Applications of Si have been increasingly exploited and extended to More-Moore, More-than-Moore, and beyond-CMOS approaches. Ge is regarded as one of the supplements for Si owing to its higher carrier mobilities and peculiar band structure, facilitating both advanced and optical applications. As an emerging metal-oxide device, the junctionless field-effect transistor (JLFET) has drawn considerable attention because of its simple process, less performance fluctuation, and stronger immunity against short-channel effects due to the absence of anisotype junctions. In this study, we investigated lateral field scalability, which is equivalent to channel-length scaling, in Si and Ge JLFETs. Through this, we can determine the usability of Si CMOS and hypothesize its replacement by Ge. For simulations with high accuracy, we performed rigorous modeling for ${\mu}_n$ and ${\mu}_p$ of Ge, which has seldom been reported. Although Ge has much higher ${\mu}_n$ and ${\mu}_p$ than Si, its saturation velocity ($v_{sat}$) is a more determining factor for maximum $I_{on}$. Thus, there is still room for pushing More-Moore technology because Si and Ge have a slight difference in $v_{sat}$. We compared both p- and n-type JLFETs in terms of $I_{on}$, $I_{off}$, $I_{on}/I_{off}$, and swing with the same channel doping and channel length/thickness. $I_{on}/I_{off}$ is inherently low for Ge but is invariant with $V_{DS}$. It is estimated that More-Moore approach can be further driven if Si is mounted on a JLFET until Ge has a strong possibility to replace Si for both p- and n-type devices for ultra-low-power applications.
Recently emotional relationships between industrial products and user experience are getting more attention than ever. However, current user interface design has focused just on the mechanical and logical aspects. This research proposed a new approach to improve user's emotional experience to interface design and introduced storytelling as a new possibility. Four types of user interface - logical interface, picture added interface, storytelling-applied interface, and storytelling-applied interface with a story script - were used for this research. Eighty college students participated in this research. Each participant was randomly assigned to one of four types of user interfaces. Additionally, their individual differences in affect intensity were measured. he results show that users reported more emotional experience in the storytelling-applied interface and storytelling-applied interface with a story script than the logical interface and just picture added interface. The results also suggest that the higher satisfaction was experienced for the storytelling-applied interface. And all those results are differentiated by the users' affect intensity. The users who have higher affect intensity expressed heavier emotional experience and deeper satisfaction for the storytelling-applied interface.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of educational service quality on educational satisfaction and job usability. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, based on the theoretical background, factor analysis and reliability analysis were conducted. Five factors of tangibility, responsibility, reactivity, assurance, and empathy were found in the educational service quality. In addition, it was confirmed that there was no problem as a single factor in educational satisfaction and job availability, and these factors showed high reliability and validity. Second, in the relationship between educational service quality and educational satisfaction, all five factors which education service quality factors were found to affect educational satisfaction. The higher the factor of educational service quality, the students will be able to increase their satisfaction with education, which was a degree of satisfaction with the education of contract department. Third, in the effects of educational service quality factors on job availability, tangibility, responsibility, reactivity, and assurance have no effect and empathy affects job availability. In this study, although the factors of education service quality is high except empathy, it is not possible to increase the job availability that leads to successful business results. Fourth, job availability affects educational satisfaction. Therefore, the higher the level of job availability, educational satisfaction will also increase. The following are implications of this study. First, high-quality lectures, hands-on training, and educational programs are needed and values that students pursue must continuously increase. Second, there is a need for measures to improve job availability such as the formation of curriculum related to jobs and the demand for the training courses of restaurants.
Purpose. This study was to correlations between oral health education experience and subjective oral health level of elderly in Yeongnam region. Methods. The data were collected from 254 elderly in Yeongnam region. Data analysis was performed using cross Analysis, t-test(One-way ANOVA), logistic regression by SPSS WIN 17.0 program. Results. According to the general characteristics of the study subjects, 42.8% of those under 75 years and 57.2% of those over 75 years of age had never been educated, 50.7% of living expenses less than 1 million won and 37.3% of those below 2 million won had never received oral health education (p<.05). The differences in subjective oral health levels with or without oral health education experience showed higher limitations of function and impairment of social psychic function in the elderly with no experience than those with oral health education experience(p<.05). Correlation between oral health education experience and subjective health level of the elderly showed a positive relationship with each factor, meaning that the subjective oral health level was higher with oral health education(p<.05). Subjective oral health levels for functional limitations or social and psychological disorders were high in the elderly without oral health education(p<.05). Conclusion. Considering the impact of oral health education experience on the subjective oral health level of the elderly as above, we should develop various continuous and systematic programs that can increase prevention and post-education practices for the increase of education beneficiaries through diverse approaches to enhance their usability.
As the main cause of car accidents is driver distraction, HUD utilization is important to boost drivers' front-observing. Recently, As HUD includes a variety of contents products have appeared on market, the possibility increases cognitive load while driving. The purpose of this study is that currently being used HUD contents how much affect drivers while driving. Background: This study aimed to determine: the perspectives of the patient cohort that underwent telehealth consultation and shoulder rehabilitation during coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) and the differences in the patients' perspectives with the two different telehealth video applications (apps) used in the study. Methods: This is a prospective study carried out during the COVID lockdown period of April to July 2020. Thirty consecutive patients from the orthopedics department of a tertiary institute in India underwent their first-ever session of a video app-based (Zoom or WhatsApp) telehealth consultation with shoulder rehabilitation exercises on a handheld mobile, tablet, or laptop device. After the virtual consultation, the patients were sent a validated telehealth usability questionnaire (TUQ) to evaluate their perspectives. Scores obtained from the TUQ were the primary outcome measure. Results: The study was completed by 30 patients (16 men and 14 women) with an average age of 56 years (range, 20-77 years). The patients who contacted us during the lockdown period with either a stiff shoulder or a conservatively treated shoulder fracture were included in the study. The average TUQ score was 13.6 (median, 14.5; range, 6-21) out of a maximum of 21 points. Eighty percent of the patients were satisfied and found the telehealth service useful. Use of the Zoom app scored significantly higher (median, 17; average, 15.6) than the WhatsApp app (median, 8.5; average, 9.6) (p=0.004). Conclusions: Patients who received telehealth consultation and shoulder rehabilitation were overall satisfied. Telehealth apps with advanced video calling features such as Zoom should be preferred for higher patient satisfaction.

This study evaluated the utilization of a low fish meal (LFM) diet and black soldier fly (BSF) Hermetia illucens meal and oil as a fish meal (FM) substitute or functional additive for juvenile olive flounder Paralichthys olivaceus at the Jeju fish farm. Two experimental diets replaced FM using animal (tankage, poultry byproduct and tuna byproduct meal) and plant (wheat gluten and soy protein concentrate) protein sources, containing 45% (FM45) and 35% (FM35) of FM, respectively. One experimental diet replaced FM with animal, plant, and BSF meal, fish oil using insect meal and oil (FM35+). After the feeding trial ended, no differences in growth performance, feed utilization, survival and biological indices were observed among all experimental groups. Aspartate aminotransferase and cholesterol levels in the FM35 and FM35+ groups were significantly higher than that in the FM70 group. The linoleic acid level in the muscle was significantly higher in the fish fed with the FM70 diet than in those fed with the FM45, FM35, and FM35+ diets. Thus, the LFM diet is suitable for juvenile olive flounder farming during six months.
