Because the Apple Pay which created by U.S's Apple Inc. and launch of Samsung pay in last August in domestic, people have high interest in Pin-Tech industries and new method of easy payment. In this paper, it will study newly introduced Pin-Tech industries and marketability of Pin-Tech industries. Also it will propose safe use of Pin-Tech services based on cases in domestic and overseas. This paper is organized as follows. In Chapter 2, it will study concept of Pin-Tech services and status of Pin-Tech services in domestic and overseas. In Chapter 3, it will look technical trends of Pin-Tech services. In Chapter 4, it will propose direction based on analysis of cases of Pin-Tech services. This paper will finish with conclusion in Chapter 5. Given the global trends, Korea is now just took the first steps in new Pin-Tech era. The Pin-Tech services are in situations that it is not yet activated in domestic due to the various financial regulations and procedures. In this paper, it will shows cases of concerns of Pin-Tech services and domestic authentication which relates to easy payment certification. If Pin-Tech services are develop with easy payment certification and adapt to domestic environment and develop based on stability and security as mentioned in this paper, domestic Pin-Tech services and security technology will grow to the world level. Also it requires unceasing research and efforts from relevant government officials, security companies and Pin-Tech ICT companies.

As the developed and developing economies make the transition to knowledge-based economies, the high-tech sector has been the primary engine in enabling this transformation. Given this context, the policy making and implementation abilities of the countries' local administration assume significance. This study therefore attempts to examine the policy evolution undertaken by China and India which resulted in the emergence of high-tech startup ecosystems in these countries. Further, using a theoretical framework for an ideal entrepreneurial ecosystem, it tries to understand the similarities and differences prevalent currently in the Indian and Chinese high-tech startup ecosystem. The results of the study indicate that although both the countries took different paths, from a macro-perspective, they follow the same pattern as observed in the US and Israel policy making - that of the change in the role of Government as a regulator to that of an enabler of the entrepreneurial ecosystem. The differences and similarities between the key entrepreneurial ecosystem components provide additional knowledge about the currently prevailing conditions of the ecosystem in these countries.

Purpose - In this study, we explore the relationship between the degree of internationalization (DOI) and firm performance (DOI-P) of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the manufacturing sector. Specifically, we investigate whether the costs and benefits dynamics concerning the internationalization of SMEs differ between high-tech and non-high-tech industries. Design/methodology - We extend the prior literature on this relationship by employing 5-year data on 589 Korean SMEs in the manufacturing sector and examining the moderating impact of the industry characteristics. Our findings reveal a U-shaped relationship between the DOI and SME performance. High-tech SMEs demonstrate an inverted U-shaped relationship, whereas non-hightech SMEs exhibit a U-shaped relationship. Findings - Our findings illustrate the importance of the industry factor in testing the performance impact of the internationalization of Korean SMEs. By incorporating industry dynamics, our results indicate that the DOI-P relationship depends on the context of the industry in which an SME operates. High-tech SMEs also display a higher DOI but are outperformed by non-high-tech SMEs for the entire internationalization path, which implies that high-tech SMEs face more challenges than non-high-tech SMEs while seeking internationalization. Originality/value - The findings strongly validate that significant benefits exist for SMEs undertaking internationalization. We also employ the contextual framework contributing to increasing the understanding of the intrinsic value of internationalization and resolving the mixed results issue on the DOI-P relationship, by illustrating that the industry factor leads to different dynamics of costs and benefits of SME internationalization; it also determines the shape and direction of the relationship.

Touch panel is mainly applied to pressure type touch panel but it occur a low recognition rate and error during long-term use. So, it is partly applied to capacitive touch panel to compensate for these problems but it also can occur a same problems via pollutions. Touch technology has developed a various method but it is not used because of high costs and difficult installation process. So, in this paper, we proposed an input method of touchless panel using IrDA matrix. This method is conducted using an IrDA Matrix composed of depth sensor. It is possible to offer a various contents for multi user. The proposed technology need a development of a high sensitivity sensing method and high-speed processing method of position information for Seamless operation control. And, it is required high-precision drive technology. Also, we proposed a Seamless user recognition for interactive contents service through a touchless panel using IrDA matrix.

본 연구의 목적은 최근 기업들이 출시하고 있는 분야의 첨단 융합 하이테크 제품에 대한 소비자들이 인식을 조사한 것이다. 기술의 진보와 소비자들의 욕구가 증가함에 따라 제품의 다양성과 복잡성이 날로 증가하고 있다. 이러한 혁신을 유발하는 IT 분야의 하이테크 융합제품에 대한 소비자들의 반응을 조사하였다. 이러한 조사결과를 바탕으로 소비자들이 인지하는 IT 융합제품에 대한 혁신성과 저항성에 대한 관계를 통해 기업의 성공적인 시장진입과 소비자의 욕구 충족의 근거를 제공하고자 한다.

Purpose: This study aims at investigating how high-tech SMEs can enhance innovation performance through the application and distribution of social media strategic capability and whether entrepreneurial orientation moderates the relationship between social media strategic capability and innovation. Research design, data, and methodology: The study followed a deductive approach based on the quantitative design in investigating the proposed relationships. The data was collected using a questionnaire, and the proposed relationships were examined based on a sample of 221 high-tech SMEs through the application of structural equation modeling (SEM). By applying SEM, this study accounted for hidden and unobservable factors as well as reconciled the potential measurement errors. Results: As hypothesized, it was confirmed that social media strategic capability positively influences innovation performance. Besides, the findings supported the moderating effect of three dimensions of entrepreneurial orientation (innovativeness, proactiveness, and risk-taking) toward the relationship between social media strategic capability and innovation performance. Conclusions: According to the results, high-tech SMEs can enhance their innovation performance through social media by distributing and applying social media strategic capability along with entrepreneurial orientation. This study thereby enriches the literature of innovation on high-tech SMEs for implementing social media strategies as well as stimulating future social media research for entrepreneurship.

The importance of intangible assets have increased unprecedentedly with the advent of the knowledge-based society. Investment in R&D has contributed to the rise of productivity and firm-value in the capital markets. but it is very difficult to determine the economic benefits of R&D investment, due to elusive link between time requirements and the realization of firm value from R&D investment. This study examines the differential effects of R&D expenditure and patents on firm-value by industry. Patents are intangible, proprietary rights that develops new products, plays a crucial role in market competition and results in research and development activities. If firms get patents, their R&D expenditure is assumed to be successful. The study analyzes whether successful R&D expenditure has a significant effect on the firm-value. The study considers two industries : high-tech industries and low-tech industries. These industries are expected to have different effect on R&D expenditure and firm-vale. The results of the study indicate that the successful R&D expenditure increased the firm-value. Successful R&D expenditure in high-tech industries more increased the firm-value more than that in low-tech industries.

하이테크 기업의 기술 혁신은 경영 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 따라서, 하이테크 기업의 경영 성과에 영향을 주는 요인 및 정도를 파악하는 것은 기업의 경제적 효용을 촉진하고 기업의 효율성 기반을 강화하는 것을 목표로 하고 있다. 또한, 하이테크 기업의 시장 점유율 향상에도 정의 유의한 영향을 미친다. 본 연구는 하이테크 기업의 특징을 기반으로 연구개발 투자 강도, 특허출원 수와 무형 자산 증가량이라는 3가지 요인을 선택하고 경영 성과에 대한 영향 메커니즘과 효과에 대해 이론적으로 분석하고 근거를 제시하였다. 2011년부터 2019년까지 중국 하이테크 기업관련 데이터를 사용하여 실증분석을 진행하였고 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 하이테크 기업의 연구개발 투자 강도는 경영 성과에 유의한 정의 영향을 미치고 하이테크 기업의 특허 출원 수도 경영성과에 유의한 정의 촉진작용을 하며 하이테크 기업의 자산 부채율은 경영 성과에 대하여 유의한 부의 영향을 미친다. 마지막으로, 관련된 건의 사항과 시사점을 논의하였다.

In the case of high-speed data transmission on high multilayer boards, signal coherence is a problem, especially due to the via hole, and a solution to improve return loss or insertion loss by applying a back drill to the via hole is being proposed. In this paper, Near-Field Electromagnetic measurements were made on a high multilayer board to determine how the presence or absence of back drill affects signal consistency. For this purpose, we used a signal generator, spectrum analyzer, and EMC scanner on a test board to determine if it is possible to distinguish between areas with and without back drill in the via holes of the stubs on the board. Also, we analyzed the measured value of S11, S21 and EMC etc. for how much it improves the signal attenuation of the stub with back drill. Through this, we knew that less electromagnetic waves are generated the stub via with back drill. At future research, we will analyze how much it improves the signal loss and electromagnetic waves due to the depth of back drill.

By applying the digital sub-station, the change of various protect and measuring equipments has been applying. This paper is analyzed that the development of GIS partial discharge condition monitoring equipment is suited to the electricity IT technology and digital sub-station. It's constitution apply to be able to suit the data to high rank for GIS partial discharge condition monitoring equipment that is suited digital sub-station and Watch-dog module that be able to monitor the inner communication of the GIS partial discharge equipment. And then it also be able to apply of GIS partial discharge equipment when digital sub-station is applied.
