혼외관계의 인식과 경험에 관한 연구 (A Study on Awareness and Experience of Extramarital relations)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the awareness and experience of extramarital relations across individual and familial variables of married men and women. Data for this study were 600 married men and women who were recruited the respondents through internet site. Results of this study were as follows; 1) Most of married men and women were regarded extramarital relations types(emotional connections, short-term relationship such as prostitution, sexual intercourse except a prostitution, one-night stands, physical connections, letter chatting with multimedia, video chatting with multimedia), By gender men had more permissiveness attitudes about extramarital relations type than women, 2) There were significant differences in the awareness and experience of extramarital relations types across variables(sex, age, education level, income, occupation, religion, marriage duration). 3) Married men reported that they experience(emotional connections, sexual intercourse, physical connections, letter chatting with multimedia, video chatting with multimedia, infidelity ideation, infidelity attempts) more extramarrital relations types than married women. There were significant differences in the experience extramarital relations types across variables.

장애인복지시설 종사자의 인간관계가 이직의도에 미치는 영향: 직무만족의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of the Human Relations of Employees in Welfare Facilities for the Disabled on Turnover Intent: Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Job Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 장애인복지시설 종사자의 인간관계가 이직의도에 미치는 영향과 이 관계에서 직무만족의 매개효과를 검증하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 충남 및 대전시 소재 장애인복지관 종사자 367명의 설문조사 결과를 분석에 활용하였다. 분석결과, 장애인복지관 종사자의 이직의도에 대해 인간관계는 부적 방향으로, 직무만족은 부적 방향으로 유의미한 영향을 미치고 이 영향 관계에서 직무만족의 부분매개효과를 검증하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 장애인복지관 종사자의 이직을 예방하거나 해결하기 위한 실천적·정책적인 방안을 제시하였다.

2015 개정 가정과의 핵심개념 '발달과 관계' - 중학교 교육과정을 중심으로 - ('Development' and 'Relations', as the Core Concepts of Home Economics in 2015 Revised Middle School Curriculum in Korea)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 중학교 기술 가정교과 '인간발달과 가족' 영역의 핵심개념 '발달'과 '관계'가 2015 개정 가정과 교육과정에서 어떤 의미를 갖는지, 또 중학교 수업현장에서 어떻게 다루어야 하는지를 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위해 2009 개정 및 2015 개정 교육과정과 13종의 중학교 기술 가정 1, 2 교과서를 분석하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 인간발달과 가족 영역은 2015 개정 교육과정의 핵심역량 중 자기관리 역량, 의사소통 역량, 심리적 감성 역량, 공동체 역량의 함양과 밀접한 관계가 있으며, '발달'에서는 범교과 학습주제 중 인성교육, 안전 건강교육, 인권교육을, '관계'에서는 안전 건강교육, 인성교육, 다문화교육을 효과적으로 다룰 수 있는 것으로 보인다. 둘째, 수업현장의 교수학습과 교재개발 시 고려할 부분은 다음과 같다. 먼저, 핵심개념 '발달'은 전생애적 관점에서의 지속적인 역동성, 신체, 인지, 사회정서발달의 연계성 및 주요개념들의 위계와 체계, 전달정보의 구체성, 경험적 연구결과에 근거한 과학적 정보의 활용, 청소년 발달의 다양성 측면을 충분히 고려해 다루어져야 한다. 다음으로, 핵심개념 '관계'는 세대관계, 성별(젠더)관계, 역할관계, 권력관계라는 가족 집단의 특징을 염두에 두면서, 지식 위주, 정상가족 이데올로기, 중산층 중심의 가족상을 중심의 설명이 되지 않도록 주의해야 한다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 핵심개념 '발달'과 '관계'의 추후과제에 대해서 논의하였다.

Minimally Supervised Relation Identification from Wikipedia Articles

  • Wikipedia is composed of millions of articles, each of which explains a particular entity with various languages in the real world. Since the articles are contributed and edited by a large population of diverse experts with no specific authority, Wikipedia can be seen as a naturally occurring body of human knowledge. In this paper, we propose a method to automatically identify key entities and relations in Wikipedia articles, which can be used for automatic ontology construction. Compared to previous approaches to entity and relation extraction and/or identification from text, our goal is to capture naturally occurring entities and relations from Wikipedia while minimizing artificiality often introduced at the stages of constructing training and testing data. The titles of the articles and anchored phrases in their text are regarded as entities, and their types are automatically classified with minimal training. We attempt to automatically detect and identify possible relations among the entities based on clustering without training data, as opposed to the relation extraction approach that focuses on improvement of accuracy in selecting one of the several target relations for a given pair of entities. While the relation extraction approach with supervised learning requires a significant amount of annotation efforts for a predefined set of relations, our approach attempts to discover relations as they occur naturally. Unlike other unsupervised relation identification work where evaluation of automatically identified relations is done with the correct relations determined a priori by human judges, we attempted to evaluate appropriateness of the naturally occurring clusters of relations involving person-artifact and person-organization entities and their relation names.

The Re-examination of the role of the Labor Relations Commission on Corporate Performance

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate how much continuous investment in human capital contributes to increasing labor productivity at not only individual companies but also at the national level, and causes fundamental as well as increases for labor-management conflicts. The current research aimed to empirically demonstrate the importance of human capital investment and furthermore, based on the effect of human resource investment on labor productivity, also re-examine the role of the Labor Commission as well. Research design, data, and methodology: This study was conducted by the Korea Information Service-Financial Accounting System (KIS-FAS) using representative panel data operated by countries to measure whether long-term investment in corporate human resources affects labor productivity. Results: Two distinctive summarized results of the analysis in the Korea Credit Ratings data showed that there was a high positive correlation between corporate human resource investment and economic performance for a ten-year period from 2009 to 2018. Conclusions: The present study concluded that the role of the labor committee should be effectively formed by the labor as a mediation agency and that the role of the mediation committee members should focus more on how to strengthen the human resources management of the union.

삼강행실도의 만화칸과 칸 사이 형태 분석 (An Analysis on Shapes of the Gaps between Comics frames and Frames of 'The Three Bonds And The Morals in Human Relations')

  • 조선 시대 인쇄물인 삼강행실도는 세계 만화역사에서도 이른 시기인 1434년에 간행되었다. 삼강행실도에는 만화기호인 '만화칸'과 '칸과 칸 사이'가 등장한다. 만화기호인 만화칸의 상징성 못지않게 칸과 칸 사이도 만화기호에서 상징적 의미가 있다. 만화역사의 측면에서 보면 칸이 등장한 후, 칸과 칸 사이가 등장한 그 자체만으로도 의미를 부여할 수 있다. 그 상징적 근거들을 찾아 밝힘으로써 국내 만화역사의 역사적 근거가 다져질 것이다. 삼강행실도에서는 칸과 칸 사이의 형식적인 유형을 크게 두 가지로 나눌 수 있다. 첫 번째는 '구름칸과 구름칸 사이'이며, 두 번째는 '구름칸과 배경칸 사이'이다. 삼강행실도의 두 가지 유형인 칸과 칸 사이는 현대 만화와 비교할 때 모양이나 연출에서 차이를 보이지만 칸과 칸 사이의 의미는 유사하다고 하겠다. 이처럼 본 연구는 삼강행실도의 칸과 칸 사이의 형태를 분석함으로써 국내 만화역사의 타당한 근거를 제시하는 데 의미가 있다. 만화기호 중에서도 칸과 칸 사이에 초점을 맞추어, 삼강행실도의 칸과 칸 사이의 형태를 증명하는 것이 연구의 목적이다.

제 6차 중학교 가정과 교육과정에 대한 인식도와 학습만족도 및 주관적 학습효과 연구 - ‘인간 발달 및 가족관계’ 영역을 중심으로- (A Study on the perception and the satisfaction with learning on human development and family relations area of the 6th revision of middle school Home Economics Education curriculum)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the middle school students’and their parent’s perception of the 6th Home Economics Education curriculum, their learning satisfaction, and the students’s perceived learning effect, focusing on the areas of human development and family relations. The subjects of this study were 392 middle school students, their parents and 51 Home Economics teachers in Pohang and Seoul. Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, test, F test, pearson’s product correlation coefficient, and $\chi$(sup)2 test, Schff post hoc test using the SAS computer program. The result of this study were that (1) the middle school student’s and their parent’s perception of the 6th Home Economics Education Curriculum, in general, was very positive. (2) Students, teachers and parents showed high levels of learning satisfaction with the areas of human development and family relations. (3) Student’s perceived learning effect on the areas of human development and family relations was considerably high.

소셜 네트워크에서 사용자의 관심 분야, 인적 관계 및 응답 품질을 고려한 분야별 전문가 추천 기법 (Expert Recommendation Scheme by Fields Using User's interesting, Human Relations and Response Quality in Social Networks)

  • 최근 인터넷과 스마트 폰의 발달로 사용자들 사이의 관계를 통해 다양한 정보를 생성하고 공유할 수 있는 소셜 미디어 서비스가 활발히 이용되고 있다. 특히 정보의 양이 방대해지고 신뢰할 수 없는 정보가 증가함에 따라 사용자에게 필요한 정보를 제공해 줄 수 있는 전문가 추천 기법에 대한 연구들이 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 사용자의 관심 분야, 인적 관계, 응답 품질을 고려한 전문가 추천 기법을 제안한다. 사용자의 관심 분야는 사용자가 소셜 네트워크상의 활동을 분석해 최신의 사용자의 관심 분야 지수를 판단한다. 사용자의 인적 관계는 소셜 네트워크상의 같은 관심분야의 사용자만을 추출하여 인적 관계를 구축하여 인적 관계 지수를 판단한다. 사용자의 응답 품질은 사용자의 응답 속도와 응답 내용을 고려하여 응답 품질 지수를 판단한다. 마지막으로 사용자의 관심 분야, 인적 관계, 응답 품질을 합하여 사용자의 전문가 지수를 판단하고 사용자의 질의를 분석하여 질의와 전문가 그룹을 매칭하여 전문가를 추천한다. 다양한 성능평가를 통해 제안하는 기법이 기존 기법에 비해 성능이 우수함을 보인다.

  • This study aims at suggesting an alternative plan on the efficient management of human resource of Hotel Foodservice Industry. The study breaks down into education/training, wage. welfare benefits. and human relations as is shown below; First Education/training should be conducted systematically in accordance with the contents and targets of the education & training program and directly be 1inked with personnel evaluation, so that the employees who faithfully devoted themselves to the program can get a fair reward. Second, job-evaluation-based wage system should be added flexibly to the seniority system to rationalize the current wage system and thereby resolve the problems inherent in the seniority system. Third, employees are required to participate in welfare benefit program and should be encouraged to use the program as a way of making good use of spare time. the introduction of education/training system is intended to recharge the spirits of employees and induce active life style, thereby contributing to the improvement of productivity. Fourth, Human Relations Program is needed to foster good human relations. Especially called for is the program which can lead to the improved productivity of the organization and provide incentives to human resource.

섬에서 에코톤으로-경계중첩지대로서의 자연인식과 생태비평적 함의 (From Island to Ecotone: Nature Recognition as Boundary Crossed and Ecocritical Implication)

  • Based on its geophysical feature, the island has long been recognized as a separate and self-sustaining space independent of neighboring continent or other islands. Literary tradition has used the island as a metaphor for a utopian alternative to mundane human society with its various kinds of wrongdoings. Recent nature writings have taken up this island metaphor to emphasize the wholeness of the ecosystem in specifically designated natural community or landscapes such as national parks or wilderness preservation areas. Human-nature relations as border-divided area is also recognized as the island. Modern island biogeography, however, has disproved such a concept of islands as autonomous, revealing the contrasting fact that the richness of species on an undisturbed island is determined largely by species immigration from and emigration to a source of colonists. This scientific finding has posited the island as the interconnected nature, but the public and metaphoric use of it still resorts to the old concept of it as isolated and autonomous nature, because this image has been ingrained deeply in our consciousness and culture. Considering the negative consequences from the recognition of nature and nature-humans as isolated space, we need a new nature metaphor that embodies interconnectedness in nature and of human-nature relations. Such feature of interconnectedness is best embedded in the concept of ecotone. Some ecotones are created and maintained through human participation in nature, and this human induced nature of ecotone denotes the possibilities of a constructive relation between them. The substitution of the island with the ecotone as the concept of nature and the image of human-nature relations is expected to correct ecocritical practices of reading of nature writing, which has been predominantly interpreted within the orientation of nature itself and nature-human relations as an isolated and self-autonomous island. Adopting the ecotone in literary study enables ecocriticism to dig out cultural elements embedded in nature writing and reveal socio-political, ideological factors hidden behind the writers' portrayal of nature as islands.
