고등학생의 우울 및 스트레스와 건강위험행위와의 관련성 (Relationship between Depression, Stress and Health Risk Behaviors among Some High School Students)

  • Objectives: This study aimed to examine the association between depression and stress and health risk behaviors of high school students. Methods : Participants were 1134 high school student. he participants completed the following measures : Youth Risk Behavior Survey (YRBS), CES-D(Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale. Results : The more stress score of male students is high, the score of the problem act on safety was significantly higher. The higher the score depression was significantly higher safety risk behavior score, violent behavior, act tries to commit suicide, smoking behavior, drug use behavior, inappropriate weight loss behavior, irregular eating habit, non-physical activity behavior. The more stress score of female students is significantly high was higher safety risk behavior score, irregular eating habit, non-physical activity behavior. The more depression score of female students is high was significantly higher safety risk behavior score, irregular eating habit, non-physical activity behavior. Conclusions: This study investigated the association between depression and stress and health risk behaviors, and helped in the development of programs to improve the health management ability of high school students.

부산·경남지역 작업환경측정기관의 산업안전보건법 준수 실태 및 준수율 제고를 통한 측정기관 종사자 건강보호 방안 고찰 (A Study on the Compliance of the Occupational Safety and Health Act by Busan and Gyungsangnam-do Province Working Environment Measurement Institutions)

  • Objectives: This study aims to investigate whether working environment measurement institutions(WEMIs) are conducting safety and health education, risk assessment, and oversight of special management materials, and whether working environment measurement and special medical examinations are being conducted as prescribed in the Occupational Safety and Health Act(OSHA). Methods: In of February 2021, a questionnaire was prepared and distributed to 33 WMEIs registered with the Ministry of Employment and Labor(MoEL) in Busan and Gyeongsangnam-do Province. The responses were collected and then analyzed. Results: The findings show that 5 WEMIs(15%) complied fully with OSHA. Risk assessment was conducted by 13 WMEIs(39%) and safety education by 11 WMEIs(33%). Eighteen WMEIs(55%) conducted working environment measurement, and 29 WMEIs(88%) conducted special medical examinations. The implementation rate of the risk assessment in the health industry(85%) was higher than the one in the special technology industry(11%)(p<0.05). The implementation rate of the special medical examination in the examiners(54%) was not as high as the one in the analysts(91%)(p<0.05). Conclusions: The MoEL needs to check whether basic OSHA requirements are being observed during regular inspections by WEMIs. These findings indicate that it is necessary to prepare a plan to improve the rate of compliance with OSHA regulations.

방사선안전관리책임자 보수교육의 현황에 따른 정합성 판단 (Determination of Consistency according to the Status of Supplementary Education for Radiation Safety Management Managers)

  • Medical institutions wishing to install and operate diagnostic radiation generators must complete appointment training within one year of appointment based on the 「Medical Act」 and the 「Rules on Safety Management of Diagnostic Radiation Generator Devices」 which will come into effect on January 1, 2024. Additionally, You must receive supplementary education every three years from the date you received it. The strengthening of safety management for diagnostic radiation generators used in medical institutions means that although the radiation exposure that may occur when using diagnostic radiation generators is low, the risk of carcinogenesis may be higher than previously evaluated. In addition, safety management of diagnostic radiation generators can be said to be an essential requirement because it has been reported that the incidence of leukemia and other diseases is increasing in diagnostic radiation tests. However, the safety management training targets and programs for radiation exposure management operated by other organizations other than diagnostic radiation generators are significantly different. In addition, since the public institutions that are responsible for radiation safety management are divided, there is a risk of duplicative, excessive, and under-administrative application to medical institutions and educational institutions that install and operate diagnostic radiation generators. Therefore, we would like to determine their consistency by comparing domestic and foreign related cases and the provisions of the 「Medical Act」 and the 「Nuclear Safety Act」.

디자인보호법 물품구분표상 B군 의복 및 신변용품 분류체계 개선안 (Problems and Improvements of the Class B Articles of Clothing and Personal Belongings Design Classification under the Korean Design Protection Act)

  • The Design Protection Act of Korea classifies industrial designs into examined-based and unexamined-based articles. For design application and registration under the DPA, applicable product for the design needs to be chosen in order for it to be registered. Clothing and personal belongings under class B in the classification list are subject to unexamined-based articles. A sound and logical classification system will lead to higher administrative efficiency as well as assurance of more convenience for the system users. This paper examines the suitability of the design classification for clothing and personal belongings and purposes to suggest improvements.

보건교육의 국내 연구동향 (Domestic Research Trends in Health Education)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to identify the domestic research trends in health education published in journals and dissertations, and to provide recommendations for quality improvement. Methods: 277 papers published from 1960 to 2009 were reviewed using criteria of analysis. The results were displayed as frequencies and percentages. Results: The contents of the health education were very poor compared with the Health Promotion Act. In health education program developing and evaluation process, papers on the assessment stage occupied the largest portion. In research methodology; the survey study, school field, the questionnaire research tool and inferential statistics were the most applied. Master theses were the largest number. Conclusions: This review suggests that the published papers, in some instances, have been poorly done. However, this study may provide future guidelines for health education research, and it is hoped that higher level research can be accomplished.

개정된 체육지도자 국가자격제도의 쟁점 (The Issues in the Revised National Certification of Sports Coaches)

  • 국민의 직업능력개발 촉진과 인적자원 관리운영의 체계화 및 효율화를 위해 국가자격제도가 도입되어 교육과 노동시장의 연계기능을 강화하고 있다. 국민체육진흥법 제11조(체육지도자의 양성)와 동법 제11조의2(자격검정 및 연수원의 지정 등)는 전문대학과 일반대학의 체육 및 스포츠관련학 전공자의 직업전문성 및 노동시장 진입에 직접적으로 관계된 조항이며, 고등교육기관의 체육계열학과에 관한 법률이다. 이 연구는 2014년 7월 2일 국무회의를 통과한 국민체육진흥법시행령의 체육지도자 국가자격제도에 관한 주요내용을 살펴보고, 핵심 문제를 분석하여 개정의 필요성을 고찰해보고자 한다. 따라서 새로이 개정된 체육지도자 국가자격 제도에 관한 내용중 국민체육진흥법시행령 제8조(체육지도자의 양성과 자질향상) 제2항의 '체육지도자의 자격은 18세 이상인 사람에게 부여한다'의 조항은 삭제되어야 한다. 그 이유는 전문성 향상을 위한 전문화 과정을 제공하는 전문대학과 일반대학이 전국에 분포되어 있기 때문에 또한 전문대학과 일반대학의 교육과 노동시장의 연계성을 높이고 직업전문성을 제공한다는 관점에서 관리운영 되어야 하기 때문이다. 국민체육진흥법시행규칙 12조(연수과정)의 90시간 이상의 연수는 고등교육기관인 전문대학과 일반대학의 전문화 과정이있기 때문에 해당분야 실무자 중심의 보수교육차원에서 보수교육시간과 방법을 유연하게 운영할 필요가 있다.

건강권과 방사선사법 제정에 관한 고찰 (A Study on Enacting the Radiologic Technologist Act for the Civil Right to Health in Korea)

  • [ $\ulcorner$ ]의료기사 등에 관한 법률$\lrcorner$에는 다수 직종을 총괄하여 규정하고 있어 방사선사 업무의 전문성 향상과 방사선의료기술에 대한 국민의 건강권을 보장하기 어렵다. 따라서 방사선사에 관련된 법령을 개별적으로 제정하는것이 요청된다. 개별법으로서 방사선사법은 궁극적으로 국민의 건강증진을 목적으로 하는 방사선사의 책임규제에 관한 법으로 제정되어야 한다. 이를 위해 전문방사선사에 대한 규정을 신설하고 보수교육과 면허관리제도의 강화를 통하여 국민들이 보다 수준 높은 양질의 방사선의료기술을 제공받을 수 있도록 하여야 한다. 또한 방사선사의 역할과 업무를 명확히 규정하여 국민에게 제공되는 의료방사선서비스의 질적 수준을 확보하여야 한다. 정부기관에는 의료방사선정책심의위원회를 두어 의료방사선의 안전관리와 방사선사 인력의 수급, 기타 의료방사선정책에 관한 중요한 사항이 검토되고, 심의되어야 한다. 그밖에 방사선조사선량의 기록, 관리를 통하여 방사선피폭으로부터 국민의 건강보호를 위한 규정도 필요하며, 팀의료의 일원으로서 방사선사의 지위가 보장되어야 한다.

소비재 제품의 제품 추구혜택, 구매체험이 소비자 - 브랜드 관계에 미치는 영향: 화장품 제품을 중심으로 (A Study on the Relationships Among Sought Benefits, Purchase Experiences, and Brand Relationship in Case of Cosmetics)

  • 본 연구는 고객이 화장품을 구매할 때 지각하는 구매체험의 요인들을 Schmitt(1999)가 주창한 전략적 체험 모듈(SEM)을 이용하여 다섯 개 요인(감각, 감성, 인지, 행동, 관계)으로 분류하고, 이들 요인과 고객의 화장품 추구혜택, 소비자와 브랜드간의 관계형성에 관한 일련의 관계를 조명하여 화장품 기업에 전략적 시사점을 제시해보고자 하였다. 연구결과를 살펴보면, 화장품 추구혜택 중 기능성은 구매체험에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 브랜드는 감각과 인지-행동-관계에 유의한 영향을 미치며, 감성에는 유행성만이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 소비자의 화장품 구매체험 중 인지-행동-관계가 소비자-브랜드 관계에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 사랑과 열정에는 감각이 유의한 영향을 미치고, 상호몰입과 친밀감에는 감성이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 남녀 간에는 화장품 추구혜택 요인 중 유행성, 경제성, 기능성에서 유의한 차이를 나타냈으며, 유행성과 기능성은 여자가 남자에 비해 높게 나타났고, 경제성은 남자가 여자보다 좀 더 높게 나타났다. 또한 화장품 구매체험 요인 중 감성과 인지-행동-관계에 유의한 차이를 보이고 있으며, 여자들이 남자들에 비해 높게 나타났다. 마지막으로 화장품 추구혜택 중 기능성은 여자, 남자 모두 감각, 감성, 인지-행동-관계에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 여자는 브랜드가 감각에 유의한 영향을 미치는 반면, 남자는 브랜드가 인지-행동-관계에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로, 화장품기업들은 다양한 국내외 브랜드들이 치열한 경쟁을 하고 있기 때문에 차별화된 경쟁우위를 갖기 위해서는 소비자의 피부에 적합하며 기능적인 화장품을 제공해야 하며, 소비자들이 이를 다양한 구매체험을 통해 구매할 수 있도록 하여 브랜드와의 강한 관계구축에 힘써야 할 것이다.

국방교육체계 정립과 육군대학 군사학 교육체계 발전방향 (A suggestion for reforming defense education system and army college education program in the next decade)

  • The purpose of this paper is to recommend the Ministry of Defense(MOD) for revolutionizing the current defense education system. As an instructor and an education planning officer of the ROK Army College, for last dozen months, the author has been embarrassed whenever tried to figure out what would be the role, functions, and educational goals of the college. In a nutshell, there has not been any general guidance for educating field grade officers. This unbelievable defect mainly comes from the absence of a responsible organization in the MOD. Even though it has the education branch under the department of personnel affairs, it doesn't have capabilities to design and implement the consistent and valuable education policy. Therefore, the development of defense education should begin with reinforcing the organization and functions of the MOD education branch. We need more experts on education( i.e. Ph.Ds of Education) and experienced specialties on defense education so that we could develop the overall guidance for military professional education. In addition, we need to enact the "defense or military education act" in a tentative name. This will ensure the legitimacy and continuity of defense education guidance initiated by the MOD. In a conclusion, it is senseless to think the blueprint for the Army College out until the preconditions mentioned above are matured. We must begin with rectifying the higher educational system.

생태 박물관 전시물과의 커뮤니케이션을 강조한 환경교육 프로그램이 영재학생들에게 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Environmental Education Program Focused the Communication on the Exhibits at the Ecological Museum with Gifted Students)

  • In this study, we developed the environmental education program focused on the communication with the exhibits at the ecological museum applicable to the environmental education for gifted students. For this study, we chose 60 gifted students attending U Institute of Education for the gifted, and classified these students into two groups, then applied newly developed program to the 30 experimental group students, and applied general environmental education program to the 30 comparative group students. Below are the study results: First, the environmental education program focused on the communication with the exhibits at the ecological museum was much effective in increasing environmental sensitivity of gifted students as compared to the general environmental education program. Second, the environmental education program focused on the communication with the exhibits at the ecological museum was much more effective in increasing the willingness to environmental act for gifted students as compared to the general environmental education program Third, the satisfaction of the gifted students about the environmental education program focused on the communication with the exhibits at the ecological museum was higher than the general environmental education program.
