The purpose of this study is to analyze the job of the security and secretary, to offer useful basic data throughout human resources management by withdrawing the ability required from the security and secretary based on the analyzed results. In this regard, this study intended to look into the job of the security and secretary, the necessary ability for the job of the security and secretary. To achieve the research goals, the study selected the research participants, composed of 5 secretaries for security with more than 5-year careers after graduating from a security and secretarial service department in a college and conducted an in-depth interview with them concerning their jobs. The in-depth interview data from the 5 participants was applied with a classification analysis used by Spradley (1980). In order to enhance the dependability and validity of the research, the study held an expert meeting composed of 2 persons with a doctoral degree in securities service studies and 1 person with a master's degree in secretarial information studies, twice. Also, the study drew results concerning the job of the security and secretary and the necessary ability of the job. Though the above process, the following conclusions were drawn; the job of the security and secretary includes the areas of job safety, a housing residence job, a health care job, an interpersonal relationships job, an assistant' s job, document and office works, general affairs, and an education job. The necessary ability for the job of the security and secretary involves martial arts abilities, risk management ability, the strict keeping of secrets, decision-making ability, information processing ability, foreign language proficiency, understanding other cultures, communications skills and office work ability.
This study investigates the different characteristics (mainly of community life) in representative intentional communities, between the ecovillage and cohousing, since the different purpose of the establishment of the community might result different characteristics. The study method is data analysis: the analysis material is Community Directory, A Comprehensive Guide to Intentional Communities and Cooperative Living (Rutledge, 2005). Of 750 listed communities, 397 (211 ecovillages and 186 cohousings) communities were analyzed. The findings of the study reveal that there are clear differences of community life between ecovillages and cohousings even though two communities are regarded as similar intentional communities. The similarities between the two communities are as follows: 1) Those mostly distributed in the USA, and established before 2000. 2) Dominant size of intentional communities is less than 20 residents and 20 houses. 3) They make decisions in consensus. 4) They eat together very frequently; at least once a week or more. 5) Shared work is required. The differences between the two communities are as follows: 1) They have different aims of establishment. For instance, ecovillage focus more on eco-living, while cohousing focuses more on the cohousing idea. 2) There are more female residents in cohousings than in ecovillages. 3) There are more cohousings in urban areas with a smaller area of land, contrary to that there are more ecovillages in rural areas with larger areas of land. 4) There are less identified leaders or leadership core groups in cohousing than in ecovillages. 5) Income sharing is more common in ecovillages than in cohousings. According to there findings, it is evident that a different purpose of establishment result in different characteristics of community life even though those belong to the similar category of the intentional community. Recently, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport presented the '6th Construction Technology Promotion Basic Plan' and 'Smart Construction Revitalization Plan (2022.7.20)'. Off-Site Construction (OSC), which involves construction and production of PC (Precast Concrete) and Modular, etc., has advantages in shortening the construction period, reducing costs, improving quality, reducing construction waste, and reducing safety accidents. However, the construction cost is high compared to the traditional RC construction method, which has hindered its utilization and spread. In this study, OSC utilization was improved. An economic analysis indicator and methodology that can support decision-making in the planning and design stages for multi-unit housing were proposed. The factors used in the economic analysis of OSC (based on the PC method) of apartment houses were reviewed. As for the indicators used in the cost and benefit section, 'Construction Period', 'Disaster Occurrence', 'Waste Generation', and 'Greenhouse gas Emission', which reflect the technical advantages of OSC, were derived. In addition, a scenario analysis was conducted based on actual apartment housing case data for the presented economic analysis indicators and benefit calculation standards. The level of benefit that offsets the difference between the existing RC construction method and the construction cost was reviewed. In future studies, it will be necessary to conduct additional case studies to apply the measurement criteria for detailed indicators and supplement the benefit indicators.

The price determinant for land investment depends on the internal information process and subjective decision making by management in general. Accordingly, the systematic frame to determine the feasibility of investment price to the public residential land for multi-housing development by private sector has not been proposed. The purpose of this study is to explore the frame to determine the investment price for public residential land from the perspectives of land attribute and apartment market factor. Multiple regression has been implemented to confirm the eligibility of proposed model. Research findings indicate that the land area, floor area ratio, coverage ratio, location have been identified as the total land cost determinant, and for the determinants for floor area land cost, the ratio of apartment, sale price, rent price, etc, have been identified. This research intends to provide the basis for land providers to predict the land value as a raw material in market and present the indicators for land buyers to review the price adequacy for the investment.

The aim of this research is to analyze the items of the Secondary School Teacher's Placement Test(SSTPT) which was submitted for 8 years from 2009 to 2016 according to' detailed criteria of SSTPT'. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, according to the analysis of items which were covered for the last 8 years, it was found that there was little difference between the evaluation area, the evaluation content elements, and the questionnaires since the questions presented in the 12 items of 12 evaluation areas and 42 of 43 evaluation contents. Second, each of the items in the 8-year questionnaire are as follows. Home economics and education 93 times (32.7%), dietary life 43 times (15.2%), family life 41 times (14.4%), clothing 41 times (14.4%), housing life 34 times (12.0%), consumer life 31 times (11.3%). This shows that there is not a large difference between the basic curriculum subjects of the content education and the ratio of question items. Third, the content elements of evaluation categorized by frequency of questionnaires for 8 years are as follows. Home economics and education mainly covers 'the methodology of teaching and learning,' Family life, 'human development,' Consumer life, 'the understanding of household economics and financial management' and 'consumer decision making,' Dietary life, 'cooking principle and practice' and 'management of dietary life,' Clothing life, 'clothing and household goods production,' Housing life, 'the understanding if residential living.' Based on these results, all the areas set in the evaluation area and content should be treated equally, and qualitative item analysis is necessary from a microscopic point of view.
Urbanization can be remarkable affected flood, pollutant loading, ecological system, and green infrastructure by distortion of hydrologic cycle. In order to mitigate these problems in urban, Low Impact Development(LID) technique has been introduced and applied in the world. SWMM model was calibrated with sets of field monitoring data and applied for calculation of runoff and pollutant loading in Asan-tangjung LID city under 2016 rainfall. Runoff reduction of watershed and catchment basins were showed efficiency 12.2% and 62.0%, respectively. Reduction of COD and TP loading also high efficiency in catchment basins were evaluated 74.9 and 71.4%. The results of this study can be used effectively in decision making processes of urban development project by comparing watershed runoff and pollutant reduction by designs of sort of LID technique, LID volume and location.

Because of their nature as public facilities, demands that former military facilities be utilized for the public welfare are increasing, thereby leading to an increase in cases in which these military facilities are reestablished as parks. Cases in which former military bases were reestablished as public parks were analyzed; as a result, several implications were derived. First, the objectives of public park projects should be examined from the perspective of the concept of urban regeneration and regional revitalization. Moreover, it is necessary that profits are yielded and that regional identity and history are reproduced through reusing existing facilities as much as possible rather than entirely remodeling former military sites. As parks become larger in size, bases should be reorganized into complexes rather than single facilities or programs. It is also necessary that parks be established in stages considering the enormous expenses required for building public parks. Consequently, because the special characteristics of military facilities can lead to insufficient on-site investigation in the process of establishing parks, thereby incurring a vast amount of costs for design adjustment and contamination disposal, this should be considered in advance. A method of delegating the development rights to partial sites to private businesses and supplementing the costs of park establishment and maintenance with development benefits should be examined. In addition, given that there are various interests and stakes in former military bases, a method of operating a public-private cooperative decision-making organization during project execution should be considered. Finally, policies related to urban parks need to be improved in order to raise funds, expand profitable businesses, facilitate social services and sponsorship, and encourage the participation of trusts and non-profit organizations in park operation and management.

Though the upper stream basin area of Gwanpyung-Cheon in Daejeon, Korea is protected as Green Belt Zone, the stream is under constant environmental pressure due to current agricultural practices and infrastructure development in its basin area. To develop appropriate integrated water resources management plan for the stream, it is necessary to consider not only water quality problems but also water quantity aspect. In this study, Storm Water Management Model (SWMM) was calibrated and validated with sets of field measurements to predict for future water flow and water quality conditions for any rainfall event. While flow modeling results showed good agreement by showing correlation coefficient is greater than 0.9, water quality modeling results showed relatively less accurate levels of agreements with correlation coefficient between 0.67 and 0.87. Hypothetical basin development scenarios were developed to compare effect on stream water quality and quantity when Low Impact Development (LID) technologies are applied in the basin. The results of this study can be used effectively in decision making processes of urban development Gwanpyung-Cheon area by comparing basin management alternatives such as LID methods.

With an increasing trend toward high-rise modular construction, the simultaneous use of tower cranes at a modular construction site has recently been observed. Tower crane layout planning (TCLP) has a significant effect on cost, duration, safety and productivity of a project. In a modular construction project, particularly, poor decision about the layout of tower cranes is likely to have negative effects like additional employment of cranes and redesign, which will lead to additional costs and possible delays. It is, therefore, crucial to conduct thorough inspection of field conditions, lifting materials, tower crane capacity to make decisions on the layout of tower cranes. However, several challenges exist in planning for a multi-crane construction site in terms of safety and collaboration, which makes planning with experience and intuition complicated. This paper suggests a multi-objective optimization model for selection of the number of tower cranes, their models and locations, which minimizes cost and conflict. The proposed model contributes to the body of knowledge by showing the feasibility of using multi-objective optimization for TCLP decision-making process with consideration of trade-offs between cost and conflict.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the core content of consumer area from 1st to 2009 revised middle school Home Economics textbooks with the aim of proposing guidelines. An in-depth content analysis was conducted twenty two Home Economics textbooks that have been used in middle schools, beginning with the first curriculum until the revised 2009 curriculum with word cloud. The major findings of this study were as follows; First, the first period of the textbooks emphasized thrift-related concepts such as budgeting and saving money. The second and third period in Home Economics textbooks focused on household work and resource management. From fifth period, the content of textbooks were emphasized learning how to find relevant information and making rational decisions as a consumer. The 2007 revised and 2009 revised period in Home Economics have focused on rational decision-making by adolescents, while taking into account environmental considerations. The content of textbooks now introduces students to the notions of ethical consumerism and eco-friendly consumption across domains such as clothing, food, and housing. The curriculum and content of textbooks in Home Economics should emphasize the concepts related to ethical consumption.
