  • Flight safety in modern commercial aircraft depends on the ability of pilots to manage overall flight operations. ICAO has made it mandatory for airlines to adhere to Crew Resource Management(CRM) policies to reduce operational safety threats. CRM is a set of techniques designed to effectively manage the human resources, aircraft, and environmental factors in order to promote safety and enhance efficient air operations. When looking at the career backgrounds of new pilots joining the Republic of Korea's commercial airlines, discharged military fighter pilots represent the largest demographic. Fighter pilots are experienced in empowering leadership and directive leadership from their military training and culture. New commercial airline pilots with military fighter pilot training should effectively acquire the required civil aviation CRM skills. The present study has been carried out to determine how the leadership experience of this demographic affects the acquisition of CRM skills for commercial airlines, and it confirms that there is a positive correlation.

  • 지식기반 경제 사회의 진입과 더불어 조직에서 가장 중요한 요소는 인적자원이며 인적자원의 효율적인 활용이야말로 기업 경영에 있어서 핵심이라고 할 수 있다. 이러한 인적자원의 역량을 향상시킬 수 있는 방법으로 대부분의 기업들은 교육훈련을 실시하고 있다. 교육훈련의 효율적인 활용이야말로 인적자원의 개발이고, 인적자원의 개발이 기업의 지속가능한 경영에 가장 중요한 부분이라고 할 수 있다. 인적자원 개발을 위한 교육훈련이 조직의 발전에 최우선이 되어야 함은 아무리 강조해도 지나침이 없다. 기업에 있어서 사람이 자산인데 자산을 키우기 위한 최선의 방법으로도 기업들은 효율적인 교육 훈련에 많은 연구를 실시하고 있다. 인적자원이 기업의 성패를 좌우할 만큼 중요한 핵심요소이고 기업의 핵심인 인적자원을 개발하기 위해선 교육 훈련이 핵심이고 핵심인 교육훈련은 기업의 인적자원개발에 대부분을 차지하고 있다고 해도 과언이 아닐 것이다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 기업교육의 효율성을 제고하기 위하여 HRD 요소들에 있어서 조직원 직무향상을 위한 교육효과에 초점을 맞추었다. 교육훈련에 관한 요인분석 결과 교육의 중요성인지, 교육 참가횟수, 교육내용 등의 사전인지가 교육의 효과를 높이는 요인으로 나와 있고, 이러한 결과를 토대로 회귀모형 분석을 제시하였다.

RI-Biomics 기술 직무역량 개발을 위한 역량모델 재정립 및 활용 (Competency Re-modelling & Application Plans for Development of Job Competency in RI-Biomics)

  • RI-Biomics technology is advanced convergence technologies that can be measured in real time and track in vivo behavior and metabolism of substances using characteristics of the radioactive isotope. Its application fields are increasing such as drug development, agriculture, development of new materials and their utilization, etc. In addition, according to domestic and international developments and changes in the RI-Biomics environment, RI-Biomics professionals are needed to train continuously. To develop systematic human resources basement and competency-based curriculum, we perform competency modeling of pedagogical perspective to targeted at high-performance on RI-Biomics. Furthermore, we redefine the competency model and verified by industry experts with focus group interviews. In the result, two general competencies and three professional competencies were extracted by interview. Each competencies are organized six sub-competencies and nine sub-competencies. In the finial steps, the same procedures were repeated to obtain the consensus of experts on derived competencies and behavioral objectives. The results of the study are applicable to enhance human resource management and to develop the curriculum for RI-Biomics expert training. It is expected to be used as reference material of long term-planning for RI-Biomics professional.

보건진료 전담공무원의 다문화대상 보건의료서비스 제공실태와 다문화 인식 조사 (Health Service Delivery and Attitudes toward Multi-cultural Clients of Community Health Practitioners)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to evaluate health service delivery and attitudes, toward multi-cultural clients amongst community health practitioners (CHPs). Methods: A survey was conducted among 242 CHPs from December 10-22, 2015. The collected data were analyzed using chi-square test, t-test, and ANOVA using SPSS 18.0. Results: General awareness of multi-culturalism varied significantly by CHPs age and language ability. Additionally, utilization of services in accordance with the location of community health centers (CHCs) was significantly higher in rural areas than urban areas CHCs in post-partum maternal & neonate care giver service (in maternal child health), management of health educational programs and management of physical exercise (in implementing healthy life style) and networking resources in & outside of CHCs (in management of chronic disease). Conclusion: CHPs deliver health-care services to multi-cultural clients, but have not received sufficient training or education to serve these clients effectively. CHPs who received multi-cultural and foreign language training had more positive experiences with multi-cultural clients. This supports the needs for developing educational programs to enhance multi-cultural understanding amongst CHPs.

항공운항학과 재학생의 성향, 안전행동, 비행 의사결정에 관한 연구 (An Study on Propensity, Safety Behavior and Aeronautical Decision-making of Student Majoring in Flight Operation)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of Student Majoring in Flight Operation's propensity, safety behavior and aeronautical decision-making. According to the analysis results, First, parents' criticism of perfectionism factor is found to have a negative effect on safety behavior. Second, student pilot's proactive personality has a positive impact on both safety participation behavior and safety compliance behavior. Third, both safety participation behavior and safety compliance behavior are found to have a significant effect on situation awareness, solution generation and solution implementation of decision making stages. Therefore, this study is intended to provide useful basic data that can be applied to studies such as appropriate psychological counseling, optimal training directions and teaching methods in order to cultivate excellent human resources through safe flight training.

  • e-Learning has brought dramatic changes in education system for many companies in Korea. Many researchers and practitioners believe that e-Learning will be the main educational system for every companies in the world. e-Learning is an alternative education system, which includes computer based learning, web based learning, virtual classroom, and distance learning. e-learning has been expected to impact every educational sectors including Extension services. This study intends to identify and suggest some implications for successful e-Learning implementation of Extension education by investigating the successful factors of enterprises' e-Learning system, where outstanding results have be shown.

Effects of Training Contents on the Work Effectiveness of Learning Workers in the Software field

  • In this paper, the effects of educational contents on job behavior, the effects of job behavior on job effectiveness and the effects of educational contents on job effectiveness were studied when working in the Software field. For this purpose, a questionnaire survey was conducted on the learning workers who conducted the training in the IT field, and 302 valid questionnaires were used for the analysis. The research model was set up to test exploratory factor and confirmatory factor analysis and hypothesis, and the research hypothesis was tested by applying structural equation. The effects of job behavior on job effectiveness were positively related to job satisfaction, customer orientation, and organizational commitment.

  • P University applied for the overseas expansion project of K-Move School operated by Human Resources Development Service of Korea, and was selected twice in 2016 and 2017 to operate the program. The goal of this study was to prepare an activation plan based on the results of the training program to enter the fashion industry in LA, USA. The lack of research It was confirmed that the K-Move School program could provide young people with opportunities to grow into global talents in a situation where it is very uneasy to predict the future based on the domestic employment environment alone. However, in order to successfully expand overseas jobs, systematic and strategic policies are essential by the government and related ministries or institutions so that practical programs suitable for young people can be operated. It is hoped that the results of these studies will be used as basic data for young adults and leaders who are in charge of teaching overseas.

포렌식 전문가의 양성을 위한 교과과정 설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on Curriculum Design for Educating Digital Forensic Experts)

  • As society becomes more digital, the need for digital forensics experts are gradually increasing. It is necessary to establish a training policy that reflects the special characteristics of digital forensics personnel. Although there are fragmented policies for digital forensics-related systems and human resources training in academia, it is an urgently necessary to establish a systematic and long-term policy to foster digital forensics experts. This study suggests curriculum of digital forensic based on the importance ranking among forensic subjects. The importance ranking can be decided by forensic experts. This study can be used as policy data to foster diverse talent that can effectively meet the increasing demand for digital forensics talent. The systematic curriculum proposed in this study is a practical curriculum at the undergraduate level and can be suitable for university level

인적자원 분야 전문인력 양성을 위한 K대 전문대학원의 성과지표 분석 및 발전방안 연구 (Performance Indicators Analysis and Development Plans of K University's Professional Graduate School for the Training Professionals in the Human Resources)

  • 본 연구는 인적자원 분야 전문인력 양성을 위해 관련 성과지표를 분석하고, 발전방안을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 구체적으로 K대 전문대학원의 성과지표 도출, 홍보 방안, 학회 설립 및 운영방안, 명칭 변경, 비전 제안 그리고, 전공별 교육과정(교육목표, 교육내용, 교육방법) 개선(안) 도출 등을 포함하였다. 이를 위해 K대 전문대학원의 재학생 및 졸업생 총 132명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 29명을 대상으로 FGI 조사를 진행하였다. 자료분석결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저 성과지표의 경우, 선행연구, 전문대학원 특성, 설문조사, FGI 조사 등을 고려하여 15개의 지표(예: 신입생 충원율, 재학생 충원율, 융복합 교육과정 운영, 학술연구 실적 등)를 제시하였다. 홍보 방안에 있어서는 일회성이 아닌 지속적인 홍보가 필요하고, 목표 고객들에게 전문대학원의 장점 및 혜택을 적극 알릴 필요가 있다. 학회 명칭은 가안으로 한국고용직업능력개발학회, 미션과 역할은 고용정책 선진화와 같은 포괄적인 미션이 적절하며, 융합학회로 운영할 것과 융합연구를 지향하는 것이 적절한 것으로 나타났다. K대 전문대학원 명칭 안의 선호도는 HR(인적자원) 전문대학원, 인력개발 전문대학원, 고용직업능력개발 전문대학원 순으로 나타났다. 비전으로는 기존의 강점을 유지하면서, 새로운 변화에 유연하게 대응할 수 있도록 정체성과 차별화의 균형이 필요하다고 하였다. 그리고 전공별 교육과정 개선(안)으로는 급진적이기보다 기존의 틀을 어느 정도 유지하면서 변화의 추이를 보며 단계적, 점진적으로 개편할 계획을 제안하였다.
