A place for the blind people movement restrictions in place on a relatively equal opportunity of education can not be provided. In this paper, blind people, as well as web access to information on the catch of the blind people and their preference for acquiring information on how to analyze the survey and analyze national and international stories. targeting the blind people Internet using Web Services in a high-speed network system design, training and support services, analyze and exchange information in real-time training program to develop a community, remote from the home education support system to revitalize blind people and would like to contribute to the information service.

We present a new MDA-based Mobile-IPv6 multicast routing algorithm for wirelese service operators to offer Mobile-IP over IMT-2000 service under IMT-2000 network by taking advantage of the existing infrastructure for IMT-2000 multimedia application services. The extended IMT-2000 system architectures use an PDSNs (i.e. IWFs), and the home network (i.e. Internet) backbone and intermediate network are composed of ATM entities. A key feature of the new protocol is the use of MDA(Multicast Delivery Agent) to reduce delivery path length of the multicast datagram. We show that proposed protocol is efficient in terms of various performance measures such as multicast traffic load, multicast related handoff, and average routing length when we implement it using the Mobile-IPv6. Particularly, the number of tunneling and average routing length of datagram are reduced relatively, the multicast traffic load is also decreased.

A ubiquitous network environment is a system where the user can avail of the network's services anytime, anywhere. To establish such an environment, studies continue being conducted on wireless communication technology and mobile terminals. The company that provides such services should have an established system for authentication, authorization and charging for users. This service is referred to as Authentication, Authorization, Accounting(AAA), and its aspects have been consistently studied. On the other hand, existing studies have been promoted with regard to the authentication and efficiency of the mobile terminal. One of the method is that the mobile terminal contacts to the home authentication server through the external authentication server every time it is required and; another one is to use a medium server to provide authentication in the middle between them. Thus, this study aims to determine the best method to use ticketing, where tickets are provided through a mobile terminal, complete with authentication and authorization features. Also, as it uses ticket, it can efficiently provide mobile verification processing.

The 'Anytime, Anywhere' services have been the biggest topic in the recent digital broadcasting research area. The related applications for the Anytime and Anywhere Services are as follows: the personalized broadcasting based on the PVR (Personal Video Recorder) for the Anytime Services, and the DMB (Digital Multimedia Broadcasting), the mobile devices supporting the wireless network and the Second TV and so on for the anywhere services. The personalized broadcasting has been researched on the one of the killer applications in the various broadcasting environment - the ground wave broadcasting, the satellite broadcasting, IPTV and CATV broadcasting suchlike. The applied contents of the personalized broadcasting have advanced from the main contents for the broadcasting to the interstitial contents like advertisements and coupons, the personalized interstitial broadcasting needs to develop the technology about the generation, storing and management of the interstitial metadata. but, the personalized broadcasting has the limitation that the TV environment is somewhat difficult to support the personalized broadcasting individually, because all family usually share the main TV at home. The Second TV is possible to solve the environmental limitation. This paper designs and develops the static set top box at home, the Second TV and their multimedia streaming techniques for the personalized broadcasting of the contents including the interstitial contents.

In related to mobile communication environment. Kesdogan and Pfitzmann[1,2,3] proposed solutions using temporary pseudonym identification, called TP(Temporary Pseudonym) to solve the problems concerning current locations of mobile users and exposure of their movements in the privacy aspect. After that, we proposed more improved method protecting mobile users from active attacks of network providers in [4]. But it is the case that mobile users are located in only home domain. As a more extended method. we propose new mobile terminated protocol protecting user privacy in case of moving from the home domain to the remote domain and analyze its security.

An ubiquitous healthcare monitoring system for elderly person at home was designed for continuous healthy monitoring of elderly person or patients. Human vital signals, such as ECG and body temperature, were monitored by terminal PC or PDA via ECG and temperature sensor nodes on the patient's body. From the ECG data, the heart rate, tachycardia, bradycardia and arrhythmia were diagnosed on the terminal PC or PDA to assist doctor's or nurse's aid or patient itself to monitor the patient's condition and give medical examination. Artificial judgement support system was designed in server computer and the system support a doctor or nurser for management or treatment of the patient. This system can be applied to vital signal monitoring system for solitude elderly person at self house or home health care service part. And this ubiquitous healthcare system can reduce the medical expenses in coming aging or aged society.

Recently, new concept, NP(Network Processor) was emerged into communication systems to cope with the various service requirements from Internet users. NP is an unique promising technique to capable of implementing of the packet processing in wire-speed and providing the flexibility for supporting the newly network services, having satisfied with implementation using hardware and software respectively in past, This paper deals with the implementation techniques and evaluation results of the line card capable to do packet forwarding function with packet processing power of wire-speed and applicable to various physical interfaces. There are several interfaces of POS, Gigabit ethernet and EPON in E-OLT(EPON Optical Line Terminal) system of PATH(Photonic Access To Home) network. Therefore, the E-OLT's packet forwarding engine have to support various subscriber's interface in wire speed. Our system is implemented the subscriber's card in daughter board and the setup procedure is done by system firmware based on the module's identifier acquired from installed physical board.

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of social network sports community consciousness on loyalty and sports attitude. In order to achieve this research purpose, the population of the study was selected as adult men and women over the age of 20 who are active in the social network sports community in 2022. The sampling method used cluster random sampling to select a total of 300 people, 150 men and 150 women, as research subjects. The survey tool used was the questionnaire method, and the questionnaire whose reliability and validity had been verified in previous studies at home and abroad was used by requoting, modifying, or supplementing it to suit the purpose of this study. It was also structured on a 5-point scale. Frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, simple regression analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed on the collected data using the statistical program SPSS Windows 20.0 Version. The results obtained through this process are as follows. First, social network sports community consciousness was found to have a partial effect on loyalty. Second, social network sports community consciousness was found to have a partial effect on sports attitudes. Third, social network sports community loyalty was found to have a partial effect on sports attitudes. Considering these results, various activities such as decision-making process, relationship formation, and opinion expression of modern people are carried out by the O-line community. In addition, while in the past it was a format that led from offline activities to online activities, currently, there are more and more formats that lead from online activities to offline activities. Therefore, modern people's SNS sports community activities provide many experiences, which creates a sense of community and sports attitudes are formed based on this. This can be said to lead to loyal activities.

This paper analyzes vulnerability of each service protocol used in ICT convergence industry, smart factory, smart grid, smart home, smart traffic, smart health care, and suggests technologies that can overcome security vulnerabilities. In addition, we design a service-oriented protocol security framework that allows us to quickly and easily develop security functions in an open environment by defining a security element common to protocols and designing a security module for each protocol layer including the corresponding elements. Service protocol independent security module and specialized security module, it will be possible to develop flexible and fast security system in ICT convergence industry where various protocols are used. The overall security level of the ICT service network can be improved by installing the necessary security modules in the operating system, and the productivity can be improved in the industrial security field by reusing each security module.

In this paper, we have developed a UPnP-OSGi Bundle for digital convergence based on UPnP middleware. UPnP-OSGi bundle is demanded sustaining realtime monitering system based on UPnP middleware that is possible multimedia ability of a piece with a multiplicity of service and joint user data , service lifecycle , management division service for home network system offered convergence service. This bundle is possible a multiplicity of control and monitering service segmentation so develop a multiplicity of service is easy. and provide zero-configuration system.
