  • 본 논문은 다양한 홈네트워크의 미들웨어간의 연동 서비스를 위한 구조를 설명한다. 최근 홈네트워킹 개념이 정립됨에 따라 다양한 매체(IEEE1394, USB, PLC, TP, IRDA, BLUETOOTH 등)를 지원하는 다양한 정보가전 디바이스가 나오고 있고 이들을 제어하기 위한 Jini, Havi, LonWorks 등의 홈네트워크 미들웨어가 거론되고 있다. 홈 내에 다양한 미들웨어를 지원하는 정보기기, 백색가전 제어기기, AV 기기 등의 디바이스들 사이에 가능한 서비스를 미리 살펴보고 이를 지원하기 위한 환경을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 설계한 홈네트워크 미들웨어 연동 서비스는 다양한 매체를 홈서버에서 수용하여 중앙 집중적인 연동 서비스가 가능하도록 구축하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 홈 네트워크 환경에서 사용자 개개인 선호도에 맞는 홈 네트워크 서비스를 제공하는 ACS(Automatically Control System)를 제안한다. 제안된 시스템은 댁내에 홈 서버와 사용자의 위치를 식별할 수 있는 RFID Tag, 홈 네트워크에 연결된 가전기기들로 구성한다. 홈 서버에는 등록된 사용자 선호도 프로파일과 각 디바이스들로부터 사용자 개개인의 사용현황 등을 데이터베이스로 구축하고, 그 정보를 분석하여 사용자 개개인의 선호도에 따라 댁내 가전기기들을 자동 설정하고 자동 제어하는 서비스를 제공한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 홈네트워크 서비스 환경에서의 사용자 맞춤형 디바이스 제어 솔루션을 제공하기 위해 디바이스 제어와 관련된 사용자 선호도 스키마를 정의하고, 이를 기반으로 한 프로파일 관리 기법을 제시하였다. 나이, 성별, 직업 등과 같은 사용자 개인정보에 대한 스키마와 향기, 온도, 조명, 바람 등에 대한 선호도 스키마를 포함하는 가전 디바이스 제어와 관련된 다양한 요소들에 대한 스키마를 XML로 정의하였으며, 사용자의 인터랙션이나 프로파일 정보 입력을 통해 사용자 선호도 정보를 획득하여, 단방향의 수동적인 단일 디바이스 제어가 아닌 여러 개의 디바이스를 최적으로 제어할 수 있는 사용자 맞춤형 홈서비스 환경을 제시하였다.

  • UPnP(Universal Plug and Play) 홈네트워크에서 무선랜은 위치에 상관없이 쉽게 설치하여 사용할 수 있어 사용자에게 편의성을 제공 하지만, AP(Access Point)는 해킹을 통한 MAC 주소 및 SSID(Service Set Identifier), WEP(Wired Equivalent Privacy)의 암호를 쉽게 알 수 있어 보안에 취약하다. 또한 UPnP 는 TCP/IP 를 사용하는 인터넷 표준과 기술을 기반으로 하고 있고 HTTP, UDP, SSDP, GENA 등의 표준 프로토콜을 사용하기에 보안 대책에 취약점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 댁외에서 UPnP 홈네트워크에 사용되는 AP 를 해킹하고, 해킹한 AP 정보를 이용하여 UPnP 홈네트워크의 디바이스 정보를 취득하고, 댁내 컨트롤 포인트(Control Point)를 해킹하여 MAC 주소 및 IP 주소를 댁외 컨트롤 포인터로 변조하여 UPnP 홈네트워크 디바이스를 제어하는 실험으로 UPnP 홈네트워크 보안의 취약점에 대해 분석한다.

  • 최근 급속도로 확산되고 있는 스마트폰 기반의 SNS(Social Network Service)들은 정보수집 및 의사소통, 혹은 엔터테인먼트 기능 제공을 통해 사용자에게 유용한 도구로 자리 잡고 있다. 본 논문에서는 홈 네트워크 기반의 에너지 관리 시스템을 이용하여 사용 그룹간의 경쟁심을 유발할 수 있는 모바일 SNS를 설계하고자 한다. 이를 위해, 소셜미디어의 기능 블럭을 토대로 에너지 관리를 위한 서비스 요구사항을 정의하고, 에너지 절약을 유도할 수 있는 모니터링 요소를 추출하여 그룹 간에 에너지 소비량을 실시간으로 공유할 수 있는 SNS를 설계한다. 이는 단순한 정보의 확산 및 수집을 목적으로 사용하는 SNS가 아닌, 장기적인 경제효과와 에너지 절약이라는 공익성까지 갖춘 새로운 목적의 SNS 개발을 의미한다.

Study on development of the remote control door lock system including speeker verification function in real time (화자 인증 기능이 포함된 실시간 원격 도어락 제어 시스템 개발에 관한 연구)

  • The paper attempts to design and implement the system which can remotely check visitors' speech or Image by a mobile phone. This system is designed to recognize who a visitor is through the automatic calling service, not through a short message, via the mobile phone, even when the home owner is outside. In general, door locks are controlled through the home Server, but it is more effective to control door locks by using DTMF signal from a real-time point of view. The technology suggested in this paper makes it possible to communicate between the visiter and the home owner by making a phone call to tile home owner's mobile phone automatically when the visiter visits the house even if the home owner is outside, and if necessary, it allows for the home owner to control the door lock remotely. Thanks to the system, the home owner is not restricted by time or space for checking the visitor's identification and controlling the door lock. In addition, the security system is improved by changing from the existing password form to the combination of password and speaker verification lot the verification procedure required for controlling the door lock and setting the environment under consideration of any disadvantages which may occur when the mobile Phone is lost. Also, any existing problems such as reconnection to tile network for controlling tile door lock are solved by controlling the door lock in real time by use of DTMF signal while on the phone.

Distributed Archiving Protocol between the Medical Sensor Nodes for the Home Health Service (홈 헬스를 위한 메디컬 센서노드의 분산보관 프로토콜)

  • Medical data sampled through medical sensor nodes can provide services properly only when the data are not lost even during the fault of a home health gateway. The loss of medical data can be minimized if a sensor node, in which it is expected that there are the most saving spaces, is selected after medical sensor nodes tentatively conduct local save or communicate with each other during a fault when data cannot received. Furthermore, efficient saving techniques are necessary since the cycle for sampling information is different according to the type of medical data and a space for distributed saving is different for each apparatus. So, this research suggests an efficient distributed archiving protocol (DAP) for medical data sensor nodes, each of which has a diverse sampling cycle. In order to confirm the usefulness of DAP, DAP between sensor node and gateway was designed and materialized. An experiment was conducted using the materialized program and earned a high level of recovery rate (99.3%) and of accuracy rate, which confirms that sensor nodes can play their role during a temporary fault.

Exploring Recipients' Experience with the Home-based Rehabilitation Program Based on CBR Model through In-depth Interviews

  • Purpose: This study was conducted in order to explore self-perceived objectives, effects, determinant factors of satisfaction and demands on home-based rehabilitation service (HBRS) based on a community-based rehabilitation (CBR) model in community-dwelling disabilities. Methods: This research was conducted through in-depth interview. HBRS was conducted by four physical therapists for one hour a day, once a week, for eight weeks. After an eight-week intervention period, in-depth interviews were conducted using a semi-structured questionnaire for five recipients of HBRS and six care givers. Results: For the physical effect, some participants experienced positive effects, whereas others did not due to the short-term intervention period. For the social and emotional effects, 'occurrence of motivation for exercise', 'change of surroundings' and 'sorriness for the therapist' emerged as keywords. For the determinant factors of satisfaction, 'movement-inducing therapy', 'therapy from the specialist', 'development of friendship & social network', and 'learning the way of self-rehabilitation' emerged as keywords. For further demands on HBRS, participants stated that 'sufficient time for therapy', 'user opinion-reflected therapy', 'additional instructions for therapeutic exercise & activities of daily living', and 'active promotion for HBRS' were necessary. Conclusion: Participants were satisfied with the physical, social, emotional, and educational aspects of HBRS. In particular, the participants regarded educational aspects as the significant factor throughout self-perceived objectives, determinant factors of satisfaction and the demands. This result suggests that when providing HBRS to community-dwelling persons with disabilities, therapists should recognize the necessity and significance not only of the physical, but also the educational aspect of HBRS.

Development of augmented reality based IoT control platform using marker (마커를 이용한 증강현실 기반 사물인터넷 제어 플랫폼 개발)

  • In order to realize a smart home, a new type of service that converges the two technologies is required as a method to overcome the respective limitations of augmented reality and IoT technologies. Augmented reality recognizes objects and projects augmented content with the recognized objects on the screen. This technology mainly uses image processing methods such as markers as a method for recognizing objects. In this paper, an augmented reality-based IoT control platform using markers was developed. By defining a marker unique to the object, a unique identifier displayed on the camera was distinguished. A smart home system was implemented by calling a controller to control things. The proposed system receives state information of objects through symptom reality and transmits control commands. The proposed platform was verified by manipulating household lights.

  • The basic idea of IoT(Internet of Things) is interconnection and cooperation with a variety of things in real life such as Radio-Frequency Identification(RFID) tags, sensors, mobile phone, etc, through internet. IoT technologies which applied to these fields consist of sensor network technology and middleware, application. Currently, IoT technology is applied to various fields such as health care, home care, automotive, transportation, construction, agriculture, environment, food, and etc, based on its technologies. This paper focuses on discussion of the IoT development trend in game field. In order to achieve this purpose, first, the IoT technologies for game development based on sensor network technology and middleware, application is mentioned. Second, covers serious game and gamification that is expected to be a growing that is expected to be a growing, by applying IoT technologies to the game field. It can help for game developers by using IoT technologies.
