지리정보분석시스템을 활용한 공공서비스로서의 도시공원 입지특성 평가 - 충북 청주시를 대상으로 - (Assessment on Location Characteristics of Urban Park as Public Service Using Geographic Information Analysis System: Focused on Cheongju City)

  • The Purpose of this research was to propose positioning strategies of urban park (UP) based on the assessment of location characteristics at cheongju city. To do that, this research found out urban park service area (UPSA) using GIS network analysis and built socio-economic attribute database, UP map, and other public service thematic maps such as public transportation, education, child-care, and convenience services. And this research analyzed spatial and attribute data using Pearson's correlation analysis, multiple linear regression, and binary logistic regression methods. As a result of this analysis, 1) the nearer neighborhood park and children's park, the higher land price and assumption income level (AIL). 2) children's parks were closed to living convenience facilities such as bank, hospital, and convenience store. 3) land price, AIL, population, and other public services level (PSL) in UPSA were higher than that of non-UPSA. 4) The higher land price, AIL, population, and other PSL, the higher urban park service level. The results of this research may contribute to resolve the regional UP unbalance and to improve UP service level as public service.

수학 예비교사들이 과제의 인지적 노력 수준 변형에서 겪는 오류와 어려움 (Pre-service teachers' errors and difficulties in task modification focusing on cognitive demand)

  • 본 연구는 수학 예비교사들이 과제의 인지적 노력 수준 변형에서 겪는 오류와 어려움을 분석하여, 수학 과제 변형과 관련한 수학 예비교사 교육에 유의미한 시사점을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 24명의 수학 예비교사들을 대상으로 수직이등분선의 성질에 대한 추론 과제를 높은 수준과 낮은 수준으로 변형하는 활동과 이에 대한 반성 및 수정 기회를 제공하였다. 변형 과제를 중심으로 예비교사들이 과제의 수준 변형에서 겪는 오류와 어려움을 분석한 결과, 과제 수준의 판단 관점에서 PNC와 PWC 과제의 구분에 제한된 이해를 보였으며, 과제의 외형적인 요소에 의존하는 간섭 현상을 확인하였다. 과제 수준의 변형 관점에서 예비교사들은 과제의 목표와 수직적 위계를 간과하거나 변형 유형의 편향성을 보였다. 한편 예비교사들은 반성 및 수정 활동을 통해 자신들의 변형 과제의 오류를 인식하고 개선할 수 있었으며, 도구의 범주를 Geogebra를 포함한 공학적 도구로 확장하는 모습을 보여주었다.

서울지역 공공의료기관 간호사의 병동과 병동 외 구분에 따른 직무스트레스와 피로 (Job Stress and Fatigue between Ward Nurses and Non-ward Nurses in Public Medical Institution, Seoul)

  • Objectives: The study was conducted to understand job stress and fatigue conditions by dividing nurses in a polyclinic-level public medical institution, Seoul with more than 600 beds into ward nurses and non-ward nurses and to comprehend sub-areas of job stress that affect fatigue. Methods: A survey was conducted from August 18 2014 to September 12 2014, so 216 cases were analyzed by using PASW statistics 18.0. Results: Job stress of ward nurses is significantly high in the psychological burden of nursing service area and medical limit. Fatigue of ward nurses is also higher. As a result of multiple Linear regression, nursing service area affects fatigue of ward nurses and there is no significant influence factors in non-ward nurses. Conclusion: Therefore, mental health education and interest of hospital in nursing service area are more needed for ward nurses with high job stress and fatigue among nurses.

유치원 친환경급식 실시에 따른 학부모의 인식도 및 유아의 식행동 (Parental Perception and Dietary Behaviors of Preschool Children with Environment-friendly Food Service in Kindergarten)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the differences in households, parental perception, and dietary behaviors of preschool children from kindergartens with environment-friendly food service (environment-friendly food service group; EFG) versus children from kindergartens with general food service (general food service group; GFG). We sought this basic information to examine the impact of environment-friendly agricultural products in preschool food services. Age, education level, and monthly family income of the EFG were significantly higher than the GFG. The frequency of purchasing environment-friendly agricultural products was significantly higher in the EFG than the GFG, with the most frequently purchased items in both groups being vegetables. The GFG had a significantly higher perception than the EFG in the superior quality of environment-friendly agricultural products; however, a greater proportion of the GFG than the EFG thought environment-friendly products were too expensive. The most frequent reason for purchasing environment-friendly agricultural products in both groups was safety. When purchasing environment-friendly agricultural products, the most important selection factor for the majority of both groups was the label certifying quality assurance. Both groups also considered price reduction as essential for promoting environment-friendly agricultural products. In regard to parental perceptions on food service in kindergarten, the EFG had a significantly higher satisfaction with the nutritional adequacy of the menu compared to the GFG. Both groups considered food safety and health as primary reasons for using environment-friendly foods in the preschool food service, with a greater proportion of the EFG than the GFG responding this way. There were significant differences between the EFG and GFG, as the main satisfaction from using environment-friendly foods in the EFG was safety, freshness, and good hygiene, whereas the main satisfaction in the GFG was a good food service menu, freshness and good hygiene. Dietary behaviors of preschool children in the EFG were also significantly superior to the GFG. Thus, environment-friendly agricultural products have positive effects on the dietary behaviors of preschool children and should be increased in the preschool food service. Lowering prices and a strict supervision of quality assurance is also necessary to promote consumption of environment-friendly food materials.

물리치료사의 응급처치 지식 및 교육요구도 (First aid knowledge and education requirements of physical therapists)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the first aid knowledge and education requirements of physical therapists in a clinical setting. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was distributed to 280 physical therapists in Daejeon, Gwangju, and Seoul from July to December, 2016. Using only completed questionnaires, 201 responses were analyzed using IBM SPSS 23.0 program. Results: In the first aid knowledge, time to resuscitate heart after cardiac arrest and sprain had 91.0% and 99.0%, respectively, whereas partial respiratory obstruction and diabetes mellitus had 25.4% and 18.9%, respectively. The subjects working at advanced general hospitals(62.17) had significantly higher scores that those at general hospitals(53.82). The subjects who experienced first aid education(59.16) had significantly higher points that those without first aid education(53.24). Regarding their requirements of first aid education, 64.0% replied that they wanted to learn cardiopulmonary resuscitation and automated external defibrillator, poisoning, burn, and frostbite were low educational requirements. Conclusion: It is necessary to provide repeated first aid training that helps physical therapists in the field have sufficient first aid knowledge and increase that knowledge over time.

Strategic Issue in Higher Education Marketing: How University Students' Perceive Higher Education Services

  • One of the most important service industries that emerged in the last decade is "Higher Education". The most of the higher education institutes involve in marketing efforts to build up a good image, to improve the level of satisfaction of students and the stakeholders, to gain competitive advantage with respect to competitors and as well as to increase their market share. Within this intense competition universities should identify and meet the expectations of students to attract more and to retain the existing students. This study is to gain more insights into the dimensions of satisfaction of the university students and factors that affecting their judgments. SSI educational experience questionnaire is used to identify the importance and performance perceptions of students' in Eastern Mediterranean University among different dimensions and also study find out the difference between importance and performance scores of eleven educational experience dimensions. Results show that "Academic Advising", "Instruction Effectiveness", "Recruitment and Financial Aid" and "Student Centeredness" was very important to students. Study also provides managerial implications as well.

Service Quality in the Distribution of Consumer Attitudes, Word of Mouth, and Private University Selection Decisions

  • Purpose: Research focuses on private universities' professional education in a competitive educational environment. Due to increased competition in the higher education industry, private universities are under pressure to improve their marketing strategies and better understand their prospective students. This study intends to investigate how information sources are used and modified by Indonesian university students when making decisions. Research design, data and methodology: This research is a case study in Riau province, which includes active university students registered in the government database. Data was collected using a questionnaire distributed via Google Forms to students at a private university, and 164 students completed the questionnaire. Results: The results show that the influence of technical quality, functional quality, and image cannot affect word of mouth, and technical quality cannot affect consumer attitudes. The results show that the distribution of high service quality and high image will encourage people to share their experiences by word of mouth to build evaluation attachment in college selection. and found that a good campus image has no direct impact on word of mouth. The spread of an excellent campus image only attracts students to evaluate it. The more talk about the distribution of service quality, the higher the decision to choose the service.

서비스학 학위과정 프로그램개발 연구 (A Design of Service Science Degree Program)

  • 본 연구는 21세기를 선도할 학문인 서비스학을 학위과정 프로그램으로 설계하기 위한 탐색적 연구를 수행하였다. 새 시대는 산업간 융합이 가속화되고 직업의 이동성이 크게 증가하는 시대이므로, 고등교육에서 양성해야하는 인재상도 크게 달라지게 된다. 역량 개발을 통해 자신의 직업을 창조할 수 있는 인재를 양성해야하며, 산업간 경계가 해체된 생태계에서 창조적 주도성을 발휘할 수 있는 인재를 양성해야 한다. 이를 위해서는 기존의 수직적 전공 학과체제에서 수평적 연계전공 체제로의 전환이 요구되며, 서비스학은 이러한 전환을 위한 핵심 프로그램으로서 역할이 기대된다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 신경제사회의 변화를 반영하고 신교육수요를 반영하여 서비스학 학위 프로그램을 설계하였다. 서비스학 프로그램은 독립전공으로서 학위를 수여할 수도 있고, 기존 전공들과의 연계전공으로서 또는 부전공으로서 역할을 수행할 수도 있으므로, 이에 대한 분석을 제시하였다. 서비스학은 세계경제포럼에서 21세기 인재상으로 정의한 역량을 가장 효과적으로 배양하는 학문으로서 역할이 기대되므로, 향후 연구에서 교육 내용과 방법론에 대한 심화 연구가 필요하다.

대학행정 서비스품질 평가 연구 - 6시그마 DMAIC 프로세스 이용 - (A Study on the Service Quality Evaluation of University Administrations - The utilization of DMAIC process 6sigma -)

  • The growth in services has focused issues of service quality both for commercial enterprises and across a range of public services and government institutions. The education sector, in particular, has undergone radical change to meet the needs of its varied constituents. This paper examines key issues in internal service, customer satisfaction, service quality, relational commitment as they apply in one particular education sector. The purpose of this study is to analyze effect of internal service on customer satisfaction, educational service quality. First, In the dimension of internal service, many factors affect internal customer's evaluation for overall satisfaction. They are categorized as five factors; tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy. The results of this study supported the proposed conceptual framework overall. Therefore, we identified that internal service quality is the antecedent of an internal customer satisfaction, and the consequent variables of an internal customer satisfaction are educational service quality, external customer satisfaction. The major findings of this study are summarized as follows. First, some factors(tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy) affected positively internal customer satisfaction. Second, external service quality affected positively educational service quality, external satisfaction. In other words, the more internal customers have experienced internal service, the higher internal service quality deliver educational service quality.

학사경고생이 지각하는 대학교육서비스 질과 대학생활적응, 학습역량 간 구조적 관계 분석 (A Study of the Structural Relationship among the Quality of Higher Education Service, Adaptation to College Life, and Learning Competency Perceived by Students on Academic Probation)

  • 본 연구는 학사경고생이 지각하는 대학교육서비스 질과 대학생활적응, 학습역량 간의 구조적 인과관계를 파악하고자 수행되었다. 이러한 연구목적 달성을 위하여 학사경고생 대상 설문개발 및 온라인 설문을 통해 자료를 수집하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학행정서비스는 대학생활적응과 학습역량에 부적으로 유의한 영향(p<.05, β=.-468)을 미치는 나타났다. 둘째, 교육과정은 대학생활적응을 매개로 학습역량에 정적으로 유의한 영향(p<.001, β=.782)을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대학생활적응은 학습역량에 정적으로 유의한 영향(p<.001, β=.897)을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 학사경고생 맞춤 대학행정서비스 및 교육과정 운영을 통한 대학생활적응 및 학습역량 향상 지원이 필요함을 시사한다.
