concept of extended space as an extension of living space becomes possible by linking with outside spaces. Thirdly, as consumer requirements for residential spaces will become more versatile by social changes, ubiquitous home can be a good means to meet these versatile consumer requirements by accommodating concept of multi-functional space and flexible space. It is quite important to predict user requirements in rapidly changing social environment and versatile personal inclinations. Instead of POE methodology which can analyze and evaluate in exiting types of designs, storytelling methodology can be used to predict and direct for future requirements of living. The methodology makes scenarios of space usage for future living and extracts design requirements for the living. The concept of intelligent space has to be introduced. It is different from digital home that only accomodate digital devices in space. In intelligent space, space itself has to be recognized as an identity that interacts human directly. Intelligent space recognize human requirements and control digital devices as a response. Multi-functional space is closely related with intelligent space that can changes for business, entertainments as well as for rests by user requirements instantly. Flexible space that also intends to meet requirements of mobility and versatility can be attained through the integration of digital technology into current physical mobile systems. Interaction design becomes integral part for ubiquitous space design along with physical design. For the residential space design, digital illiteracy has to be considered for interaction design. Instead of the concept of passive existence, space itself has to be recognized as active subsistence that reacts with human. Intuitive and natural interaction for human will be a key design element for space-human interface design.

휴먼에러를 고려한 추가 CSP 산정 방안 (Additional CSP calculation method considering Human Error)

  • 최근 전력화되는 무기체계들은 최신 기술이 반영된 고가의 장비가 대다수이며, 운용유지비도 지속적으로 증대되고 있는 추세이다. 이러한 무기체계들을 효율적으로 운용, 유지하는 요소로서는 정비계획, 경제적 비용 및 수리부속 소요 등이 있으며 그 중 수명주기 동안 수리부속 소요를 사전에 예측하는 것이 운용유지비 효율성 증대와 운용가용도를 높이는 중요한 방식이라 할 수 있다. 수리부속 소요 분석의 시작으로는 무기체계 배치 시 동시에 보급되는 동시조달수리부속(CSP: Concurrent Spare Parts, 이하 CSP) 산정이라 할 수 있을 것이다. CSP는 무기체계가 초기 일정기간 동안 재보급 없이 주어진 운용임무를 성공적으로 수행하고자 하는데 목적이 있으므로 이 기간 동안에 운용가용도를 달성하는 필수요소이다. 현재 CSP 산정 방식은 품목의 고장율과 운용 시간 등의 반영하여 분석하고 있지만, 분석된 CSP는 기술적 고장을 대비하는 목적이며, 초도 운용환경에서 휴먼에러 등으로 인한 예기치 않은 고장 발생에 대처하는 부분에서는 제한적인 것이 현실이다. 해당 고장은 무상정비 범위에도 포함되지 않으며, 초도 운용기간 중 무기체계를 운용 불가 상태로 만드는 심각한 요소에 해당된다. 이러한 무기체계의 운용 불가 상태를 예방하기 위하여 초도 운용환경 중 휴먼에러를 고려한 CSP가 필요하며, 그에 대한 산정 방안과 기준을 제시한다.

  • 최근 단일 정보기기 시스템에서 다양한 채널을 동시에 접근할 수 있도록 하는 멀티-모달 시스템에 관한 연구가 많이 진행되고 있다. 이와 같은 멀티-모달 시스템은 정보 제공 및 e-비즈니스 어플리케이션에 유비쿼터스적인 접근이 가능하게 하며 HCI(Human-computer Interaction)의 실현 가능성을 높일 수 있다. 향후 더욱 발달되고 안정화 된 멀티-모달 브라우징 시스템을 구현할 수 있다면 사용자는 hands-free, eyes-fee의 환경에서 정보기기와의 상호작용을 최대화할 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구에서는 표준 입출력 모드(키보드, 마우스, 디스플레이)를 지원하는 웹 브라우저와 음성인식 및 음성합성을 지원하는 보이스 브라우저를 통합하는 멀티-모달 브라우징 시스템의 구조를 제시하였고, 이러한 시스템의 예로 영영 사전 검색 어플리케이션을 구현하였다.

  • Telemanipulator became one of refocused fields with the help of various technology integration concerned. As one of key technologies much simpler opeartion of manipulator by operators and feedback method to operator can be counted. For such purpose virtual reality techniques are being implemented and in this paper tactile feeling among human 5 feelings will be discussed. Movement manipulation in free space and gripper manipulation methods are discussed in combination with operator's organs. Tactile signal of telemanipulator's gripper is also integrated into tactile VR control system. Such tactile VR technology is regarded as one of important roles for advanced robot technology.

  • The subject of this paper is the tole operation for unmanned vehicle. The aim is studied in context of motor control system and algorithms for the mid to low level control of tele operation unmanned vehicle described. Modern, vehicle related researches have been implemented about control, chassis, body and safe쇼 but now is to driving comfort, I.T.S. and human factor, etc. As a result of this fact, unmanned vehicle is main research topic over the world but it is still very expensive and unreasonable. A hierarchical approach is studied in context of motor control system and algorithms for the mid to low level control of tele operation unmanned vehicle described. The real time control and monitoring of longitudinal, lateral, Pitching motion is to be solved by system integration and optimization technique. We show the experimental result about fixed brake range test and acceleration test. And all system is to integrated for driving simulator and unmanned vehicle.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the concept of r-learning based on existing studies of r-learning. It also aimed to analyze r-learning environments in an effort to determine prerequisites for the successful entrenchment of r-learning in material(technology and infrastructure), human(young children and teacher) and institutional(law and policy) aspects. This study intended to suggest some of the right directions for the revitalization of r-learning. In conclusion, the position of r-learning and its interrelationship with related systems in the ecosystem of early childhood education should accurately be grasped to accelerate the integration of r-learning into kindergarten education to maximize the effects of the convergence of the two. Intensive efforts should be made from diverse angles to expedite the spread and enrichment of r-learning.
