스마트폰 카메라용 VCM housing 사출 성형 해석 (Injection molding analysis of smart phone camera VCM housing)

  • The injection molding analysis of VCM (Voice Coil Motor) housing for smart phone cameras were performed. We conducted the analysis in terms of injection molding pressure, the formation of weld lines, flow marks, and flow patterns. The goal of the analysis was targeted for the prediction of the optimal gate locations. Because the quality of VCM housing is strongly dependent on the precise control of the camera lens by its nature, we focused on the lens guiding lanes in the VCM housing. We first calculated the maximum injection molding pressure in terms of the filled volumes. The injection molding pressure were calculated within 146MPa at about 90% volume filled. We also investigated the possibility of the occurrence of design-related defects such flow marks, weld lines. Filling patterns regarding the design of the gate locations were delineated to find the weld lines. Throughout the simulations, the final deformations of the lens guiding lanes for the VCM housing were calculated. The deformations distribute ranging from $0.5{\mu}m$ to $2.50{\mu}m$, which were used to find the optimal design of the gates.

  • Apartment housing is a widely-spread type in Korean housing market. Nevertheless, it has caused serious problems such as traditional community corruption, unsafe structure, defects and litigation from noise. Noise, especially in concrete structure for apartment housing, is hardly controlled in proper to prevent sound transmission between upper and lower families with existing system. In foreign countries, there are floating floor system to enhance the noise control performance in multi-family housing. This study is to examine the impact sound insulation performance of floors according to the different P'yong and Layers by field measurement in highrise building.

Noise, especially in concrete structure for apartment housing, is hardly controlled in proper to prevent sound transmission between upper and lower families with existing system, In foreign countries, there are floating floor systems to enhance the noise control performance in multi-family housing. Therefore, this study aims to analyze subjective responses on sound characteristics in residential buildings. We analyzed the residential response and the quantities of measured data from environmental noise. The results of this study will be useful to provide guideline to make policy of environmental noise and criteria.

  • In the die casting process, the flow of liquid metal has significant influence on the quality of casting products and die life. For the optimal process design of front housing part of aircon compressor, various analyses were performed in this study by using computer simulation code, MAGMAsoft. The simulation has been focused on the molten metal behaviors during the filling and solidification stages for the sound casting products. Two cases of casting design that have different types of gating system are considered in the analysis. The potential sites where the casting defects may occur is examined by computer simulation and an improved design process is proposed. Also the effect of partial squeeze on the quality of casting products is considered and the optimal time lag after filling process is determined. For the die-stability, the effect of operational parameters such as die temperature, heat cycle and spot cooling on the die life has also been analyzed.

유기용제 함침법을 통한 알루미늄 다이캐스팅의 미세결함 및 기밀성 평가 (Evaluation of Micro-defects and Air Tightness of Al Die-casting by Impregnation of Organic Solvent)

  • 본 연구에서는 고압 다이캐스팅 (High pressure die-casting, HPDC)을 통해 알루미늄 합금 (상업코드: ALDC12종)으로 수소 자동차용 부품 (Air pressure control valve housing, APCVH)을 제조하였으며 주조품의 기밀성을 향상시키기 위해 유기 함침액을 개발하였다. 개발된 2종류의 유기 함침액 (INNO-series, 한국)과 상용 합침액 (P601, 일본)을 사용하여 함침공정 조건 및 후 처리에 따른 미세결함과 기밀성을 비교 평가하였다. 컴퓨터 단층촬영 및 3차원 X-선 현미경 분석을 통해 함침된 알루미늄 주조품의 결함제어 및 성능 개선을 확인하였다. 또한, 함침 공정 후 기밀성 시험에서 INNO-01이 함침된 시료의 경우 성능 개선율이 70%인 것으로 확인하였다. 따라서, 개발된 유기 함침액은 상용 가능하며 다이캐스팅 제품의 기밀성 향상에 도움이 될 것으로 판단된다.

  • 인구(人口)의 도시집중(都市集中)에 의(依)해 급격히 증가(增加)하고 있는 아파트단지(團地)의 조경수목(造景樹木)에 대(對)한 관리(管理)는 쾌적(快適)한 주거환경(住居環境)의 제공(提供)이라는 면(面)에서 중요(重要)한 의미(意味)를 지니고 있다. 주거환경(住居環境)의 질(質)을 높이는 데 중요(重要)한 역할(役割)을 담당하고 있는 조경수목(造景樹木)은 그동안 관리부실(管理不實)로 인(因)해 생육(生育)이 불량(不良)하고, 높은 하자율(瑕疵率)을 나타내었다. 이러한 현실(現實)에 대(對)한 개선방법(改善方法)으로는 식재공사(植栽工事)의 하자발생(瑕疵發生)을 최소(最少)로 하기 위한 시공기술(施工技術)의 향상(向上)과 이론적(理論的) 연구(硏究)가 필요(必要)하며, 조경부문관리인(造景尃門管理人)을 두어 관리기능(管理機能)을 강화(强化)함과 동시(同時)에 제도상(制度上) 적정수준(適正水準)의 관리비(管理費) 항목(項目)이 설정(設定)되어야 하며, 높은 주민(住民)의 관리의식(管理意識)을 바탕으로 관리(管理)에 대한 자발적(自發的)인 참여(參與)를 유도(誘導)할 수 있는 분위기(雰圍氣)를 조성(造成)하는 것이라 하겠다.

  • The purpose of this study is to contribute to solution of the defect dispute in apartment house in advance. We want to propose the improved devices in defect problems by investigating the money that exacted from the practical business of the inspection company and the money that a judge gave a decision in a civil court in 50 cases of the lawsuit to requesting the guarantee against defects and the improved schemes of the applied rate by analyzing the diagnosis money of each applied years about the term of warranty liability in 40 cases of the lawsuit separately from that. As the result, we have to reflect the defect of non construction and error construction on apartment building defects, which recognizes very important factor when we compute the defect repair warranty money and it needs to be rearranged the applied ratio in guarantee peried of housing law practically.

  • In this study, although the diversity of tiles in the expanding housing market is increasing, cases of defects in building interior tiles that occur due to limitations of existing tile adhesives and construction methods were collected, and among them, the relationship between the coefficient of thermal expansion and the occurrence of defects was analyzed. One-way ANOVA was used for the analysis method, and as a result of the analysis, it was analyzed that the difference between groups in temperature difference and humidity difference by defect type was significant.

공동주거단지 조경식재공사의 하자실태와 개선방안 연구 (A Study on the Status of Defect of Landscape Trees Its Improvement Plan at the Apartment Complex)

  • As the quality of life improves, people want to live in more pleasant environment with beautiful trees, clean air and water. They are keenly interested in environmental issues as well as living environment of apartment which is a trademark of modern life. With this situation, the function and roles of landscaping trees have been recognized as a critical factor to improve living environment. As people have asked for more demands on those trees, it has raised more issues on the defect of trees and is required the solution to those issues. So, the purpose of this study was to survey the reasons of defects and find out those solutions. The data on defects in 1990s was referenced to the reports issued by SH Corporation in 1994 and 1997. The data on defects in 2000s are collected from March, 2006 to May 2006 based on the survey for apartments already constructed by Korea Housing Corporation. The results of the survey were shown that, in the year of 1994, landscaping trees causing high rate of defects were Acer buergerianum (92%), Pinus densiflora(85.7%), Celtis sinensis(80%), Cydonia sinensis(75%) and Diospyros kaki(66.6%), and in the year of 1997, landscaping trees causing high rate of defect were Ziziphus jujuba(100%), Cornus alba(65.2%), Diospyros kaki(60%), Thuja occidentalis(60%), and Metasequoia glyptostroboides(42%). And, in the year of 2006, landscaping trees causing high rate of defect were Sophora japonica(100%), Taxus cuspidata(80%), Magnoila quinquepeta (75%), Acer palmatum(62.5%) and Ginkgo biloba(50%). Because the reasons of defects were various according to the conditions including the climate, location, time and landscaping trees carried into the work area, we present the problems and solutions to those defects. Since the landscaping trees are living creatures, the factors of defects were various and complicated according to the site condition. So, in the period of warranty, contractor should designate the tree manger who can recognize the situation and take suitable action within timely manner.
