공동주택 성능등급 표시제도 강화를 위한 방수성능 등급 도입에 관한 연구 (Study on the Improvement of Waterproofing Performance Rating for the Introduction of Residential Apartment Complex Performance Grade Index)

  • The current housing performance rating system displays the performance rating of the houses supplied by the housing construction company, approved by the Housing Law. This system is intended to provide accurate information to the consumers in the announcement of the tenant recruitment, thereby improving the quality of the housing. This system was revised in January 2005 and implemented from January 2006. It is obligatory for companies with a scale of more than 1,000 households (energy performance rating is over 300 households), but there is currently no content on the waterproofing field. Therefore, this study suggests the revision plan proposes the necessity of the inclusion of the performance grade for the waterproofing field which is not currently implemented in the apartment house performance rating system, and to understand how to secure an adequate living environment. As a result, according to survey results, the performance score based on the difficulty of the maintenance method according to future leaks was selected and the revised system was prepared. Based on this, the performance grade for the virtual apartment was evaluated, and the results show that the performance of various grades is presented accordingly.

  • As data management and analysis technology advances, there is active discussion on how to utilize data generated in construction projects. Among them, the materials produced during the supervision work are highly useful because their generation cycle and format are regulated according to relevant laws. In this study, we analyzed whether the data produced during the supervision work in the construction phase of apartment housing can be utilized for project performance management. First, this study identified key data necessary for performance management through FGI with experts in the field of apartment housing. Next, we collected supervisory data from the case project and identified whether the data was generated, its cycle, and storage format. As a result of the analysis, the supervisory data contained various information that could measure the performance of construction projects and had the advantage of standardized data. In the future, utilizing supervisory data is expected to enable effective performance management of apartment housing construction projects.

  • 국내에서는 최근 빈번한 사고를 유발하는 지하시설물의 안전확보 및 효율적 유지관리를 위해 공동구를 포함한 지하시설물을 중점관리 대상 시설로 선정하고 「시설물의 안전 및 유지관리에 관한 특별법」을 개정하여 성능중심의 유지관리체계를 도입하였다. 성능 중심의 유지관리체계는 사용 중인 시설물의 기능을 유지하기 위하여 요구되는 시설물의 안전·내구·사용성능을 종합적으로 평가하고 그에 따라 유지관리계획을 수립하는 것이다. 그러나 현행 공동구 유지관리체계는 안전성 위주의 평가방식으로 관리되고 있어 내구·사용성능이 고려된 종합성능평가를 실시하는 데에는 한계가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 델파이 기법을 활용하여 공동구에 대한 안전·내구·사용성능 항목을 선정하고 엔트로피 가중치 기법을 통해 각 항목들에 대한 가중치를 산정하였다. 향후 공동구 성능평가 시 본 연구에서 도출된 연구결과를 활용한다면 유지관리계획 수립 시 합리적인 의사결정을 지원할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Effect of Different Housing System on the Performance, Bone Mineral Density and Yolk Fatty Acid Composition in Laying Hen

  • Different housing systems have considerable influence on performance in poultry production. Therefore, the present study was undertaken to investigate the impact of different housing systems on the performance, bone mineral density and egg yolk fatty acid composition in laying hen. Hy-line brown pullets (n=450) of 12 weeks age were randomly divided into 3 housing systems with 6 replicates of 25 birds in each room. A diet with 2,750 kcal/kg ME and 16.5% CP was assigned to all birds. The pullets provided free access to feed and water. Significantly (P<0.05) higher values for egg production, egg mass and feed conversion efficiency were found in battery cages, however egg weight, egg shell color and breaking strength was remarkably (P<0.05) higher in floor system. The albumin height and Haugh unit were significantly higher (P<0.05) in battery cages which was statistically similar to aviary housing system. The egg yolk fatty acids concentration of linoleic acid and linolenic acids were significantly higher in aviary and in floor system, respectively, however both values were lower in battery cages. Saturated and unsaturated fatty acid content (%) in egg yolk did not influence by any housing systems. Bone mineral density was significantly higher (P<0.05) in floor and aviary housing system than that of battery cage system. It was concluded that in battery cages the egg production and composition maximized, however higher bone mineral density and yolk fatty acids content can be improved in the laying hen reared on floor and aviary housing systems.

단독주택 거주 고령자의 주거공간 만족도 및 일상생활행위 수행정도 (Housing Satisfaction and Performance of Daily Life Activities of Elderly in the Detached House)

  • In this study, we made a survey of the degree of satisfaction and performance of daily life activities on independent elderly households in the detached house. The purpose of this study is to suggest basic data for elderly housing design to be considered elder's characteristics. A survey carried out for 110 respondents with face to face interview visiting each house between May and June, 1999 with modified and drawn questionnaire from analysis of preparatory investigation data. The questionnaire was composed of the general characteristics of respondents, general characteristics of housing, residents' satisfaction with the use of housing space, performance degree of the elder's daily activities. To analyze the data of 106 cases, frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviations, one-way ANOVA, reliability analysis and Scheffe test were used by running SPSSWIN program. The results on the housing satisfaction and performance of activities in daily life of elderly in the detached house were as follows.: In this survey, the elderly had high value in satisfaction with the size of current house as the mean 3.14 points, but they were dissatisfied with the rising of house as the mean 2.82 points. The satisfaction with living room space was the highest but the satisfaction with toilet space was lower than others. Among the activities of daily life in housing space, housing related activity was the hardest to perform as the mean of 3.15 points. In consequence, consideration on and interest in the planning of residential spaces are needed so that the elderly can perform the action of housing life effectively and efficiently.

공동주택 하자담보책임기간의 조정을 위한 공종별 검토방법에 관한 연구 (Study on the investment method for the coordination of the performance assurance term in the Apartment Housing)

  • This study focused on the suggestion that is improved alternation with relation to construction item & assurance term in order to deal with the assurance conflict efficiently which have been happened in the apartment housing. To correspond to this purpose of research, as a first step, we introduced the add item & sub item of construction work on the basis upon construction specifications of the number of 17 on housing law as a alternation of the defects assurance construction item that is necessary to correct as soon as possible. As a second step of the research, we did cross analysis & compare the result of defects happened to the apartment housing complex of 293 with the defect' rate of construction work excepted from the supervisory item, and main performance estimation items in the HPGS(House Performance Grading System), and analysis results introduced from question survey. As the result of this research work, we became to reflect the improving schemes on the housing Law the year of 2007.

고령자거주요소에 대한 거주자의 주관적 평가연구 - 일본치바시근교의 유료노인시설을 대상으로 - (A Study on Residents' Subjective Evaluation of the Elderly Housing Environment in the Suburbs of Chiba City, Japan)

  • The Purpose of this study is to examine residents' subjective satisfaction of the elderly housing environment and to suggest some major factors which can be used as basic design guidelines for the elderly housing. as the number of the elderly is growing in Japan For this purpose. data were collected through a questionnaire survey method, Some questions on their hope for the conditions of the elderly housing were asked to 265 old People living in the suburbs of Chiba city. Japan. Based on the findings of the statistical factor analysis, the major factors which affected on the elderly housing environment of the study can be summarized as follows ;(1)Factor1 is correlated with the space design element represented by the elderly dwelling performance and overall efficiency for the dwelling exterior space design (2)Factor2 is relative to the interior environmental element with Physiological and sensitive performance for borne services system. (3)Factor3 can be explained the moving and communication performance for Physical uneasiness of outdoor activities and request of public cultural spaces. (4)Factor4 is relative to the mental rest element with safety accidents for moving activities etc. and psychological isolation for the elderly.

장수명주택에 적용되는 건식바닥의 성능평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on Performance Assessment of Dry Floors Applied to Long-life Housing)

  • Various problems regarding the wet floor method such as its complicated process and waste of thermal storage have been raised, but the usage of dry floor recommended for long-life housing has declined due to lack of confidence on the performance of dry floor. The purpose of this study is to secure the credibility of dry floor. Under this purpose, this study considered precedent studies and established directions to secure the performance of long-life housing infill, and thus, 9 performance items (Impact sound, Smoothness, thermal comfort, sensation hardness while walking, falling safety, impact resistance, local compression load, local strength and strain at heating) were drawn. In addition, the experiment was carried out for 5 performances except for legal performance, some dry floor performances and whole spatial performance. As a result, an appropriate result from all performances except was obtained. The performance of dry floor was verified for each item from these results and it is expected to use such results as basic data on dry floor in the future.

재난대응 구호주거 성능지표 개발을 위한 기초연구 (A Basic Study of Development of Post-disaster Refugees Housing Performance Index)

  • 본 연구는 구호주거 성능 기준 및 개발의 기반을 다지기 위해 구호주거 성능지표 체계를 개발하고 지표의 도입 방안을 제시하는 것을 목표로 전문가 설문을 통한 계층적 분석 기법(Analytic Hierarchy Process)을 진행하였다. 구호주거 성능지표 체계를 구축하기 위하여 구호주거를 항구적 주택이 마련되기 전까지 일정 기간 사용되는 중장기 임시 거주 시설로 정의하고 안전성, 신속성, 재사용성, 거주성, 경제성을 주요 성능 요소로 도출하였고, 주요 성능 요소와 건축물의 전 생애주기를 연계하여 계층화된 성능지표 체계를 구축하였다. 개발된 구호주거 성능지표 체계의 항목별 중요도를 계층적 분석 기법에 따라 정량적으로 도출하였다. 마지막으로, 중요도 분석 결과를 바탕으로 종합 가중치 1-10 순위의 성능 기준과 각 범주별 1 순위의 성능 기준인 총 14 개의 성능 기준을 필수 성능 기준(반드시 충족), 그 외는 권장 성능 기준(선택적 충족)으로 분류하여 구호주거 개발의 모든 단계를 고려한 성능지표를 구축하였다. 추후 구호주거 성능지표의 완성으로 재난에 의해 발생하는 이재민의 안정적인 거주 보장과 빠른 일상복귀를 도모할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

고성능콘크리트의 제조에 사용되는 실리카 흄의 대체재로써 고분말 플라이애시의 적용성 검토 (Examination on Application of High-Performance Concrete using Fine Fly Ash as Replacement Material of Silica Fume)

  • This paper investigated how Fine Fly Ash (FFA) with $14,000\;cm^2/g$ of Fineness affects the micro structure and material properties of High-Performance Concrete (HPC) before and after hardening from Material Test of HPC and Cement Paste. FFA is applied as a substitute of Silica Fume which is used necessarily in producing HPC. As a Material Test results, 5% FFA series specimen shows the lower fluidity than SF series specimen. When, however, the Fluidity of 10% FFA series specimen is increased reversely to the similar value of SF series specimen. The Porosity of FFA series specimen of 3 day age is displayed to $21{\sim}24%$, which is higher than $19{\sim}20%$ porosity of SF series specimen, while that of 28 day age is reached to $8{\sim}9%$, which is improved compared with 10% fo SF series specimen. It can be thought that FFA has better influence on the porosity of HPC in case of long term age. The Compressive strength of FFA series specimen shows the similar result with the property of porosity. The compressive strength of 28 day age FFA series specimen is $98{\sim}106%$ of SF series specimen and 107% of plain specimen to reveal better strength development.
