사고발성법과 언어분석을 활용한 TV 홈쇼핑 광고의 효과측정 연구 (A Study on the Effectiveness Measurement of TV Home Shopping Advertising Using think aloud and linguistic Analysis)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 TV홈쇼핑 광고를 시청하는 동안 일어나는 심리적 반응을 언어적 형태로 수집하고, 수집된 언어자료를 분석하여 광고효과의 측정 가능성을 탐색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 주부와 여자 대학생 40명을 대상으로 긍정평가 광고와 부정평가 광고를 시청하는 동안 나타난 심리적 반응을 사고발성법을 이용하여 언어자료의 형태로 수집하고, 자기보고식 측정으로 광고효과변인들과 광고반응 변인들을 측정하였다. 수집된 언어자료를 KLIWC를 이용하여 분석하여 긍부정평가 광고 간의 차이와 자기보고식 변인들 간의 상관을 살펴보았다. 검증결과, 긍정평가 광고와 부정평가 광고 간에 심리사회학적 변인뿐만 아니라 언어학적 변인에서도 차이가 나타났다. 또한 KLIWC의 다양한 변인들과 광고효과 변인들(구매자극도, 광고태도, 제품태도, 구매의도) 그리고 광고반응 변인들 간에 상관이 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 사고발성법과 KLIWC의 언어분석을 이용하여 TV홈쇼핑 광고 효과를 측정할 수 있는 가능성과 심리적 반응 프로파일을 구성할 수 있는 가능성을 시사하여 준다.

  • The purpose of this study is to explore emotion aspects of consumers purchasing clothing through cable television home shopping. Qualitative research method is used to widely understand how emotion aspects of consumers have effected on their purchasing behavior. The results of depth interviews may be classified into 13 feelings factors satisfaction, pleasure/delight, respect, attraction, fresh, convenience, unburdened, emptiness, displeasure/temper, anxiety, tedious, distrust, regret. The content of information acquiring from the process of clothing purchase decision making is analysed. In the problem recognition stage, purchase motivation were physical space (around people) and imaginary space(by how clothing goods are introduced to consumers thorough TV monitor). In the information search stage, purchasing action patterns to search information were situational pattern and habitual pattern. In alternative evaluation stage, the considering best important factors to choice clothes were quality, price, design, and color. In purchase stage, consumers said they felt anxiety, because of characteristics of purchase way that they should pay first and then received the ordered goods a fews days later. In post-purchase behavior stage, if consumers satisfied goods purchased through TV home shopping, they recommended it to around others, but unsatisfied with ordered goods, they tried to refund, exchange with anther one, or write it on homepage of the home shopping company.

  • A Smart TV device is either a television set with integrated internet capabilities or a set-top box for television that offers more advanced computing ability and connectivity than a contemporary basic television set. In recent years, there has been a popularity rose up on Smart TV (Smart Television) usage at home. This paper present the intelligent production status boards using features and functions of smart TV in shop floor. With the proposed status boards, we can reduce installation and operating costs of the existing production status boards. In addition, This article present the system that can line monitoring without equipments as CC TV.

PC 통신 및 인터넷 이용자의 통신판매를 통한 의류제품 구매성향 (The Apparel Product Purchasing Tendency of PC Communication and Internet Users in Home Shopping)

  • The purpose of this study were : 1) to examine the apparel product purchasing tendency of PC communication and internet users in home shopping 2) to analyze the difference of apparel product purchasing tendency accordint to consumer factors. The data was administered to 160 subjects who had communicated the PC communication and internet. And the data was collected from May through August in 1998. SPSS package was used for analysis and the following methods such as Means Percentage Frequencies Factor analysis Crosstabulation analysis t-test and one-way ANOVA, The results of this study were as follows : 1) The users of PC communication and internet were young and high-education level and a metropolitan area dwellers. They received a purchase offer through catalog PC communication and internet cable TV and paid out credit card Experience to purchasing apparel product of home shopping was very low but intention to purchasing was relative high. item that consumer wanted to buy using home shopping were casual clothing and fashion goods which were not important to fit and without regard to style. 2) Between purchasing apparel product of home shopping and mainly consideration factors were shown to have the significant differences according to age residential quarters whether or not marriage. income level. A metropolitan area dwellers the low-age unmarried and the low-income groups thought much of convenience shopping time and effort's saving. A person of the higher-income and the married thought much of the facility of an exchange or returned goods. A region dwellers were to purchase a speciality product or gift goods. 3) Between purchasing apparel product of home shopping and satisfaction degree were shown to have significant differences according to sex whether or not marriage education level an occupation. The woman than the man was satisfied with the benefit of the shopping time and effort's saving. And the unmarried than the married was satisfied with the benefit of the home shopping's convenience. The higher-education level than the lower-education level was satisfied with the quality guarantee of the product.

  • This paper presents a signal processing IC for digital HDTV, which is designed to operate in bunt-in HDW or in HD-set-top Box. The chip supports de-multiplexing an ISO/IEC 13818-1 MPEG-2 TS stream. It decodes MPEG-2 MP@HL video bitstream, and provides high-quality scaled video for display on HDTV monitor. The chip consists of ARM7TDMI for TS-Demux, PCI interface, Audio interface, MPEG2 MP@HL video decoder Display processor, Graphic processor, Memory controller, Audio int3face, Smart Card interface and UART. It is fabricated using Sam sung's 0.18-um and the package of 492-pin BGA is used.

  • With Internet of Things (IoT) technology, home environment becomes smarter than ever. Not only smart devices such as smart phone or smart TV, but also various IoT devices including sensor, smart thermostat, and smart scale has now become very common on the market. These devices have connectivity to the Internet, so that user can read data from the device or control the device using Internet technology. However, due to diversity of smart home requirements, device collaboration in smart home remains a challenging task still. Usually smart home is built with various technologies to fulfill its own purpose, and these purposes cover very wide area from controlling low-power sensor devices to controlling high-performance devices like smart TV and smart phone. This variety of smart home requirements makes smart home very complicated due to mixed network architecture, protocol and technology. In this paper, a framework to enable managing and collaborating heterogeneous IoT devices in smart home environment is proposed. Several programming models are defined in the proposed framework to make application development for heterogeneous devices more intuitive. The proposed framework has been implemented as a web service, and a case study with real-world smart home IoT devices is presented.

  • During recent years, various studies have demonstrated that indoor chemical pollution causes health problem and also negatively affect the performance of work by occupants. Building materials have been concerned as indoor chemical sources. Some of guidelines and certification system has been developed and resulted as dramatic decrease of harmful indoor chemicals such as formaldehyde and volatile organic compounds. Also, Home furniture and electrical devices has been concerned as one the primary influence the indoor chemical concentration in residential spaces. It is found that various kinds of electric home appliances have a significant source of chemical emission in indoor environments. In this study, the methodologies of detecting harmful chemicals from various kinds of products has been developed with large chamber measurement system and suggest some of the evaluation method for the chemicals from the home appliances as TV sets.

  • Home Entertainment system is recently being offered by Home Theater & Smart TV with contents service. Also, console game is being played in the media like in TV. The usage of 4D as the main technology in entertainment industry has mostly been limited in Theme Park, Amuse Park, Theater, and contents for Movie and Animation. Some simulation systems for game has been developed but they were made mostly by using electric or hydraulic motion system which cause high power consumption and have a restriction of place for install. The paper is attempted to build Home Entertainment system which makes users feel realistic contents by developing 4D systems for Home Entertainment rather than before. 4D control S/W in which user can insert and edit 4D effects on contents of all areas such as game, movie, and broadcasting is developed. Also, built-in pneumatic cylinder in 4D system which can be easily controlled and managed in home is developed.

TV 포털 미디어 사례 연구 -하나 TV의 콘텐츠 이용 실태를 중심으로- (Case Study of Hana TV as TV Portal)

  • 하나 TV로 대표될 수 있는 TV 포털은 인터넷 종합 포털 미디어와 유사한 기능을 가지고 있을 뿐만아니라, 다운로드 파일 소비의 특성을 지니고 있다고 할 수 있다. 따라서, 이 연구에서는 하나 TV가 지니고 있는 TV포털로서의 특징이 콘텐츠 구성 및 실제 이용에 있어서 어떻게 전개되는지 살펴보고자 했다. 연구 대상은 하나 TV의 월간 접속률과 콘텐츠 요청 건수 등이며, 연구 방법으로는 기존 자료에 대한 2차 분석과 월간 시청 빈도와 콘텐츠 요청 건수에 대한 빈도 분석을 실시했다. 하나 TV의 콘텐츠 유형별 시청 빈도와 콘텐츠 요청 건수를 분석한 결과, 하나 TV시청자들이 현재 가장 많이 시청하고 있으며 향후에도 보기를 희망하는 콘텐츠 유형은 지상파 방송 프로그램인 것으로 나타났다. 이는 하나 TV가 지상파 방송의 보완 매체로 기능할 가능성이 높다는 것을 의미한다. 이에 따라 향후 케이블 TV 및 인터넷 '다시보기' 서비스와의 직접적인 경쟁이 예상된다.
