유비쿼터스 기술 및 서비스 관련 인력 분류 및 대학 교육 실태 조사 (A Classification of Human Resources and Survey on the Status of Training Programs Related to Ubiquitous Technology and Service)

  • 본 연구는 21세기 IT 산업을 주도할 유비쿼터스 시대에 대비하여 IT 인력 양성을 대표하는 국내 대학의 유비쿼터스 기술 및 서비스 인력의 양성실태를 파악하고자한 것이다. 이에, 유비쿼터스 기술 및 서비스 인력에 대한 체계적인 분류체계를 개발하고, 국내 대학의 유비쿼터스 기술 및 서비스 관련 인력 양성 실태를 분석하여 시사점 및 대안을 제시하였다. 유비쿼터스 기술 관련 인력은 유비쿼터스 환경 하에서의 정보의 흐름에 따라 분류하였고, 유비쿼터스 서비스 관련 인력은 유비쿼터스 사용자의 관점에서 분류하였다. 본 연구의 결과물은 유비쿼터스 인력을 양성하기 위한 산 학 연 관의 협력 프로그램을 개발하는데 도움을 줄 것이며, 향후 유비쿼터스 인력의 수급 전망을 분석하는데 참고 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

A Study on Implementation of Humane Resource Pool Recruitment system Using Blockchain

  • 본 논문은 프라이빗(허가형) 블록체인을 이용한 인적자원 풀(Pool) 채용 시스템의 구현 방안에 대해서 다룬다. 인적자원(Human Resource)라는 용어가 보편적으로 사용되고 있고, 인력을 자원으로 인식하게 되었다. 이러한 변화에도 불구하고 인적자원 풀의 활용은 부진하다. 한번 입력된 정보는 주기적으로 갱신되지 않는 경우가 많고 공유, 검색, 경력관리 그리고 위변조 방지를 제공하지 않는다. 본 연구에서는 프라이빗(허가형) 블록체인을 활용한 인적자원 풀 채용시스템의 제안을 위해 첫 번째, 블록체인 네트워크를 이용하여 인적자원 풀(Pool)의 공유와 검색을 가능하게 하였고, 키워드를 사용하여 특정 조건을 만족하는 결과를 얻을 수 있도록 하였다. 두 번째, 입력되는 데이터의 무결성을 보장하기 위해 기관의 검증 프로세스 추가와 위·변조 방지를 위한 블록체인의 구조적 특성 활용하여 기술 외적인 부분으로 방지 대책을 마련하였다. 세 번째, 블록체인과 사전에 정의된 프로세스와 비즈니스 로직을 3개의 그룹이 각각 제어할 수 있게 Web UI를 포함하는 Dapp(Decentralized application)을 설계 및 구현 하였다.

컨테이너 터미널의 자원관리를 위한 정보시스템의 분석 및 설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on Analysis and Design Method for Resource Management Information System in Container Terminal)

  • An SADT-based methodology is presented for systematically analyzing the container working process in container terminal, as well as an object-oriented design method for an integrated information system for container terminal resource planning and management. Our design architecture is composed of four levels, activity interface, activity PDCA control, human resource management, and facility resource management. Especially, the consideration of the human resource management level makes it possible to support cooperative tasks, to make the authority and responsibility on a task clear, and to extremely promote the balance between human and facility resources. Finally, The system architecture is suggested for Virtual Container Terminal, in which a planned container working process is simulated for previous feasibility check, work orders are transferred to control real devices, and to manage the entire process and related data.

유비쿼터스 도시 건설을 위한 인력양성방안 현황 및 정책방향 연구 (A Study on the Training Strategy of Human Resources for the u-City Construction)

  • 본 연구에서는 u-City 인력양성 현황을 토대로 국토해양부의 u-City 관련 인력양성에 대한 실천 계획이 효율적으로 실행될 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. u-City를 추진하는 지자체, 개발사업자마다 공통적으로 제기하는 문제점은 u-City 관련 고급 및 산업 인력의 절대적인 부족이다. u-City 전문 인력은 u-City건설의 특성상 도시계획.개발, 정보통신망, IT 등 다양한 분야에 대한 전문지식을 갖추어야하나 이러한 고급인력이 배출되고 있지 않다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 인력양성방안의 목표를 'u-City의 성공적인 추진에 부합하는 전문 인력 양성'으로 설정하였으며, 수요자 중심의 교육, 지역 균형적인 전문 인력 양성, u-City 관련분야의 융.복합교육, u-City 관련 교육인프라 구축을 추진전략으로 수립하였다. u-City 인력양성의 추진목표 및 전략을 실행하기 위한 중점추진과제로는 'u-City건설 전문 인력 교육 관련 수요전망', '지역별 거점대학 선정을 통한 전문 인력의 양성', 'u-City 인력양성센터 건립추진', '교육포탈을 통한 온라인 교육', '교육인프라 구축' 등 5개를 선정하였다. u-City 인력양성을 위한 추진전략의 성공적 실행을 위해서는 중점 추진과제들 간의 유기적인 연계가 필수적이다.

  • In this paper the analysis of natural cause of Beijing Storm inundation and the effect of the human activities has been taken. Flood risk can hardly be eliminated solely by projects. Pre-warning system established is an efficient measure to minimize the influence of flood. Several main functions of this system and their examples are described in the paper, such as: monitoring, forecast, scheme, warning, dynamic decision-making and information publication.

Designing and Developing the Agricultural Information Management System of North Korea

  • In North Korea, there has been the considerable loss of human lives every yew due to the deficiency of foods. Thus, in order to reduce such damages, a research project should be launched to provide various information for cooperation with North Korean government, and to develop proper agricultural management system. Furthermore, based on the water resources information map generated by KOWACO (Korea Water Resources Corporation) and the environmental information system developed by MOE (Ministry of Environment), an agricultural information infrastructure of North Korea and a management system need to be effectively performed. Therefore, this research is mainly to develop the Agricultural Information Management System of North Korea (NKAIMS), which can collect, manage and analyze agricultural information and water resources utilization status of North Korea, and further support to make relevant decisions and establish the agricultural land-use plans. This research has three phases. The major outcome of the first phase is collecting the agricultural and water resources utilization data such as soils, rivers, streams, collective farms, etc., designing and building database, and developing integrated management system considering the users' requirements. The main work of the second phase is improving and reinforcing database such as adding the information of dams, land-over data, bridges, tunnels, satellite images, etc., inspecting and renewing such as importing detail attribute information of reservoirs, and improving system for more conveniently using. The third phase will be to supplement more useful functions such as statistic analysis, continually inspecting and improving database, and developing web-based system. The product of this research supports collecting and analyzing relevant data to facilitate easier agricultural activities and support effective decision making for food production in the preparation of unification. Moreover, through designing database considering sharing information and system expendability, it can support systematic data usability of agricultural information and save cost for data management.

한국기업의 지식경영 구축과 인적자원 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study in the construction of the system of knowledge management and human resources management in the Korean firm)

  • Recently, most enterprises are having a knowlege management boom. A number of books associated with the knowlege management are being published, countless public seminars are held, and many research councils have been organized studying it formally or informally as if not importing the system is like falling behind a fashion. However, there are not many cases that achieved success by constructing the system of knowledge management. Then, why the knowledge management is not so much effective despite so many voices wanting the change of management system and a lot of public lectures about it? I guess the reason is that most companies do not have concrete methodology. Seeing a result of a survey which reported that with spread of venture boom and successful examples being known widely, the outflow of precious human resources is accelerated and a large number of employees of conglomerates have already resigned or are considering separation from their positions, we can realize that are occurring a change which can be nearly called severance in an occupational view and an organization culture. The preference to a large enterprise or a public institution of labor is low today and the notion about a lifelong job is regarded as past remains. As for this, it could be said that the social atmosphere that pursued the stability of a job has been changed to the practical one that attaches importance to ability and pay. The way of thinking of employees has been changed while established organizations cannot satisfy their desire and this explains why important members of a company are flown out. The reason why superior human resources move to venture businesses is that they can do their likable work and also prove their ability as well as unconventional rewards. Although existing companies are trying to preserve important human resources through performance compensating stock option, temporary patching up of personnel management cannot retard the rushing wind of foundation and the outflow of labor. On the contrary, clumsy import of performance-based reward system not only fails to hire superior labor power but also can bring about a sense of incompatibility and conflicts among the remaining employees. Therefore, this thesis, focusing on how to choose, develop, and maintain the human resources, will suggest a future-aiming human resources management model of Korean enterprises after comparing and analyzing the actual condition of domestic companies and the trends of advanced corportaions.

정보융합기반 재난정보시스템 프레임워크에 관한 연구 (An Information Fusion-based Disaster Information System Framework)

  • DIS(Disaster Information System) is the information system supporting prevention, readiness, response, and recovery to disasters. DIS must monitor various disaster-related informations, keep various human resources and various material resources, and response real disasters. The conventional DISs are insufficient for integrated situation analysis, real-time report and operation, and utilizing the expertise of disaster personnels. In this study, the information-fusion based DIS framework is proposed for analysing various level informations, providing integrated situation informations and response plans, and processing real-time reports and operation according to field situations. The proposed DIS framework adopts information-fusion technologies and knowledge-based BRMS(Business Rule Management System).

  • Transportation of goods by rail in border areas requires considerable time, money, and human resources. Therefore, in this study, a blockchain-based non-stop passing system is proposed to solve this problem. In this study, each transit station and train are designated as one network node, and the corresponding node participates in the blockchain network to record and verify data. In the process, we will design a blockchain network using Docker and design a network interface. Without changing the data and information generated in the existing legacy clearance system, it is possible to configure a blockchain network to ensure the integrity and reliability of the data and to minimize the consumption of time and human resources. The railroad non-stop passing system aims to change the existing legacy system to a blockchain-based non-stop passing system.

인간간섭하의 소나무림의 현존량변화와 농촌경관시스템내에서의 산림관리 (Biomass Changes of a Human-influenced Pine Forest and Forest Management in Agricultural Landscape System)

  • It is necessary to obtain information about the productivity of the human-influenced forest and to understand the consumption of biomass resources in secondary forest in order to examine the resource flux by human activity in rural landscape. Thus the aims of this study were to elucidate the biomass and their use of secondary Pinus densiflora forests and to discuss sustainable utilization of secondary forests in rural landscape system. This study was carried out in Yanghwa-ri, Kongjugun, Chungcheongnam-do, central Korea. The changes of growth rate and aboveground biomass of a pine forest for 2 years were analyzed to understand forest management regimes in rural pine forests. Through allometric equations deduced from 25 sample trees, biomass was estimated. The biomass increase of pine forest was approximately 16.36 t/ha/yr in the unexploited stand and 12.24 t/ha/yr in the exploited stand. These were nearly equal to those of natural pine forests in central Korea. This result proved that human-influenced pine forest in rural landscape as well as the natural one has high potentiality to provide forest products. Making graveyard in forest-land was the important disturbance and land-use which currently occurring in rural landscape in the study area. Finally, we presented some forest management for stutainable and positive uses of secondary forests as one of the local energy resources in terms of the holistic landscape-ecological view.
