지역주민의 건강증진을 위한 인터넷 금연 강화 프로그램 개발 (Development of Internet Information Push-Delivery System Design of Smoking Cessation for Health Promotion)

  • 본 연구는 전남 곡성군 주민을 대상으로 지역사회 주민의 흡연율을 감소시키고, 금연 희망자의 금연 의지를 강화시키기 위해 2002년도에 개발된 곡성군 금연 클리닉의 '금연 개인관리 프로그램'을 중심으로 흡연 욕구 및 금연 장애요인에 대처하고, 금연 실천을 독려할 수 있는 금연 강화 프로그램을 개발하였으며, 프로그램의 지속적인 관리를 위해 지역 보건소가 수행의 주체가 되는 금연정보 지원시스템을 구축하는데 그 목적을 두었다. 본 연구의 중심이 된 '금연 개인관리 프로그램'은 지역 주민들에게 금연관련 정보 및 금연 기술을 제공하고, 금연에 관한 자기 통제력을 강화시키기 위해 개발된 인터넷 금연 프로그램이다. 그러나 '금연 개인관리 프로그램'은 참여자의 자발적인 행위를 원칙으로 하기 때문에 금연행위 유도 및 지속적인 금연 유지에 취약성을 지니고 있다. 따라서 이러한 단점을 보완하기 위해 성공적인 금연이 이루어질 수 있도록 개인별 금연실천을 돕기 위한 금연 강화 프로그램인 인터넷 금연 푸쉬 서비스를 개발하였고, 이에 관한 효과평가를 수행함으로써 프로그램의 문제점을 보완하기 위한 단계별 개선방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 금연 푸쉬 서비스를 활용한 금연 강화시스템은 개인별 금연실천을 돕기 위해 회원 가입이 이루어진 당일부터 금연 푸쉬 서비스가 제공되도록 설계하였으며, 모든 금연 푸쉬 서비스는 금연도전 프로그램의 단계에 맞추어 전자메일을 활용하여 제공되도록 고안하였다. 또한 각 단계별로 일정 형식에 따라 하루 1회씩 프로그램 참여 일정에 맞추어 제공하도록 설계하였다. 둘째, 금연 의지를 강화시키기 위해 금연 압력 메시지 및 경고 메시지, 성공 메시지를 개발하였으며, 금연 압력 메시지는 '금연 개인관리 프로그램' 에서 작성된 각 단계별 개인 정보를 활용하였고, 이전 단계에서 수립된 금연전략의 재확인 및 활용수준을 점검할 수 있도록 구성하였다. 셋째, 금연 푸쉬 서비스를 활용한 금연 강화 프로그램 및 운영 시스템을 평가하기 위해 군청 공무원 및 보건의료원의 보건직 공무원 중 흡연자로서 금연 강화 프로그램에 참여를 희망하는 10명으로 평가단을 구성하였으며, 1개월 간 시범 운영을 수행하였다. 넷째, 금연 강화 프로그램에 관한 내용 및 접근형식을 평가한 결과, 참여자의 기록 분량, 내용의 난이도. 시각적 효과의 불충분이 문제점으로 지적되었으며, 이를 개선하기 위해 참여자 중심의 기록방식을 클릭중심의 기록방식으로 전환, 참여자의 이해수준의 고려한 내용수정, 그래픽 요인의 추가 및 시각적 효과의 보완, 추구관리를 모듈 개발 등을 대안으로 제시하였다. 다섯째, 금연 강화 프로그램의 운영 시스템에 관하여 평가한 결과, 금연 압력 메시지를 제공하는 금연 푸쉬 서비스와 홈페이지와의 연계성 및 금연 개인관리 프로그램과의 연계성이 문제점으로 지적되었으며, 이를 보완하기 위해 홈페이지와의 링크 작업 개선 및 금연 개인관리 프로그램과의 링크 작업 새선, 휴대폰의 문자서비스(SMS) 기능 활용 등을 대안으로 제시하였다. 여섯째, 금연 강화 프로그램의 향후 단계별 개선방안을 프로그램의 일부 코드의 수정으로 가능한 즉시 개선방안과 프로그램 흐름의 일부 수정, 가감해야 하는 단기 개선방안, 프로그램 흐름의 대폭 수정 및 추가 모듈 개발이 필요한 중장기 개선방안으로 구분하여 제시하였다. 따라서 향후 금연 강화 프로그램을 지원하기 위한 금연자 추후관리 시스템이 구축되어야 하고, 지역 주민의 금연 실천을 독려하기 위한 다양한 컨텐츠가 개발이 선행되어야 하겠다. 또한 이를 지원하기 위해 지역 보건소 실무 담당자의 지속적인 교육 훈련 및 금연 사업을 위한 예산확보, 표준화된 금연사업 관리 지침서가 개발되어야 하겠다.

임신·수유부의 올바른 영양관리를 위한 카드뉴스 형식의 교육자료 개발 (Development of Education Materials as a Card News Format for Nutrition Management of Pregnant and Lactating Women)

  • Objectives: The purpose of the study was to develop a series of education materials as a card news format to provide nutrition information for pregnant and lactating women. Methods: The materials were developed in seven steps. As a first step, the needs of pregnant and lactating women were assessed by reviewing scientific papers and existing education materials, and by interviewing a focus group. The second step was to construct main categories and the topics of information. In step 3, a draft of the contents in each topic was developed based on the scientific evidence. In step 4, a draft of card news was created by editors and designers by editing the text and embedding images in the card news. In step 5, the text, images and sequences were reviewed to improve readability by the members of the project team and nutrition experts. In step 6, parts of the text or images or the sequences of the card news were revised based on the reviews. In step 7, the card news were finalized and released online to the public. Results: A series of 26 card news for pregnant and lactating women were developed. The series covered five categories such as nutrition management, healthy food choices, food safety, favorites to avoid, nutrition management in special conditions for pregnant and lactating women. The satisfaction of 7 topics of the card news was evaluated by 140 pregnant women, and more than 70% of the women were satisfied with the materials. Conclusions: The card news format materials developed in this study are innovative nutrition education tools, and can be downloaded on the homepage of the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety. Those materials can be easily shared in social media by nutrition educators or by pregnant and lactating women to use.

국내(國內) 인터넷 패션 쇼핑몰의 E-mail 마케팅 현황(現況)과 효율적(效率的) 활용방안(活用方案)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) (A Study on the Present E-mail Marketing Status and Its Effective Utilization Methods on Local Internet Shopping Malls)

  • This study looked into the present status of e-mail marketing, which is conducted in local Internet fashion shopping malls and is being used as a one-to-one marketing method in the e-CRM concept so as to establish an effective e-mail marketing policy by grasping problems based on the current status and by presenting solutions to the problems. This study analyzed the e-mail letters received during a certain period of time by 30 professional Internet fashion shopping malls of with famous goods, brands and non-brands. Four individuals subscribed to shopping mall through the procedure for membership applying for e-mail services. The analysis showed that there were no shopping malls that were doing a differentiated e-mail marketing among Internet shopping malls. As for time factor, they were sending e-mail letters irregularly regardless of a certain cycle. And as for visual factor, they didnt have any standard for the content of the mail. As for content factor, the contents of their mail were not differentiated and all the same. The comparison of fashion malls showed that the brand shopping malls were the most active in e-mail marketing. On the basis of the problems, the direction for the effective e-mail marketing of Internet shopping malls are presented as follows: First, individualized contents fitting for customers should be developed, and differentiated mailing services should be provided thereby. Second, each shopping mall should make periodic tests of mailing to find out the optimal time and day to provide e-mail services to the customers at the designated time. Third, e-mail should be differentiated fitting for the website according to a certain on a certain standard for visual effects and the identity of shopping mall should be established. Firth, in the contents of e-mail, the image and message elements should be properly harmonized and creative policies should be made with interactive or recreational elements. 웹기반 운동역학 수업 모형 개발 (Development of the Web-based Sports Biomechanics Class)

  • 웹기반 운동역학 수업 모형 개발을 위한 가이드라인을 제시하기 위하여 2002년 5월 현재, 각종 인터넷 검색엔진을 통해 국내외 대학에서 실시되고 있는 30개의 운동역학 강의 사이트를 대상으로 분석하였다. 사이트의 접근성 및 개방성, 강의의 구성요소 및 기능, 수업용 소프트웨어의 활용 등으로 구분하여 심층적으로 분석하여 현황 및 문제점을 파악한 후, 효과적인 웹기반 운동역학 수업 모형 개발을 위한 방안을 항목별로 제시하였다. 30개의 사이트 중에서 패스워드를 요구하는 사이트는 단 1곳으로서 대부분의 가상강의가 개방적인 형태를 취하고 있었다. 사이버 강의의 핵심요소인 강의노트를 제공하고 있는 사이트는 17개(57%)로 나타났으며, 강의노트파일의 형식은 PDF 형식이 10개(59%), HTML 형식은 5개(29%), PPT 형식은 2개(12%)의 순으로 나타났다. 웹상에서 과제물을 부여하는 사이트와 성적을 게시하는 사이트는 각각 14개(47%)로 나타났다. 웹상에서 수업자료를 직접 또는 링크의 형태로 제공하는 사이트는 11개(37%)로 나타났다. 질의/응답 게시판이 웹상에서 제공되는 사이트는 단지 4개(13%)에 불과한 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 운동역학 실험용 웹 소프트웨어를 제공하는 사이트 역시 4개(13%)에 불과한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 위의 결과를 토대로 홈페이지 설계, 강의노트, 수업 참여도 측정, 공동연구 시스템 구축, 운동역학 실험용 웹기반 소프트웨어 개발 등의 항목별로 효과적인 웹기반 운동역학 수업모형 개발을 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

위식도역류질환 한약제제 임상시험 가이드라인 개발을 위한 관련 국내 가이드라인 분석 및 기존 한약임상시험과의 비교 (An Analysis of the Existing Guidelines and Clinical Trials for the Development of the Guidelines of Clinical Trials with Herbal Medicinal Products for Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD))

  • Objectives: This study aimed to learn what should be considered in the Guidelines of Clinical Trials with Herbal Medicinal Products for Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) by analyzing the existing guidelines and clinical trials.Methods: The development committee searched the existing guidelines for herbal medicinal products or GERD. Then, clinical trials related to GERD using herbal medicine were selected. The chosen trials were analyzed in terms of their inclusion and exclusion of participants, intervention, comparators, outcome, and trial design. Then, we compared the results of the analysis according to the regulations and guidelines of the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety to suggest the issues that we will have to consider when developing the Guidelines of Clinical Trials with Herbal Medicinal Products for Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD).Results: As a result, few guidelines for GERD and clinical trials with herbal medicinal products were located in the national institution homepage. In addition, 8 articles were found using the following combination of search terms: “Gastroesophageal reflux disease”, “GERD”, “herbal medicine”, “herbal therapy”, “Korean Medicine”, “Traditional Chinese Medicine”, and “TCM”. Even though all trials had their own unique research questions, all studies were performed using a randomization method. Most trials included participants with reflux esophagitis, but two trials targeted proton pump inhibitor-refractory GERD. The type of intervention varied, such as decoction, granules, and capsules. Additionally, individualized herbal medicines were used in two studies. Comparators were diverse, such as placebo, Western medicine, and electro-acupuncture. The most frequently used outcome for efficacy was the effectiveness rate. In addition, the outcome for evaluating quality of life, esophageal mucosa and pressure, esophageal acid reflux, and recurrence rates were used. Safety was investigated by recording adverse events and carrying out laboratory tests.Conclusions: We identified some issues by reviewing the existing guidelines and comparing them with clinical trials for GERD and herbal medicinal products. These results will be utilized for developing the Guidelines of Clinical Trials with Herbal Medicinal Products for Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD).

  • Current information-oriented society is expanding rapidly with the huge change to our society from the information revolution emerged in mid '50s. Information technique such as computer, communication satellite and cable technology play their in this information-oriented society, and in 1980s, digital technique was adopted to media, inviting new phenomenon in communication of overall society. Expectations and hope for new trends and changes from digital era flourished when we entered into new Millenium, the 21st century. Since then we have gone through changes in years from analogue to digital. Now the word 'digital' is conceived in unified manner in almost every fields and influences overall society, changing our life pattern rapidly. Modern society had demanded some speedy and bidirectional communication tool in shifting digital era, and resulted from that was a new culture, Now the society changes more and more quickly under the speedy information sharing. From that perspective we need to establish the aspects of sensibility expression, which is one feature of the communication. The sensibility-oriented digital was originated from the human nature, which counts emotion and composure much. To satisfy the human nature a new cultural value which transcend a traditional one is needed. And the sensitivity expression to meet the need is one communication tendency in digital era. Digital era has totally different social qualities from that of analogue era. In digital era, prompt respond to rapid change and creativity combined with sensitivity are needed. Therefore a man with sensitivity would be more outstanding than a man of intelligence. The picture of digital and analogue in our society consists of two axis one is analogue axis like retrospective trend, admiration for nature , oriental thought etc. , and the other is the digital axis of internet and information technology. Sensibility can be widely interpreted as analogue thinking. It is surely different from the plain retrospective trend or nostalgia for past. It is a tendency that digital technology is used and cooperated with the emotion in human nature, In this paper we suggest the sensitivity expressions in detail through the study cases including both sides of digital and sensitivity expressions such as 'Bravo your life' advertising campaign of Samsung Insurance, MP3 advertising campaign, and 'Mini-homepage' of Cyworld. Under the circumstances the main direction of communication is oriented to human. This study's purpose is to think the true meaning of this digital era, to overcoming its weaknesses, such as over-dependency on technique and selfish individualism and to harmonize digital and sensitivity expression. The sensitivity-oriented expression than the reason-oriented one is expected to be put forth in whole media, and this is a more efficient tendency under the shifting digital era.

국제저널 육성 방향과 전망: KODISA Journals를 중심으로 (Strategic Approaches to Solid Ranking International Journals: KODISA Journals)

  • Purpose - The purposes of this editorial review are twofold: firstly, to introduce the four flagship international journals of the Korea Distribution Science Association(KODISA): the Journal of Distribution Science(JDS), the Journal of Industrial Distribution & Business(JIDB), the East Asian Journal of Business Management(EAJBM), and the Journal of Asian Finance, Economics and Business(JAFEB), and secondly, to identify the direction of the KODISA journals and the roles and responsibilities of the editors of the KODISA journals. Research design, data, and methodology - To achieve the goals, firstly, this review paper addresses the current progress of the four KODISA journals: JDS, JIDB, EAJBM, and JAFEB. Secondly, this paper defines the aims and missions of the four KODISA journals. JDS publishes the articles of examining past, current, and emerging trends and concerns in the area of distribution science and economics, logistics and SCM, transportation, distribution channel management, distribution innovation and information technology, merchandising and procurement, distribution and marketing, consumer behavior, and manufacturing, wholesaling, and retailing. JDS publishes both quantitative and qualitative research as well as scholarly commentaries, case studies, book reviews and other types of reports relating to all aspects of distribution. JIDB publishes the articles of examining past, current, and emerging trends and concerns in the areas of industry and corporate behavior, industry policy making, industrial distribution and business, e-commerce, and service industry. EAJBM publishes empirical and theoretical research papers as well as scholarly commentaries, case studies, book reviews, and other types of reports relating to all aspects of East Asian business and economy. JAFEB publishes original research analysis and inquiry into the contemporary issues of finance, economics and business management in Asia, including Central Asia, East Asia, South Asia, Southeast Asia, and Middle East. The mission of JAFEB is to bring together the latest theoretical and empirical finance, economics and business management research in Asian markets. The audiences of the KODISA journals include higher education institutions, scholars, industry researchers and practitioners, scientists, economists, and policy makers throughout the world. The main mission of the KODISA journals is to provide an intellectual platform for international scholars, promote interdisciplinary studies in social sciences and economics, and become leading journals in the social science and economics category in the world. Thirdly, this paper addresses the current status of indexing in major databases of the KODISA journals, namely: Cabell's Directories, EBSCO, SCOPUS (Elsevier), and Social Sciences Citation Index® (SSCI, Thomson Reuters). Fourthly, this paper identifies the roles and responsibilities of the editors of the KODISA journals as the following: (1) Make sure that the journal be published in a timely manner and in international standards both in print and online versions. (2) Maintain the online homepage of the journal is always accessible to, and (3) Make sure that every article should go through a peer review process that meets international standards. Findings and conclusion - To accomplish the goals and missions of the KODISA journals, the editors of the KODISA journals must work together to publish high scholarly journals that meet international standards of journal publications.

폐암 한약제제 임상시험 가이드라인 개발을 위한 한약제제 무작위배정 대조군 임상시험 고찰 (Analysis of Existing Guidelines and Randomized, Controlled, Clinical Trials for Development of [Guideline of Clinical Trial with Herbal Medicinal Product for Lung Cancer])

  • Objectives: This study aimed to ascertain what should be considered in the "Guideline for Clinical Trials with Herbal Medicinal Products for Lung Cancer" by analyzing the existing guidelines and clinical trials. Methods: The committee searched guidelines and clinical trials about herbal medicine for lung cancer. The searched trials were analyzed in terms of inclusion and exclusion of participants, intervention, comparator, outcomes and trial design. Then, we compared the results of our analysis with the guidelines to identify the issues we will have to consider when making the "Guideline for Clinical Trials with Herbal Medicinal Products for Lung Cancer". Several guidelines for anti-tumor agents and clinical trials with herbal medicine were searched on the national institution homepage. The search terms were as follows: 'lung neoplasm', 'herbal medicine', 'Medicine, Korean traditional', 'Medicine, Chinese Traditional' etc. Results: There was no guideline for clinical trial with herbal medicine for lung cancer. In addition, 7 articles were searched through database searching. All the participants had non-small cell lung cancer. The type of intervention was decoction. Comparators included conventional treatments such as chemotherapy. The outcome measurements used in the studies were quality of life, tumor response, and survival duration, etc. Safety was evaluated by recording adverse events and blood test. Conclusions: Findings were made by reviewing existing guidelines and comparing them with clinical trials for lung cancer and herbal medicinal products. These results will be utilized in the development of "Guideline for Clinical Trials with Herbal Medicinal Products for Lung Cancer".

The types of interventions were also various and included decoctions, powders, intravenous fluids, intraperitoneal injections and gargles. Comparators used included placebos and conventional treatments. The outcome measurements used in the studies were quality of life, symptom score, tumor response, and survival duration, etc. Safety was evaluated by recording adverse events. Conclusions: Findings were made by reviewing existing guidelines and comparing them with clinical trials for colorectal cancer and herbal medicinal products. These results will be utilized in the development of the "Guideline for Clinical Trials with Herbal Medicinal Products for Colorectal Cancer".

중장년층의 활동적 노화 정책 및 사업 연구: 서울특별시50플러스 사례를 중심으로 (A case study on active aging policies and programs of middle-aged and elderly people at The Seoul50Plus Foundation)

  • 본 논문의 목적은 중장년층의 활동적 노화를 지원하기 위하여 첫째, 서울특별시50플러스 정책 및 사업사례를 분석하고, 둘째, 분석 결과에 근거하여 활동적 노화와 평생학습을 추진하기 위한 정책 및 사업의 방향을 제안하는 것에 있다. 연구방법은 단일 사례연구를 활용하였으며, 사례의 분석틀은 정책 및 사업의 배경-환경, 이념-목표, 주체-대상, 과정-영역의 4가지로 접근하였다. 분석 자료는 서울특별시50플러스 정책 및 사업 관련 연구보고서와 관련 연구 자료, 재단 실무자의 간담회 발표 자료를 활용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 정책 및 사업의 배경·환경에서는 고령사회로의 환경 변화 대응은 정책의 필수적 요소로 나타났다. 정책이념-목표에서는 '새로운 인생비전 창조'의 이념과 활동적 노화를 위한 일자리창출, 사회적 참여, 인생설계 측면의 3가지 측면의 정체성 접근이 주로 이루어지고 있다. 주체-대상측면에서는 정책의 실행 주체는 서울50플러스재단, 50플러스캠퍼스, 50플러스센터의 체계적인 3단계로 구성되어 있으나 대상은 50+세대(50~64세)로만 제한되어 있고, 희망자만 참여하는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 과정-영역 분석에서는 중장년층의 특성에 맞추어 교육지원, 일·창업 지원, 상담정보 제공, 신노년문화 창조 활동 등의 프로그램이 연계적으로 부가가치를 높이도록 설계되어 있다. 향후 제언으로는 정책 및 사업은 중장년층의 특성에 맞추고, 지역의 산업과 대학 등과 연계하여 추진하며, 대상자의 확대가 필요하고, 사업 간 가치를 높이기 위한 연계가 필요하다.
