We study cosmological shock waves in and around protoclusters at cosmic noon in the Horizon Run 5 Simulation (HR5), one of the world's largest hydrodynamic cosmological simulations. We select the local peaks of X-ray luminosity at z=2.5-3 in the HR5 lightcone volume as protocluster candidates. We find shock waves with Ms > 1.3 within the virial radii of the HR5 protocluster candidates by applying several shock-finding algorithms based on the Rankine-Hugoniot jump condition. We compare the properties of shock waves from different shock-finding algorithms.

In this paper, we describe reconstructed 3D-urban modeling techniques for laser scanner and CCD camera system, which are loading on the vehicle. We use two laser scanners, the one is horizon scanner and the other is vertical scanner. Horizon scanner acquires the horizon data of building for localization. Vertical scan data are main information for constructing a building. We compared extraction of edge aerial image with laser scan data. This method is able to correct the cumulative error of self-localization. Then we remove obstacles of 3D-reconstructed building. Real-texture information that is acquired with CCD camera is mapped by 3D-depth information. 3D building of urban is reconstructed to 3D-virtual world. These techniques apply to city plan. 3D-environment game. movie background. unmanned-patrol etc.

Given that time series are used in various fields, such as finance, IoT, and manufacturing, data analytical methods for accurate time-series forecasting can serve to increase operational efficiency. Among time-series analysis methods, multi-horizon forecasting provides a better understanding of data because it can extract meaningful statistics and other characteristics of the entire time-series. Furthermore, time-series data with exogenous information can be accurately predicted by using multi-horizon forecasting methods. However, traditional deep learning-based models for time-series do not account for the heterogeneity of inputs. We proposed an improved time-series predicting method, called the temporal fusion transformer method, which combines multi-horizon forecasting with interpretable insights into temporal dynamics. Various real-world data such as stock prices, fine dust concentrates and electricity consumption were considered in experiments. Experimental results showed that our temporal fusion transformer method has better time-series forecasting performance than existing models.

This study attempted to compare and analyze metaverse platforms according to their functions. The five metaverse platform was selected and comparatively analyzed through in-depth interviews with experts. As a result of the research, first, Roblox allows you to create and customize your own avatar, provides studio functions for free, and allows you to enjoy private games with friends. Second, Zepeto can create an avatar with one selfie and provides a creative studio function. Third, in Fortnite, it is possible to create in-game characters, purchase and wear items provided in the game, and play games with friends in Creative Mode. Fourth, in Gather Town, networking with users in virtual space is possible, and your own avatar customization and desired virtual space template are provided. Finally, Facebook Horizon participates in the virtual world Horizon with its own avatar that you decorate yourself, and it can function as a world builder, and you can set up a billboard in virtual reality or a virtual store. The value of this study provided a theoretical basis that can be applied to the future industry through the characteristics of the metaverse platform.

The price-dividend ratio is one of the most frequently used financial variables to predict long-horizon stock return. However, the persistency of the price-dividend ratio is found to cause the spuriousness of the stock return prediction regression. The stable relationship between the stock price and the dividend, however, seems to weaken after World War II and to experience structural break. In this paper, we identify a structural change in the cointegrating relationship between the log of the stock price and the log of the dividend. Confirming a structural break in 1962, we subdivide the sample and apply the fully modified estimator to correct for the nonstationarity of the regressor. With the subdivided sample, we exercise the nonparametric bootstrap procedure to derive the empirical distribution of the test statistics and fail to find return predictability in each subsample period.

History is not only Hegel's philosophical subject, but it corresponds to his entire system of philosophy. Because his system of philosophy is a description of the self-movement of spirit and 'world history' reveals the overall movement of spirit. Hegel's 'historical and philosophical standpoint' goes through the description of his entire system, and this tendency is more and more reinforced towards the later Hegel. If it is reasonable to find the corresponding relationship between Hegel's system of philosophy and 'world history', the relationship between 'objective spirit' and 'absolute spirit' must be systematically unraveled in the horizon of world history. The world-historical perspective in 'objective spirit' has the limit to consider 'modern European nations' as a final destination. On the contrary, world history that acts as a mediator in the transition from 'objective spirit' to 'absolute spirit' makes it possible to jump in absolute horizon by recognizing limitations of nation states and avoiding specific and limited conditions dialectically. So what is revealed through the study of 'world history' in Hegel's system of philosophy is that in the view of 'absolute spirit' of art, religion, philosophy 'political state' is not the end that all mankind should aim at. Therefore, it is undesirable only to criticize Hegel's philosophy of history as 'Eurocentrism'.

They too, have awakened miserably to comprehend their self worth and entity while bearing the torch of Globalization. The shed of globalization have not only sprinkled capitalistic or mercantilist but even countries like China - once a hardcore communist country is also not remaining untouched with it. Albeit, the Dragon responding affirmatively to the hot current of Globalization yet their way is un-orthodoxical, strange and inventive. This case study discussed on major areas where India, the largest democracy in the world and six largest economy in the world are facing steep competition from China.

Under the influence of postmodernism, modern writing tends to refuse an immediate conveyance of messages achieved by linear, unified writing. Such writing does not attempt any social participation and has no leading ethics, offering diverse perspectives. It simply relies on material property ignoring the 'here and now'. This discussion depends on the sensuous immediacy of works that are pure and uninterpretable, causing the "death of author" phenomena. Although the time was late, since the 1990s, discussion and work on deconstructive theater has been executed in the Korean theater world. This deconstructive work was achieved when lineal narratives were shattered through the shocking insertion of fragmentary episodes and imagery. Moreover, such plays were shocking presentations of severance in conversation; lack of communication; loss of pride and love; and a world devastated by violence and madness. In the 2000s, such a movement helped form a new paradigm in the theater through reinterpretation and parody of traditional dramas, while drawing general attention to postmodern theater. However, as the problems of postmodern theater are perceived through study, the limit of plays with a postmodern tendency is pointed out: such plays merely display 'deconstruction'. This thesis will examine reflective thought on postmodern theater seeking "deconstruction without alternatives" and the aesthetic concept of "le politique" by Jacques Ranciere. It will also look through the overlap of images as interval-estrangement, "lettre morte", and simulacre representing mise-en-scene aesthetics weaving "political writing". This study is meaningful in that it tries to extend the new aesthetic horizon of Korean theater, examining in 2009 and by Koh Sun-Woong in 2011, directed by Park Chung-Hee in 2010 and directed by Park Keun-Hyung in 2009.

According to most of energy sector experts, at least in the next two decades, fossil energy plays important role in fulfilling required energy in the world. Based on these conditions, the investigation of the conditions of major countries providing natural gas in the world can be useful in analysis of future development of this clean fuel. According to the latest estimations of British Petroleum Company, Iran with 18.2% natural gas reservoirs has the first natural gas reservoirs in the world. The main purpose of this paper is developing scenarios of gas industry in Iran. To achieve the mentioned goals, besides investigation of existing methods of scenario design and existing production scenarios, natural gas export and consumption in Iran and the world in 2035, the most important scenarios of gas industry in Iran are formulated by critical uncertainty analysis approach using quantitative advanced time based impact analysis in 2035 horizon.

This paper is to explore meaning and horizon of global education and its relationship with geography. Firstly, the paper clarifies what means the term 'global' used instead of 'world' to education and geography education and the aims of global education. Then a case of UK and USA the paper follows the origin and flow of global education, and examines the characteristics of their global education. Finally, for global education and its relationship with geography education it discusses the importance and need of global education though geography, and which contribution geography can to global education as one of cross-curricula themes.
