최근 들어 공공부문 정보화에 대한 투자가 기존보다 증가하는 추세이다. 초고속 인터넷과 스마트폰 보급이 일반화되었으며 그에 따라 공공부문 대국민에게 제공하는 정보시스템의 안정성은 무엇보다 중요한 관리요소가 되었다. 즉, 공공기관의 민원 처리와 증명서 발급, 은행의 금융 거래, 통관 업무, 개인 또는 기관의 전자상거래 등과 같은 업무가 대부분 온라인 처리로 이루어지고 있다. 그렇기 때문에 중요 민원 업무를 담당하고 있는 정보시스템에서 발생되는 장애를 어떻게 처리하느냐가 매우 중요한 쟁점으로 대두되고 있다. 즉, 짧은 시간이라도 정상적으로 동작하지 않는 장애의 경우 민원에게 재정상 큰 손해를 유발 등과 더불어 해당 업무처리 지연 시 다양한 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 이는 공공기관 신뢰도 하락과 민원 제기 등의 여러 가지 피해를 동반할 수 있다. 정보시스템 장애가 발생하는 이유들은 매우 다양하고 현실적으로 발생 시기를 예측하기 힘들다. 본 논문에서는 장애에 대응하는 여러 가지 방안 중에서 민원인 입장에서 홈페이지 장애 발생 시 민원인이 장애로 인한 혼란을 최소화할 수 있는 장애상황공지 시스템 구축방안을 제안하였다. 제안한 장애상황공지 시스템을 공공 IDC환경에 구축하여 활용 가능성을 보였다.

본 연구는 4차 산업혁명과 포스트 코로나 시대를 대비한 인천글로벌캠퍼스 도서관의 종합운영계획 수립을 위한 기초연구로, 인천글로벌캠퍼스 학생을 대상으로 현재 도서관의 현황 및 만족도, 수요도 조사를 실시하고 이를 기반으로 향후 종합운영계획수립 방향을 제안하고자 하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째 장서의 경우 지속적인 장서 확충을 위한 중장기적 계획이 필요하며, 특히 전공 관련 장서 확충이 필요할 것으로 보인다. 둘째 서비스의 경우, 이용자들의 연구단계별 맞춤형 정보서비스, 연구자 맞춤정보서비스, 학과전담 연구지원서비스 등을 제공하여 이용자들의 연구를 지원해야 하며, 정보활용교육프로그램 제공이 필요하다. 셋째, 공간 부분의 경우, IGC 이용자들은 학습 및 연구 공간에 대한 요구도가 매우 높게 나타나, 향후 공간 재구성을 통해 이용자들이 원하는 교육 및 관련 공간 개선이 필요하며, 학습 공간 확대와 더불어 토론 및·협업 활동, 세미나, 휴식 등 학생들의 삶과 밀접한 장소로서의 창의 협업 공간 확대도 필요하다. 마지막으로 홈페이지 및 정보시스템과 관련하여 홈페이지 활성화를 위해서는 가장 우선적으로 홈페이지 내에 이용자들이 원하는 다양한 콘텐츠 및 최신성을 갖춘 자료 확충이 필요하며, 이와 함께 국내 전자저널 및 DB 제공 계획이 이루어져야 할 것으로 보인다.

본 연구는 국립중앙도서관에서 제공하고 있는 근대문학서비스의 이용현황 및 만족도를 조사하고, 이를 기반으로 서비스를 활성화 시킬 수 있는 방안을 이용자의 요구를 기반으로 모색해 보고자 하였다. 그 결과, 이용자의 근대문학 서비스에 대한 이용률은 매우 저조한 것으로 나타났고, 이용경험자의 이용만족도는 보통으로 나타났다. 따라서 이용률과 만족도를 높이기 위해서는 첫째, 현재 제공되고 있는 근대문학 서비스에 대한 적극적인 홍보가 요구된다고 할 수 있다. 둘째, 전시 및 관람 정보에 대한 홍보는 근대문학자료 이용자로의 직접적 발로를 제공하고 있으므로 다양한 형태의 전시, 관람 행사의 진행이 필요한 것으로 보였다. 셋째, 응답자들은 도서관 홈페이지, 포털사이트, SNS 등 온라인을 통한 홍보 매체가 효과적인 홍보방법이라고 하였으나, 저학력과 고연령층에서는 오프라인 매체를 통한 홍보방법을 선호하고 있어 홍보매체의 선정에 있어 심도 깊은 논의와 고민이 필요할 것으로 보인다.

최근 인터넷 상에서는 SNS(Social Network Service) 시장 쟁탈전이 불붙고 있다. SNS는 사람과 사람을 연결하는 커뮤니티형 회원제 서비스 또는 이러한 서비스를 제공하는 웹 사이트를 말한다. 이러한 온라인 마케팅의 도구인 SNS를 활용하는 업체들이 증가하고 있고, 온라인 마케팅 활성화가 경쟁업체와의 차별화 전략으로 각광받고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이런 SNS를 활용한 기업의 온라인 마케팅 사례를 분석하여 프랜차이즈 기업의 마케팅에 활용하는 방안에 대해 연구하였다. 그래서 과, 페이스북 사례를 바탕으로 프랜차이즈 기업의 마케팅에 적용할 수 있는 방법으로는, 첫째, 개인 및 프랜차이즈 기업, 단체의 홈페이지로서의 역할, 둘째, 관심사 관련 커뮤니티, 공동체 모임의 조직화 수단으로서의 역할, 셋째, 점포나 본사의 위치를 알려주는 위치 지도 도구로서의 역할이다. 또한, 트위터를 프랜차이즈 기업의 마케팅에 적용할 수 있는 방법으로는, 첫째, 프랜차이즈 기업 및 브랜드 홍보로서의 역할, 둘째, 오프라인 영업의 한계를 트위터를 통해 극복할 수 있고, 셋째, 프랜차이즈 기업 및 브랜드의 기획과 개발의 역할이다.

안드로이드는 구글이 만든 모바일폰용 OS이다. 안드로이드의 등장으로 모바일 개발 공동체 양상을 바꾸어 놓았으며 현재 수많은 모바일용 프로그램이 안드로이드 플랫폼 기반으로 제작되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 위치 기반 서비스를 이용한 안드로이드 플랫폼 기반 모바일 교통 정보 시스템을 제안 개발 한다. 개발된 시스템의 주요한 특징 및 기여도는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 모바일 기반의 교통 정보 시스템 프로그램으로써 공간의 제약을 받지 않는다. 둘째, 기본적인 정보제공 외에도 전화, 홈페이지 바로가기 기능을 사용할 수가 있다. 셋째, 사용자 스스로가 자신이 자주 찾는 장소의 정보를 입력할 수 있도록 한 사용자 맞춤형 프로그램이다. 개발된 시스템의 성능평가는 안드로이드 SDK 1.5용 AVD(Android Virture Device)를 사용하였다.

최근 인터넷 환경에서 보안 서비스가 중요시 되면서 SSL/TLS의 사용은 행정기관뿐만 아니라 개인 홈페이지에서도 증가되고 있는 추세이다. 또한 IETF는 사물인터넷 환경에서도 제한된 성능과 자원을 가진 디바이스들이 보안기능을 위해 사용할 수 있도록 DTLS의 적용을 제안하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 LEA알고리즘을 구현하고 이를 OpenSSL 상에 적용 하였다. 그 결과 구현된 알고리즘은 AES 등과 같은 다른 대칭키 알고리즘들과 비교했을 때 연산 속도에 있어 우수한 성능을 보임을 확인 하였다.

Objectives of this study are to investigate transition history of pharmacist license examination in Korea and to compare three suggestions for new examination system proposed by National Health Personnel Licensing Examination Board, Korean Association of Pharmacy Education, and Korean Pharmaceutical Association. Future task to help the examination system meet global standard is also discussed. Regulations on the examination system were retrieved from the sources posted in Ministry of Government Legislation homepage. Efforts devoted by the three organizations to make amendment on the regulations were collected from reports, official documents, minutes, and handout materials issued by the organizations. Ministry of Health and Welfare made amendment on the examination system in 2013 by rearranging the existing natural science-based eleven subjects to two subjects along with addition of a new subject named clinical-practical pharmacy. Unfortunately, however, the amendment stipulates that the new subject should include manufacturing and quality control of pharmaceuticals as part of contents in the examination. It is strongly urged that the contents of the examination should focus on professional competency as pharmacist in clinical situation. Future task to make revision on this issue is warranted to help new pharmacist enable to provide pharmaceutical care service to patients.

Purpose: This study aimed to provide an overview of the present status of start-up literacy. Methods: The study selected literature from KoreaMed, RISS (Research Information Sharing Service), KISS (Korean studies Information Service System), KISTI (Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information), Ovid-MEDLINE (Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online), Embase, and Cochrane Library DB. Start-up curricula were collected from the homepage of nursing schools in Korea and the USA. Their contents were searched using Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) platforms; KOCW, K-MOOC, and Coursera. Results: Fifteen articles were selected through a systematic literature review. The main themes of nursing start-up were "driver," "barrier," "required competency," and "importance of education." The courses contained business planning, finance, marketing, leadership, and entrepreneurship. The main contents of MOOCs were similar. Conclusion: The results indicate the necessity to develop multi-scope nursing start-up education programs. Nursing start-up models integrated with appropriate business knowledge and skills in health care settings are needed. This study can be used as a guideline to design start-up education programs in nursing.

In this study, five women's fashion shopping mall companies were selected as the subjects based on the number of searches per month for analyzing website design of online shopping mall for women in their twenties. Design characteristics are divided into three aspects such as structural, visual, and customer service, and the results are as follow. First, from the structural perspective, the main navigation area and global navigation area of most shopping malls are arranged at the top center, and below them, the main image, the banner area, and the content area are arranged in order. Looking at the visual aspect, the logo is mostly written in a black text, the colors used on the main page were only one or two colors such as pink-based, gray-based, and red. Finally, from the customer service aspect, most shopping malls were encouraging buyers to place celebrity sponsorship, videos using products, self made products, and best products in the banner area. The results of this study are to present the direction of design for the founders who intend to operate the women' fashion shopping mall in future, and provide basic data for online shopping mall design research.

The purpose of this study was to establish the housing welfare delivery system in Incheon. Documentary research and content analysis methods and survey were used in this study. Data drawn from internet homepage of each community center, gu-office and city hall in Incheon. The major results of this study are as follows. 1) Related works of housing welfare are housing welfare facility management, self helf center, support service of housing life, residential environment management 2) Housing welfare delivery system consists of city, gu-office, community center order. There are many problems that the lack of experts and department of housing welfare and inconsistent works. 3) There should be optimize the related works of housing welfare in order to increase of efficiency of works and to prevent overload to public servant. 4) Housing welfare delivery system needs to co-work through collaborative network in order to realize welfare society. And each main groups have to establish their horizontal relationships.
