비판적 리터러시를 통한 시민성 함양 가정과 교육과정 개발: 중학교 주생활 영역을 중심으로 (Development of Citizenship Promoting Home Economics Education Curriculum through Critical Literacy: Focusing on Housing Area of Middle School)

  • 본 연구는 시민성 교육의 일환으로서 비판적 리터러시 역량을 향상시킬 수 있는 주생활 교육과정을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 비판적 리터러시 관점에서 현행 2015 개정 가정과 교육과정 주생활 영역의 내용 체계와 성취기준 및 교과서를 분석하였고, Laster(1986)의 비판과학 관점의 교육과정 개발 과정을 적용, 미국 위스콘신 주의 식생활 교사용 지도서 "A Teacher's guide : Family, Food and Society"(Staaland & Storm, 1996)을 참고하여 주생활 교수·학습지도안을 개발하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교과 목표 및 주생활 영역 성취기준, 학습요소, 평가방법에서는 비판적 리터러시 내용이 포함될 수 있는 실천적 문제해결 교육과정으로 구성되어 있으나, 교수학습방법에서는 실천적 추론과 비판적 사고 기술이 포함되어 있지 않았다. 또한, 3개의 교과서 주생활 영역의 텍스트를 분석한 결과, 대부분 현재 문화에 적응, 대처하는 내용으로 기술되었고 비판적 해석과 사회행동에까지 이를 수 있는 문제 제기나 사회적 이슈가 거의 없었다. 둘째, 현행 교육과정과 교과서를 분석한 결과를 바탕으로 주생활 교육과정을 개발한 결과, 주생활의 지속적인 관심사, 가치를 둔 목표, 학습내용선정 및 조직, 그리고 총 7개 모듈로 된 13차시 교수·학습지도안과 읽기 자료, 학습지, 영상자료 등 총 학습자료 26개를 개발하였다. 본 연구결과를 토대로, 차기교육과정과 교과서에서 비판적 리터러시를 활용할 수 있는 주생활 관련 사회적 이슈와 다양한 계층의 주생활 모습을 다루어야 하며, 학생들이 실천적 추론과 비판적 사고 등의 모범이 되는 교사를 지원하는 교사공동체 및 연수가 운영되어야 할 것이다.

  • 이 연구의 목적은 2007년 개정 교육과정 중학교 기술 가정 교과서 주생활 영역의 교육내용을 분석하여 차기 기술 가정 교과서 개발 및 교사의 교육내용 재구성 시 기초자료로 제공하고자 하였다. 분석대상은 2011년 적용된 중학교 2학년 기술 가정 교과서 11종 전부를 대상으로 하였다. 연구결과, 주생활 영역은 교과서마다 분량의 차이가 있었으나 각 단원별 용어, 표/그림, 읽기자료 활동자료 등이 풍부하여 실천 문제 중심의 수업에 도움을 주는 것으로 파악되었으며 새롭게 추가된 근린환경과 친환경적 주생활 등은 2007년 개정 교육과정의 내용을 잘 반영하고 있는 것으로 평가되었다. 앞으로의 교과서 개발에는 중요한 현안인 저출산, 고령화와 녹색생활의 관점이 반영되어야 할 것이며 지역사회와의 긴밀한 네트워크로 환경 문제에 적극적으로 대처할 수 있는 교육 내용이 강조될 필요가 있다.

Determinants Influencing Housing-Option Decision of Gen Y: The Case of Vietnam

  • Housing is not only a basic requirement, but also a method to maintain stability and improve living. In the period of rapid social development which has a significant impact on the aging population, the housing issue is an impediment to Gen Y in Asia. Therefore, solving the housing conundrum is the most effective solution to other social problems. Purpose: This research is conducted to investigate factors influencing housing-option decisions of Gen Y and proposes recommendations to them as well as Governments and the real estate investors. Research design, data, and methodology: The Theory of Planned Behavior was employed with the expanded variables (Financial status, Location, Public services and Government incentives) based on literature review. Results: With 445 valid responses, almost all proposed hypotheses are accepted, which supports the positive interrelationship among variables. In the stage of data processing, we have determined the influence of each factor to the dependent variable "Actual Behavior", thereby helping real estate investors understand their desires, as well as improve the ability to meet customer needs. Conclusion: This is the basis to determine the influence of these factors, thereby providing recommendations to customers and what is more, giving real estate enterprises an insight of customers' demand in order to improve product quality and optimize the benefits of each party.

주거점유상태와 주택형태에 따른 기혼자의 주거 만족도 (Residential Satisfaction of Married Families by the Type of Housing Tenure and Housing)

  • The purpose of this study is to understand the factors that influence residents' satisfaction with their housing. Resident's satisfaction is mainly influenced by two factors - one that pertains to housing and the other as per characteristics of the individual. Housing-related factors include housing types, housing tenure types, and size of floor space. Individual-related factors include household income, size, and education level. This study shows how both factors influence residents' satisfaction. Residential satisfaction is affected by the type of housing tenure (own, chonsei and monthly rent) and housing (detached housing, apartment and multi-family housing). Residential satisfaction of home owners is greater than that of chonsei renters or monthly renters. Residential satisfaction of chonsei renters is greater than that of monthly renters. Satisfaction of apartment residents is far greater than that of detached housing residents or multi-family housing residents. There is no difference in residential satisfaction between detached housing and multi-family housing residents. As total household labor income, household member, and residential area increase, residential satisfaction increase. Residential satisfaction of countryside residents is greater than that of metropolitan residents.

도시 거주자의 주택상담 요구도에 관한 연구 (Needs for the Housing Consultation in Cities of Korea)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the need for the housing consultation and information about housing in 6 cities except Seoul. This study examined the relations among socio-demographic characteristics, housing characteristics, and the level of need for the housing consultation and information. The number of 629 housewives were interviewed in Pusan, Daefeon, Inchon, Daegu, Kwangju, and Jeonju. The data were analysed by statistical methods such as frequencies, means, and logistic regression analysis. The results showed that the significant variables related to the needs for the housing consultation were the age, education level, and the experience of housing consultation. Respondents were required urgently the parts of housing environment and housing maintenance and repair.

일본의 임대주택제도 및 농촌주택사업에 관한 연구 (A Study on Public Rental Housing Policies and Rural Housing Projects in Japan)

  • To ensure the revitalization of rural communities with viable levels of population, various agricultural policies are needed. Attaining this goal demands a comprehensive plan to improve rural housing conditions in general, along with more proactive policies dealing with existing rural housing problems by providing public housing options. The purpose of this paper is to suggest a set of base data which can provide direction when proposing prospective housing policies which comply the peculiar and changing needs of rural communities. To establish the base data, the study reviewed all the relevant issues, requirements and resources in the course of developing rural housing regulations and policies. Some municipal organizations have implemented independent housing programs for returning farmers. They provide one-stop service corners to provide returning farmers comprehensive counseling and information about employment, child-rearing and education, housing, and etc. in their municipals. Agricultural housing projects nowadays focus on promoting voluntary establishments of local communities by providing comprehensive plans for public housing, idyllic housing and other interchange facilities. Recent trends on housing project take into consideration both residential areas and their surrounding landscapes at minimum investment possible. The efficient investment of regional housing development lies in the simultaneous consideration on both the construction and operation and management of housing development from beginning to end.

유아교사의 안전인식과 유아교육기관의 안전교육 실태 (A Study of the Actual Condition of Safety Education in Early-childhood Educational Institutions and Teacher's Safety Recognition)

  • The purpose of this study is to emboss the importance of safety education by recognizing the instructor's thoughts on safety and the prevention of safety accidents of early-childhood through the examination, analysis of the education site of safety at early-childhood education facilities. The subject of this were 120 early-childhood teachers in the Jeonbuk areas. The data were collected using questionaries and analyzed by the statistical methods of frequencies. ANOVA with SPSS pc program. The research questions were as follows; 1. What is the understanding of early-childhood teachers on safety recognition? 2. Is there a difference in the understanding of the teacher on safety and the management of the education curriculum on safety education that is being taught at early-childhood education facilities? The main results and solutions of this study were as follows: 1. In order for early-childhood teachers to teach safety education in early-childhood education facilities, they must join a safety mutual aid association or join an insurance policy to furnish an appropriate compensation system. Also, safety education must be systematically taught at a $social{\cdot}national$ level so that teachers and young children can have an understanding on safety under the support and concern of early-childhood education facilities and administration authorities. 2. Results on the comparison of the understanding of safety education and management of actual education of teachers on the actual conditions of the education curriculum of safety education show that although teachers are aware of most items of safety education but the actual education was not being taught. This means that although the teachers are aware of the importance of safety education, the actual education is not being taught.

용인시 주택시장의 성장과 공간적 분화에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Growth and Spatial Differentiation of Housing Market in Yongin City)

  • 본 연구는 대규모의 주택건설로 신도시가 지속적으로 형성되고 있는 수도권 지역에서 도시성장에 따른 주택시장의 분화에 영향을 주는 요인과 공간적 분화 패턴, 주택하위시장의 분화와 교외화의 관련성 등을 실증적으로 규명하고자 하였다. 용인시는 지리적 장점뿐만 아니라 주택시장의 제도적 사회적 환경 변화가 강력히 뒷받침해준 결과 2000년대 수도권 지역에서 가장 역동적으로 성장한 지역으로 주택시장의 변화에 관하여 미시적 스케일에서 주택하위시장의 공간적 분화 패턴을 밝히기에 적합한 장소이다. 용인시 주택시장은 4개의 하위시장으로 대별되었는데, 이에는 강남 분당과의 접근성, 경부 및 영동고속국도 등의 지리적 요인, 주택규모와 가격, 점유형태 등 주택재고의 특성, 그리고 세대구성 학력 및 소득수준 등의 사회경제적 요인이 중요하게 작용하였다.
