This study, targeting Deokbongmaeul, Choonchonmaeul, Hyodongmaeul and Kangsanmaeul, drew the characteristics of history culture resource utilization through the analysis of project plans and performance reports and field surveys. First, Deokbongmaeul is a rural village with scattered Confucian facilities. Ipsanmaeul conforms to Confucian order and has an attractive housing area landscape. Hoechonmaeul has forest landscape and distinguishing intangible recourses like Maeji farmer's music and traditional techniques and legends. Hyodongmaeul shows folk resources and folk behavior like traditional play and techniques. Second, the history culture resources chosen from the project plans focus on intangible history resources like individual historic buildings & structures and customs & traditional techniques. Third, cultural historic village projects are categorized by repair and restoration of historic buildings and structures, development of experience program and building facilities and maintenance and establishing the village landscape elements. From the research results, it is explained that history culture resource utilization methods of cultural historic village project are hard to be expected to have the project results based on the landscape identities of four villages.

The purpose of this study is to investigate priority of cultural-environmental resource using the Analytic Hierarchy Process. Based on survey of expertise, a series of pairwise comparison judgements is performed to evaluate the relative strength or intensity of impact among the elements in the Hierarchy. This Study are applied three kinds of evaluation criteria and 40 kinds of cultural environmental resource. The results of this study are as follows. First, Traditional culture, landscapes, rural community vitality of Agriculture and Rural culture of environmental resources by establishing the concept of a comprehensive classification scheme are defined by the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) and the Rural Amenity Resources Multifunctionality in Agriculture. Second, Experts was considered important to "Continuity of history (43%),"> "Global importance (37%)"> "Notable characteristic (20%)" the order of the ratings on the importance of culture with rural agricultural and environmental resources. This is deemed the most important part of Continuity of history Third, The importance of the cultural and environmental resources comprehensive evaluation of the results, a strong tradition of building traditional sense or a landscape resource most highly were evaluated. and Vinyl greenhouse and warehouse such as agriculture, the current facilities required the relatively compared to other resources very low importance were evaluated. Resources, the importance of this study is judged to be able to be utilized as basic data in the selection criteria for the evaluation of the agricultural heritage.

본 연구는 시민 구술채록의 중요성과 활성화를 강조하고자 한 글이다. 주지하는 바와 같이 우리나라는 1980년대부터 구술사연구가 서서히 시작되었다. 지금까지 연구자에 의한 시민인터뷰, 연구자에 의한 엘리트 인터뷰는 양적으로 꾸준히 증가했다. 그러나 시민에 의한 시민인터뷰는 미미한 수준이다. 2021년부터 문화체육관광부 주관으로 진행하고 있는 "디지털생활사 아카이빙"사업은 새롭고 의미 있는 시도이다. 이 사업은 시민들에게 아카이빙과 구술채록에 대한 교육을 거친 시민들이 직접 인터뷰를 수행하고 기록물을 생산하도록 하는 프로그램이다. 이 사업을 통해 구술기록 생산, 시민의 아카이빙 역량 확보, 지역 문화자원 구축 등의 성과를 내고 있다. 2021년에 이 사업에 참여했던 경험을 바탕으로 성과와 한계를 평가하며 시사점을 살펴보았다. 향후 시행착오를 줄이는 데 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다. 또한 시민 구술기록의 활발한 생산과 활용 방안을 제안하였다. 이를 위해 구술 기관 간의 구체적인 협력과 구술기록 플랫폼도 제안하였다.

본 글은 2018년 김포문화재단에서 주관한 김포시 북변동 스토리텔링 사업을 소개한 글이다. 프로젝트는 지역의 역사와 문화자원을 아카이빙 하기 위해서 수행되었다. 세부 과업으로는 조사, 답사, 구술채록, 스토리 정리, 콘텐츠 활용방안 제시 등이었다. 이와 함께 프로젝트를 수행하는 과정에서 느낀 프로젝트의 한계와 의미, 지역 역사문화자원 발굴의 의미, 지역 아카이브의 필요성을 함께 보고한다.

A city is a type of culture as living styles people have accumulated, In Particular, urban streets are integrated bodies of culture based on regional history and tradition which are easily accessible by people. However, due to insensible expansion policy of current cities, decline of old downtowns which have kept cultural characteristics of each region, hollowing out of the downtowns, expansion of new downtowns which have uniformed characteristics are weakening identities of each region. To overcome such problems, a culture-oriented approach as one of the urban regeneration strategies which have been appeared since 1980s is effective. Life style which has been formed by human activities can be considered as the culture of comprehensive concept and peculiar resources of each region are distinctive culture of each region. Cultural streets in which people can share each other's feeling may influence regional activation through cultural influence while preserving regional tradition and history. Therefore, this study aims to discover spatial characteristics of cultural streets through theoretical examinations on formation of streets in as aspect of urban regeneration and identify their characteristics by analyzed cases of domestic cultural streets.

"한국향토문화전자대전(www.grandculture.net)"은 전국 234개 시군구의 향토문화 자료를 집대성하고 이를 디지털화하여 서비스하는 웹기반의 지식정보시스템이다. 백과사전적 성격과 향토지, 시군지의 성격을 지향하고 있는 향문전은 자신이 사는 지역의 향토문화지식정보와 인간이 어떻게 상호작용할 수 있는가를 보여주는 하나의 사례이다. 디지털전자백과사전인 향문전은 지역의 역사와 문화를 어떻게 담아내고 서비스 하고 있는가? 본 글은 순환형 시스템에 기반한 향토지식 문화콘텐츠의 서비스 현황과 효과에 대한분석이 될 것이다.

Cymbidium is horticulturally important and has been one of the most commercially successful orchid plants as well as cut flowers around the world including Korea. Up to now, a huge number of elite Cymbidium cultivars have been released on the commercial market via cross-hybridization, mutation and polyploidization breeding techniques. To investigate on breeding system in Cymbidium, we inquired the brief history and techniques of breeding and the current status on Cymbidium breeding in Korea. Also, the general propagation process of elite Cymbidium lines via tissue culture should be presented. However, the slow process of conventional breeding and the lack of useful genes in Cymbidium species delays the introduction of new cultivars to the commercial market. To solve these limitations, efficient regeneration and genetic transformation systems should be established in the improvement of Cymbidium breeding program. During the last several decades, some progress has been made in tissue culture and genetic transformation in Cymbidium species. We review the recent status of tissue culture and genetic transformation systems in Cymbidium plants.

Oilseed rape (Brassica napus L.) is an important crop due to its high oil content in the seed. Recently, the demand for the improvement of crop for biodisel energy source is increased as oil prices in the world has increased dramatically. Until now, oilseed rape breeding was carried out by cross-hybridization between different varieties and related germplasms. However, like as many other crops, the application of tissue culture and gene transformation systems has been introduced into oilseed rape breeding program including the development of transgenic canola plants. In this study, we reviewed a history of tissue culture and genetic transformation research in oilseed rape plants and indicated some important aspects for the production of transgenic oilseed rape plants.

The recent disaster of earthquake and tsunami on March 11, 2011 severely attacked East Japanese cities and people, and in addition, the accident of nuclear power station will inevitably damage the agricultural activities there. The economical depression influences on the horticulture and floriculture industry as well, through the reluctant consumption all over the country. Such a situation reflects a conventional perception that the garden plants or ornamental plants have been regarded as a symbol of capitalism, representing the success, luxury, beauty or other metaphors indicating the winners of business war. But as the word "culture" means "cultivation" originally, horti "culture" or flori "culture" should have played some roles in cultivating lands as well as cultivation of human minds, leading to develop a modern "culture" which may lay emphases on personality, originality, partnership, cooperation, diversity and so forth. In this article, a brief history of garden plants in Japan, as well as some current movements in Japanese horticulture and floriculture, is reviewed with some commodities which possess messages on creating a new humane culture.

The archipelago in the southwest sea, Korea, was registered as Shinan Dadohae Biosphere Reserve by United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization Man and the Biosphere (UNESCO MAB) on May 26, 2009. This study was conducted to determine a method of reconciling natural and anthropogenic processes and to enable sustainable development in the vicinity of the Shinan Dadohae Biosphere Reserve (SDBR). To accomplish this, the characteristics of SDBR with respect to biodiversity and cultural diversity were evaluated. In addition, a management plan regarding the wise use of the SDBR was developed while focusing on four parts: cultural support to induce motivation for native conservation and development; development and specification of fisheries and cultivation based on local community systems; restructuring of marine food products and resource transporting systems; activation and discovery of indigenous knowledge to enable networking between local residents, academia and the UNESCO-international society.
